CONVICTED! Minute Woman Shawna Forde Finally Convicted for Brutally Murdering 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her Dad!

FINALLY.....JUSTICE FOR BRISENIA: A Pima County jury has finally convicted Minute Woman Shawna Forde today of two counts of first-degree murder in the May 30, 2009 murder/deaths of Arivaca residents 9-year-old daughter, Brisenia and her Dad. The jury also convicted Forde of attempted first-degree murder in the shooting of Brisenia's Mom, Gina Gonzalez, as well as related aggravated assault and robbery counts. Brisenia's Mom Gina started crying as soon as the first GUILTY verdict, the killing of her daughter, was read just before noon in a packed courtroom at Pima County Superior Court.

The jury deliberated for seven hours over two days. Jurors will now be asked if the death penalty ought to be considered. On the first day of the trial, which has gained national attention, BRISENIA'S MOM testified her husband woke her to say the police were at the door. The woman at the door (Shawna Forde) identified herself and the man with her as law enforcement officers looking for fugitives, Gina said. When her husband questioned the veracity of their story, Gina said the gunman opened fire, shooting her husband and her. As Gina played dead on the floor, the gunman fired two bullets into their youngest daughter, Brisenia's head, despite the little girl's pleas. Thankfully, their other daughter was spending the night at her grandmother's house. Moments after Forde, Gunny Bush and their two accomplices left, Gina testified Shawna Forde returned to find Gina on the phone with 911 and called out to Gunny Bush to finish Gina off. Gina said she fled to the kitchen, armed herself and fired back when the Minutemen tried to kill her again. Gunny Bush then fled.

Forde, Gunny Bush, 36, and Albert Gaxiola, 44, were arrested within two weeks of the slayings. Forde, Gunny Bush and Gaxiola are scheduled to go to trial March 15 and June 1, respectively.

  1. Capital Punishment, Execution or Death Penalty : I have many doubts about Death Penalty for Shawna Forde - Savings for Taxpayers ??

The arguments or allegations of "Savings for Taxpayers" seems to me to be extremely barbaric, immoral, inhuman, because it values human life in dollars and cents.

Wasn't that the crime of Shawna ??? - That she did not value the lives of the "Lower Races" ??

If Shawna Forde can live until 100 years she would be despised by all decent society, probably caged in a horrible prison, with whores, with unpredictable violent "ladies", everyday her life would be in danger, she could be stabbed or beaten up at any moment, without a warning.

I am not a Great Philosopher or Thinker, but all my liberal instincts tell me that Shawna should be left living, no matter that she has been a Racist, Hater, Scoundrel, a Prejudiced Bigot and Fanatic.

The fact that she was a whore in the State of Washington, as Police Files reveal and attest is irrelevant.

So I do not want to be dominant, I do not want to pontificate the Truth that God has revealed to me. I do not presume of having all answers to all problems, but I would live the death of Shawna with Repugnance and Revulsion, and even with pity, commiseration and charity. I would be sad at her execution day. - I would feel some sympathy and empathy for her.

Shawna has had a very miserable life - It does not matter that she was made "Queen of the Minutemen" by many idiots and cretins that opened their wallets for evil.

She was "Queen of the Minutemen", but she won't be a Queen in Prison.

She has lived a very dysfunctional and disoriented life, and her horrible childhood was not her fault.

  2. NO ONE deserves to be killed no matter what. Can you tell me if the child's father or mother were involved in drug trafficking? Thought I read that somewhere.

  3. Hello Dee,

I just read your post about justice for Brisenia. The story in and of itself still makes me sick. But I have some peace of mind knowing that justice is being served. I’m not a big proponent of the death penalty, personally. But it’ll be interesting what the jury system decides.

I have a video I think you might be interested in embedding on your website that is unrelated to Brisenia’s story, but deals with immigration: http://www.newsy.com/videos/arizona-brings-hospitals-into-immigration-debate/ . The video looks at multiple perspectives on the new bill proposed in Arizona that would force hospitals to report any illegal immigrants they give treatment to. You might find this something interesting to comment on, considering your blog deals with immigration and this is bound to be a hot-topic.

Thanks for your time. I hope you can find some use for the video.
