I am sure Michigan towns have their own sheriff. How many illegal Canadians do you think there are in Arizona? Now dee, use your research skills to see what the demographics are for AZ.
Yes, we do care, dee! Stop projecting lies on the anti's! It is despicable! We want ALL illegal deported. Put your effing race card away. How many more topics are you going to start about the Sheriff? Isn't there some different news to post? This makes about 4 or 5 in a row now. Your making your blog very boring and stuipd this way.
Patriot, seems that you focused on the ilegals crossing the borders. Why you are focused at just one group? Check some facts about ilegals citizens committed fraud, crime, raping childs, commiting robbery and list goes on and on.
pro, that is the way that most of the illegals got here was by crossing our southern border, duh! The visa overstayers and other methods pale in comparison to the above. That "group" is also mostly Mexicans. That is not to mean that those who hold my views aren't opposed to ALL illegals being here. Our southern border is leaking like a sieve.
I don't care what the stats are on crimes comitted by citizens vs illegals. Citizens have a right to be here but of course they should pay for their crimes when caught. If the illegals who do commit crimes weren't here those crimes wouldn't have been commited. In otherwords that is less crime we would have to deal with.
But my main argument is and always be the rule of law and respect for our sovieringty and our immigration laws.
Very interesting that you use a Cesar Chavez quote in your profile. He was totally against illegal immigration. Even dee knows that. He is referring to the plight of migrant workers, who came in legally to work and then returned to their country. You need to research Cesar Chavez more thoroughly. Patriot focuses on the illegal Mexican invasion as we have more than 12 million plus invading our country. Do you think there are 12 million plus from any other country here illegally?
Dianne, Do you understand what the journalist Mary Sanchez was saying in this article? She is saying what my Dad always said.
Dad often preached to us, you cannot become lazy and complacent.
He often drilled in to us, work ethic and never take welfare. He said so many people came here and became lazy.
He insisted that we learn and understand work ethic. That is why we continued to go to migrant labor camps and pick Cherries and Strawberries every summer. He wanted us to learn to work. He wanted us to learn the value of getting dirty and joining others in working and picking and getting tired and earning a living.
He often said, "Never take welfare. Never take something for nothing. It will ruin you!"
That is what Mary was saying. Sometimes many of the "gimmes" make you lazy and you dont learn its up to you to work hard to make yourself a success.
On a few occasions, concerns that illegal migrant labor would undermine UFW strike campaigns led to a number of controversial events, which the UFW describes as anti-strikebreaking events, but which have also been interpreted as being anti-immigrant. In 1969, Chávez and members of the UFW marched through the Imperial and Coachella Valleys to the border of Mexico to protest growers' use of illegal immigrants as strikebreakers. Joining him on the march were both Reverend Ralph Abernathy and U.S. Senator Walter Mondale.[3] In its early years, Chávez and the UFW went so far as to report illegal aliens who served as strikebreaking replacement workers, as well as those who refused to unionize, to the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
Cesar would not agree to CIR as he knew all the illegals coming in drove down wages. He wanted a union to guarantee wages and working conditions. Dolores Huerta is pro-illegal. Pro just use Huerta not Chavez.
Dee, I understand exactly what she said and I totally agree with you and your family on this point. You may or may not have read what Tony's Kansas City said about the article, however. He was furious and he is wrong, despite the fact Tony, himself, is a college graduate! Go figure? Read his review.
This is the single biggest thing that the immigrants can do to better their cause in the eyes of the antis. In other words, we will be convinced that they are pulling their own weight, that they won't be burdening the social systems, that they will assimilate, learn the language, etc. and integrate into society.
César Chávez and Dolores Huerta fought a federal law that prohibited hiring illegal immigrants in 1973. Later during the 1980s, while Chávez was still the UFW president, Dolores Huerta, the cofounder of the UFW, was key in getting the amnesty provisions into the 1986 federal immigration act.
however in 1973, the United Farm Workers set up a "wet line" along the United States-Mexico border to prevent Mexican immigrants from entering the United States illegally and potentially undermining the UFW's unionization efforts. During one such event in which Chávez was not involved.
The frame work for keeping immigrants out of America is against the natural historical tendencies to seek out a better life. We must reject accepting the randomness of being born anywhere on Earth as our only home, as an absolute determinate for defining legitimacy or legality. The mosaic of civilization lies in the great migrations of people. Human movements and their cultures cannot be dictated by governments, as much as they would like us to believe it. The Berlin Wall could not separate us; The Great Wall of China was not long enough; Palestinians and Israelis continue fighting to end this separation, because history is about where we have been, where we are going and what happens when we arrive.
pro, there is no immigrant that has the right to cross another country's borders illegally, period! All countries have immigration laws and rightly so! Your philosphy doesn't count. A country's laws do!
Do you remember those three young Latino men who were convicted of assaulting an American citizen in the Scranton area and the judge gave them the choice of two years in prison or learning English, getting their G.E.D., and getting a job?
Well, no need for that--they were deported back to the Dominican Republic! LOL!
You know, this is what the pro-illegals just cannot grasp: that it is a privilege to enter another country. There are procedures which one must abide by to do so and rules to which one must adhere to in order to remain here. Even a legal resident can have their legal status revoked under certain circumstances; such as, commission of a crime.
If they were smart, they would recognize this and stop with their arrogant demands that illegals not only be given legal status and citizenship, but that they be able to force us to learn their language and adapt to their ways.
Where is your compassion for the 2 men that were robbed and assaulted? These 4 CRIMINALS are getting what they deserve. Go to your post here: https://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=5548695401579410439&postID=6749830864943914288 to see how supposedly Ricardo said that his interpreter lied to him, the same day that he was taken by ICE when he went to report to his parole officer. These CRIMINALS have no business being here nor do they deserve sympathy, they where however granted compassion from the judge, see here: http://immigrantsinusa.blogspot.com/2008/04/english-sentence.html
I agree Dee, crime don't pay and I am totally on your side and Pat can keep dancing to his SNL theme song and laugh the night away at FOXNEWS results (big shock that he likes fox news)
lol, ain't that the truth

Anon,
ReplyDeleteThere are many, many here in the US but the Sheriff nor the ANTIs care.
Here is a Shocking Recent Example of a Canadian Illegal Immigrant in Arizona.
Canadian Illegal
Not only did govt officials try to cover this up, they paid for the Canadian illeeeeegal´s papers and went to extreme measures to cover this up!
"1" CANADIAN
ReplyDelete(to above comment) "1" RACIST

Anon,
ReplyDeleteYou are incorrect.
Cesar was protesting those that chose to cross the UFWs line. He was establishing a union.
Dolores Huerta is a prominent supporter of Comprehensive Immigration Reform. She and Cesar would both agree to CIR. we need reform.
Please dont confuse the actions in the formation of a union in the 60s to the politics of today!

Pat,
ReplyDeleteYour quote proves exactly what I said:
"the UFW (Cesar & Dolores Huerta) describes as anti-strikebreaking events, but which have also been interpreted (by ANTIs) as being anti-immigrant."
dee, read the last paragragh again.

Get you kleenex ready, lol.
At least they won't have to go through the "torture" of learning English, dee. LOL!
ReplyDeletePat, What is amazing is you find the torment of your fellow man as comical.
ReplyDeleteRemember you reap what you sow times 10. You should be careful Pat.
You just didn't get it did you, dee? You are the one who thinks learning English is "torment".

ReplyDeleteWill C,
ReplyDeleteI visited your site and watched the videos. Very nice. I like them.
I hope you come back to my site often. I will come by yours too!
Liquid,
ReplyDeleteI think all crime is wrong and I have said anyone who is a convicted felonious criminal who is not a citizen should be deported.
My comment was to Pat in laughing (his LOLs) at the incident.
I agree Dee, crime don't pay and I am totally on your side and Pat can keep dancing to his SNL theme song and laugh the night away at FOXNEWS results (big shock that he likes fox news)
ReplyDeleteYes dee, I was laughing at you claim that learning English is "torment". Anyone would laugh at that!
