Breaking News: Giuliani Makes Defeat Inevitable for the RNC by Accepting Robertson´s Endorsement

(actual image. no photo shop needed)
WASHINGTON — Evangelical Christian leader Pat Robertson on Wednesday endorsed former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who has struggled to bridge some of his socially moderate policy positions on abortion and gay rights with conservatives.

The endorsement is a coup for the Giuliani campaign, especially after opponent Mitt Romney recently racked up two major endorsements from social conservatives.
Robertson on Wednesday said Giuliani is a "true fiscal conservative" who is tough on crime.
"It is my hope and prayer that he will lead the Republican Party to victory in November of 2008," Robertson said.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:
Will the vast majority of Evangelicals ever support Abortion and Gay Rights supporting Giuliani? (No!)

Will normal Americans ever support anyone who is supported by a nutcase like Robertson? (e.g.10 Stupid Quotes by Robertson) (No!)

  1. McCain Sees the Light

Senator John McCain spent months this year arguing that the United States must combine border security efforts with a temporary worker program and an eventual path to citizenship for many illegal aliens. Now, the Republican presidential candidate has seen the light. He now emphasizes securing the border first. "I say it is a lesson learned about what the American people's priorities are. And their priority is to secure the borders."

Perhaps his message by extension is that all citizens should recognize this fact and push for border security before any other immigration reforms are entertained.

  3. I'm still considering him. As a war hero and experienced congressman he appears to have the right credentials. I was in Romney's corner for a while but now I'm not sure since he has come out in favor of imported technical talent without ever considering the unemployment rate among our own scientist and engineers. He ought to as a minimum get their professional organizations point of view rather than just that of the employers.

I suppose you are voting for Ron Paul! Ha!
