Republicans like Jan Brewer Utilize Scare Tactics to Demonize Freed Latino Immigrants while Revealing True Reason for their Anger! Loss of Filled Private Prison Beds!!!

Jan Brewer unwittingly revealed the real reason right wing Republicans are ANGRY over the release of low-risk detainees. They are angry because of the loss of FILLED Private Prison beds! Brewer said, “The news is especially concerning when coupled with DHS' acknowledgment today that it may not be able to maintain operation of 34,000 immigration jail beds, as mandated by Congress.”

Her statement reveals the True Reason for all of this Republican angst. Their friends in the Private Prison business are losing their government funding with every unfilled bed. These Big Business Owners pay their Republican Political Puppets plenty of campaign dollars to keep their Prisons full! Over the last few years, Arizona's Department of Corrections awarded more contracts for expansions of private prisons ordered by state lawmakers and signed by Gov. Jan Brewer.

Brewer considers these Latino Border Crossers as “jail bed occupants.” The Private Prison Owners pay big $$ to the Political Action Committees of many Republican politicians, particularly in Southern Border States like Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, Atlanta and North Carolina – the states with Republican Governors and loaded with Private Prisons and their Lobbyists.

Now that sequester is underway and many government departments are forced to slash their costs, it is not surprising that the Department of Homeland Security has released two thousand detainees with plans to release 5,000 more by March 31, bringing the number down to 25,748 (as reported by AP). The detainees who are released are still expected to appear in Immigration Court when scheduled and potentially may be deported.

The Department of Homeland Security currently has 30,733 Immigrants in Detention Centers. The cost to house these detainees is $164 a day for each detainee. This equals a savings of approximately $60,000 for each detainee and approximately $2 Billion a year for the detainee population.

Though it is the Republican Party that is demanding the sequester budget cuts, they are talking out of both sides of their mouths! They are vocally opposing these releases even though these actions will save the country billions. Republicans Bob Goodlatte, chairman of the Judiciary Committee and Mike McCaul of the Homeland Security Committee, as well as Sen. Dan Coats of the Senate Appropriations Committee and Sen. Chuck Grassley of the Senate Judiciary committee are all attacking Janet Napolitano and the Department of Homeland Security for these releases. They are claiming these uncharged, primarily Latino Immigrants, who have no criminal records, will terrorize the streets upon their release. This is a Lie and a Scare Tactic, painting these Latino Immigrants as the Boogey Man. Those that are being released are NOT felonious criminals. They are students, passengers in cars, workers, many of them caught up in “Suppression Sweeps” in Latino neighborhoods – as often occurs in sleepy Arizona towns.

These Republican zealots are spouting the Tea Party rhetoric. They are spewing the views of the ANTI-Latino Hate Groups including F.A.I.R, NumbersUSA and Alipac who have pushed these scare attacks against Latinos for years. Republican Politicians are Lying to the American Public about SCARY LATINOS ROAMING THE STREETS AND TERRORIZING TOWNS. 

What is mind boggling is that Republicans claim they are the party that wants to cut costs, yet they are willing to waste $2 Billion Dollars a year to detain Latino Students and Workers. "This is an unprofessional, shameful action on the part of the operators that appear in the video, period," U.S. Army Special Forces Maj. Fernando Lujan wrote on his Facebook page, to a chorus of approval from colleagues.
A Green Beret who returned last year from Afghanistan, Lujan says that attaching the title of special operator with any political campaign is "in violation of everything we've been taught, and the opposite of what we should be doing, which is being quiet professionals."
As one reporter noted about Smith: "To be blunt, these are not the words of a calm-minded nonpartisan military professional offering his expert judgment to the American people. They are the unhinged rantings of a racist zealot enlisted to serve as a frontman for the real money and brains behind the effort, whom OPSEC refuses to disclose."

The GOP is at it again. Republicans on the House Agriculture Committee passed a plan Wednesday to delay regulation on "financial speculation", including in the food and OIL MARKETS. In a Wednesday vote, the committee approved a bill to delay by 18 months the writing of many key regulations outlined in last year’s Dodd-Frank financial reform law. Dodd-Frank requires regulators to write a host of new rules to TIGHTEN OVERSIGHT over DERIVATIVES, financial instruments designed to help farmers and manufacturers hedge their risk that are also used by financial speculators. Warren Buffett has called derivatives "Financial Weapons of Mass Destruction" and the financial tools played a key role in the downfall of insurance giant AIG. THIS CAUSES GAS PRICES TO GO UP! Republicans kept quiet and refused to comment to reporters -- afraid to be linked to Rising Gas Prices!

Wall Street's King: Goldman Sachs is pulling out all the stops (spending millions on lobbyists; wining and dining Congress) in their desperate attempt to stop or at least delay the Volcker Rule. This is the BIG ONE Baby! The Volcker Plan is a proposal to restrict U.S. banks from making certain kinds of speculative investments if they are not on behalf of their customers. THIS IS THE BIG WALL STREET REFORM PLAN. This plan STOPS the Banks from betting against the American Public. If you are familiar with the Housing Bubble burst, as the Goldman Sachs investigation showed, business as usual on Wall Street has for too long allowed banks to create instruments which are based on junky assets, then sell them to clients, and bet against their own clients by betting on their failure. The Volcker Plan proposes to end that type of conflict which Wall Street has engaged in.

Now, lobbying disclosures show Goldman representatives have been working both sides of the political aisle (Both Repubs & Dems are being lobbied and are commiserate in delaying this legislation) and meeting with top officials in the White House and regulatory agencies. Get this, Goldman Sachs is lobbying the very agencies that are supposed to be regulating them and protecting "We the People."

Goldman has hired an all-star team of lobbyists and former government officials, leveraging powerful connections to get its message across to regulatory and political leaders."Before the crisis, Goldman was basically non-existent in Washington," said a former Congressional staffer who now works as a policy analyst at a Wall Street bank. "Post-crisis, Goldman is everywhere."

The SEC and four other regulators are in the process of writing separate versions of the Volcker rule, which must then be reconciled and shaped into a single set of regulations.

"Volcker is the subject of a very quiet, closed-door battle right now, not just between us and Wall Street, but among the agencies as well," said Bart Naylor, who has lobbied regulators for consumer-rights coalition Americans for Financial Reform.
Goldman Sachs spokesman Stephen Cohen declined to comment.

My question is, why aren't the Tea Partiers aware of this? Why aren't they protesting Goldman Sachs and their lobbyists? I thought they were interested in improving the economy. Why isn't this all over Cable News? Not on Fox! Not on NBC, ABC, CBS! Very little on-line.

In Phoenix on Friday, April 15, the Americans for Prosperty Teapartiers hosted a "Feet to the Fire" Rally in protest of Tax Day in America. The event took place on the House and Senate lawns at the Arizona Capitol. It featured a meet-and-greet with elected officials, including Joe Arpaio and Russell Pearce. While the event was "billed" as a protest against Taxes, speakers like Arpaio never even mentioned the word "tax." Instead, all Arpayaso talked about was challenging President Obama, "illeegals", his raids of Latino Neighborhoods and his torture of prisoners in Tent City. In fact, none of the speakers talked about the Economy or Taxed Enough Already! All they spoke about was their opposition (HATRED) of President Obama and "Illeegals!" Their key note speaker was Sheriff Arpaio. He bragged about: . his credentials, . spoke about his opposition to the President, . the protesters who have protested against him across the country (using very vile language), . his experience battling illeegals, making fun of the President, making fun of the latino protesters, . and he spoke about his new operation "Desert Sky" and how demonstrators wrote to the President about their opposition to this program. -- (He also spoke about his support of Russell Pearce). During Arpayo's diatribe, he made fun of the protestors protesting against him who were not allowed onto the Capital's lawn (because they were brown). They were Latinos, held at bay by his goon squad. While Arpayaso was speaking, a lone Anglo protestor rode in on his bike onto the Capital lawn. During Arpaio's long rant, the bike rider, utilizing his 1st ammendment rights, voiced his opposition to Arpaio's various abuses. The brave protester's first comment was "100 million," referencing an examination that Arpaio's office mis-spent over $100 Million in Jail Funds. Then the brave protester asked, "How many more (millions) are you going to take?" To which Arpaio responded "One hundred and One Million!" The protester, utilizing his 1st Ammendment rights, and appalled by Arpaio's arrogance said, "Thief! Liar!" Meanwhile, Arpaio's goons surrounded this very brave protester! They pushed their chests against him! Taunted him. Then, as the brave protester held up a pamphlet of the Constitution, he was dragged to the ground and assaulted by Arpaio's goons. Then arrested him, filing false charges saying the goons in plain clothing (no uniforms), arrested him! Perhaps the worst escapade of ALL was Arpaio's threat, AFTER this Brave Protester was hauled away by his goons. The fiend, Arpaio said, Just for that, I'm going down to a Latino neighborhood and "I'm going to arrest 100 more!" (EVIL!) TeaParty Republican Official in Indiana Fired for urging "Deadly Force" on Wisconsin Teachers:
A Republican TeaParty official in Indiana has been FIRED for urging "LIVE AMMUNITION" be used on Peaceful Teacher protesters in Wisconsin. Indiana Deputy Attorney General Jeff Cox was removed on Wednesday for saying on his personal Twitter account that police should "use live ammunition" on Teachers Peacefully Protesting in the Wisconsin legislature for their rights.

TeaParty Republican Extremist Cox made the comment last Sunday in response to a Tweet from Mother Jones magazine that riot police might force protesters out of the Wisconsin capitol building.

In a Twitter exchange with Mother Jones editor Adam Weinstein, Cox argued, "Against thugs physically threatening legally-elected state legislators and governor? You're damn right I advocate deadly force."

The back-and-forth continued with Cox telling Weinstein, "I support police unions. Funny you would advocate for a police union when liberals hate police." He later told the journalist, "Typical leftist. Try to silence anyone who disagrees with you."

Weinstein at the time did not know he was talking to one of Indiana's deputy attorney generals.

Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller said late Wednesday he was dismissing Cox after a "thorough and expeditious review" of his online postings.

The same day, Indiana lawmakers dropped a similar ANTI-union bill after Democrats followed their Wisconsin counterparts and fled the state.

Cox's postings include blog entries in which Cox called President Barack Obama "incompetent and treasonous," and former Labor Secretary Robert Reich and members of the Service Employees International Union "brownshirts," referring to the paramilitary group of the Nazis. The COWARDLY Cox has since deleted his blog, but his Twitter comments remain online. "We respect individuals' First Amendment right to express their personal views on private online forums, but as public servants we are held by the public to a higher standard, and we should strive for civility," Zoeller said.

The removal of Cox occurred on the second day of a boycott by Democratic state lawmakers. The lawmakers are in neighboring Illinois to prevent a quorum required to pass the Republican bill.

TeaPartier Rand Paul Says: Suck It Up, Unemployed – Get a Job Already

First he stated he wanted to end the Civil Rights Act and allow discrimination against minorities in restaurants and businesses. Next he said he wanted to rescind the Disabilities Act saying those with disabilities should just stick to the first floor and deal with steps. Now, he is saying to the unemployed: Suck it Up! Go get a job! -- Rand Paul -- I say you are you are completely out of touch!

Rand Paul, an eye surgeon and the Tea Party-backed Republican candidate for U.S. Senate in Kentucky, believes that the long-term unemployed of America just have their expectations set too darned high. According to Paul, the tens of thousands of Americans who have nearly exhausted their unemployment benefits and who will soon be in dire straits because the Senate failed to pass an emergency extension this month, could have had jobs a long time ago if they were just willing to settle for ones that paid less than the ones they lost. Paul, who apparently has never had the bad luck to experience long-term unemployment – the kind where jobs are already scarce, half your job market is looking for work, and there’s serious competition even for low-paying jobs you can’t get hired for anyway because your work experience screams “over-qualified” – got on the air Friday with Lexington radio host Sue Wylie and had the nerve to tell people who are desperate, demoralized and worried about destitution that their carefree lives of leisure need to come to an end. He called it “tough love.”

“As bad as it sounds, ultimately we do have to sometimes accept a wage that’s less than we had at our previous job in order to get back to work and allow the economy to get started again,” Paul said. “Nobody likes that, but it may be one of the tough love things that has to happen.” Possibly because his understanding of the plight of the jobless is so stunningly superficial and academic, Paul fully endorsed the Republican filibuster that successfully blocked passage of the $120 million bill that would have extended benefits for the unemployed.

Paul said he supports the filibuster. If the Senate thinks the bill is necessary, it needs to find the money to pay for it elsewhere in the federal budget rather than add to the $13 trillion national debt, he said. “It’s all a matter of making priorities,” Paul said. “Some tough decisions will have to be made.” Rand, have you ever had to decide which utility bill gets ignored this month because there simply isn’t enough money to pay all of them? Have you ever tried to find an outfit for a job interview by poking through the racks of worn, stained clothing at the Goodwill store? Have you ever spent time agonizing over whether your child’s cough was severe enough that it warranted a trip to the doctor, because if you spent money on an office call, you would be short on cash for food for the rest of the week?

Those are “tough decisions,” Doctor Paul. Those are cases of people “making priorities.” Families whose providers have been jobless for months or a year or even more are not living it up, sir. They are scraping to get by. If there are folks on unemployment who aren’t taking jobs because they pay less than their unemployment benefits, it’s not because they refuse to work for less than they made at their old jobs – it’s because they are barely making it as it is and can’t afford to take a penny less! If a family is struggling to make ends meet with unemployment benefits, how dare a man with a medical practice and family connections in politics lecture them about “accepting a lower-paying job” and act like cutting off the only money keeping them off the street is some sort of character-building exercise?

The long-term unemployed are not a bunch of lazy rabble who think they’ve found the perfect gravy train. You may think that once their benefits end, they will race right out and “find” jobs because they’ve just been kicking back collecting those checks every week. What about the people who wind up losing their homes, who end up in homeless shelters or on the streets? What excuse will your libertarian imagination dream up to blame those people for their plight? You want tough love, Doctor Paul, diligent healer of human vision? Ditch the rug. Nobody with working eyes believes that’s your real hair.

Extreme Right Wing Teapartiers No Better than Al Qaeda! Need to take Citizenship Classes and Gain Loyalty to America!

I haven't written a blog in a few days. Why? Because I am saddened by all the rhetoric and abusive, racist language and actions by the extremists in the right wing. Their actions are absolutely insane and on the brink of domestic terrorism. They go far beyond their past idiotic claims of "Socialism", "Communism" or "Messiah" talk.
What is mind-boggling is these extremists say they are Christian. They say they are Patriotic. I say to them, their actions are NOT Patriotic. And most of all, their actions are NOT Christian. Their actions are, in fact, EVIL! I suggest they go back to church and read the bible. Begin with:

Recently, many of their actions are those of Domestic Terrorists, drawn from PURE EVIL! Who do these people think they are? They are no better than al qaeda. They need to take citizenship classes and renew their loyalty to America!

1. EVIL Rhetoric: Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman, a breast cancer survivor, was confronted by a Tea Party protester that said God cursed her with Breast Cancer because of her vote for Healthcare. During her townhall meeting, anyone supporting Healthcare was attacked. Example: Healthcare supporter Marjorie described how she'd been struggling to get health-care coverage in the years since the accident that caused the memory loss -- while working as special education teacher, a student threw a metal ball, hitting the blond woman in the head."Good!" declared the elderly teaparty supporter, apparently pleased to learn of Marjorie's becoming disabled. Another teapartier screamed, "I will try to get you fired. I will try to get [the health-care reform] bill repealed."

2. Congresspeople Threatened:
. Gregory Lee Giusti, made threats over the phone to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. In at least 13 calls to Sen. Patty Murray (D) of Washington, Charles Alan Wilson of Selah, Wash., allegedly told the senator that she had a “target on your back.” Mr. Wilson was arrested Tuesday.
. CHARLES ALAN WILSON, 64, of Selah, Washington, was arrested this morning and charged by criminal complaint with threatening a federal official. WILSON became the subject of a federal investigation after a series of threatening phone calls to the office of Washington's U.S. Senator Patty Murray.
. A propane gas line was cut in March at the Charlottesville home of Rep. Tom Perriello's (D-Va.) brother after a self-identified "tea party" activist posted the address on the Internet and said it was the congressman's house. . A brick was thrown through the window of the Niagara Falls district office of Rep. Louise M. Slaughter (D-N.Y.) , and someone left her a voice mail suggesting that the children of health-reform supporters would be targeted by snipers.
. Rep. Bart Stupak (Mich.), the leader of a bloc of antiabortion Democrats who eventually cut a deal with the Obama administration and voted for the bill, received a fax with a drawing of a noose and an anonymous voice mail saying: "You're dead. We know where you live. We'll get you."
. At least 10 Democrats and “a handful of Republicans” received violent threats last month. Lawmakers reported 42 threats in the first three months of this year.



3. Racist Proposals: Republican Governor Governor Bob McDonald of Virginia, declared April 2010 Confederate History Month. He completely overlooked the history of Slavery in America. He did so at the request of the very racist group: The Sons of the Confederate Veterans. Their spokeman said, when they made the request: "We decided to bide our time and waited until we had more favorable politicians in Richmond."

4. Racist Actions: Congressman spit upon: Racial epithets were hurled at members of the Congressional Black Caucus by angry protesters who had gathered at the Capitol to protest health-care legislation, and Congressman Emanuel Cleaver was spit upon. The most high-profile openly gay congressman, Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.), was heckled with anti-gay chants.



5. Sex, Lies & Videos: ACORN Videos Proven False: Undercover "pimp" videographer James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles LIED in the editing of their infamous ACORN videos, according to California Attorney General Jerry Brown who acquired the full, unedited versions of the tapes.

6. Domestic Terrorists: Hutaree Militia Domestic Terrorist Threats: In a speech to relatives and others while riding in a van, Hutaree militia leader David Brian Stone Sr. called for a war with “the New World Order.” The Associated Press obtained a transcript of the secretly made audio recording that includes the speech. It lists Stone as saying: “You kill enough cops, you can’t get enough people to take the job.“Why? I’m not gonna become a cop and go die.”

Breaking News: FBI Raids 3 Extremist, Gun-Toting, Birther, Teaparty, Christian Hutaree Militias (Domestic Terrorists)

Update: FoxNews: U.S. federal prosecutors say nine members of a Christian militia have been charged with plotting to kill a police officer and then bomb a funeral to kill more law enforcement personnel.The announcement Monday follows the arrest of eight of the nine people in raids in the U.S. states of Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. Authorities are searching for the ninth suspect. Court documents unsealed Monday say the charges against the nine include seditious conspiracy and attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction.The indictment says the group was anti-government and wanted to wage war against the United States. U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade says the group, known as Hutaree, planned the attack for April. She says action was taken since the public and law enforcement were at risk.The head of the FBI's office in Detroit says the case is an example of radical and extremist fringe groups that can be found throughout society. He says the FBI takes such extremist groups seriously, especially those who target innocent citizens and law enforcement officers.Those charged include the group's alleged ringleader, David Brian Stone (aka Capt. Hutaree), and his wife and two sons.

Nine suspects tied to a Midwest Christian militia that was preparing for the Antichrist have been arrested in raids by a FBI-led Joint Terrorism Task Force in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana as part of an investigation into an Adrian-based Christian militia group (Domestic Terrorists). Sources said the FBI was in the second day of raids around the southeastern Michigan city of Adrian that are connected to a militia group, known as the Hutaree, an Adrian-based group whose members describe themselves as Christian soldiers preparing for the arrival and battle with the anti-Christ. The idea of attacking a police funeral was one of numerous scenarios discussed as ways to go after law enforcement officers, the indictment said. Other scenarios included a fake 911 call to lure an officer to his or her death, or an attack on the family of a police officer. Once other officers gathered for a slain officer's funeral, the group planned to detonate homemade bombs at the funeral, killing more, according to the indictment. After such attacks, the group allegedly planned to retreat to "rally points" protected by trip-wired improvised explosive devices, or IEDs, for what they expected would become a violent standoff with law enforcement personnel. "It is believed by the Hutaree that this engagement would then serve as a catalyst for a more wide-spread uprising against the government," the indictment charges.
According to investigators, the Hutaree view local, state, and federal law enforcement personnel as a "brotherhood" and an enemy, and planned to attack them as part of an armed struggle against the U.S. government. The indictment charges members of the group conspired "to levy war against the United States, (and) to oppose by force the authority of the government of the United States."

On their website, the "Tea Party Patriots" are aligning themselves to these violent militias.
