NAACP Petitions DOJ to Charge Killer Zimmerman with Federal Charges!

The NAACP, the National Action Network and several other Civil Rights organizations are petitioning the DOJ to file Civil Rights Murder Charges against Trayvon Martin's Killer, George Zimmerman. Reverend Sharpton has also said Federal Hate Crime charges are being considered. Additionally, the Martin Family is considering filing a Civil Law Suit.
Buzzfeed.com reports: The NAACP, the nation’s oldest civil rights organization, saw a massive, instant response to a petition Saturday night urging the Department of Justice to open a civil rights case against George Zimmerman, who was cleared of all criminal charges in the shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
The petition gained more than 115,000 signatures in about three hours, NAACP spokesman Eric Wingerter told BuzzFeed.
The appeal asks Attorney General Eric Holder to “address the travesties of the tragic death of Trayvon Martin by acting today” and press civil rights charges against Zimmerman, who shot an unarmed Martin last February in what he said was an act of self-defense.
“The Department of Justice has closely monitored the State of Florida’s prosecution of the case against George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin murder since it began,” the petition reads.
“The most fundamental of civil rights — the right to life — was violated the night George Zimmerman stalked and then took the life of Trayvon Martin,” the appeal goes on. “We ask that the Department of Justice file civil rights charges against Mr. Zimmerman for this egregious violation.”
The NAACP, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, posted the petition around 10:30 p.m., just a half an hour after the Florida jury reached its not-guilty verdict in the Zimmerman trial. Within the first hour of its publication online, the petition garnered 57,600 signatures, according to Wingerter.
In his own statement earlier Saturday evening, NAACP President Benjamin Jealous said the group was “outraged and heartbroken over today’s verdict.”
“We will pursue civil rights charges with the Department of Justice, we will continue to fight for the removal of Stand Your Ground laws in every state, and we will not rest until racial profiling in all its forms is outlawed,” Jealous said.

The Faces of Hate: Wade Michael Page - Sikh Serial Murderer!

Immigration Talk with a Mexican American is starting a new series called: "The Faces of Hate." As we are evolving into our beautiful multi-cultural society in America, there are so many "Faces of Hate" that are trying to prevent our future.
Yesterday, a FACE OF HATE perpetrated a crime against peaceful church-going Americans. The EVIL right wing extremist - Wade Michael Page - a White Nationalist and Neo-Nazi, walked into a peaceful, family-focused church, opening fire with an NRA sponsored assault weapon, and murdered six innocent people and injuring over 20 others, including a Police Officer.
The FACES OF HATE across America are attempting to demonize a Multi-Cultural America. They, like so many hate-mongers from the past, are idealizing one segment of our culture as the "elite" and "priveleged" culture.
Page's vision was that of a White Nationalist, envisioning a "Whites Only - Mayberrian Society." Page perpetrated a VICIOUS HATE CRIME advocating a Whites Only Supremacy and demanded to STOP our future Multi Cultural Society. He went to a Sikh Church and viciously MURDERED and Shot women, children and families who were preparing a religious celebration. A Heinous Crime!
The Mission of this blog is to publicize these types of heinous crimes and their perpetrators so that the perpetrators will be punished and these crimes will be stopped in the future:
MJ.com reports: Law enforcement officials in Wisconsin say that Wade Michael Page's tattoos tipped them off to the possibility that his shooting spree in a Sikh temple was domestic terrorism. But what exactly did those tattoos tell them? Using photos of Wade from his white-power band's Myspace page, it's possible to see what concerned police: Much of his body reads like a poster text for white nationalism.

In particular, a tattoo on Page's left shoulder suggests he was a committed devotee of white-power ideology. The tattoo consists of a large "14" in Gothic lettering superimposed on a black cross in a circle. The cross, known elsewhere as "Odin's Cross," is "one of the most popular symbols for neo-Nazis and white supremacists," according to the Anti-Defamation League. It's also used as a logo by Stormfront.org, one of the world's most-visited racist web forums.
Wade Michael Page, with a white-power tattoo visible on his shoulder. Myspace
The "14" itself is particularly telling: It's a reference to "the 14 words," a racist credo first set down by David Lane, the cofounder of a white nationalist terror group known as The Order. (The Order—whose name was inspired by a similar group immortalized in William Luther Pierce's racist novel, The Turner Diaries, a favorite of Timothy McVeigh's—has been active for nearly 30 years and was implicated in the 1984 murder of Alan Berg, a liberal Jewish radio host.)
As formulated by Lane, the 14 words are reportedly inspired by a longer passage from Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf and form the basis for Lane's "88 Precepts" (PDF), in which he lays out The Order's founding philosophy—including its condemnation of homosexuality, abortion, and "mixing and destruction of the founding race." (88, too, has special significance for neo-Nazis and other white hate groups.)
In their entirety, the 14 words—commemorated on Page's skin—read: "We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children."
Mother Jones has also obtained a copy of a 2010 interview with Page, courtesy of the Southern Poverty Law Center, conducted by his band's white-power record distributor, Label 56—you can read the full text below.
In the interview, Page describes how he traveled to Southern California to play bass for a series of skinhead bands called Youngland, Celtic Warrior, Radikahl, Max Resist, Intimidation One, Aggressive Force, and Blue Eyed Devils. He also spoke openly about the frustrations with society that led him to start his own racist band, End Apathy, in 2005. "A lot of what I realized at the time was that if we could figure out how to end peoples apathetic ways it would be the start towards moving forward," he said. "Of course after that it requires discipline, strict discipline to stay the course in our sick society."

Jim Crow Lives On in Alabama: Hate Crimes Against Latinos Running Rampant Due to Alabama's Racist Immigration Law

It was a neighborhood basketball game. A team of Latino boys were playing basketball against a group of non-minority neighborhoods boys. The reaction was immediate and rooted in the state's new law on illegal immigration. One mother, witness to the incident said, "They told them, `You shouldn't be winning. You should go back to Mexico." Latino children are facing more bullying and taunts at school since Alabama's tough crackdown on illegal immigration took effect last month. Many blame the name-calling on fallout from the law, which has been widely covered in the news, discussed in some classrooms and debated around dinner tables.

The Department of Justice is monitoring bullying incidents linked to Alabama's law.
"We're hearing a number of reports about increases in bullying that we're studying," the head of the agency's civil rights division, Thomas Perez, said during a stop in Birmingham. The Justice Department has established a bilingual telephone hotline and special email account for residents to report any violence or threats based on racial or ethnic background that are linked to the law. Federal officials say some parents -- particularly Latinos -- may not report bullying to teachers and principals because they fear coming into contact with government officials.

Supporters of the law claim it is vital to reducing the cost of state and local government by getting illegal immigrants off public assistance, though they have no facts to prove their allegations. They also argue the measure will create jobs for legal residents by opening up positions that had been held by people living in the country illegally. However, Americans have shown little to no interest in the backbreaking, low-paying jobs at farms and poultry factories that are held by many of the Latinos they are targeting with the law.

Those that oppose this racial profiling law say the law is creating a climate of fear and mistrust in the state that's unsettling for all Latinos -- citizens and immigrants. Immigrants tell of dirty looks in grocery stores, and online forums are full of angry, anonymous comments from both supporters and opponents of the law.

Machine shop manager Hector Conde said his family has seen the problem firsthand. He Latino and his family are citizens. Conde, whose family lives in Autauga County north of Montgomery, was appalled when his 12-year-old daughter, Monica Torres, told him a schoolmate called her a "damn Mexican" during a school bus ride. "She is a citizen. She doesn't even speak Spanish," said Conde, a U.S. citizen originally from Puerto Rico. "The culture being created (by the law) is that this sort of thing is OK."

A Hispanic woman said her 13-year-old niece was called a "stupid Mexican" and told to "go back to Mexico" by a classmate in Walker County. "She said, `If you're not going I'm going to punch you."'

Courts have struck down sections of the law, including a provision that required public schools to verify the citizenship status of students. Other sections remain in effect, including a part that lets police check a person's immigration status during a traffic stop. Courts also can't enforce contracts involving illegal immigrants, such as leases, and it's still a felony for an illegal immigrant to do business with the state for basic things like getting a driver's license.

U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance, the lead federal prosecutor for north Alabama, said many Hispanic parents may be afraid to report bullying for fear of coming in contact with government officials. Under the law, authorities are supposed to detain suspected illegal immigrants found living in the state and hold them for federal immigration authorities. Parents may be afraid to even go to school teachers and principals, she said. "It seems likely to me that people are trying to keep their heads down and stay out of trouble," said Vance.

Charles Warren is school superintendent DeKalb County, where about 18 percent of the 8,900 students enrolled in public schools are Hispanic. He doesn't see much tension between Hispanic students and others -- Crossville High School has had a Hispanic homecoming queen the last two years, he said. "The kids get along great, it's the adults who are the problem," Warren said. "There are a lot of similarities to what went on back in the `50s and `60s with the civil rights movement. A lot of people are out of work now and they want to blame someone. I think the Hispanic people are catching a lot of that."

Hate Crimes on the rise against Latinos: Attacker screams "I Hate You Fxchin' Beaners!"

Hate Crimes on the rise against Latinos!
Around 7:15 a.m. Monday, a Caucasian woman approached a 50-year-old Latino worker cleaning a brick planter bench area in downtown Huntington Beach and yelled racial slurs and profanities at him, including, "I fucking hate you beaners!" She then punched the Latino without provocation, causing his lip to swell. They did not know one another before the encounter.

Surf City police who responded to the scene arrested a woman identified as Jennifer Renee Vanveldhuizen, 36, of San Diego. The OCDA has charged her with one felony count of hate crime battery causing injury, which could lead to a maximum sentence of three years in state prison if she is convicted.

Vanveldhuizen has an amazing resemblance to convicted Minutewoman Murderer Shawna Forde.

OUTRAGEOUS! OPEN HUNTING SEASON ON LATINOS IN WISCONSIN!

In Wisconsin, Anti-Latino Domestic Terrorists are targetting Latinos! Last week, a Racine County Citgo station began selling bumper stickers saying "Illegal Immigrant Hunting Permit." Along the side were the dates "2001 - 2050" which are the dates the Census Bureau indicates a large Latino growth in the U.S. Across the bottom it says, "No Bag Limit - Tagging Not Required."

Humanitarian Maria Morales said, "It's clearly hate. So people will see this and they'll say, 'Hey, we have the right to kill them (Latinos),'" Morales said. Mrs. Morales is a coordinator for the immigrant rights group Voces de la Frontera in Racine and vowed to stop the sale of the stickers. Morales said the controversy started when she planned a protest at a Racine County Citgo station, but the protest fizzled out once the owner pulled the stickers from his rack.

Then, early Sunday, Morales' home was attacked by a Hate Mongering arsonist. Mrs. Morales' grandson was sitting on the porch and saw a flash of the arsonist starting the fire in the relection in the window across from his grandmother's home. After the arsonist started the fire, "he(arsonist)ran down the street, and by that time, I had to decide whether to chase him or put out the fire, and obviously I'm going to try to put out the fire to save my grandmother. I didn't have much luck. (I) tried to stop it 20 times," said Morales' grandson, Alex Avila.

Alex Avila said the fire was burning directly below his grandmother's window. He ran inside for water, and by the time he returned, a police officer had put out the fire. The arsonist attack woke Mrs. Morales. "I thought right away, 'It's about that darn sticker that I'm fighting against,'" Mrs. Morales said.

A few days earlier, Mrs. Morales received an anonymous HATE MAIL letter in the mail. The letter accused her of violating the First Amendment rights of the bumper sticker creators and viciously attacked her efforts to ban the bumper sticker. It was signed, "Uncle Freaking Sammy."

Mrs. Morales said, "The First Amendment doesn't give us license to put out hate items like that, and that's all it is. It's creating hate, creating violence. Violence is already up, like, 35 percent against Hispanics."

Mrs. Morales said she refuses to be indimited by either the anonymous senders of the HATE MAIL nor the Arsonist. She will continue to fight for Justice and Equality for all. She will not stop her battle to ban the bumper stickers. She said she's going to continue to protest any store that is selling those Racist, Hate-Filled Bumper Stickers.

Racine police are investigating the case and will soon arrest the arsonist and those sending the Hate Mail.

Racist Alabama State Senator Vows to "Empty the Clip" on Latino Immigrants! (These Insane Comments after the shooting of Congresswoman Giffords!)

HP Reports: Alabama state Sen. Scott Beason, a Republican, reportedly made eyebrow-raising remarks over the weekend, calling on members of his party to "empty the clip and do what has to be done" in order to address (primarily Latino) illegal immigration, which he regarded as a problem. According to the Cullman Times, Beason concluded a fiery speech on the issue with the extreme language at a Republican party breakfast. His comments come in the wake of the tragic shooting in Tucson, Arizona. Beason accused Democrats in his home state of intentionally neglecting to tackle the immigration issue. He alleged his colleagues on the other side of the aisle were motivated by a belief that "when more illegal immigrants move into an area, when their children grow up and get the chance to vote, they vote for Democrats."

Later in his speech, the Alabama Republican warned that failing to confront illegal immigration could "destroy" local communities in the state. In a phone interview with the Gadsden Times on Monday, Beason said that his "empty the clip" reference was taken out of context. The Alabama-based outlet reports: He said he had told his audience an Internet-circulated joke about how you can tell the political beliefs of a liberal, a conservative, and an armed Southerner who are confronted by a mugger in New York City. According to Beason, what he said "makes perfect sense" if it's "all taken in context." He reportedly added, "Anyone sitting in the meeting completely understood it and I'm a little bit surprised that it left it hanging out there."

Day 3 & 3 1/2 - Shawna Forde Murder Trial

Guest Voz - Porter Corn - Immigration Clearinghouse:
Day Three – Shawna Forde Murder Trial – Laine Lawless defies judges order, tries to sneak into courtroom!
The circus is in town apparently today as Roberta Dills aka Laine Lawless blatantly defied Judge John Leonardo’s order banishing all potential witnesses from the trial until after they had testified. That wasn’t enough to stop the border loon from donning a black wig, black trenchcoat and marching into the courtroom as if she owned the place.
Lawless, always one fry shy of a Happy Meal, and who has also blatantly violated Judge Leonardo’s gag order by posting as “Shawna Forde” on the Facebook page she established. She sat behind two detective who immediately recognized her and notified prosecutor Deputy County Attorney Rick Unklesbay who asked the court to stop proceedings. He informed the Judge that “Ms. Lawless is standing here in some sort of disguise.”
According to Dave Ricker, who is covering the trial daily.

Leonardo questioned Lawless as to why she was in apparent violation of his earlier order regarding witnesses. “I am a citizen reporter and have First Amendment rights to be here as any other reporter here,” Lawless said….

Johnson informed Leonardo that she had received an email from Lawless asserting her right to be present in the courtroom during trial. “Despite what she may believe we have not made any decisions as to whether she would be called as a witness,” she said.

Unklesbay told the court that the previous witness had mentioned to him that Lawless had been discussing the case in the hallway outside the courtroom with another individual prior to her summons to the courtroom to testify. He asked Leonardo to order Lawless to not come to the courthouse unless she was summoned to testify in the case. Larsen added that she be ordered from blogging about the case or doing radio interviews as well. “She has had conversations with my client at the jail about daily court events,” he said.
We’ll watch and see what stunt she pulls next and if Judge Leonardo will sanction her as he should.

Other witnesses called included Melanie Aranda, Forde’s younger sister who briefly testified talking with Forde in April 2009. Forde talked to her about robbing people to fund her little Minuteman group.

But, Aranda said, “I didn’t take it seriously, mainly because she has a habit of exaggerating. She likes to talk big”

Chuck Stonex, Shawna Forde New Mexico “director” and the person called to bandage Bush’s bullet wound testified about the event and concluded with telling the prosecutor that he believed Forde was in charge of whatever mission they were on the night Bush got shot.
As usual, we’ll be updating as things happen.

Day 3 1/2 – Shawna Forde Murder Trial – Witness ties Forde to shooter Jason Bush
Minuteman Shawna Forde’s “New Mexico Director of M.A.D.”, Chuck Stonex, took the stand yesterday and under oath, ties accused Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde to her number two in the gang, Jason “Gunny” Bush, the suspected triggerman.
‘You should have seen how scary he looked last night with his face all blacked out,” Stonex, told the jurors referring to comments Shawna Forde made directly to him the night he and Laine Lawless were called to a home in Arivaca Arizona to tend to a bullet wound Bush had received.

Day One – Shawna Forde Murder Trial – Gina Gonzalez Testimony

Guest Voz - Porter Corn - Immigration Clearinghouse:
Day one in the capital murder trial of Minuteman Shawna Forde began mundanely enough with a conference in Judge John Leonardo’s chamber with the attorney’s on both sides and media representatives present. One of Judge Leonardo’s first ruling in the case in principal was to issue a gag order prohibiting any witnesses that might potentially be called to talk about the case to anyone including radio stations, blogs, email or person to person, television, etc. Not surprisingly, one of the potential witnesses has already seen fit to ignore the Judges order.

Opening statements were the first order of business. For the Prosecution, prosecutor Kellie L. Johnson told the jury ”Not only will the state prove to you that Shawna Forde was in that house that night, barking orders and telling people what to do, the state will prove that Shawna Forde organized and planned this offense.” With apparent difficulty, Johnson went on to describe the crime and Brisenias last moments.

Up next, defense attorney Eric Larsen told the jurors the state’s case is essentially a donut, with circumstantial evidence all around, but nothing to put Shawna Forde in the middle. He went on to say his client, Shawna Forde is a “big mouth” and an ”exaggerator extraordinaire” for boasting of her plans to rob drug smugglers. Nothing more than a woman who wants to be more than she is, but she wasn’t in the house that morning.

Gina Marie Gonzalez, widow and mother of the murder victims disputes that.

The highlight of the day was the testimony of Gina Gonzalez and we got a glimpse of what transpired on the morning of May 30, 2009.

Gonzalez testified that as she lay on the floor pretending to be dead, in hopes that the shooter would ignore her and leave, listening to her husband dying, the shooter, who evidence will identify as Jason “Gunny” Bush, interrogated 9 year old Brisenia Flores about the whereabouts of her sister. Brisenia told Bush her sister was with her grandmother and Bush demanded to know where she lived. Earlier, Bush had said to Raul, ”Don’t take this personal, but this bullet has your name on it,”

“She was really scared. Her voice was shaking. I know she’s crying and really scared,” Gonzalez cried.
Bush, out of bullet after shooting Raul and Gina, stood there calmly reloading his weapon as Brisenia demanded to know why he had shot her father and why he had shot her mother.Ignoring Brisenias pleas, Bush put the gun to the childs face and pulled the trigger. Gonzalez testified she heard the shot and saw her daughters body go flying across the room. That was followed by a second shot which blew out the back of the child’s head.

Gonzalez testified that the woman in the house looked like Forde, but she said she couldn’t definitively say it was her “because I don’t know her personally.” She failed to identify Forde in a police lineup after the shooting. Some have considered that Forde might have been wearing a brown wig when she entered the house the first time, which would explain Gonzalez confusion in the identifying Forde completely.

More tomorrow as things develop.

Update: Dannie Baker, Murderer of Chilean Students, To Stand Trial

On February 26, 2009, Dannie Baker, an RNC volunteer and consumed by Hate for all Latino Immigrants, peered through the apartment window of visiting Chilean Students and shot 5 of them, murdering two, Racine Libia Balbontin-Argandona, 22, and Nicholas Pablo Corp-Torres, 23.
As I previously reported, Baker admitted the shooting to police and they arrested him. However, during his trial for the murders, the Judge found him incompetent and sent him to Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee for treatment in November 2009.

In July, 2010, eight months after being found incompetent to stand trial, Baker has been discharged from the state hospital, was taken to Walton County Jail to be re-examined. In August, 2010, Baker was found competent to stand trial for the murders.
Public defender Lenny Platteborze told Walton County Circuit Judge Kelvin Wells on Tuesday that psychologists have said that Baker, 61, can go to trial. Assistant State Attorney Bobby Elmore, who is prosecuting the case, asked Wells to review Larsen’s findings and rule on whether to go to trial. Wells said he will review Larsen’s report and scheduled a pre-trial hearing for Oct. 21. In the meantime, Baker’s attorneys will collect evidence, Elmore said.

Hate Crime Attacks Continue upon Latinos Across the U.S.: Murder & Theft Crimes Against Abelino Mazaniego

3 NJ teens charged with videotaped immigrant death
SUMMIT, N.J. — Dusk fell around hard working Salvadoran immigrant Abelino Mazaniego as he sat on a bench on a promenade in an upscale New York suburb after finishing his restaurant shift. As night encroached, so did a group of teenagers, including one with a cell phone videocamera at the ready. Then, authorities say, they beat him unconscious, with the camera rolling. Days later, the 47-year-old father of four was dead — but not before the video had been circulated among teenagers in Summit, N.J., authorities say. And not before a nurse in the emergency room where he was taken the night of July 17 was accused of pilfering several hundred dollars from his wallet. The attacks on Mazaniego's body and dignity resulted in days of escalating court actions that culminated Tuesday in murder charges against three young men, ages 17, 18 and 19. A fourth teenager believed to have videotaped the attack hasn't been charged, but authorities weren't divulging details on the teen's involvement or potential culpability.

In Summit on Tuesday evening, a young girl sobbed, trembled, and clutched the waist of an older woman as they stood in a group of five people in front of a shrine of sunflowers, votive prayer candles, handwritten notes and a photo of Mazaniego that had been placed on the bench where he was attacked. Speaking quietly in Spanish, a woman with red-rimmed eyes said she was Mazaniego's wife of 29 years, and the rest were family members. She declined to give her name, saying she was too upset and scared to speak about the attack. Mazaniego was "a hardworking, punctual, friendly employee," said Colin Crasto, manager and chef at Dabbawalla Indian restaurant, across the street from where the attack took place, and where the victim had worked for three years as a cook's assistant. A photo of Mazaniego was taped to the front window, with a message saying he had been the sole supporter of his family and asking patrons to donate money to help his family.

Along Summit's main thoroughfare, a place of upscale clothing and jewelry stores, real-estate brokerages advertising million-dollar homes, and luxury SUVS parked along the street, merchants and residents said the attack was an anomaly for the town, a vibrant mix of nationalities that considers itself welcoming of immigrants. "I know bad things happen all the time, everywhere, but it's unusual here," said Neil Rodriguez, the manager of The Wine List, who knew Mazaniego, as he worked a few doors down. Recalling Mazaniego as a "genial, really nice gentlemen."

Khayri Williams-Clark, 18, and an unidentified 17-year-old, both of Summit, were arrested Wednesday on manslaughter charges. Williams-Clark pleaded not guilty to the charge Friday. Now they're charged with murder, along with Nigel Dumas, 19, of Morristown. A spokesman for the public defender's office, which is representing Williams-Clark and the 17-year-old, declined to comment Tuesday and said the office hadn't yet received an application to represent Dumas. The 17-year-old is being held in the Union County juvenile detention center, while Williams-Clark is being held at the Union County jail on $100,000 bail, prosecutors said. Bail for Dumas, at the same jail, has been set at $250,000. Authorities wouldn't say how many teens were in the group or whether there would be more charges. They also weren't discussing theories on the motive for the beating — whether it was Mazaniego's background, a thrill killing or some other reason.

But it apparently wasn't an attempt to get the $640 in cash that Mazaniego was carrying. Police found the victim after the beating and took him to the hospital, where, officials say, nurse Stephan Randolph, 39, of Flemington, took the money out of the unconscious victim's wallet. Family members noticed the missing money and told authorities, who charged Randolph with third-degree theft Monday, six days after Mazaniego died.

SHOCKING BREAKING NEWS: Extremist, Fringe, Former Minutemen Teapartier Vigilantes are ON THE LOOSE in Arizona! Scare Mercer into Closing MCDC!

SHOCKING BREAKING NEWS: Extremist, Fringe, Former Minutemen Teapartier Vigilantes, armed and in camouflage are Locked and Loaded terrorizing any/all brown people they believe are "illeegals" in southern Arizona. The Border Reporter is reporting: Federal agents have received complaints from hunters in Southern Arizona of being accosted by armed white men in camouflage who (falsely) told the hunters they are with the Department of Homeland Security, sources say. They say they weren’t affiliated with the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, but law enforcement doesn’t know yet who is driving this group, what their members are like, and what their motives are. U.S. Border Patrol confronted the group: “They interviewed them, they denied everything, of course. But yeah, those bastards are out there now.” The incident was reported in Arizona’s Pima County, down towards Sierrita Mountain Road off Ajo Way.

The vigilantes on the loose may be a direct result of an invitation sent out by Carmen Mercer, head of the Minutemen Civil Defense Corps. (MCDC). On March 16, Mercer sent out an email inviting her followers to come to the border "Locked and Loaded." "You are strongly encouraged to exercise your rights and duty as an American citizen to carry a long arm and if challenged use it to defend the United States of America," she wrote. “We will forcefully engage, detain, and defend our lives and country from the criminals who trample over our culture and laws.” Teapartier Mercer said she shot off her email in ANGER. Mercer said her anger with the federal government about health-care reform and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano's claims that the border is secure led her to send out the March 16 e-mail.

Basically, Mercer incited a riot, encouraging people to bring rifles, hunt those they suspect are illegal migrants down and confront those they suspect are drug traffickers.

After she sent out the email, Mercer received over 350 eager responses ready to rampage the streets, roads, trails, hills, valley, desert of Southern Arizona, LOCKED and LOADED and ready to KILL/MURDER all of those they suspected as being "illeegals." This eager response SCARED Mercer so much she SHUT DOWN the MCDC forever. This week, Mercer told the Arizona Daily Star: “People are ready to come lock and loaded and that’s not what we are all about. It only takes one bad apple to destroy everything we’ve done for the last eight years.” To scare her to this level, those emails must have detailed unbelievable atrocities the vigilantes planned for Brown People they suspect as "illeegals." (The FBI needs to obtain these emails from these domestic terrorists!!)

The Border Reporter asks the question: "Who’s coming down to the border this weekend? And who is this second group, accosting American citizens and Mexican nationals, alike?" And I agree. I think the FBI should obtain the emails from Mercer and investigate the domestic terrorist vigilantes in camouflage, armed and dangerous and arrest anyone who has terrorized the men, women and children of the local communities.

Jeff Conroy for the Murder of Marcelo Lucero: "I stabbed him...Imagine if I get Away with this!"

Testimony from the 3/19/10 Murder trial of Jeff Conroy for murdering Marcelo Lucero:
After murdering Marcelo Lucero, White Supremist Jeff Conroy admitted to a police officer at the scene and later to a homicide detective that he stabbed Marcelo. Later that night he enthusiastically boasted to friends, "Imagine if I get away with this!"

On the night of the murder, the Caucasian Crew gathered at a park in Medford earlier in the evening. Jason Moran, one of the crew members testified about that night's events. Moran said two of the seven crew members talked about going to Patchogue to beat up a Mexican. The Prosecutor asked him to repeat what Conroy said. Moran responded, "Let's go to Patchogue and beat up a Mexican."
The prosecutor, Megan O’Donnell, said Conroy’s feelings about white supremacy were evident in the tattoos on his body and in the statements he made to others. Mr. Conroy has a tattoo of a small swastika on his upper thigh.
More Testimony from PreTrial Hearing:
Suffolk Police Officers Mahony and Richardson testified. Both were on duty the night of November 8, 2008. Shortly before midnight, Mahony was alone on patrol in his squad car in Patchogue. Richardson was a few miles away at the Bellport train station. They both heard the police dispatcher announce over their radios that there had been a possible stabbing near the Patchogue train station. Mahony was nearby and reached the scene in a minute or two, making it there before the new day began. As he pulled up he saw two men standing near the dying Marcelo Lucero. Another officer, Frank Munch, also out alone, pulled into the station area a few seconds later. Mahony went to the still-living Lucero. ‘He had a large pool of blood around his head and a stab wound in the chest”, Mahony testified. Angel Loja, who had been with Marcelo Lucero when the attack began, blurted out that seven teenagers had fought his friend. He told Mahony that six were white and one was black, He said some were wearing black “hoodies”. Munch called the description in, and a few minutes later Mahony heard that other officers had stopped people matching that description. Mahony asked Loja if he thought he could recognize the attackers, and Loja said he thought he could. They got into Mahony’s car and headed towards the corner of South Ocean and Main St. where the men were being held.

Meanwhile, Richardson had also heard the radio report of a possible capture and headed towards the same location. He arrived shortly after midnight to see seven young men lined up with their hands against the wall. Richardson went up to the six foot one inch Conroy. He says Conroy was “fidgety, he was looking around like he was nervous.” Officer Richardson patted Conroy down “for my own protection”. The car with Officer Mahony and Loja pulled up to the corner where the young men were being detained. They all looked at the car as it came to a stop. Loja and Mahony could only see six of the men. Loja said to Mahony “Yeah, those are the guys who were fighting with my friend, but there was a black guy too.” When a police officer stepped to the side, they realized he had been blocking their view of a man who would later be identified as Jose Pacheco, who has pleaded guilty to participating in the attack. The sergeant at the scene ordered his men to take the seven into custody and bring them to the Fifth Precinct. Richardson began a second pat down preparatory to taking Conroy into his car. He asked Conroy if he had anything on him that he should know about and began patting him. Conroy inclined his head indicating that he wanted to talk to Richardson away from the others. Richardson took him a few feet away and Conroy said “I have a blade on me.”

Richardson started patting him again and Conroy told him; “Lift my shirt.” He had a folding knife about four inches long hidden in his waistband. Richardson opened the knife and saw blood on it. Richardson looked at Conroy and said “There’s blood on it.” “I stabbed him”, Conroy replied. According to
Newsday, which has obtained handwritten statements taken by the police from those arrested in this case, Conroy’s statement elaborates on his involvement. Here are some quotes from Conroy’s statement published in Newsday:
His back was to me and as I ran towards him he turned to face me. He was about four or five feet from me, I continued to run towards him and stabbed him once in either his shoulder or chest.”
I told the cop that my knife was tucked in my boxers and I was the one who stabbed the guy.” “I don’t blame the Spanish guy for swinging the belt at us. It was obvious that he wanted to get the [expletive] out of there. He was ready to defend himself . . . “
I tried to wash the blood off in a puddle, but there was still blood on it,” One of the other young men accused in the attack, Kevin Shea, wrote; “Jeff said . . . ‘I stabbed that guy.’ At first I didn’t believe him, but when he showed me his knife with blood on it I knew it was no joke.”

Traitorous Tea Party Marchers Turn Violent and Racist Shouting Ni**er and Fa**ot and Assault Congressmen

Update: On Meet the Press Sunday morning, RNC Chairman Michael Steele (who is Black) calls these Tea Party Activists: "Idiots! ...They are Stupid! They DO NOT represent the Republican Party!"
Preceding the president's speech to a gathering of House Democrats, thousands of protesters descended around the Capitol to protest the passage of health care reform. The gathering quickly turned into abusive heckling, as members of Congress passing through Longworth House office building were subjected to epithets and even mild physical abuse. A staffer for Rep. James Clyburn (D-S.C.) told reporters that Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.) had been spat on (ASSAULT) by a protestor. Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.), a hero of the civil rights movement, was called a 'ni--er.' And Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) was called a "faggot," as protestors shouted at him with deliberately lisp-y screams. Frank, approached in the halls after the president's speech, shrugged off the incident. But Clyburn was downright incredulous, saying he had not witnessed such treatment since he was leading civil rights protests in South Carolina in the 1960s.

"It was absolutely shocking to me," Clyburn said, in response to a question from the Huffington Post. "Last Monday, this past Monday, I stayed home to meet on the campus of Claflin University where fifty years ago as of last Monday... I led the first demonstrations in South Carolina, the sit ins... And quite frankly I heard some things today I have not heard since that day. I heard people saying things that I have not heard since March 15, 1960 when I was marching to try and get off the back of the bus." "It doesn't make me nervous as all," the congressman said, when asked how the mob-like atmosphere made him feel. "In fact, as I said to one heckler, I am the hardest person in the world to intimidate, so they better go somewhere else."

Asked if he wanted an apology from the group of Republican lawmakers who had addressed the crowd and, in many ways, played on their worst fears of health care legislation, the Democratic Party, and the president, Clyburn replied: "A lot of us have been saying for a long time that much of this, much of this is not about health care at all. And I think a lot of those people today demonstrated that this is not about health care... it is about trying to extend a basic fundamental right to people who are less powerful."

From Rep Cleaver's office:
This afternoon, the Congressman was walking into the Capitol to vote, when one protester spat on him. The Congressman would like to thank the US Capitol Police officer who quickly escorted the others Members and him into the Capitol, and defused the tense situation with professionalism and care. After all the Members were safe, a full report was taken and the matter was handled by the US Capitol Police. The man who spat on the Congressman was arrested, but the Congressman has chosen not to press charges. He has left the matter with the Capitol Police.

From Rep Louise Slaughter's office:
Sometime early this morning, someone threw a brick through the front window of her Pine Avenue office.
The damage was discovered about 12:30 a.m., city police said.

Potential Jurors Cannot Get Past Their Racism Against Latinos to Serve on Murder Trial

Marcelo Lucero was a hard working, legal Immigrant from Ecuador. In November, 2008, while returning to his home in Patchogue, NY, he was brutally murdered. Marcelo was attacked by seven teenagers who named themselves "the Caucasian Crew." This group of wild, angry, unruly teenagers had a habit of going to Latino neighborhoods to assault Latinos each week. They called this violent spree "Beaner Stomping."

Jeffrey Conroy (19) is the first defendant of the Caucasian Crew to go to trial. Members of his Crew have said he is the person who brutally stabbed Marcelo in this vicious HATE CRIME. Conroy even initially confessed to this.

The jury selection for the trial is underway. Last week, after three days of jury selection, about 130 men and women were questioned by the judge, the prosecutor and Mr. Conroy’s defense lawyer in State Supreme Court. Only five were selected; the rest were excused. On Monday, jury selection continued as another roughly 130 were brought in, and more than a dozen were excused by the end of the day. Many jurors have been dismissed due to their views on Illegal Immigration. It is obvious that those consumed with HATE because of their views on Illegal Immigration, allow this HATE to infringe on their ability to serve on a jury about the brutal murder of a LEGAL IMMIGRANT who was murdered because he was LATINO.

Luis Ramirez's Kick in the Head Murderer Granted Parole!

Derrick Donchak, the man who witnesses said wore brass knuckles when he sucker punched Luis Ramirez in the head, knocking him unconscious, so Brandon Piekarsky could deliver the final kick to the head, has been granted parole! This "cute" murderer has "learned his lesson in only 3 months".... for MURDER!! This is the same Derrick Donchak that dressed as a Border Patrol Agent after the murder and while he awaited trial, at a Halloween Party! He posted these pictures on his MySpace page! This is the same Derrick Donchak that was placed in "solitary confinement for misbehavior" for two months after misbehaving his 1st month in prison. The judge said he "learned his lesson" over the next three months??? Then granted him parole????
I wonder how many Latinos the Judge has released early, after only 3 months, saying he KNOWS they learned their lesson! This JUDGE is truly biased!
Let's hope the HATE CRIME charges move forward for both Donchak and Piekarsky. Luis Ramirez and his children deserve Justice!
Republican Herald reports:
Derrick M. Donchak can go home, a Schuylkill County judge ruled Tuesday in paroling him on charges stemming from the fatal beating of an illegal Mexican immigrant in July 2008 in Shenandoah. After a 30-minute hearing, Schuylkill County President Judge William E. Baldwin granted parole to Donchak, 20, of Shenandoah, saying he had changed his behavior after being placed in solitary confinement for more than two months for violating county prison rules.

"You have demonstrated that you learned a lesson in the last three months," Baldwin told Donchak, who was clad in a prison jumpsuit, handcuffs, leg shackles and a belt. However, Baldwin warned Donchak that he must follow the rules of his parole or face more prison time. "You have shown a complete lack of sensitivity," Baldwin warned Donchak. "If that attitude reappears, you'll be back in there pretty fast."

A prison spokesman said late Tuesday afternoon that Donchak already had been released.

Donchak said little while being led out of the courtroom after the hearing, replying, "Yes, sir," when asked if he would follow the rules and spend more time with his family. During the hearing, he said the misconduct was not is fault. "What happened with the write-up was a case of mistaken identity," he testified. "I was sleeping."
Prison officials, however, found that Donchak participated in "fishing" on Aug. 29 by accepting contraband - in his case, deodorant - dropped into his cell by a sheet attached to a long rope.
"He jumped up and started yelling and cursing," corrections officer William Schweikert testified. Prison officials found him guilty of insolence, giving a false statement and refusing to obey an order, and placed him in solitary confinement for 70 days.

Earlier in August, Donchak had been confined to his cell for 24 hours due to having contraband - in this case plastic forks and spoons and an excessive number of styrofoam cups - in there, according to corrections officer David Carduff. Prosecutors had opposed Donchak's parole due to the violations. "There have been multiple misconducts," Assistant District Attorney A.J. Serina argued to Baldwin. "We believe the defendant hasn't demonstrated he's capable of abiding by rules." Serina declined to comment on the parole after the hearing.

Donchak served the minimum seven months of the prison term Baldwin imposed on him after he was convicted on May 1, 2009, after a five-day trial of simple assault and alcohol-related offenses in connection with the July 12, 2008, beating of Luis Eduardo Ramirez Zavala on a Shenandoah street. Ramirez, 25, of Shenandoah, died two days later at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Donchak's co-defendant, Brandon J. Piekarsky, 18, of Shenandoah Heights, also was convicted of simple assault and alcohol-related offenses in connection with Ramirez's beating. Baldwin sentenced him to six months and seven days to 23 months in prison. Piekarsky already has been paroled.

Both Donchak and Piekarsky face federal hate crime charges and potential life sentences in connection with Ramirez's death. In that case, U.S. District Judge A. Richard Caputo on Tuesday granted Donchak until April 1 to file pre-trial motions, and said he would schedule the trial after ruling on them. Piekarsky on Tuesday asked for a similar extension; Caputo has not yet ruled on that request.
Donchak's release from the county prison means he can go home, although he will stay there on home detention pursuant to Caputo's Jan. 13 order allowing him to be released before trial. Piekarsky also is free from prison on home detention pending trial.
In a related case, Matthew R. Nestor, William Moyer and Jason Hayes, former Shenandoah police chief, lieutenant and officer, respectively, face federal charges for allegedly obstructing the investigation of the Ramirez beating. Caputo on Friday granted them additional time to file pre-trial motions and indicated he would schedule their trial after ruling on any motions that are filed.

Hate Crime Murder Trials in 2009: Pledge to Viewers - I will Continue to Track Status!

The FBI has reported that Hate Crimes against Latinos have increased by over 40%. As my long time readers know, I have been tracking 4 Hate Crimes against Latinos which occurred over a 10 month period. I want to shed enough light on these crimes to ensure the perpetrators of these crimes are punished to the fullest extent of the law. That way, potential future Hate Crime Murderers will know and if they follow through and commit the crime, they will be identified and punished. Hopefully, this will deter them from the committing these crimes at all.
Most Heinous Hate Crimes Against Latinos in 10 month time period:
1. Luis Ramirez murder - July 12, 2008; Piekarsky, Donchak Trial: May 2009, found not guilty of most serious crimes. Sentenced to 6 months for minor offenses. Dec., 2009, DOJ Grand Jury indicts for Hate Crime Murders. In Prison. No Bond.
2. Marcelo Lucero murder - Nov. 8, 2008 by Caucasian Crew who regularly went "Beaner Jumping": Dec. 2009, Crew defendants plea bargains against charged murderer Jeff Conroy.
3. Chilean Student Murders - Feb. 26, 2009; Two innocents murdered, three wounded. Nov. 19, 2009: Dannie Baker found mentally incompetent to stand trial. Sent to FL State Mental Hospital.
4. 9 yr old Brisenia Flores and Dad - May 30, 2009; Minutemen Leaders Shawna Forde & Gunny Forde indicted for 1st degree murder with death penalty. Trial date tbd.
While I am confident in murders 1, 2, and 4 holding the perps accountable, I am still concerned about Dannie Baker receiving his proper punishment. Here is the latest update from one of Baker's surviving victims.
NWFDailyNews reports:
MIRAMAR BEACH — Francisco Javier Cofre-Fernandez’s life changed dramatically the morning of Feb. 26.
The once vibrant 25-year-old was shot in the face. He lost sight in one eye, lost his right arm and suffered facial damages after lawmen say Dannie Baker opened fire through a window of a town home on Cofre-Fernandez and other Chilean students about 1:45 a.m.
Five students, four men and a woman, were eating and discussing job opportunities in Destin when Baker shot them with a rifle at Summer Lake town home subdivision on Scenic Gulf Drive. Walton County sheriff’s deputies arrived to find two of them dead and three wounded. Baker, 61, barricaded himself inside his nearby town home until he surrendered shortly after 6 a.m.
He was held at the Walton County Jail from then until Circuit Judge Kelvin Wells ruled Nov. 19 that he was incompetent to stand trial. Florida State Hospital is required to report Baker’s mental-health status to Wells within six months, although it can report that he is competent at any time, Assistant State Attorney Bobby Elmore said after the November hearing.
If Baker is not deemed competent, the hospital will continue to treat him and provide annual reports to Wells, Elmore said. If he is deemed incompetent for five years, the case must be dismissed. However, charges can be re-filed if he ever becomes competent, Elmore said.
“It is very difficult to accept something like that. I know that a mentally sane person cannot do something like Baker did, but it should not go unpunished,” Cofre-Fernandez said.

STOP HATE CRIMES! Sunday Marks One Year Anniversary of Marcelo Lucero's Murder!

The FBI has reported Hate Crimes against Latinos have increased by over 40 percent. It is critical we hold the perpetrators of these crimes accountable. My blog's mission in 2009 is to bring attention to these hate crimes so we can stop them from occurring. There are several Hate Crimes that occurred over the last year that I am focusing on until the perpetrators are held accountable.
These Hate crimes are:
1. Kick in the Head Murder of Luis Ramirez - Shenandoah, PA
2. Beaner Jumping of Marcelo Lucero - Patchogue, NY
3. Student Murderers of Chilean Students by Dannie Baker - NW Florida
4. Murder of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her Dad by MM Leader Shawna Forde -Arivaca, AZ

Sunday, November 8, marks the one year anniversary of the brutal murder of Marcelo Lucero, a 37-year-old Ecuadorean immigrant, who was stabbed to death after he and a friend were attacked by seven Patchogue-Medford High School students. Police said the suspects admitted they regularly sought out and attacked Hispanic immigrants. They targetted Hispanics during weekly attacks they termed "Beaner Jumping." During these attacks, the frequently took souveners to show off at school. Yesterday, the first defendant was in court and pled guilty for his role in Marcelo Lucero's death.
Newsday reports:
In a barely audible voice, a Medford teenager stood before a Suffolk judge and recounted the events that culminated in the death of Marcelo Lucero last year as he pleaded guilty Thursday in connection with the case. Nicholas Hausch, 18, his slight frame appearing hunched in a dark suit and blue tie, told Judge Robert W. Doyle and prosecutors how he and six other teens had set out the night of Nov. 8 determined to attack Latinos, or "beaner hopping," as the defendant called it.

In the Lucero case, Hausch pleaded guilty to first-degree gang assault and fourth-degree conspiracy. He also pleaded guilty Thursday to second-degree assault as a hate crime and second-degree attempted assault as a hate crime in connection with two other attacks earlier that day. Responding to questions from Assistant District Attorney Megan O'Donnell, Hausch detailed the confrontation with Lucero.

Hausch said the group spotted two Latino men and called them ethnic slurs. "Surround him," Kevin Shea, one defendant, yelled after punching Lucero, Hausch said. Hausch said he was in the outer circle and began to walk away when another defendant,
Jeffrey Conroy, passed him. "He told me we had to get out of here," Hausch said. "Jeff told us he stabbed the guy," Hausch said. At that point he said the other defendants called Conroy "an idiot," and told him to "throw away the knife." "He said no, 'I washed it off in a puddle,' " Hausch said.
Recounting an event earlier that night, Hausch detailed chasing a Latino man and taking his hat to show off to his friends later. Asked O'Donnell, "Now did you and Jordan Dasch or Anthony Harford take any property from that male Hispanic?" Hausch answered, "Yes. I took his hat." O'Donnell: "Why?" Hausch: "I guess because, just to show my friends . . . " O'Donnell: "Is it fair to say you took that hat as a trophy?" Hausch: "Yes."

Prosecutors did not recommend a sentence, and Hausch - who has been out on bail for most of the year - won't be sentenced until prosecution of the other six defendants is complete. Hausch faces 5 to 25 years in prison on the top charge. As part of his plea, Hausch agreed to continue to cooperate with authorities, including possibly testifying at the trials of his co-defendants.
