Republican Tea Party Russell Pearce's Friend, Neo Nazi J.T. Ready, Murders Family and Baby Latina Girl Before the Coward Kills Himself!

Republican Extremists, Right Winger, TeaParty Minutemen -- KILL Latino children. -- My long time readers know this. They remember little Brisenia Flores who was viciously murdered by Shawna Forde and Gunny Bush.

Now we find that another vicious extremist, J.T. Ready (37), has murdered another small Latina child who he claimed was "half ugly" due to being "half Mexican." Yesterday afternoon, as Lisa Mederos was reporting Ready's violence to a 911 operator, Neo Nazi Minuteman Border Vigilante J.T. Ready, viciously murdered 16 month old Lilly Mederos, her mother, her grandmother and her mother's boyfriend. Then Ready, the evil, murdering coward, turned the gun on himself to escape punishment. The shots can be heard on the 911 tape.

This crime is awful! Neo Nazi, long time friend of the recalled Russell Pearce, murdered this family, all because his "girlfriend", grandmother Lisa Mederos (47) was trying to kick him out.
The police in Gilbert, AZ, are very familiar with the murder location. The police were frequently called to this residence for the domestic abuse Ready frequently inflicted on this family. They wanted to get rid of the slime. The leach refused to leave, then he killed them.
JT Ready was a Border Vigilante. Many in the Immigrant Community believe Ready and his cohorts murdered hundreds of unresolved Border Murders.
Russell Pearce is doing his best to distance himself from the evil Ready, but it's too late Russell. The web has ALL of the pictures of you hugging Ready during your very evil Tea Party and Minutemen Rallies. It's ALL ON THE NET. You can run, but you cannot and will not HIDE from them! Thanks to the Internet, your Evilness and Connection with Evil will LIVE ON FOREVER!!

Justice for Brisenia: Minuteman Shawna Forde's friend Gunny Bush received Death Penalty!

Immigration Clearinghouse reports: Arivaca Minuteman Murders - Two down One to go - Jason Bush received Death Penalty Not that there was any doubt, but Jason Eugene Bush, Minuteman Shawna Fordes trigger man in the 2009 Arivaca home invasion murders, received the death penalty yesterday by a Pima County jury for the murder of 9-year-old Brisenia Flores and her father Raul. In what has been a very swift yet bizarre trial, on March 25, jurors convicted Bush of two counts of first degree murder, attempted first-degree murder of Gina Marie Gonzalez, one count of burglary in the first-degree; one count of aggravated assault, serious physical injury; one count of aggravated assault, deadly weapon/dangerous instrument; one count of armed robbery; and one count of aggravated armed robbery. (The same charges as Minuteman Shawna Forde was convicted of.) Bizarre in the fact that defense attorneys Richard Parrish and Chris Kimminau never gave opening nor closing statements in the case, instead conceding Bush’s guilt from the gitgo. When it was all said and done, it took the jury less than two hours to find Bush guilty as charged and in the aggravation phase of the trial, the jury returned after only 15 minutes of deliberation finding that Bush was eligible for the death penalty. Factors in that quick decision included the crimes were committed in tandem with other felonies and a minor younger than 15 was one of the victims.

The mitigation phase of the trial, where defense attorneys sought to make excuses for Bush’s action and spare him the death penalty, through testimony from witnesses for hire and Bush’s parents who apparently gave up on him at an early age, was not successful. Defense attorney’s even tried to lay the blame back on prosecution witness, mother and wife of the victims for a victim impact statement she made saying, “I went to bed in heaven and woke up in hell.” They also tried for a mistrial based on some of the statements Gonzalez made, a motion denied by presiding Judge John S. Leonardo. Parrish told the jury, “Some things have to be said about this case that nobody’s had the guts to say.” What he was referring to was revealed shortly afterwards when he continued; “Gina Gonzalez said to you that she went to bed that night in heaven and she woke up in hell. She had a drug dealer husband. She was living in a trailer in Arivaca on five or 10 acres. There was a loaded assault rifle in the nook of the front door. There was a loaded .40 caliber Smith & Wesson pistol near the stove. She knew enough to take that .40 caliber weapon, pull back the slide, undo the safety and shoot at somebody.” Prosecutor Rick Unklesbay, who has been outstanding in the presentation of the prosecution’s case in this trial and the Forde trial that preceded this said; “It’s astonishing and offensive that a defense attorney would stand up here and say that they are not worthy of having the law applied equally to them,” And he was correct. Defense attorneys also accurately suggested that had it only been Raul Flores that was murdered, there wouldn’t have been a trial. Something we have alluded to from the beginning. So it goes in Arizona where the life of a Hispanic is considered worthless by some. He was of course insinuating that the lives of Raul and Brisenia were basically without value because of who they were and the situation they lived in. It took jurors less than 4 hours of deliberation over two days to come to their decision. Bush showed no reaction other than his normal “deer in the headlights look” he’s had throughout the trial at sentencing this morning. Two down, one to go as Albert Gaxiola goes on trial on June 1, 2011. There is no reason to expect any different and outcome as strong evidence also ties Gaxiola to the crime. For more in-depth coverage, check out Rickers Radar Screen which has some pretty decent first person coverage of the trial and it’s players. In particular, following in the footsteps of Laine Lawless, is the report of Jason Bush’s brother Dan, contacting Ricker suggesting there was money to be made for both of them, as he had the “lowdown” on things people couldn’t imagine about his brother. Looking at the photo of Dan with an assault weapon in hand, one can only imagine…………………. Don’t know about y’all, but a 60 day break until the next and final trial is needed for all of us. This afternoon, Bush will be taken, as was Forde, to Arizona’s death row, where he’ll reside for the next 15 or 20 years while his appellate lawyers try to save his worthless axx.

GUILTY! MINUTEMAN JASON "GUNNY" BUSH GUILTY OF MURDERING 9 YEAR OLD BRISENIA FLORES AND HER DAD!

GUILTY! A Pima County Superior Court jury found Minuteman Jason "Gunny" Bush GUILTY of murdering 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her Dad. On May 30, 2009, Bush, the 36-year-old friend of Shawna Forde, murdered 9 year old Brisenia by shooting her twice, at point blank range in the face, as she pleaded for her life.

The jury found White Nationalist Bush guilty on 2 counts of first degree murder, a count of burglary in the 1st degree, one count of attempted first degree murder, aggravated assault, aggravated assault with a weapon, armed robbery, and aggravated robbery. Jurors now will determine whether 36 year-old Bush is eligible for the death penalty and eventual sentencing.

Bush also faces two murder charges in Washington: second-degree murder in the July 1997 fatal stabbing of Hector Lopez Partida, 29, in Wenatchee; and first-degree murder in the September 1997 shooting death of Jonathan Bumstead, 18, in the Palisades area.

CONVICTED! Minute Woman Shawna Forde Finally Convicted for Brutally Murdering 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her Dad!

FINALLY.....JUSTICE FOR BRISENIA: A Pima County jury has finally convicted Minute Woman Shawna Forde today of two counts of first-degree murder in the May 30, 2009 murder/deaths of Arivaca residents 9-year-old daughter, Brisenia and her Dad. The jury also convicted Forde of attempted first-degree murder in the shooting of Brisenia's Mom, Gina Gonzalez, as well as related aggravated assault and robbery counts. Brisenia's Mom Gina started crying as soon as the first GUILTY verdict, the killing of her daughter, was read just before noon in a packed courtroom at Pima County Superior Court.

The jury deliberated for seven hours over two days. Jurors will now be asked if the death penalty ought to be considered. On the first day of the trial, which has gained national attention, BRISENIA'S MOM testified her husband woke her to say the police were at the door. The woman at the door (Shawna Forde) identified herself and the man with her as law enforcement officers looking for fugitives, Gina said. When her husband questioned the veracity of their story, Gina said the gunman opened fire, shooting her husband and her. As Gina played dead on the floor, the gunman fired two bullets into their youngest daughter, Brisenia's head, despite the little girl's pleas. Thankfully, their other daughter was spending the night at her grandmother's house. Moments after Forde, Gunny Bush and their two accomplices left, Gina testified Shawna Forde returned to find Gina on the phone with 911 and called out to Gunny Bush to finish Gina off. Gina said she fled to the kitchen, armed herself and fired back when the Minutemen tried to kill her again. Gunny Bush then fled.

Forde, Gunny Bush, 36, and Albert Gaxiola, 44, were arrested within two weeks of the slayings. Forde, Gunny Bush and Gaxiola are scheduled to go to trial March 15 and June 1, respectively.

Update: Minutemen Shawna Forde & Gunny Bush Murder Trial Update (for murders of 9 year old Brisenia Flores & her Dad)

Guest Voz: (my friend) Porter Corn - Immigration Clearinghouse
Possible defense strategies revealed for Minuteman Shawna Forde’s Trial
Before Forde defense attorney Eric Larsen left on vacation, he filed some documents in Pima County Superior Court outlining his defense strategy in the upcoming trial of Minuteman Shawna Forde, accused mastermind in the murder of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father Raul. This move was required under the Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure.

The prosecutions theory is that Forde needed money for her little border vigilante group, MINUTEMAN AMERICAN DEFENSE, so she enlisted the aid of Jason Bush and Albert Gaxiola to rip off Raul “Jr.” Flores, a purported drug dealer. Forde discussed this with others who are expected to testify for the prosecution, including two Colorado Minutemen and the star of the show, Oin Oakstar, who was supposed to be the fourth person but got too drunk and forgot to show up for the party.

Some of Larsen’s defense strategies were expected, such as “the state failed to prove their case,” but then, there were these others:
•Gaxiola was romantically involved with Flores’ widow
•Forde wasn’t present at the crime scene.
•Forde was misidentified as a suspect.
•Gaxiola and Oakstar conspired to eliminate Flores as their drug trade competitor.
•Flores’ widow named Gaxiola as a perpetrator.
•Gaxiola had been feuding with Flores.
Larsen said he also plans to impeach the expected testimony of Forde’s mother, brother and Oakstar.

In addition, he says the jewelry found in Forde’s possession isn’t Flores’ widow’s, as alleged by prosecutors.
Larsen also filed a document listing the mitigating factors he intends to tell jurors about during the penalty phase of the trial. Some of them include;
•Neuropsychological deficits/damage/frontal lobe deficits.
•Multiple abandonments as child.
•Sexually abusive childhood.
•Dysfunctional childhood.
•Manipulated/gullible
•Volunteer work, public service, lack of felony record, productively employed
•History of non-violence
•Polysubstance abuse
•Medical records, including records from a stroke
So in a nutshell, the defense will be that Gaxiola was screwing Flores wife in order for Gaxiola and Oakstar to ripoff the cuckolded husband of drugs and cash they may or may not have had. And in the course of things, Forde wasn’t present at the crime scene yet she was misidentified as a suspect at the crime scene.

With that kind of logic, we can expect the trial to last less than a week. And where does the shooter Jason Bush fit into all of this? After all, his blood was found in the teal van parked at the Gaxiola residence and seen cruising the hood around the Flores property the morning of the murders with a “blonde woman” in the passenger seat. And let us not forget one of Forde’s staunchest defenders, Laine Lawless, who accompanied Chuck Stonex to the Gaxiola house to patch up Bush’s bullet wound.

And once the jury comes back with a guilty verdict, to keep Forde out of death row, the “mitigating factors” to Fordes actions has me falling off of my seat laughing my axx off.

So to wrap up the defenses that will be used to keep her off the gurney, the defense will accurately portray Forde as a crazy bxtch who wasn’t born with the proverbial silver spoon in her mouth, who had challenges in her childhood that others have. A crack head who couldn’t decide on any one drug of choice so she tried many as she plowed her way through life conning people and being conned herself. Selling her axx to undercover officers on the streets of Tacoma at age 14 might be considered a sexually abused childhood by some, but not by others. And she was productively employed hunting Mexicans on the border so her life should be spared for the heinous and calculated crime which took the life of an innocent 9 year old child because she has a history of non-violence. Did I get all that right?

I rest my case. Thank you Kim

Minuteman Leader Shawna Forde and Accomplices Pointing Fingers At Each Other to Avoid Prison Time for Murders!

Shawna Forde was in court Monday with her fellow accomplices, Gunny Bush and Albert Gaxiola, for the murders of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her Dad. Each of their lawyers began setting the groundwork so each defendant could try to pass off blame for the murders on the others.

Pima County Superior Court, Judge John Leonardo agreed Monday to try Jason Bush separately from his co-defendants. Leonardo scheduled Bush's trial for Nov. 2, 2010, and the trial of Shawna Forde and Albert Gaxiola for Jan. 4, 2011. Forde's and Gaxiola's attorneys want their clients to get their own separate trials, too, but Leonardo declined to split them up, defense attorney Eric Larsen said. Larsen, one of Forde's attorneys, said he has been given permission to ask for a severance again in the future.

Forde's and Gaxiola's attorneys believe separate trials are needed because it would be impossible for a jury to believe one of the defendants "without excluding the defense" of the other. According to court documents, Larsen said if Gaxiola points the finger at Forde, she would want to tell jurors about Gaxiola's drug ties and convictions. She also would point out a friend of Gaxiola's, who has not been charged in this case, "most fits the description" of the man who was seen with Gaxiola "scouting the victims' residence."

Even if Gaxiola and Forde's defenses aren't "mutually exclusive," the trials should be separate because Gaxiola would probably want to "inflame the passions" of the jury by telling them about Forde's association with the border defense movement, Larsen said. Gaxiola's attorneys, Jack Lansdale and Steve West, contend Gaxiola wasn't inside the house when the victims were shot. They want a separate trial because Bush told police he shot the victims under duress from Gaxiola, and they believe Forde probably will say the same thing.

Minuteman Murderer Gunny Bush Feigns Innocence AFTER his Confession!

The Prosecution has a wealth of evidence against Gunny Bush for the murders of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her dad. The evidence includes:
1. Gunny Bush's signed and video-taped confession.
2. The bullet in his leg from Brisenia Flores' mother's gun.
3. DNA evidence from the crime scene, including Gunny Bush's blood from his wounds.
4. The gun and other weapons used the night of the murder of Brisenia and her dad.
5. Testimony from his partners in crime.
6. Testimony from Chuck Stonex who tended his bullet wounds the night of the shootings.
7. Plus much, much more.

Given all of this evidence and his own signed, video-taped confession, you would think that Bush would be shying away from the media, hiding in his prison cell, laying quiet, hoping against hope that this bad publicity would go away.

Not so!!

Bush, with all of his bravura, and against his lawyer's advice, has contacted the media and has now attempted to take back his confession. During this taped interview, he told the reporter from the Arizona Daily Star a story worthy of Paul Bunyan and his Blue Ox. What did he tell the reporter in this taped interview:

1. He is taking back his confession. He said he is innocent and did not commit the murders.
2. He was actually working as an undercover operative for some unknown group. Not the Police. Not the FBI. Not the SPLC, but some unknown group he will not name at this time.
3. He is not a minuteman. He is not ANTI Immigrant or ANTI Latino. In fact he is FOR Open Borders.
4. He said the real terrorists are within the Minuteman ranks, however he is not free to name them at this time.
5. He said there were six actual culprits. He knows who they are but will not name them at this time.
6. He said there is currently a conspiracy, "out to get him". He is merely a stooge and needs a high priced lawyer to help him, not just some court appointed flunky. He is hoping, with this interview, to have some high priced lawyer see his cause and come in and build a case for him. Otherwise he is doomed because of an incompetent defense.

Coward Minuteman Gunny Bush Crying Crocodile Tears, Fearing he will receive the Death Penalty for the Murders of Brisenia Flores and her Dad

Minuteman Gunny Bush is a Coward. He is crying crocodile tears right now. He is crying like a little baby, in fear of the Death Penalty for the murders he has committed.
That is how cowards are. He LIED about his military service. He puffed his chest out in bravura as he walked the streets, guns on hips, chasing the innocents on the border. Now the big Coward is crying Crocodile Tears, in fear of the punishment he will receive for the crimes he has committed. Read what he says as this big, 6'4" Coward faces Justice for his miserable life of crime.
azstarnet.com reports:
Arivaca suspect denies links to killings, Aryans
Minuteman Jason Bush is accused of killing a homeless man, a white supremacist, a suspected drug dealer and a 9-year-old girl. He has longtime ties to the Aryan Nations, faked a military career and joined forces with the leader of a radical militia movement who wanted to take on illegal immigrants and drug cartels.

According to Bush, however, he has never been a member of the Minutemen American Defense or the military. Bush said he is in favor of opening the border and has only received some "unconventional" military training, the details of which he declined to disclose. Anything about him on the Minutemen American Defense Web site was Forde's doing, Bush said. "I think she was trying to lend some sort of legitimacy to her so-called movement," he said.
Asked if he was at the Flores home the night of the murder or if he had an alibi, Bush said, "I can't talk about anything that night. I'm going to have to leave that to a defense attorney. That's really touchy stuff." As for the gunshot wound to his leg, which authorities said he got during the home invasion, Bush replied, "I can't really talk about that; that's part of my defense."
When asked if he truly believes drug traffickers and illegal immigrants are "terrorists," Bush initially laughed and then began to choke up. "No. I believe terrorists are people who invade people's homes in the middle of the night and shoot families," Bush said. "I believe terrorists are people that have the ability and the knowledge to stand up and take responsibility for their own actions and choose not to and let someone else sit and rot in prison for their inaction."
Officials in two Washington state counties say Bush's racist views led him to kill two men in that state in 1997.
Bush is charged in the July 1997 stabbing death of Hector Lopez-Partida, a homeless man who died in Wenatchee, and the September 1997 death of Jon Bumstead, an 18-year-old white supremacist from East Wenatchee. Bush was tied to Lopez-Partida's death after his arrest in the Flores deaths; his DNA was found in the armpit of a shirt found at the murder scene. According to Douglas County court records obtained by the Star this week, an informant told detectives he, Bush, Bumstead and another friend were camping together when Bush shot Bumstead in the back and the head.
He hadn't come forward until now because Bush had threatened to kill him and his family, the man told police. He was 17 at the time of the slaying.
Death penalty possible
The Pima County Attorney's Office has until the end of the month to decide if prosecutors intend to seek the death penalty. It's a possibility Bush says weighs heavy on his mind. "I have a very defendable position, but even a very defendable position requires more resources than what we have available," Bush said.
"The prosecuting attorney has limitless resources, thousands of police officers to investigate for them and forensics, labs and technicians. ... I have a county-funded attorney and a private investigator. Those are my resources. Facing what I'm facing, it's kind of scary. I'm praying for a miracle. You've got to understand, I'm fighting for my life."
But in a teary jailhouse interview, Bush cries, "I didn't do it. I'm not guilty of what they've charged me with."

Police Say Minuteman Murderer Gunny Bush, Partner to Shawna Forde, is Chief Suspect in 4th Murder

Seattle Weekly reports:
Minuteman Suspected of 4th Slaying
The accusations continue to pile up against Jason Bush (left), the Wenatchee white supremacist accused of accompanying Everett Minutemen leader Shawna Forde in the Arizona desert robbery and shootout that left a Mexican man and his 9-year-old daughter dead last month. Authorities now count four people as Bush homicide victims over a 12-year period. Beside the two June murders, Bush is suspected in the 1997 slaying of Hector Manuel Lopez Partida, 29, a homeless Wenatchee man stabbed seven times while sleeping. This week, at a press conference, Chelan County authorities said they now suspect Bush, a onetime Aryan Nations soldier, of another 1997 murder, that of Jonathan Bumstead, 18, of East Wenatchee, who was shot in the back and head. The Wenatchee World, quoting a detective, reports that an informant (who said he was at both of the Chelan murders) recalled Bush saying Bumstead was killed "because he was a traitor to the race." While the three other victims were Mexican, Bumstead was white. The indication was that he and Bush, who were acquaintances, had a falling out before the shooting. Charges are pending while, in Arizona, prosecutors are still considering seeking the death penalty against Bush, Forde and a third accomplice.

Minuteman Shawna Forde's partner Gunny Bush - Murderer, Liar, Thief!

Eugene Gunny Bush, the minuteman who Brisenia's mother said pulled the trigger murdering her daughter and her husband, left a paper trail of deception behind, according to residents of the small Arizona town of Meadview, where he lived for about a year until his arrest last month.

Bush, who admitted to the May 30 murders of Raul and Brisenia Flores during a home invasion, presented counterfeit money orders and fake military papers around town and lied to get work, said residents of Meadview. “He was a huge con artist,” said Tracy Van Wormer, owner of Meadview Market, a local convenience store. “I’m sitting on about $2,000 worth of counterfeit money orders from him.” She said Bush, who claimed he was a veteran, told her that he was re-enlisting and cashed two money orders for $1,000 each in early May that he said were advances on his re-enlistment bonus. When she sent them to the bank, they were returned. The bank told her they were old money orders that had been washed and rewritten, Van Wormer said. “I pressed charges against him and they issued a warrant, but I’ll never see my two grand,” she said.

Pentagon officials told the Everett (Wash.) Herald that there is no record that Bush served in the military. Bush told the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office that he had been duped in an Internet scam and that’s how he came by the checks, Van Wormer said. Bush also presented forged military papers to become a member of the local VFW post, said the post’s senior vice commander, Lavern Allsman. “He said he was in Vietnam,” said Allsman of the 34-year-old Bush. “It looked good on paper.” The VFW requires proof of at least six months served overseas, but Bush was voted in as a member without verifying the documents, he said. He added that Bush likely joined to take advantage of the cheap liquor. “There’s only two bars in Meadview: The VFW and the Crow’s Nest, and it’s cheaper to drink at the VFW,” Allsman said. “The next meeting (today), I have to challenge his eligibility and as soon as it comes out that he was never in the military, his VFW card will be destroyed.”

Bush told friends that he was a decorated Special Forces veteran who had survived combat in Somalia, Bosnia, Afghanistan and Iraq. Bush even has military tattoos, including “special forces,” “recon-viper” and “7th artillery group La Grande, OR,” according to a warrant issued by the Pima County Justice Court. And when Bush show up in Meadview early June with a bullet wound in his leg, he told people he had just been injured in Iraq, Van Wormer said. “I should have known he was lying,” she said. “They don’t send soldiers home with bullet holes in their leg.” Bush was treated in a Kingman hospital after his arrest for a gunshot wound to the leg.

Bush confessed June 11, shortly after he was arrested in Meadview, Pima County Sheriff’s Lt. Michael O’Connor said. Bush implicated Shawna Forde, 41, originally from Washington state but who was living in Tucson, and Albert Robert Gaxiola, 42, of Arivaca, as his accomplices. Bush named several other people in the murders but O’Connor said he couldn’t reveal how many, their names or how they are related to the suspects for fear of compromising the investigation. No other arrests have been made. The three have been charged with 8 felony counts, including first-degree murder, burglary in the first degree, aggravated assault and armed robbery.

Bush spent much of his teens and 20s in and out of jail. Court records show that he served prison time in Idaho, Kansas and Washington, including nearly five years for several charges, including auto theft and being a felon in possession of a firearm. But he lied about his criminal record when applying for a job as an engineer at the Grand Canyon Skywalk, the glass structure suspended 4,000 feet above the Colorado River at the edge of the Grand Canyon. He was fired in March “due to events surrounding unresolved issues found in his background investigation that he could not or would not resolve,” Daniel Kay, general manager of Grand Canyon Skywalk Development, said in an e-mailed statement. He declined to comment further.

Bush has also been charged in the 1997 murder of a man in Wenatchee, Wash, according to court papers, and the state prosecuting attorney is seeking extradition for that crime and other theft charges. He’s a suspect, along with Forde, in the Redding, Calif., robbery of Forde’s half-brother, the Herald has reported.

Jim Gilchrist Posts Messages from Shawna Forde About the Murders on his Minuteman Website Just Hours After their Arrests! (Screenshots)

Jim Gilchrist and other National Minuteman Leaders continue to disavow and attempt to distance themselves from Shawna Forde and Gunny Bush, the murderers of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father. However they cannot eliminate the traces of their support for Forde and Bush which they posted proudly on their websites. In my research, I came across these screenshots of Jim Gilchrist's minuteman site in which he proudly supports Shawna Forde and Gunny Bush. Gilchrist has since removed them from his website.
Screenshot 1: Jim Gilchrist and the National Minuteman website supports Minuteman Director Gunny Bush:
Screenshot 2: Jim Gilchrist posts on the MM website Forde's "Full Operations on the Border" SOP: Screenshot 3: A day and a half after Forde's arrest, Jim Gilchrist posts the following from Forde / MAD disavowing responsibility for Brisenia's murder. This was his FATHER's DAY message! Shameful!!
And the Minutemen say they are NOT linked to Shawna Forde. What can they say now! They have been caught in their own web of Lies!

Minuteman Gunny Bush, Shawna Forde's Murder Partner, CONFESSED to Murdering 9 year old Brisenia Flores when he was Arrested!

GV News reports:
Arivaca murder suspect confessed, officials say

A man indicted in an Arivaca double murder case confessed the day he was arrested, but he will not be offered a plea deal, a Pima County Sheriff’s investigator said Tuesday. Jason Eugene “Gunny” Bush, 34, admitted to the May 30 murders of a man and his 9-year-old daughter shortly after he was arrested in Kingman on June 11, Lt. Michael O’Connor said. “He did say that the day we arrested him in Kingman,” he said. “He admitted to both murders.”

But O’Connor said Bush wasn’t offered a plea deal in exchange for his full confession. “He murdered a little girl,” O’Connor said. “I think that was hard on him.”

Raul Flores Jr., 29, and his daughter Brisenia were shot in the head after several people dressed in camoflauge and military gear invaded their Arivaca home. Flores’ wife was shot three times, but managed to fend off the intruders by firing back at them and wounding one, now identified as Bush.

Also in custody are Shawna Forde, the alleged ringleader, and Albert Robert Gaxiola, an Arivaca resident. Forde, the leader of Minutemen American Defense, a border protection group of which Bush was a high-ranking member, hatched the plot to rob and kill drug dealers and steal their money to fund their border operations, officials said.

Update:
Lt. Michael O'connor from the Pima County Sheriff's Dept. said Bush named OTHER PEOPLE other than his co-defendants Shawna Ford and Albert Gaxiola. He said, "Their culpability is being investigated right now. There may be other arrests."

Minuteman X Denies Connection to Shawna Forde, Admits "She DID IT!" and Implicates other Minutemen and Glenn Spencer of American Border Patrol!!

The Leader of the Colorado Minutemen has gone to Scott North of the Daily Herald to claim he tried to turn Forde in a few weeks ago. Remember, the murders were committed a few weeks ago, on May 30. When you read his story, it is obvious he was very involved and is now just trying to protect himself. He also is clearly implicating members of his Minuteman group, Glenn Spencer and Minutemen Leaders. The police are not confirming what he said and, of course, have no comment.
The Colorado Minutemen (Minuteman X) went to the reporter on the condition of anonymity. What is interesting about his story is about how close-knit all of these ANTI groups are, the Minutemen, American Border Patrol, and all Border Watchers-Vigilantes!
Here is Minuteman X's story:
Minuteman X supplied e-mails that appear to have been sent to him by Forde, 41, in the days after the May 30 robbery and double killing in Arivaca.
. Forde: (June 3 email) "I'm in deep and now have targets on my head including big brother. I don't know who will take me out or set me up."
. In a June 5 e-mail, Forde apparently writes about getting a tip that sheriff's detectives in Tucson were looking for her."So just for your eyes now the po po (police department) is inquiring," the message reads. "Let them."
. Minuteman X said he and others were told by Forde that she was planning a home-invasion robbery in Arizona. Minuteman X said he was contacted early this spring by Forde, who knew of him from his Minutemen activities. Although they had not met, he claims she asked if he would be interested in helping her rob people suspected of involvement in smuggling near the border. The man said he didn't turn Forde down, but in April Minuteman X CLAIMED he told law enforcement officials about her request. Minuteman X said the police showed little interest, he said, declining to identify the officials or their agency.
. Minuteman X claimed he offered to assist in helping an undercover investigator infiltrate Forde's group to make arrests before a crime was committed. Minuteman X said his offer was declined.
. Meanwhile, Minuteman X claimed Forde pressed to set up a meeting to discuss staging robberies. After consulting with others in his group, four of the team decided to attend. They claimed they planned to later secretly share what they learned with law officers, he said."She had no idea," he said of Forde.
. Recounting a May 15 meeting with Forde near Denver, Minuteman X said the conversation initially was hypothetical, and there was an agreement that there would be no action for months. But then, he said, "She starts bringing up Arivaca." Forde allegedly told the group she "had a guy" in Arivaca who could not only identify drug traffickers for home invasions but also help sell any drugs seized, the man said.
. Forde, who was open about needing cash, allegedly pressed for immediate action.
. Forde began contacting members of his Minutemen group directly, trying to recruit them, he said. Minuteman X claimed Forde got no takers.

. Within hours of the Arivaca killings, Forde contacted an Arizona-based associate of the Minuteman X and asked him to bring sutures to patch up one of her crew who had been wounded. Minuteman X claimed his contact did not go. Instead, Chuck Stonex, a New Mexico minuteman who is now saying he is a former member of Forde's minuteman group, has acknowledged binding a wound on the leg of Jason Eugene Bush, 34. . Bush has since been charged along with Forde.
. Minuteman X claimed he learned of the Arivaca killings when an associate sent him a newspaper article a few hours after the shootings. He said the article was sent by another Colorado Minuteman who said of Forde "she did it."

. Minuteman X claimed he called the law enforcement officials who earlier had passed on focusing on Forde."They became very interested when I made a phone call and said 'Well, it happened,' '' he said.
. In the days that followed, the man said he was interviewed by Pima County detectives and worked with investigators to try to get Forde on the phone or to send e-mail messages. Detectives were seeking Forde's whereabouts in part by tracking her cell phone use, he said.
. "Minutemen are the people who put the kink in her tail," he claimed.

Forde was arrested near Sierra Vista, Ariz., by an FBI team that tracked her to the home of Glenn Spencer, president of American Border Patrol, a group that monitors border security using airplane surveillance, Minuteman X said.
Forde was arrested a short distance from Spencer's home. Barkman from Pima County confirmed that FBI agents were involved in Forde's case because she was a fugitive. Spencer on Monday said Forde had no affiliation with his group, although last year he had allowed Forde and her teenage daughter to live in an unused recreational vehicle on his property. Spencer broke ties with Forde over concerns about her behavior and judgment, he said.
"She was actually going to leave her daughter here," he said. "I ... was not happy with this person, and I did not want to affiliate with her any more."
On June 12, almost two weeks after the Arivaca killings, Spencer said Forde simply showed up at his house and was admitted by the woman who runs his office. "I was on my computer working on our report and she showed up right behind me," he said. Forde asked to use one of Spencer's rooms to send an e-mail from her laptop computer. He let her, and then she left. "That's where I want to leave it," Spencer said. Forde was arrested about a mile from Spencer's home when she drove up to an FBI road block. She remained jailed in Tucson on Monday, held in lieu of $1 million bail.

Mother, Brother and Detailed Police Reports Provide Inside Look into Minuteman Shawna Forde's Whereabouts!

Rena Caudle, Shawna Forde's mother, spoke to the press this week. She said Forde has always had a strong drive to be famous. "Maybe," Caudle said, "that helps explain how Forde went from a person who expressed no particular interest in border issues to founding a group called Minutemen American Defense and talking about taking armed action against drug traffickers. It brought her the attention of others in a movement dominated by middle-aged and older men, and it got her coverage in the news media."

Some of the problems associated with Forde may have begun when she was a toddler, her mother said. Caudle put her daughter Shawna Forde up for adoption at about 18 months old, and Forde alleged she was abused by her adoptive family. When Forde tracked down her birth mother at about age 20, Caudle met a daughter who could be kind, but often to serve her own needs. "She would play people, and she would have no conscience about it," Caudle said by phone from Redding, Calif. "I thought maybe she had sociopathic tendencies." But Caudle said: "I always said having Shawna around was like having a whirlwind coming through the house."

Gunny Smith had his own problems. He bragged to minutemen insiders that he was a decorated Special Forces veteran who survived combat in Somalia, Bosnia, Afghanistan and Iraq. The truth is, however, Smith was NEVER in the military. Court papers show that Bush has been in trouble with the law since age 15, when he was prosecuted for felony property crimes in northern Idaho. He was convicted in Kansas in 1994 for burglary as well as assault on a female corrections officer and attempted escape. Bush also is charged with second-degree murder for the 1997 stabbing death of a Wenatchee man. After the murder, he bragged to friends saying he killed a Mexican. Shawna Forde LIED when she introduced Bush on her Minuteman website as someone who had served six overseas tours and had received the Purple Heart and the Silver Star.

Early this year, Forde told her brother, Merrill Metzger, and her mother that she planned to start attacking drug traffickers on the Arizona-Mexico border and robbing them to fund her group's activities, family members said.

Forde and Bush are accused of having passed themselves off as law enforcement officers to force their way into the Perez home on May 30. When they entered the home, they shot and murdered 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father. They also shot Brisenia's mother and went back to kill her and Brisenia's sister. However her mother called 911, returned fire and shot Gunny Bush causing Bush and Forde and their accomplices to run.

Minuteman Chuck Stonex said Forde called him May 30, the day of the attack, while he was in Arizona. Stonex said Forde told him Bush had been shot in the leg and needed him to help dress the wound. Stonex told police that Forde told him Bush had been shot by a smuggler while on border patrol in the desert.

Police used cell phone records to check Forde's and Bush's next step. They moved from Arivaca, AZ to Redding, CA where her mother and brother live and to Shasta Lake, California. Peter Meyers of Shasta Lake, told police he recognized Bush as one of the two men who posed as federal agents to get inside his home June 8 and then robbed him at gunpoint of nearly $12,000. Police still are looking for the second robber, who was described as white, in his mid-20s, clean shaven and with short brown hair.

Forde's half-brother, Merrill Metzger of Redding, Calif., said police detectives told him that Forde and Bush have been connected to that robbery as well as a burglary the next day at Metzger's home. Metzger said detectives told him that cell-phone records show that six days after the Arivaca killings, Forde and Bush went to California, where they checked into a motel outside Redding. At one point, the pair asked the motel manager for a pry bar, he said, because they wanted to open a safe. Metzger said detectives told him "the safe they were trying to open was mine."

Like his mother, Metzger said Forde had previously talked about creating an "underground" group to rob suspected drug traffickers and also businesses that she believed may be friendly to illegal immigrants. He said Forde bragged of connections to white supremacists and said some in her organization were willing to kill. One of the potential targets, Metzger said, was a store in Phoenix where the owner was said to cash checks for people working illegally in the U.S. "She just sat here and told me, just outright blatantly told me, what she was going to do," Metzger said.

Minuteman Gunny Bush, Forde's Murder Partner, Arrested for Murdering Another Innocent Latino in 1997!

So much for Minuteman Director Shawna Forde's murder spree partner being a veteran. It turns out Gunny Bush has a long criminal history, years in prison, and has now, on top of being charged for murdering Brisenia and her father, he has been arrested for the 1997 murder of an innocent Latino man, Hector Partida. Since the murder, Bush has bragged to his friends saying "I killed me a Mexkin!"
Wash. murder charge for man accused in AZ killings
WENATCHEE, Wash. (AP) — One of the three people arrested in an Arizona home invasion that left a little girl and her father dead has been charged with the 1997 slaying of a Hispanic man in Washington state.
A second-degree murder charge was filed Friday in Chelan County Superior Court against 34-year-old Jason Eugene Bush in the stabbing death of Hector Lopez Partida, a homeless man.
An informant told Wenatchee police that Bush bragged about killing "a Mexican" behind a store and that Bush had ties to white supremacist groups, according to court documents. Prosecutors say he was linked to the death through DNA evidence.
In the Wenatchee case, police describe Partida as a homeless man sleeping under a blanket behind a store in the early morning hours of July 24, 1997. After being stabbed seven times, he managed to walk to a nearby parking lot, then collapsed, court documents said. Arriving officers asked Partida who had hurt him. He muttered the words: "Gavachos (white guys)." He died minutes later.
A bloodstained shirt was found nearby. In 2005, DNA extracted from the shirt matched Bush's. He had a lengthy criminal record in Washington and had served time in prison in the state.
