ANGELS vs DEMONS: Meet Barbie Rogers and the MILITIA's HUMAN CHAIN/FENCE along the Southern Border

We should all be in Fear for the Children. We are experiencing a Humanitarian Crisis along the Southern Border. Thousands of innocent children have been entering into the U.S. seeking Asylum, trying to escape from the dangers of Drug Wars/Cartels and Poverty that is running rampant in Central America and Mexico. This ANGEL FLIGHT of Children is not new. ANGEL FLIGHT has been happening for years, with an influx last year. (see "Catholic Bishops" .pdf here)

However now, with the sudden media attention to their plight, the Hate Mongering Militias are up in arms. (Note: The Militias are the armed Tea Partiers, far right extremist hate groups and former Minutemen.)

(My question to my viewers: WHAT IS BOG? Let's ask our Latino Bloggers to Research this!!)

On Friday, June 27, 2014, Barbie announced her role as Leader and Organizer of this effort on the far-right YouTube Channel Newsmax's "MidPoint." (See the video here)
Barbie said: "We have over 50 people from all over US. Laredo TX. We made a call to Action all over the US. We made the Call to action on Facebook. Patriots are coming form Maine to CA. ... What we are trying to say, we are Fed up. We were promised a Wall. Money was provided for the Wall. The government has an accountability to the people. Today, we have a specific place in Laredo, TX  and we plan to expand from there. We will go to other points also. The MILITIA'S HUMAN FENCE will continue for days and weeks to come." She also mentioned that there were already Militias helping the border patrol, in Arizona and along the Southwest.

There are an estimated 500 militia troops already guarding the border in Arizona, and some militias in Arizona, Oklahoma, and other states across the country are offering their assistance to the Texas militia, if they are invited to come help.

Barbie was asked if the MILITIA'S HUMAN CHAIN/FENCE was armed? At first, she would not say. However they were in fear of being shot by drug cartels and the American Government so if weapons were carried, it was for protection.
When the reporter questioned, "Come on. Do you really think think the American Government?" She ranted about the Government already invading people's homes without warrants.

Finally, I want ALL OF MY VIEWERS to see Barbie's YouTube Channel. (see her youtube channel here -- please save them to your hard drives before she takes them down)  On this website, she features rantings of violent extremists advocating some type of Violence against Latinos and against our President/Government. Barbie herself says she believes Border Violence is inevitable, that it Wwill happen. (Many of these folks were protest Militia members at the Cliven Bundy ranch and are currently monitoring the border in Arizona -- per Barbie.)

I am not here to make Judgement.  I am merely reporting and providing the websites and rantings of the Far Right Extremist Militias. You can Judge for yourselves.

My fear is for the Innocents of ANGEL FLIGHT seeking asylum in the US. What are the Militia groups planning to do to them? May God and Heaven HELP THE ANGELS!!

I ask all of my Latino BLOG Colleagues to share this Blog and to start following the antics of the Militias.  Violence is NOT inevitable. It will only happen if we IGNORE the tactics of The Violents!

Racist Alabama State Senator Vows to "Empty the Clip" on Latino Immigrants! (These Insane Comments after the shooting of Congresswoman Giffords!)

HP Reports: Alabama state Sen. Scott Beason, a Republican, reportedly made eyebrow-raising remarks over the weekend, calling on members of his party to "empty the clip and do what has to be done" in order to address (primarily Latino) illegal immigration, which he regarded as a problem. According to the Cullman Times, Beason concluded a fiery speech on the issue with the extreme language at a Republican party breakfast. His comments come in the wake of the tragic shooting in Tucson, Arizona. Beason accused Democrats in his home state of intentionally neglecting to tackle the immigration issue. He alleged his colleagues on the other side of the aisle were motivated by a belief that "when more illegal immigrants move into an area, when their children grow up and get the chance to vote, they vote for Democrats."

Later in his speech, the Alabama Republican warned that failing to confront illegal immigration could "destroy" local communities in the state. In a phone interview with the Gadsden Times on Monday, Beason said that his "empty the clip" reference was taken out of context. The Alabama-based outlet reports: He said he had told his audience an Internet-circulated joke about how you can tell the political beliefs of a liberal, a conservative, and an armed Southerner who are confronted by a mugger in New York City. According to Beason, what he said "makes perfect sense" if it's "all taken in context." He reportedly added, "Anyone sitting in the meeting completely understood it and I'm a little bit surprised that it left it hanging out there."

Insane ANTI Groups Form "Americans United to Halt Tourism in Mexico"

A group of absolutely INSANE "ANTI" organizations are attempting to start a War with Mexico, our ally. As we have seen in recent weeks, these Hate Based groups have a following that is demented and violent.
These groups include: The San Diego Minutemen - led by Jeff Schwilk, a number of Minutemen groups led by Jim Gilchrist and some by Chris Simcox, the California Coalition for Immigration Reform (CCIR) led by Barabara Coe, Professor Stuart Hurlbert, and others who have formed "Americans United to Halt Tourism in Mexico."

This insane, racist group has distributed fliers along the San Ysidro border and bought ads in various local and university newspapers that accuse Mexico of being aggressive and hostile to the United States and disrespectful of its laws. The ad recommends Americans not go to Mexico for any tourism activity until the Mexican government meets certain conditions such as reimbursing “the U.S. federal and state governments, 50 percent of the costs of incarceration of Mexican illegal aliens” and ceasing to try to influence U.S. immigration legislation. (Can you imagine asking Mexico to pay for the disease/vermin infested private prisons owned by the RNC cronies and filled by ICE via the deplorable ICE Raids to meet their private prison quotas?!?!)

This Hate group is urging Americans bound for sun and fun south of the border to instead visit the U.S. Southwest. "With Americans going down … it would be contributing to the economy of a country that is hostile to the United States of America," said Barbara Coe, a Huntington Beach resident and leader of California Coalition for Immigration Reform. "Mexico has constantly tried to interfere with immigration policy." (BTW, this is the same Barbara Coe that has compared our President Obama to Hitler.)

Mexican Consul Carlos Rodríguez y Quezada said, "We've always been good friends and good neighbors with the United States." Some say the campaign could backfire. "I think it's really counterproductive if the idea is to have a dialogue between two countries," said Raul Hinojosa-Ojeda, a professor of Global Studies at UCLA. "I think it's extremely important we set up a renewed tone for dialogue, rather than single finger-pointing."

BREAKING NEWS Minuteman Founder Jim Gilchrist says some in Minuteman Movement Instigate Violence!

As I recently reported, there are some in the Minuteman Movement that are angry and instigating violence as they patrol the border. Now, Jim Gilchrist, founder of the Minutemen, is confirming.

OC Register Reports:
Minutemen leader laments path of anti-illegal immigration groups
Founder of Minuteman Project said he worries about people instigating violence in connection with his group's name.
By AMY TAXIN - The Orange County Register
When Jim Gilchrist headed to the U.S.-Mexico border three years ago to press for tougher immigration enforcement, he carried binoculars.
Today, Gilchrist is worried that a few self-proclaimed patriots might be carrying a gun.
After seeing online videos that encouraged border violence amid calls to crack down on illegal immigration, the 59-year-old Aliso Viejo resident said he feels responsible for what started out as a publicity campaign and has since fallen prey to internal divisions and to influence by people he believed had "Saddam Hussein mentalities." "In retrospect, had I seen this, had I had a crystal ball to see what is going to happen… Am I happy? No," Gilchrist said in a phone conversation late last week. "Am I happy at the outcome of this whole movement? I am very, very sad, very disappointed."
Last year, Gilchrist had a falling out with several of his former Minuteman Project collaborators, who accuse him of mismanaging the organization's funds. The dispute landed the group in court and splintered the anti-illegal immigration movement, which had been gathering steam amid several attempts in Congress to pass an overhaul of the immigration system.
Looking back, Gilchrist said he wished he had done more to root out troublemakers in the organization – both those who opposed him politically and those who instigate violence.
"There's all kinds of organizations that have spawned from the Minuteman Project and I have to say, some of the people who have gotten into this movement have sinister intentions," he said.
"It's an 'invasion'," Gilchrist said of illegal immigration across the border between the United States and Mexico, "but it's not a war. It is a covert 'Trojan Horse invasion'."
THEN AND NOW
That's a marked difference from the Gilchrist who led supporters on a caravan across the country two years ago to President Bush's ranch in Crawford, TX, shouting at critics before leaving from Los Angeles: "Minutemen, stand your ground!… If it's a war he wants, then let it begin here." The year before, just back from the border trip, he told a group of 150 supporters at an anti-illegal immigration group meeting: ``I'm damned proud to be a vigilante.'' Last year, a coalition of human rights and labor groups labeled Gilchrist a "voice of intolerance" in the debate over immigration reform. In 2005, the Montgomery, Alabama-based Southern Poverty Law Center reported that neo-Nazis had joined the border-watching event led by Gilchrist.
The Minuteman Project was successful at tapping into core concerns among moderate Republicans and galvanizing them on the issue of immigration reform, said Louis DeSipio, a UC Irvine political science professor. But over the last year, immigration reform has slipped from the top of the national agenda, displaced by economic woes such as gas prices and the housing slump.
"At its peak, the group had a range of people," DeSipio said. "The sort of core of the movement was always people who took the metaphor of an invasion seriously and it's those (people) who have the potential to violence and are willing to use the web at least as a way of seeing if they can stir something up."
"As public opinion has moved away from immigration as being a highly salient issue and other things have come to the fore, the suburban patriot has moved in other directions," he said.
Gilchrist readily admits the movement has splintered over the last year. He said he still has ties to about 20 Minuteman Project chapters around the country – but used to have more.
Sometimes, Gilchrist said he thinks about leaving the debate over illegal immigration and taking on a new issue like urban blight or tax reform. For now, he said he will continue to lobby for more border patrol agents but not from a perch on the border, watching for people trying to cross.
"I have found, after four years in this movement (…) I very well may have been fighting for people with less character and less integrity than the 'open border fanatics' I have been fighting against," he said. "And that is a phenomenal indictment of something I have created."
