Gilchrist sent out a very angry letter to his MM email broadcast code calling Simcox and Gheen Hypocrits, Liars and Charltans. On his website, Gheen angrily fights back and says "Jack Sharpe" is a known alias of Gilchrist.. The shxx is hitting the fan and mass broadcast emails are flying back and forth. Here are excerpts from Gilchrist´s first email. I am providing links to various responses below.
by Jack Sharpe (aka Jim Gilchrist)
For years now, many leaders and volunteers of the Minuteman Movement have remained quiet about things they know to be true. We all believed it would hurt the movement if Americans knew how their donations were being spent, or what kinds of narcissistic nitwits are leading some of these organizations. Minutemen held their tongues and soldiered on with the mission. Despite this attempt to protect the movement through silence, Americans have not turned out in the numbers that the original founders had hoped. Why? Because America still sees us as a racist, kooky, fringe group. In three years there have been less than 6,000 Minutemen that have ever patrolled the border. They are divided into several organizations with many members belonging to two or three of these organizations. Some of these organizations charge a “membership fee” (sometimes referred to as a background check), or monthly dues. But the bigger groups also use professional fundraising companies to raise money from direct mail campaigns and donor drives. Patriotic Americans often give money in lieu of going to the border, and many of these groups exploit them by claiming that the donations are used to support the Minutemen on the border. However, more often than not, most of the money goes straight into the pockets of the leadership. Not that they are stealing vast sums of money, but after half of the donations are paid back to the fundraising firm, and twenty-five percent split between various creditors, and another twenty percent to operating costs (staff), that only leaves five percent (5 %) of the donations left to actually fund the cause.Chris Simcox is the president of one of the largest Minuteman Project spin-off groups, the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps (MCDC). Chris and MCDC split away from Jim Gilchrist’s Minuteman Project over two years ago to become a “project” of Declaration Alliance. Chris hired a slick Washington Consulting company (Diener and Associates) to handle MCDC’s finances and raise money for the organization. Before Simcox knew it was happening, he had lost control of his organization to a DC beltway insider’s coalition. They took control of MCDC’s parent corporation after Simcox was convicted of a weapons violation on Federal land. For the record: Simcox was legally wearing a sidearm until he accidentally entered a state park. The felony prevented him from remaining the head of the group, but the fundraising company kept him on as the “Founder” and sent him on the paid lecture circuit. With a wife and children to consider, Simcox was in no position to turn on his masters. Last year almost half of the members of MCDC revolted against Simcox and tried to take the organization away from its real owner, fundraiser Diener and Associates. The members claimed that they received no financial support from MCDC and were instructed to send what little donations they could scrape up to Headquarters for redistribution. Many Chapter leaders complained, but they were dismissed or ignored. At one point the majority of the chapter leaders called for a meeting with Simcox to ask where the money went. Simcox had no idea and no one from the fundraising company would tell him. The rebelling members demanded to see the financial books, but Simcox didn’t have them and wasn’t sure who did. He then did the only thing he could do; he ran away and hid. At this point Simcox had become jealous of the success of Jim Gilchrist’s Minuteman Project.
...Without so much as a phone call to Jim Gilchrist asking him why, several leaders of Minuteman fringe groups viciously attacked Jim and Mike Huckabee with the hopes of getting some cheap publicity for themselves... It only took Simcox two days to pile on and take his cheap shot at Jim Gilchrist as well. He and his friend William Gheen (ALIPAC) have started a “destroy Gilchrist and Huckabee” campaign with help from among the kooks and zealots of the movement. William Gheen, President of ALIPAC, has had a personal grudge against Jim Gilchrist since the Minuteman Project was founded. Gheen makes his living soliciting donations from unsuspecting Americans in the name of border security. What most people don’t know is just how much of the donor money coming into his organization Gheen pockets. He has never opened his books to the public or explained what happened to the money that many hard working people have given to him. William Gheen uses fear- mongering and race baiting to scare old people out of their savings with stories of “the savage invasion from the Southern border”.When Gilchrist founded the Minuteman Project many patriots believed that Jim was doing more for the movement than all of the dozen of other activist organizations combined. This caused the donor money to dry up for Gheen and ALIPAC, and Simcox and MCDC. And, oh, how they ranted and cursed Gilchrist and the Minuteman Project! To preserve their “cash cows”, the naïve American donor base that has already sent them millions of dollars, Simcox, Gheen, and other so-called secure-borders advocates have to attack Gilchrist’s endorsement of Mike Huckabee. ..Meanwhile, Gilchrist’s Minuteman Project, which does not require “membership fees” to participate in saving America, stoically plods onward, relying on only a hope, a prayer, and a vision inspired by our Founding Fathers.
Jack Sharpe, for Jim Gilchrist and The Minuteman Project
This is turning into a HUGE Soap Opera!! Will Huckabee be hurt by all of the infighting? Only time will tell!
dee....the eternal drama queen and lip smacker for any dirt she can find on the anti side.
ReplyDeleteJim Gilchrist has NO SUPPORTERS, and has NO OTHER MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS for his own new sham "PROJECT".
ReplyDeleteJim Gilchrist did the Huckabee endorsement for his own glory. Huckabee was fooled by the Jim Gilchrist Fraud, all other candidates knew to stay away from the criminal fraud of Jim Gilchrist. Huckabee Clueless on immigration was the only one who responded to Jim Gilchrist pleas for himself to work with a Presidential Candidate because all the others knew that Jim Gilchrist is headed to jail for criminal fraud.
Jim Gilchrist is being sued for Fraud by the Minuteman Project Board of Directors.

December 19th, 2007
Judge Randall Wilkinson denied Jim Gilchrist's Motion to Reconsider his previous Motion for Demurer that the same Judge denied on November 11th. Gilchrist is trying to have this case dismissed, just like he dismissed his own case against Marvin Stewart, Barb Coe, Scott Powelson and Deborah Courtney after the four presented Judge Wilkinson a tremendous amount of evidence of the fraud, perjury, and embezzlement that Gilchrist and his co-defendants have perpetrated upon the Nation. The proof went to the same Judge Wilkinson in the form of audio recordings, email, and news casts. The Judge declared in court that he listened to and read each and every one very carefully, right before Gilchrist withdrew his own suit...
The same Judge Wilkinson, on November 11 and again today, denied Gilchrist's Motion to Strike down Marvin Stewart and Deborah Courtney from going forward as The Minuteman Project Board of Director's in suing Jim Gilchrist as an individual for Fraud, as well as his wife Sandy Gilchrist, Tim Bueler, Steve Eichler, Tommy Crenshaw, who are all in Default, as well as Does 1-500 who have participated in Jim's charade or who have been illegally paid as his henchmen, and will be named very soon.
Case No. 07CC07184
MINUTEMAN PROJECT INC VS GILCHRIST
FRAUD
06/21/2007
CIVIL - UNLIMITED
Attorney Mark Brown then followed Marvin Stewart out of the Court Room today and wanted to know what it would take to make all this go away...which it won't, and it can't, until Deborah, Marvin, Barb, Scott and Paul, as well as the good donors of this Nation and every leader in this Movement, are adjudicated in court, and until we have had time to let the legal system bring charges against both Gilchrist's, Bueler, Eichler, and Crenshaw, as well as a few others.
This is the second time that Jim Gilchrist has wanted to hold a meeting this month with the same Board of Director's who fired him, but why? At this late date, let law enforcement and the jury system sort it all out: I know Marv, Paul, Barb, Scott, and I can withstand anything they throw at us, we already have....
Confusing? It doesn't have to be if you follow these few steps. Paul Sielski documented the fraud and embezzlement that Marvin Stewart, Barb Coe, Scott Powelson, Donna Delano, and I suspected that the Gilchrist's, Stephen Eichler JD, Tim Bueler, Tommy Crenshaw JD, and a few others committed. Gilchrist and others have since tried to convolute by posting lies and trying to extort all of the Movement into silence, lest any one else gets sued or beat to heck like we have been. Gilchrist and eichler have been known to call other leaders in the Movement and tell them they will sue them if they side with us...do you smell the acrid smell of 'extortion' in the air?
So glad everyone is breaking their silence, thank you so much, and special thanks to William Gheen for getting it all started Nationally! View the letter rebuking Gilchrist for his endorsement of Huckabee and various other reasons at www.ALIPAC.us, and watch a video tape called "Adios Gilchrist" by Brook at www.ImmigrationWatchDog.com, or read what Mark Edwards has to say at www.TheWakeUpAmerica.com and read how TruthBrigade.com and BorderGuardians.com have stuck up for the Board of Directors as they bring suit against Gilchrist.
But guess what? The evidence is all on our side.
And you know why we take it? Because we are RIGHT, and they will all be exposed, as well as their henchmen.
The Board of Director's legally fired Bueler, then Eichler, and then Jim Gilchrist last January 26, 2007, with 3 of 7 members. Per the Legal Librarian at the Library of Congress, one third IS quorum, and three of seven is 43%. Why? Because in Delaware, a Not For Profit, or Non Stock Corporations have a harder time pulling it's Board Members together because they are typically not paid, so in order to get business to move forward, the threshold for conducting business has been lowered.
I guess this means we also legally fired Perry Emerson and Jack Sharpe AKA Jim Gilchrist, who posts under these psuedonyms.
Gilchrist is done. Quorum is his argument, and quorum we have, so the sooner we get him out of the way, as should have happened last January, the sooner the thievery of $40,000 to $70,000 per month will stop.
Until he files another frivolous Motion to Dismiss, the next Court date is scheduled for 4/25 as a Mandatory Court Settlement at 8:30 am and then we go to trial on May 27th at 9:00 am. You can follow this drama online at http://www.occourts.org/caseinfoapps.asp
The Board of Director's cordially invites everyone to attend!
Best Wishes and Merry Christmas,
Deborah Courtney, Treasurer
The Minuteman Project, Inc.
Original Board Member, December 2005
Paul,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update.
But, it is a good article.
ReplyDeleteI am interested in seeing what happens once the law is enacted on 1/1.
Dear Readers,
ReplyDeleteThe posting by "TruthBrigade" is part of an ongoing propaganda campaign conducted by disgruntled persons (hijackers)I terminated from the Minuteman Project for engaging in criminal, immoral, and racist activities. Their law suit is frivolous and much of it has already been thrown out of court. Four consecutive law firms have fired them as clients and they are now without any legal counsel. Also, Paul Sielski, the incompetent ring leader in the attempt to steal the organization I founded, was arrested and sentenced to five years in prison (suspended with a three year closely supervised probabtion) as a result of his criminal history. Since I arranged for Paul Sielski's arrest and prosecution, he has sworn to spend the rest of his life "getting me". I have no regret at bringing him to justice. After all, we are a nation of laws and those laws and their accompanying prosecutions apply equally to U.S.citizens as well as illegal aliens. For a detailed account of the failed hijacking attempt and its consequences, please visit www.minutemanproject.com and click on the FAQ tab.
Jim Gilchrist, Founder and President of the Minuteman Project.
Jim Gilchrist is a GAY HOMOSEXUAL who brutally abuses and beats his slave wife Sandy Gilchrist and forces her to participate in Jim Gilchrist's corporate felony fraud.
ReplyDeletePaul Sielski never beat anyone, and has never been convicted of any felony.
Jim Gilchrist is a known felonious corporate fraud, who has no regard for the truth or the law, and hires known convicted wife beaters like Raymond Herrera to be his rally coordinator.
Jim Gilchrist is a low life scum with an addiction to pedophilia, just like his little 19 year old boy toy Tim Bueler.
William Gheen is just as much a hypocrite as the others.
ReplyDeleteIt turns out that ALIPAC is all about promoting Gheen. Virtually none of the funds raised by ALIPAC, a federal political action committee, ever goes to candidates. Of $125,129 from contributions in 2007, not one cent went to candidates, and only $1,500 in 2006 went to candidates.
Mostly ALIPAC's funds go to pay salary for Gheen and his treasurer, with some for web site expenses, press releases, consultants, Gheen's travel, etc.
Until April 2008, after I turned ALIPAC in to the IRS, ALIPAC had not paid a penny of employer taxes nor withheld a penny of income taxes from wages. You can find proof in ALIPAC's own filings at the FEC:
http://query.nictusa.com/cgi-bin/dcdev/forms/C00405878/
How hypocritical that a group that claims immigrants don't pay taxes wasn't paying taxes for several years, when immigrants generally do pay taxes through payroll deduction like the rest of us (except ALIPAC)!

Frivolous Defamation Suit Filed by Steven Eichler Against Patriots Deborah Courtney and Paul Sielski Stricken; Orange County Superior Court Finds Their Special Motion “Meritorious”
Santa Ana, Calif. – July 24, 2008 – The Orange County Superior Court today struck Steven Eichler’s defamation suit against Minutemen Deborah Courtney and Paul Sielski as a “strategic lawsuit against public participation.” Judge Kirk Nakamura permitted ample oral argument by both sides, and then granted the defendants’ motion, putting an end to Eichler’s frivolous suit against them.
Deborah Courtney is a member of the board of directors of Minuteman Project, Inc. and serves as the corporation’s treasurer. Paul Sielski is executive director of the corporation. Both have been embroiled in a dispute with Minuteman Project founder Jim Gilchrist regarding alleged financial irregularities within this high-profile nonprofit corporation.
On April 25, 2008, Gilchrist’s associate Eichler filed this defamation suit against Courtney and Sielski, as well as fellow patriots Barbara Coe, Chelene Nightingale of Save Our State, Brook Young of Immigration Watchdog, and Marvin Stewart of the Minuteman Project. Eichler claimed that the defendants had somehow “defamed” him by speaking out about his role in Gilchrist’s actions – especially Gilchrist’s transfer of the assets of the Minuteman Project corporation to a new corporation titled, “Jim Gilchrist’s Minuteman Project,” without board knowledge or approval.
Under the relevant law, defendants Courtney and Sielski are entitled to an award of the attorneys’ fees and costs they incurred in defending themselves against Eichler’s meritless suit.
The other defendants remain in the case; however, it is anticipated that most if not all will shortly file similar motions to strike. These defendants, too, expect to win and to be awarded their fees and costs.
The vindictive and retributive behavior against fellow patriots by Gilchrist and Eichler is deeply disturbing to many in the anti-illegal immigration movement. Today’s ruling should be heeded by them as a warning to engage others on the issues, not attempt to use litigation to squelch freedom and dissent.
The Minuteman Project was founded in early 2005 to secure America’s borders by means of civilian volunteer observers. Incorporated in mid-2005 as a Delaware nonprofit corporation, the Minuteman Project is governed by a board of directors under applicable law.

Second Frivolous Defamation Suit Against Patriots Deborah Courtney, Marvin Stewart and Paul Sielski Stricken; Jim Gilchrist’s Suit Follows the Same Path As That Of His Associate Stephen Eichler
Santa Ana, Calif. – July 29, 2008 – Judge Randell Wilkinson of the Orange County Superior Court today struck Minuteman founder Jim Gilchrist’s defamation suit against Minutemen Deborah Courtney, Marvin Stewart and Paul Sielski as a “strategic lawsuit against public participation.” Gilchrist’s suit against Barbara Coe, head of the California Coalition for Immigration Reform, was also stricken on the same basis.
Marvin Stewart and Deborah Courtney are members of the board of directors of Minuteman Project, Inc., and Paul Sielski is executive director of the corporation. Both have been embroiled in a dispute with Gilchrist regarding alleged financial irregularities within this high-profile nonprofit corporation.
On April 16, 2008, Gilchrist filed his defamation suit against these patriots, as well as Chelene Nightingale of Save Our State and Brook Young of Immigration Watchdog. Under the relevant law, defendants Stewart, Courtney and Sielski are entitled to an award of the attorneys’ fees and costs they incurred in defending themselves against Gilchrist’s meritless suit. Gilchrist has already been ordered by the Court to reimburse Ms. Coe over $9,100 in attorneys’ fees.
Gilchrist’s frivolous suit against fellow anti-illegal immigration activists is the second in less than a week to be dismissed. Last week, Gilchrist’s associate, Stephen Eichler, suffered the same ruling from Judge Kirk Nakamura. Eichler had filed a virtually identical defamation suit against the same defendants.

Hey Dee -
ReplyDeleteAsk Gheen about his criminal record. It matches his fathers. He's just as dangerous on the roads as he claims the illegals are. He'd never pass a background check to be a member of the MCDC - so why would Simcox work with him?
He has gotten at least 16 different criminal charges over the years.
