Ugly Betty Given the Boot! I will Miss Her!

ABC has confirmed that "Ugly Betty" will be just a memory once this season - its fourth - comes to an end. ABC announced: “We’ve mutually come to the difficult decision to make this 'Ugly Betty’s' final season, and are announcing now as we want to allow the show ample time to write a satisfying conclusion. We are extremely proud of this groundbreaking series, and felt it was important to give the fans a proper farewell."

I think it is a good idea for ABC to provide Betty's followers the opportunity to see a proper ending. This opportunity was not provided to George Lopez when his program was shut down.

There are far too few shows that give young girls, particularly Latino young girls, role models to follow. I still remember my role model, "That Girl" from my childhood. She inspired me to become a successful business woman. Betty was doing the same for this new generation. I will miss Betty.

Watch Ugly Betty on Wed. Night at 9 ET! Boycott Idol This Year!

ABC snuck Ugly Betty back onto their weekly line-up last week. Betty airs at 10pm ET time (9pm CT) Wednesday nights. This is a complete CHANGE in the schedule and I saw NO ADVERTISEMENT about this change anywhere on ABC. They did it in COVER of Darkness!! No Ads! Nothing!! -- What is up with that!!

I am asking all of my viewers to COME BACK to BETTY each Wednesday night. The shows are GREAT!! Betty is Better than Ever!! Please, oh please Watch!

Besides! I ask everyone to boycott American Idol this year. They dumped Paula this year. They care nothing about their personalities. They are bringng on Ellen Degeneris to replace Paula. ED has NO Music experience. Simon was always a jerk and is quitting at the end of this season anyway! Please oh please BOYCOTT IDOL with me and Please Watch Ugly Betty on Wednesdays at 10pm on ABC!

Ugly Betty OFF The Air!! Boycott ABC!!!

I am boycotting ABC starting today! I recommend ALL my fellow Latinos do the same!!

When I search Google, I am told Betty's show was cancelled because of poor ratings at various times. I do not agree. There have been times the show was superceded by the President or other special events, but I know of no other program on that time slot that overcomes Betty. Let's look at the dial. Bones? ER retrospective? Survivor? Come on! Give me a break!

Betty was the best show on the air on Thursday at 8 pm ET. Now she is kicked off the air?

ABC...you better rethink this! I remember when George Lopez was taken off the air for the same reason. He became the most POPULAR show on cable. And now, they are begging him back and he is going to have his own show late night show on cable!

Once Betty's show goes on syndication and she becomes extremely popular, I hope she holds back and makes them BEG!!!!

This is ridiculous!!

Betty, my advice to you! DO NOT SIGN BACK UP WITH ABC! GO TO A NETWORK THAT APPRECIATES YOU AND ALL LATINOS!!

I say, TURN OFF ABC!!!
