There are a frenzy of attacks going on between the ANTI Immigration Reform groups right now due to the murder of Brisenia Flores by minuteman Shawna Forde.
From William Gheen at Alipac:
ALIPAC Issues Advisory on Glenn Spencer and American Patrol - July 2, 2009
We regret to inform everyone that the home offices of Glenn Spencer of American Patrol have been raided by a swat team with a search warrant due to his involvement with Shawna Forde. ALIPAC issued several national advisories about Shawna Forde earlier this year, when it became clear she was a risk to our movement, dishonest, and potentially violent. All known groups and leaders in the immigration enforcement movement heeded our advice earlier this year and did not post or distribute Shawna Forde's bogus rape, assault story and photos, which were clearly an attempt to deflect suspicion away from herself and her involvement in the attempted murder of her husband. There were a few exceptions. Jim Gilchrist and Steve Eichler of Minuteman Project, Chuck Stonex of New Mexico, and Glenn Spencer and an employee known as "Melissa" of American Patrol who continued to aid, support, defend, or encourage Shawna Forde after our advisory, as well as, before and after the murders.
William Gheen and Melisa Jamarmillo exchanged verbal attacks this week on the alipac discussion board. Subsequently, Melisa sent this open letter to William Gheen, which she also forwarded to Long Island Wins: (key portion of letter follows)
To: William Gheen
....I find there is something wrong with you. You lack character and integrity. You are not trustworthy and I think you are a bit psychotic. There must be something wrong with you, as your vicious and continued attacks against others fighting for the same cause is nothing but destructive for the movement and they make you look obsessed. That's it, you're obsessed with the destruction of anyone who does not bend to your will. God, I
hope you don't have a wife or children - especially teenagers because they have a mind of their own. I believe it is your actions and the actions of those like you who helped to drive Shawna over the edge. Go after her family - they knew of her plans. Go after the MM in Colorado - they knew of her plans. None of them tried to talk her out of it or stop her. You did nothing to stop her either. Hell, not even you thought she would end up doing something so atrocious. Furthermore, it is not aiding and abetting to have a brief chit chat
with somebody who came by out of the blue. Believe you me, had I known about the incident in Arivaca and the Shawna was wanted for questioning, I would have shut the door in her face and contacted the authorities. Stop your lies and retract your libel for your own good...
Meanwhile, heraldnet.com reports:
..Jim Gilchrist, founder of the Orange County, Calif.-based Minutemen Project, wrote today that he finds it "alarming how some persons in the Minuteman movement have used the recent Arizona double homicide involving Shawna Forde as a glorious opportunity to allocate blame to those with whom they have targeted for abusive propaganda."
According to Gilchrist, Gheen's group and other anti-illegal immigration organizations "pointing the finger of blame are the same ones into which Shawna Forde had intermittent interaction, or in which she attempted to insert herself. Failing that, she created her own organization and operated independently."..
In an e-mail to The Herald this morning calling attention to his post, Gilchrist said Forde bears responsibility for her alleged criminal conduct. However, he also suggested that public criticism of Forde by ALIPAC and two other border-watch groups may have driven her over the edge and toward violence."Relentless attacks by these three groups via the internet upon her character may very well have fueled her anger to the point of no return," Gilchrist wrote.
Note: On Jim Gilchrist's MMP website, he lists the names of all of the anti-illegal immigration groups he blames. They include: 1. William Gheen/Alipac; Jeff Schwilk; Chelene Nightengale; 2. Patriots Border Alliance (PBA); 3. Ken Dreger (Camp Vigilance) - who allowed her to train in camp; 4. Robert Crooks - who trained Shawna; Mountain MM; 5. CCIR; 6. Save our State; 7. Jeff Schwilk/San Diego MMs; 8. Campo MM; 9. MMP (his own group) 10. Deborah Courtney; 11. Border Patrol Aux (BPAUX); 12. MM Civil Defense Corp/Chris Simcox; 13. American Border Patrol; 14. Alipa, SDMM, CCIR, SOS (again); 15. Uncounted MMs and Metger family.
=======================
All of their actions prove how unstable and violent these ANTI Immigration Reform groups are. How are they allowed to continue to patrol the border armed with attack weapons? How are they allowed to patrol worksites and day labor sites knowing their true agendas?
How can any sane politician continue to associate themselves with them without themselves becoming suspect of the same venomous and outrageous behaviors? How can Fox News continue to support their violent actions and in-fighting? Why has Fox News stopped reporting ANY News about the minutemen, Good or Bad??
America has had ENOUGH of these violent, angry, hate-filled Minutemen and ANTI Immigration Reform groups. The only good news is, they are finally outing themselves displaying their true nature. Perhaps now they will take their hate filled rhetoric and go home!

Exclusive: Inside the Minds of the Minutemen (Part 3)
I continue to receive emails from "Inside Minuteman" (IMM). Even the grannies are in their pickup trucks "Locked & Loaded!"Here are his latest Updates:
IMM says MCDC's Carmen Mercer's denials of knowing Shawna Forde are LIES:
. Quote from a “call to muster” Simcox's MCDC group posted on its Web site in 2006: “We have identified leaders among us like Shawna Forde, Bob and Kathy Dameron and Rody Martin, and we are now getting into confronting employers who break our laws by knowingly hiring illegal aliens.”
IMM defines "Who's Who in the Minutemen":
. MCDC - Mostly in AZ. Founded by Chris Simcox. Simcox lies a lot. He lived with MCDC's Carmen Mercer until he dumped her for a younger women who came out for the Original MMP. Simcox is running for Senate against McCain.
. Border Auxiliary: NO connection to the border patrol. Run by Carl Braun and Ken Dreager. Former MCDC who started their own group. Unlike most people who start their own groups, they stayed friendly with MCDC. They like to dress up like Border Patrol Agents.
. Camp Vigilence: Used by Border Auxilery and MCDC.
. San Diego Minutemen: Run by Jeff Schwilk. He is a mean, angry man. Very successful for while. Large protests with lots of media exposure. Successful in court. Lately seems to be mostly on a campaign against Jim Gilchrist and harassing people via email. Last girl friend posted pictures of him wearing her bathing suits. They are on line somewhere. Recently lost a slander suit and was ordered to pay $135,000.
. Save our State: Started by Joe Turner. Very succesful for a while. Large protests with lots of media exposure. Joe left and turned it over to Chelene Nightingale who has pretty much destroyed it. She and Schwilk mostly complain about Jim Gilchrist, obsess about money and look for internal enemies a la Richard Nixon. Denounce people as spies and infiltrators. Claims to have "lots of sources." Bans people from the group faster than they sign up. Inexplicably has a 501C3 IRS Designation.
. CCIR: Run by Barb Coe out of Huntington Beach. Famous for prop 187 ten years ago. More recently tanked the congressional campaign of Tan Nyguen by sending fliers stating that immigrants are not allow to vote.
. Mountain Minutemen / Tacate Citizen Patrol: Founded by Robert Crook after he was kicked out of MCDC and MMP. Famous for this video. Supported by all the above groups. Crooks was removed from the border against his will for unknown reasons a year ago. Whines because Jim Gilchrist did not give him money. HIGHLY supported by CCIR. Eagle Forum and Bob Shuff, wealthy Orange County Republican and CCIR member.
. Southern CA Coalition: Organized by Schwilk. Several Small groups. To Join requires the group to denounce Gilchrist.
------------------------------------
Banned from the BBQ
. Jim Gilchrist and Minuteman Project.
. Campo Minutemen - Nemesis of the Mountain Minutemen. Leader once beat up Robert Crooks in the town of Campo. Banned for talking to media about Shawna Forde and refusing to denounce Gilchrist.
. No more Invasion - people Banned from Save Our State by Chelene.

Exclusive: Inside the Minds of Shawna Forde's Minutemen (Part 2)
I've been debating with myself for the last couple of days about blogging about some private emails I have been receiving from an anonymous Minuteman insider. He has shared some insider insights with me about the inner workings of the Minutemen. He is doing so because he is so concerned about all of the corruptness at the top of the National Minutemen organization and the crimes committed by the evil Shawna Forde, Gunny Bush as well as some of the current leaders of the MM national organization. While some in the Minuteman ranks may believe in their cause, many would say the Leaders of the Minuteman organization are extremely corrupt. As I have said for some time, it is Chris Simcox, Jim Gilchrist, Jeff Schwilk, and other ANTI Leaders (including Tanton, Tancredo, Willie Gheen, etc.) that appear to be corrupt and appear to be leading their organizations into violence, racism and corruptness. Many would say they have created the likes of Shawna Forde and Gunny Bush. Many would say they have created an atmosphere of Hate and Violence. Many would say it is time for these so-called Leaders to step DOWN and OUT of the National Spotlight and go back to the mental homes they came from and seek treatment!
I want to protect IMM's bravery for coming out and taking a stand. For now, I will just call him IMM for Insider Minuteman. Here are some of IMM's thoughts:
IMM: Seems Jeff Schwilk is raging against the truth coming out.

Subject: A wave of Gilchrist Lies in print courtesy of new Propaganda Minister DEBORAH CRAIG!
Gilchrist has supported Shawna throughout this year including donations to help fund her border operations. He and he alone gave aid and comfort to her and her plans back at the border.
Deb Craig's tactic of spreading known lies to the mass media is working pretty good for them. Hopefully the new AP article coming out soon will focus on Gilly on not on MCDC who fired Shawna back in 2006. Deb Craig is a NOBODY in this movement, yet she is quoted by multiple media now. That seems very strange to me. Many people suspect Craig to be an agitator to our movement.

IMM Continued: More Spin. Jeff Schwilk has developed this odd fixation on Jim Gilchrist and getting him to resign. He is an angry man and he sends out these hysterical emails. There is NO evidence that the ID was fake. No one ever said at the time that she was not allowed to be there. No one said she had a fake ID. There are so many groups it is hard to keep them straight. There is a group, "Border Auxiliary" that works out of Camp Vigilance that seems to be somehow connected with MCDC (Chris Simcox). MCDC has stated that they lease the land there. Anyone with a valid MCDC ID card can supposedly access the property. With regard to the second email, below, I am not sure who "they" are supposed to be. A nine year old girl was murdered and people are trying to politicize it, not to mention harassing, and intimidating someone who is trying to provide accurate information. It is pretty disturbing, reallyOther Activists Upset with the way this is being handled.

What in the world are they thinking?

She is not and never has been a leader. SHe showed up at camp with an MCDC ID Card and our new caretaker let her in.
I've never met her. She has never attended an MCDC-CA muster.
I'm at the border. When I get home tonight we'll respond directly.

I will give you the DETAILS, Shawna Forde & others came to Camp Vigilance in August 2008 and presented false MCDC membership identification to our NEW caretaker of one week. They convinced him to open the comm center and proceeded to take photos of camp Vigilance. We were called then about them being on the property and we instructed our caretaker to immediately remove them from the facility. They never performed any operations with ANY MCDC or BPAUX formal or informal operations in CA.
Once we found that the photos were on the Web site I asked to have them removed and explained why and how they were taken under false pretences. That request was honored, but various emails were supposedly sent out to people using the photos where these people requested donations. Our Camp, or CA-MCDC, MCCI or BPAUX had no knowledge of these emails, nor were we ever in favor of these being sent out using our name or facility.
Since that occurrence access to Camp Vigilance has been under a restricted access by Camp leadership only, NO Exceptions, and a select few are permanently restricted from access to camp.
In the event that any of these people on the restricted list attempt to gain access to Camp V facilities, or partake in any activities with MCCI, MCDC-CA or BPAUX they will immediately be TOLD to leave and not return and if they refuse local law enforcement will be notified immediately.
Ken Dreger
Camp Vigilance leadership

I asked IMM about Ken Dreger and the BP Aux:
how is Dreger connected to the Border Patrol. Did he just start the BP auxilary on his own or was he a former Border Patrol in some capacity?
IMM Responded:
He started the BP auxilary on his own, with a guy named Carl Braun. They have never been Border Patrol agents and are not connected with the Border Patrol in any way. They are more like "dress up and play border patrol."

CONFIRMED: Shawna Forde has Direct Ties to National Minuteman Groups! Ties to Both Simcox and Gilchrist!
Despite all the National Minutemen backpeddling, MM representatives have now confirmed Forde's ties to their groups. They TRAINED and BADGED her for her dirty work on the Border!East County Magazine (San Diego) reports:
Shawna Forde has attended training at Camp Vigilante, a high-desert training camp operated by Minuteman Civil Defense near Boulevard in San Diego’s East County in 2008, East County Magazine has learned. A second suspect arrested also has ties to Minutemen Civil Defense Corps (MCDC), which operates a Minutemen training facility in East County.
Local Minutemen group have long claimed to oppose violence, while supporting vigilante citizen patrols of the Border.
“It is, of course shocking and horrible, especially with the little child being involved. It takes someone truly monstrous to harm a child,” Campo Minutemen spokesperson Deborah Craig informed ECM in an e-mail. “We have not heard the men involved, however, we have met Shawna Forde,” she revealed in an e-mail interview. “The various media reports seem to be inaccurate with regard to her involvement with other groups.”
Minutemen Civil Defense Corps is based in Arizona and was founded by Chris Simcox, who left when he began his run for United States Senate.“Minutemen Civil Defense Corps (MCDC) maintains a facility in California near Boulevard known as Camp Vigilance," Craig said. "In August of 2008, Shawna Forde came [to] the border at Campo, CA and contacted Campo Minuteman Britt Craig. She did not make any comments to indicate she was unstable or violent,” Forde recalled. “She had a Minutemen Civil Defense Corps badge so she presumably had been vetted by the group. Minutemen Civil Defense Corps charges a fee and does a background check.” According to Deborah Craig, Forde and Campo Minutemen leader Britt Craig went to Camp Vigilance in separate vehicles “where she was given full access by the caretaker. She purchased a bullet proof vest from the caretaker and indicated she planned to spend the night,” Deborah Craig added. “She indicated that she primarily did her border watching in AZ , that she had her own group, Minutemen American Defense, and we did not hear [from] her directly again.”
Bush, who goes by the nickname “Gunny”, serves as operations director of MAD according to the group’s website, however the Associated Press reports, he has “recently been living in Arizona and was once associated with the better known and larger Minutemen Civil Defense Corps” which operates Camp Vigilante in East County.

“These Minutemen are violent vigilante groups as I’ve always said, including groups of people in East County,” Enrique Morones, founder of Border Angels in San Diego and a leader in the immigrant rights movement, told East County Magazine. ”Their motivation is hate,” he said, warning that hate speech and vigilantism can lead to violence and in this case, the tragic death of an innocent child. “They have been in the Campo area and at meetings these are part of the racist vigilante minutemen there are also some neo-Nazis in East County now,” he added., “The authorities have been advised.”

Insane ANTI Groups Form "Americans United to Halt Tourism in Mexico"
A group of absolutely INSANE "ANTI" organizations are attempting to start a War with Mexico, our ally. As we have seen in recent weeks, these Hate Based groups have a following that is demented and violent. These groups include: The San Diego Minutemen - led by Jeff Schwilk, a number of Minutemen groups led by Jim Gilchrist and some by Chris Simcox, the California Coalition for Immigration Reform (CCIR) led by Barabara Coe, Professor Stuart Hurlbert, and others who have formed "Americans United to Halt Tourism in Mexico."
This insane, racist group has distributed fliers along the San Ysidro border and bought ads in various local and university newspapers that accuse Mexico of being aggressive and hostile to the United States and disrespectful of its laws. The ad recommends Americans not go to Mexico for any tourism activity until the Mexican government meets certain conditions such as reimbursing “the U.S. federal and state governments, 50 percent of the costs of incarceration of Mexican illegal aliens” and ceasing to try to influence U.S. immigration legislation. (Can you imagine asking Mexico to pay for the disease/vermin infested private prisons owned by the RNC cronies and filled by ICE via the deplorable ICE Raids to meet their private prison quotas?!?!)
This Hate group is urging Americans bound for sun and fun south of the border to instead visit the U.S. Southwest. "With Americans going down … it would be contributing to the economy of a country that is hostile to the United States of America," said Barbara Coe, a Huntington Beach resident and leader of California Coalition for Immigration Reform. "Mexico has constantly tried to interfere with immigration policy." (BTW, this is the same Barbara Coe that has compared our President Obama to Hitler.)
Mexican Consul Carlos RodrÃguez y Quezada said, "We've always been good friends and good neighbors with the United States." Some say the campaign could backfire. "I think it's really counterproductive if the idea is to have a dialogue between two countries," said Raul Hinojosa-Ojeda, a professor of Global Studies at UCLA. "I think it's extremely important we set up a renewed tone for dialogue, rather than single finger-pointing."

Breaking News: Minutemen Planning "Operation Secure America Now!" July 3 - 6
Border Residents Beware and Be Careful next weekend! The Minuteman Civil Defense Corp (MCDC) is planning a four day event at their Border Camp near Campo, California starting on July 3, 2008 and running through July 6, 2008. Special Guests to the event include MCDC Leader, Chris Simcox who recently called for "Operation Open Season" (as I reported, the next weekend, 3 Mexicans shot and 1 murdered on the Mexican side of the Border). Also due to attend: San Diego MM Leader, Jeff Schwilk who was the 1st to report those shootings. We are waiting to see if Hal Turner will be attending. He was the 1st to acknowledge responsibility for the shootings. It is expected that members from Save our State and the heinous Mountain Minutemen (who posted shootings of Mexicans on You Tube) will also be in attendance. Here is their agenda:
July 3: Set up Camp, Border Tours & Training for Border Watchers
July 4: Full day event of speakers. (many ANTI political candidates including Duncan Hunter)
July 5, 6: Operation TBS (Turn Back South) Around the Clock Border Watch and Lockdown of the Border.
All of us need to be aware of this event and watch for any random shootings and murders in the Campo area. This means BOTH SIDES of the Border! BE ON ALERT!!!!

Breaking News! Minutemen Vigilantes Declare "Operation Open Season!" and Promptly 3 Mexicans are Shot on the Mexican Side of the Border!
Two days later, the Pink Flamingo writes a report, "Are San Diego MMs responsible for Friday Night Shootings!?" The next day, his Blog is hacked and taken off line. He is still busily repairing it. Note: Blog Hacking is familiar territory for Schwilk and his crowd. Just ask former girlfriend Christie about Jeff and Co. hacking her many blog sites.
Timeline:
June 11, 2008
Ex Con and former mental patient Chris Simcox, President, Minuteman Civil Defense Corp, announces Operation Open Season! "The Minuteman Civil Defense Corps’ volunteers at the border will continue their mission, in support of our disgracefully under-staffed, under-supplied and now under-supported U.S. Border Patrol rank and file agents."
June 13, 2008
SignOnSanDiego reports - Three Mexicans are shot on the Mexican side of the border.
The first to discuss the shots was a minuteman in an email to Jeff Schwilk, heinous, infamous leader of the San Diego Minutemen. "CAMPO – At least three people were hit by gunfire Friday night on the Mexican side of the border near Campo, authorities said...In an e-mail from the San Diego Minutemen founder Jeff Schwilk, an associate claimed Minutemen were in the area when shooting broke out among Mexicans on their side of the border, and at least three people were dead. In Chula Vista, several residents called police after 11 p.m. to complain about cars speeding through town. Police stopped one driver, who turned out to be a Border Patrol agent in an unmarked car heading toward the Campo scene from the Border Patrol's Chula Vista office."
June 14, 2008
Hal Turner, an associate of Simcox and Schwilk wrote on his site: "Got 3 more! At Least Three Shot Trying To Cross U.S. - Mexico Border: Our People are now actively shooting illegal aliens and we will continue to do so
I am proud to report that at least three more people trying to cross into the US illegally, have been shot. They are the latest in our effort to halt illegal immigration. The shooting will continue. When planning this activity, it was decided that shootings would take place on the Mexican side of the border since law enforcement in that nation is so ill-equipped, the chance of getting caught is almost zero.We will continue to shoot illegal aliens as they try to cross the border until the stench of blood and rotting corpses discourages further illegal attempts to enter this country.

Gilchrist says: "The Party is OVER for the Minutemen! The ANTI Mission is Lost-Forgotten!"
Jim Gilchrist says, "The Party is Over for the Minutemen!" Experts Agree!!Could infighting end Minuteman movement?
Anti-illegal immigration group struggling as chapters disband, donations slow
Anti-illegal immigration group struggling as chapters disband, donations slow
Daily Herald - 5/19/2008
One of the most visible groups in the anti-illegal immigration movement could be defunct in seven months, its leader says. "We've lost the battle," said Minuteman project founder Jim Gilchrist. "My intuition tells me … this entire movement will fizzle to nothing by the end of the year." Gilchrist, a former California accountant, founded the project in October 2004. In two years, the grass-roots border-control group had grown to boast more than 200 chapters across the country. Today, Gilchrist says, a host of internal problems are bringing the movement to its knees. More than 20 chapters, including the Skokie-based Illinois Minuteman project, have disbanded, leaving fewer than 180 in operation. Dozens of chapters are fighting with one another and vying for attention, he said. "Donations are way down. Communication is way down … instead of people getting organized and unified, they're attacking each other more than the issues," Gilchrist said. "We're still fighting the fight, but I want to be clear: I'm firing a warning shot." Lindenhurst resident Rick Biesada, director of the Chicago Minuteman Project, calls the infighting "disheartening. Everyone wants to be a chief these days. But nobody wants to be an Indian." When chapters close, Gilchrist said, more times than not members do not join another chapter -- they leave the movement. The hundreds of members of the Illinois Minuteman Project, which shut down after leader Rosanna Pulido went to work for the Washington-based Federation for American Immigration Reform, haven't joined the Chicago project, Biesada said. Jack Martin, a project director for FAIR, could not comment on whether his organization has reaped the benefits of the Minuteman chapter's collapse. "I don't think that we have any good idea as to whether people who come to us have been members of Minuteman chapters or are members, we don't have that data," he said. Still, Martin said, FAIR numbers and operations remain steady. Though Biesada says the two remaining local Minuteman chapters, the Chicago Minuteman and the Minuteman Midwest, are staying strong for the time being, "as far as staying together as a national movement, it's up in the air right now." That type of conjecture, immigration experts say, is reasonable. "For all these reasons and more, plus the current context," said Barry Chiswick, an immigration and economics professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, "the anti-illegal immigration movement could very well collapse."
Two factors: 1. the presidential election 2. the economy
have shifted focus away from the issue of illegal immigration, taking the wind out of the Minuteman sails.
Candidates Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and John McCain all have kept the subject on the back burner, Chiswick said. "Hispanics are a key demographic group in this election," he said. "A large number of them are interested in easier immigration. If you come out for stricter enforcement during a campaign, you're only risking making people angry."
Then there's the economic downturn, says Notre Dame's Institute of Latino Studies Director Allert Brown-Gort. "There are other things to talk about that are more pressing," than immigration, Brown-Gort said. "It's taken the wind out of the movement." Rising fuel prices make it more difficult for many to attend meetings and protests. Biesada, who runs a trucking business, says "normally, if I'd go to a protest or rally, I'd hire someone to work for me. Now I can't afford to do it. The price of diesel fuel is just killing us." Economic woes may even blunt the Minuteman Project's reason for being. The construction industry, traditionally a draw for Hispanic immigrants, according to nonpartisan Pew Research Center, is at a near standstill. "If you're not likely to find a job, I think we're going to see a serious downturn in the number of people coming across the border. It's a response to the market," Brown-Gort said. Fewer job opportunities and the falling value of the dollar "means that coming to the United States is less attractive than it has been," Chiswick said. "Even if you find a job, that job is less valuable." With a combination of the economic downturn, the lack of national attention and a slowing of illegal immigrant traffic, McHenry County Latino Coalition director Carlos Acosta said he believes it's getting harder and harder for anti-immigration groups to connect with the general population. "Their message has become a little stale," Acosta said. "Because the economy has gone down, everybody's out of work. It's harder to blame an immigrant for losing a job." Still, Acosta said, if the Minuteman movement were to dwindle, in some ways it could hurt immigration advocacy groups.
Local Minuteman protests have created a few unexpected alliances, Acosta said. "We have been able to reach out to other groups locally that have not been traditionally involved -- a much better relationship with the McHenry County Peace group -- they had not historically been involved in immigration matters." "The Minuteman movement, in some ways, really strengthened immigrant advocacy groups," Acosta said. "It forced us to find ways to really explain to the general population what are the benefits of comprehensive immigration reform."

(summary)
Maricopa County's sheriff Arpaio has a vivid history of ignoring the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. He's trampled the rights of prisoners, political enemies, and media critics. In partnership with the county attorney, the pair have expanded their enemies list to include the judiciary and immigrants. Private citizens and their Internet-viewing records were merely the latest victims in a long line.

The Sheriff´s antics include:
1. Establishing an Sheriff´s Enemies List
2. Identifying the identity of anyone who looked at New Times online in the past four years.
3. Vermin, filth, medical care suggestive of POW camps, chronic mismanagement, the wanton destruction of records, and a steady parade of corpses in Maricopa County jails have cost taxpayers an astonishing — and until now, undisclosed — 41.4 million dollars.

MMs Gilchrist and Simcox and Gheen still fighting!
Gilchrist sent out a very angry letter to his MM email broadcast code calling Simcox and Gheen Hypocrits, Liars and Charltans. On his website, Gheen angrily fights back and says "Jack Sharpe" is a known alias of Gilchrist.. The shxx is hitting the fan and mass broadcast emails are flying back and forth. Here are excerpts from Gilchrist´s first email. I am providing links to various responses below.
by Jack Sharpe (aka Jim Gilchrist)
For years now, many leaders and volunteers of the Minuteman Movement have remained quiet about things they know to be true. We all believed it would hurt the movement if Americans knew how their donations were being spent, or what kinds of narcissistic nitwits are leading some of these organizations. Minutemen held their tongues and soldiered on with the mission. Despite this attempt to protect the movement through silence, Americans have not turned out in the numbers that the original founders had hoped. Why? Because America still sees us as a racist, kooky, fringe group. In three years there have been less than 6,000 Minutemen that have ever patrolled the border. They are divided into several organizations with many members belonging to two or three of these organizations. Some of these organizations charge a “membership fee” (sometimes referred to as a background check), or monthly dues. But the bigger groups also use professional fundraising companies to raise money from direct mail campaigns and donor drives. Patriotic Americans often give money in lieu of going to the border, and many of these groups exploit them by claiming that the donations are used to support the Minutemen on the border. However, more often than not, most of the money goes straight into the pockets of the leadership. Not that they are stealing vast sums of money, but after half of the donations are paid back to the fundraising firm, and twenty-five percent split between various creditors, and another twenty percent to operating costs (staff), that only leaves five percent (5 %) of the donations left to actually fund the cause.Chris Simcox is the president of one of the largest Minuteman Project spin-off groups, the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps (MCDC). Chris and MCDC split away from Jim Gilchrist’s Minuteman Project over two years ago to become a “project” of Declaration Alliance. Chris hired a slick Washington Consulting company (Diener and Associates) to handle MCDC’s finances and raise money for the organization. Before Simcox knew it was happening, he had lost control of his organization to a DC beltway insider’s coalition. They took control of MCDC’s parent corporation after Simcox was convicted of a weapons violation on Federal land. For the record: Simcox was legally wearing a sidearm until he accidentally entered a state park. The felony prevented him from remaining the head of the group, but the fundraising company kept him on as the “Founder” and sent him on the paid lecture circuit. With a wife and children to consider, Simcox was in no position to turn on his masters. Last year almost half of the members of MCDC revolted against Simcox and tried to take the organization away from its real owner, fundraiser Diener and Associates. The members claimed that they received no financial support from MCDC and were instructed to send what little donations they could scrape up to Headquarters for redistribution. Many Chapter leaders complained, but they were dismissed or ignored. At one point the majority of the chapter leaders called for a meeting with Simcox to ask where the money went. Simcox had no idea and no one from the fundraising company would tell him. The rebelling members demanded to see the financial books, but Simcox didn’t have them and wasn’t sure who did. He then did the only thing he could do; he ran away and hid. At this point Simcox had become jealous of the success of Jim Gilchrist’s Minuteman Project.
...Without so much as a phone call to Jim Gilchrist asking him why, several leaders of Minuteman fringe groups viciously attacked Jim and Mike Huckabee with the hopes of getting some cheap publicity for themselves... It only took Simcox two days to pile on and take his cheap shot at Jim Gilchrist as well. He and his friend William Gheen (ALIPAC) have started a “destroy Gilchrist and Huckabee” campaign with help from among the kooks and zealots of the movement. William Gheen, President of ALIPAC, has had a personal grudge against Jim Gilchrist since the Minuteman Project was founded. Gheen makes his living soliciting donations from unsuspecting Americans in the name of border security. What most people don’t know is just how much of the donor money coming into his organization Gheen pockets. He has never opened his books to the public or explained what happened to the money that many hard working people have given to him. William Gheen uses fear- mongering and race baiting to scare old people out of their savings with stories of “the savage invasion from the Southern border”.When Gilchrist founded the Minuteman Project many patriots believed that Jim was doing more for the movement than all of the dozen of other activist organizations combined. This caused the donor money to dry up for Gheen and ALIPAC, and Simcox and MCDC. And, oh, how they ranted and cursed Gilchrist and the Minuteman Project! To preserve their “cash cows”, the naïve American donor base that has already sent them millions of dollars, Simcox, Gheen, and other so-called secure-borders advocates have to attack Gilchrist’s endorsement of Mike Huckabee. ..Meanwhile, Gilchrist’s Minuteman Project, which does not require “membership fees” to participate in saving America, stoically plods onward, relying on only a hope, a prayer, and a vision inspired by our Founding Fathers.
Jack Sharpe, for Jim Gilchrist and The Minuteman Project
This is turning into a HUGE Soap Opera!! Will Huckabee be hurt by all of the infighting? Only time will tell!

Minutemen Leaders Turning on their Followers!
Unbelievable events are occuring in from the Minutemen Ranks. The "Heinous MM Leaders," as I´ve often reported, have their own agenda and it is called Personal Power and Media Attention. Now their followers are seeing this for themselves.
First, MM Founder Gilchrist endorses Mike Huckabee, much to the chagrin of their largest ANTI group Leaders. (e.g. Alipac´s William and American Patrol´s Spencer).
Now, the Arizona Daily Star is reporting Simcox is saying he has been misunderstood and we do need to institute some Comprehensive Immigration Reform Policies.
"I had pretty much written him off," Rios said of Simcox. Rios and Flores were willing to concede the border needs to be secured for a guest-worker plan to work. And earlier in the day, Simcox, a controversial figure who is credited and criticized for being the first to organize a citizen border patrol, made what some found to be stunning statements: He supports public education for the children of illegal immigrants and sees the fix as not just an issue of enforcement, but of reforming Mexico's economy and basing the number of U.S. visas on the nation's labor supply. "People have never really listened to the entire scope of what our organization stands for," Simcox said. "
The day, filled with panel discussions and retorts from county sheriffs and lawmakers from around the state, was not devoid of disagreement. Some questioned the accuracy of academic studies portraying immigrants as a net gain for the economy — not a drain. Others wondered whether those who want to stem the flow of illegal immigrants are really standing behind the rule of law — or are just scared about the "browning of America," as Rios put it. While this group of about 70 was able to find consensus, there was an acknowledgment of political reality: Congress has failed to institute federal immigration reform. The location — downtown Phoenix — was fitting. Less than six miles away the immigration debate is unfolding in a vivid way at M.D. Pruitt's Home Furnishings. The Phoenix store has attracted national attention because of a standoff among immigration activists, sheriff's deputies and the store owner, who has hired off-duty deputies to catch day-laborers.
"That's not the way to go about it," Simcox said, admitting he'll take flak from border activists for standing against the action. "My followers end up criticizing me because I'm too soft," he said at one point in the day.
Arizona Daily Star Publisher and Editor John Humenik stressed immigration is a local issue, pointing to the impact it has on the Tucson economy and culture. "I think our role here in Arizona and as communicators with the newspaper is to help the rest of the country understand what is a very local issue," Humenik said. "It can't be done in Washington. It has to be done in groups like this. It has to be done in communities like Tucson and Phoenix."
Some of the recommendations out of the forum included asking legislators to form a bipartisan immigration caucus, and one break-out group suggested "eliminating the word amnesty from the dictionary." But bridging the gap from a policy meeting controlled by moderators to the partisan halls of government — either Congress or the state Legislature — is a challenge. "It's very concerning to me — the rhetoric," said State Rep. Kyrsten Sinema, a Phoenix Democrat. "Our discussion around the issue of immigration has never been able to be focused on real pragmatic and practical solutions. We really need to have a well-rounded set of options on the table."
My Gosh! Ultima, Liquid, and all ANTIs, what´s next? Is your side really softening towards Comprehensive Immigration Reform? Can we come together as a Nation? Will this issue be resolved in time for the 2008 Elections?

Heinous Minutemen Leaders´ True Agenda

CNN reports former Minutemen Leaders are accusing Chris Simcox, Minuteman National Board Chairman, of fraud and grand theft. They charge Simcox has not accounted for millions of dollars of donations collected from Minutemen members for the High Tech Border fence he promised to build with donations. Simcox´ mental stability has also come under question and according to the Tucson Weekly he has a troubled past.
On her Nov. 11, 2007 blog, Christie Czajkowski, former girlfriend of San Diego Minuteman Chief Jeff Schwilk, supported the allegations about Simcox and extends them to Schwilk and Minuteman Leader Jim Gilchrist. She charges they "are professional money launderers, some have even already done time...I believe many more will when the truth comes out about the Gilchrist scandal."
Czajkowski said, "I was disgusted ..at the lack of interest the leadership had showed in the many volunteers that had travelled so many miles."
Czajkowski continues with more serious allegations, "what I have come to see in many of these groups is that they have simply found a way to profit off the problem, not solve the problem. Many groups continue to encourage violence while screaming at people on the streets that can't change the laws, or even shooting at people and dogs on more than one occasion, even chasing people in Mexico and shooting them!" (Note: These three provide the Access (not axis) to all that is Evil!)
She is talking about MURDER!! We have all heard about the numerous dead (murdered) migrants on the border.
Christie continues: "Gee, I wonder if there was a reason these leaders wanted their sheeple to stay away from me...? Yes, there was a reason, but not the ones they made up. Moral of the story...be nice to your vidoegrapher!"
Obviously Christie has videotapes. That is why Schwilk and others are demonizing her now!
As you read and understand all the allegations former Minutemen Leaders are making about Simcox, Gilchrist and Schwilk, keep in mind, there are several open allegations regarding their involvement in the California Fires. I wrote about them here and here. It is particularly important to study the Fire Map. How closely are the Minutemen leaders connected to John Alfred Rund? Remember, the fires happened during the Minutemen´s month long Operation Secure America rallies. Christie says she has implicating videos. Beyond the murders of the border crossers, does she also have video of Rund?
I ask all readers to read and study this information and Christie´s allegations. If you have any additional information, come forward with any documentation you may have regarding:
1. the "Gilchrist Scandal"
2. any videos showing illegal activity by these Minutemen Leaders or any minutemen.
3. any documentation or proof you may have regarding the Minutemen involvement in Border Murders.
4. any documentation or proof to John Alfred Rund and/or the California fires.

Additional Articles about the MM Misdeeds:
At the time, the founder and president of MCDC, Chris Simcox, refused Al-Jazeera request to interview and film the Minuteman patrols on the border. “I’ll have no part in aiding and abetting the enemy, and will continue to work to protect our country from terrorists who are clearly looking at our unsecured borders as the pathway to destroy America,” he said in a June 2005 interview. “Would we allow Japanese or German television to film the unsecured border during World War II?” Minuteman spokeswoman Connie Hair added. “These people broadcast to the enemies of America. It’s not a news story, it’s recon.” But Al-Jazeera did not abandon the project, and finally negotiated an agreement with Simcox.
