Teaparty Hate Group Leader William Gheen of Alipac Advocates Violence in the Streets!
William Gheen is advocating Illegal and VIOLENT activity in the Streets of America over the President's decision to have Homeland Security and ICE focus on deporting Felonious Criminals versus Students and Workers and is now calling our President "Dictator Obama" and advocating his members do the same! Gheen leads the extreme far right Tea Party group "Alipac." According to the ADL, Alipac is a HATE Group.

During a recent radio interview, Gheen said, "We’re no longer referring to him as President Barack Obama, our national organization has made the decision and made the announcement we now refer to him as Dictator Barack Obama. That’s what he is. And basically at this point, if you’re looking for a peaceful political recourse, there really isn’t one that we can think of, and I’m really not sure what to tell people out there other than I guess they need to make decisions soon to just accept whatever comes next or some type of extra-political activities that I can’t really talk about because they’re all illegal and violent."

He also posted on his Hate Group discussion board under his alias, Alipac President, "If we make peaceful revolution impossible, we make violent revolution inevitable."

In the meantime, his even scarier/violent followers are posting outwardly RACIST pictures of our President!
As we move closer to the 2012 election, these scary/violent extremists are coming out of the woodwork and becoming very blatant in their speech! It is time for the FBI to step in and further investigate these kooks before they act upon their own words!

ANTIs Misinterpretation of a so called Murder for Speaking English! Too Bad They didn't read Original Article OR Police Report!

Several ANTI sites including Alipac.us are going bonkers over a BLOG that misinterpreted a recent murder investigation. According to original article NaplesNews.com article and police report:

Sat, Dec 20, between 3 a.m. and 3:34 a.m., the victim and his friends gathered at a laundry area at the farmworker tenant apartments on Colorado Avenue, Immokalee, FL . There already were three others there and the two groups began talking until a dispute erupted involving the victim's group speaking English, not Spanish. The argument turned physical when an unidentified man and one of the victim's friends began a fist fight.

Based on the names of those involved, this is what we do know:
. neither the accused nor the victim were involved when the argument became physical.

. all involved in the argument were Latinos, all male, range in age from teens to early 30s.
. citizenship not a question in the report
. occurred on farmworker tenant apartments (assume all Guest Workers, here legally, latinos)
. Accused said he was defending himself.
. no question about WHY English may have been an arguing point. Did someone call someone a name in English? No details.
. ALL were drinking.

From the police report: The argument turned physical when an unidentified man and one of the victim's friends began a fist fight. Escalante was identified by witnesses as being one of the three men originally in the laundry area. So we see the victim and the accused DID NOT START THE PHYSICAL FIGHT.

Then: When the fight began, he (the accused) fled to an apartment about 100 feet away and ran back with a 8-inch long weapon with a brown or yellow handle. He ran toward the victim and began fighting, hitting him in the stomach. "(The victim) screamed as if he had been severely injured and then retaliated by striking Mr. Escalante (the Accused) with his fist several times," the report by Investigator William Still says. "The men fell to the ground and (the victim) landed on top of Mr. Escalante."

At this point, according to the police report: "The others separated the men and scattered in opposite directions. The victim walked a short distance before collapsing of injuries from at least three stab wounds to his right chest, right lower abdomen, and left groin area."

Based on the original news article and the Police Report it is clear:
1. a fight originated by those other than the accused or the victim.
2. drinking was involved.
3. the accused is claiming self defense
4. While a question re: English being spoken is in the news article, it is not in the police report nor suggested by the accused, who claimed self defense.

Now comes a BLOG written by Brent Batten, an ANTI with obvious racial and ANTI Immigrant tones. Batten FABRICATES an entirely DIFFERENT story. He begins by talking about a totally unrelated story about the Sheriff's Dept. targetting illegal immigrants running afoul of the law. Next, he assumes that those involved in this fight/murder were Illegal Immigrants , then He concludes the fight "erupted over the victim’s group speaking English, not Spanish." Then out of the blue he says "So much for the notion that illegal immigrants are universally a hard-working, law abiding set committed to doing the jobs Americans won’t do, all while trying to assimilate."

Shame on Brent Batten. He CHASTISES and BLAMES an ENTIRE GROUP of People over HIS JUMPING TO HIS OWN CONCLUSIONS ON ONE NEWS STORY. He has an obvious, biased and racial agenda, it is very, very clear.

To make matters worse, over 90% of those commenting on the his negative Blog agree with him, jump to the conclusion that "illegal immigrants" were involved, and blame the ENTIRE IMMIGRANT COMMUNITY over this one isolated, drunken crime. Now Alipac.us and other ANTI Immigrant HATE sites have picked up on Batten's blog to blame the entire Immigrant community over this crime.

Even one of my Anonymous commenters has been nagging me to write about this incident suggesting it was a Hate Crime. How ludicrous. This crime was not one of the weekly "Beaner Stompings" in Patchogue, or one of the murderous attacks on Latinos in Shenandoah, nor was it a murder of innocent Chilean students by Dannie Baker in NW FL, nor was it an a murderous attack of a 9 year old child by a plotting group of Minutemen in Arizona. It wasn't even an assault/attack on countless Latinos speaking Spanish while on their cell phones or walking around Walmart. The facts are, there were a group of individuals who were drinking and people other then the accused or victim initiated the fight. The accused is claiming self defense. It was not premeditated nor was it a Hate Crime. We do not even know the citizenship status of those involved. So tell me WHY all the ANTI Immigrant groups are making such outrageous claims. I say they are RIDICULOUS!!

Insane Immigration Policies Impacting Schoolchildrens' Lives and Education!

Question to Readers: Can we bring logic and civility to the Immigration Reform discussions? Must there be so much anger and rhetoric in this discussion? Do we really need to build more Walls? Do Children need to stop their education? Do we only enforce the "Rule of Law" on the Mexico border? Isn't there room for judgement where it makes sense to do so?

Case Study: For decades upon decades, small, sleepy border towns have led quiet lives. Parents worked. Their kids went to school. Citizens from both the US and Mexico lived on both sides of the border. Americans often bought houses in Mexico, but worked on the US side. The Mexicans, with green cards in hand, worked in the US, but walked across the bridge to go home each evening. This kept both sides of the border prosperous. Such was the case for the small, sleepy town of Del Rio, TX, just across the border from Cuidad Acuna, MX.

Now, times are changing. New enforcement and restrictionist policies are being imposed, primarily due to the surging levels of hate and anger in the immigration debate. Imposing these new enforcement measures, the local school superintendent says, "I'm just doing his job." He estimates 400 of his students do not live in his district and has directed district officials to stake out the Mexico bridge and warn students they could face expulsion if they don't prove they live in the district — a move that's brought complaints from civil rights groups and support from anti-immigrant proponents. The superintendent is violating these students' rights.

Immigration status shouldn't be an issue for these students. A decades-old Supreme Court ruling prevents school officials from even asking about citizenship. Additionally, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials, students who use the bridge enter the U.S. legally because they are U.S. citizens, permanent residents with green cards or Mexicans with student visas. Those visas are used by Mexican students who pay tuition, primarily at parochial schools.

However, for tuition-free public school attendance, state law requires students to live in the district — a rule that many officials don't rigidly enforce. Some are uncomfortable with following the letter of the law because doing so could deny U.S. citizen children access to public schools. Also, turning away students cost the districts money. Texas schools get funding for each student. Statewide, it works out to about $9,400 per student, primarily from local property taxes and state supplements designed to balance rich and poor school districts. Additional grants from the federal government for low-income and special education students account for about $920 per student. Cooper estimates his district of 10,000 students would lose $2.7 million if 400 students were expelled. So not only will the school district lose $2.7M per year, the city can expect to lose countless millions in Sales Revenue, and countless businesses will close.

Some parents are very upset with the news. U.S. residents who have homes in Mexico are scrambling to find a local apartment within the district to ensure their children can stay in school.

In the meantime, Bob Dane, a spokesperson for the hate group FAIR, a John Tanton organization, cheered the superintendent saying said Cooper's bridge stakeout prevented parents from taking advantage of a "duty-free education." Bob Dane is NOT a resident of Texas.

Special Alert: Brown Berets To Protest Minuteman Leader Shawna Forde and Brisenia Flores Murder; Minutemen to Counter Protest!

On Friday, September 25 at 9am, members of the Brown Berets de Aztlan (a Mexican American activist group) are planning a demonstration outside of the Pima County Superior Court. The demonstration is a response to the May 30 murders of nine-year-old Brisenia Flores and her dad by Minuteman Leader Shawna Forde and her partner Gunny Bush.

The Brown Berets said the reasons for their demonstration this week are:
1. To DEMAND JUSTICE for the murder of 9 year old Brisenia Flores, her dad Raul Flores and all other victims brutalized and murdered by Minutemen.
2. To protest hate Groups and the sponsorship of Minutemen organization by politicians.
3. To ensure Minutemen political supporters are held accountable for their support of these Hate Groups.
4. To demand politicians stop funding and put an end to the Minutemen (and similar)organizations.

Of Note:
The minutemen and their supporters are conducting a counter protest across the street from the Brown Berets protest. Local Tucson racist Roy Warden, best known for burning the Mexican flag in numerous demonstrations, will be leading one of the counter-protests. Laine Lawless, friend (and some say co-conspirator) of Shawna Forde will also be at the counter protest. Jim Gilchrist has talked to azstarnet about attending the counter protest.

Hopefully, enough people will be on hand to ensure the safety of local residents and all involved.

Reports are confirming what we knew all along. Since the election of President Obama, Racist Militias are on the rise. We see this in the TeaParties. We see this at Town Hall Meetings. We see this at Hate Sites across the web. Militias and Racist Groups - Domestic Terrorists, are on the rise and Guess What! They HATE our President and all minorities!

WASHINGTON — Incensed by the election of the first black US president, right-wing militia groups in the United States are rising again after a decade of decline, according to new research on extremist groups released on Wednesday. Ideologically driven by racism and a virulent anti-government, anti-taxation and anti-immigrant agenda, the homegrown groups that thrived in the 1990s and spurred numerous deadly terrorist attacks are expanding, said the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).

"This is the most significant growth we've seen in 10 to 12 years," said a law enforcement official quoted by the SPLC in its special report "The Second Wave: Return of the Militias." "All it's lacking is a spark," said the official, adding it is "only a matter of time before you see threats and violence." Attacks continued in the last decade after the 1995 bombing of a government building in Oklahoma, killing 168 people -- the deadliest domestic terrorist attack on US soil. Such violent movements mostly subsided in the 2000s, however, following prosecutions and the election of the highly conservative George W. Bush as president, said the SPLC's Mark Potok.

A key difference today, the Center said, is that "the federal government -- the entity that almost the entire radical right views as its primary enemy -- is headed by a black man," tapping into the latent rage of white supremacist culture. According to SPLC research in February, there has been a 54-percent rise in race-based hate groups in the United States since 2000, from 602 then to 926 in 2008. Their study Wednesday also draws direct correlations between Barack Obama's presidency and numerous murders of law-enforcement officials this year.

"One man 'very upset' with the election of America's first black president was building a radioactive 'dirty bomb'... Another angry at the election and said to be interested in joining a militia killed two sheriff's deputies in Florida," said Larry Keller at the SPLC. A key component for the rise of militias is a vibrant world of unsubstantiated yet widely publicized conspiracies.

"The current political environment is awash with seemingly absurd but nonetheless influential conspiracy theories, hyperbolic claims and demonized targets... This creates a milieu where violence is a likely outcome," said the Center, citing longtime analyst of radical right-wing movements Chip Merlet. The other major factor for militia recruitment and acceptance is their ideology being aped and championed by mainstream media commentators and politicians, the report said. Commentators on cable news were singled out for airing and promoting conspiracy theories -- notably Fox News commentator Glenn Beck, who has described Obama alternatively as a "fascist," a "Nazi" and a "Marxist."

Beck, who has a regular audience of some 2.5 million viewers on his nightly show, has even "re-floated militia conspiracy theories of the 1990s alleging a secret network of government-run concentration camps," said the SPLC. Earlier this year Texas Governor Perry raised the prospect of his state's secession; US Congresswoman Michele Bachmann said she feared Obama was planning "reeducation camps for young people."

In April, an internal government report also warned of right-wing extremists exploiting worries spawned by the economic downturn and Obama's election as recruiting tools, which could lead "to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists capable of carrying out violence attacks." Greater Internet access has also boosted access to bomb-making know-how and the ability to reach a vast audience of like-minded people, said the Department of Homeland Security -- later criticized by conservatives and veterans groups for singling out returning soldiers.

Bans people from the group faster than they sign up. Inexplicably has a 501C3 IRS Designation.

Hate Groups to Rally in Shenandoah! More Insults to Luis Ramirez' Memory!

UPDATE: THE RALLY IS OFF!! Rally Organizer Joe Miller said he didn't realize some of the speakers he invited were actually white supremists. The Republican Herald reported one speaker, John DeNugent, was a racist White Supremist. As I previously reported, the previous rallies included members from the Skinheads and KKK. One commenter on this article said DeNugent had affiliations with the Nazis and the KKK. Most commenters want an end to these type of rallies!
The ANTIs are at it again. Their Hate and their Gall hold no bounds especially when it comes to disrespecting the memory of Luis Ramirez.
Nine speakers are confirmed to shout out their grievances at a Protest Rally being held in Bicentennial Park in Shenandoah on May 30 at 5pm. Speakers include Dan Amato from the ANTI website Diggers Realm, Jeff McGeary from ANTI group UPAP for Immigration Control and Tom Lingenfelter from the PA Minutemen.
Additionally, they have two members of the ANTI group "You Don't Speak for Me." For those of you not familiar with this group, they are a particularly despicable group. Supposedly, their group is meant to represent Americans of Hispanic descent who do not support illegal immigration. They pretend their group was formed by Hispanics when in reality the group was formed by the Hate Group F.A.I.R.
If you go onto the You Dont Speak for Me website today, Ira Mehlman is their Media Director. He is also the media director for F.A.I.R. The Anti Defamation League and the SPLC have labeled F.A.I.R. an Immigration HATE Group. F.A.I.R. not only opposes illegal immigration, they also advocate limiting legal Immigration, particularly from Latin Countries.

This month's rally in Shenandoah is a reprieve of two other protest rallies held in 2008 by most of these same outside ANTI groups. During previous rallies members of the Skinheads and the KKK were in attendance holding deplorable signs.

The rally organizer is Joe Miller. He is the President and Founder of a new ANTI group he recently formed and he named "Pennsylvania Americans for Legal Immigration." Miller said he hopes the inclusion of You Don’t Speak For Me will draw a larger part of the area’s Mexican community to the rally. Miller said, “My main concern is getting these illegals off the streets, out of this town, and bringing forth the legal Mexican-American community. That population, have them step forward and say ‘you’re screwing us up, you know." Miller also told reporters he is the author of a petition against MALDEF (petition author is titled Anonymous on the form). The petition alleges MALDEF “maliciously vilified, slandered and attacked” Shenandoah and Schuylkill County with comments in the wake of the death of illegal Mexican immigrant Luis Eduardo Ramirez Zavala.

This Protest Rally being held in Shenandoah, so close to the unjust Jury verdict towards the murderers of Luis Ramirez, is appalling. What gall. What contempt do these radicals have towards the victim's children, family and towards ALL the Latino and Humanitarian members of the Shenandoah community. This is a shameful, shameful event.

I am curious whether the local police, particularly Officers Hayes and Meyers will be attending this hate-filled rally. Will they be monitoring for violence or will they be carrying the hate filled signs of the ralliers? We will see.

Right Wing Extremists are Baselessly Blaming Latinos for Spreading Swine Flu Across the Border

Right Wingers are baselessly blaming Latinos for spreading swine flu across the border, despite the fact that several reports have indicated that U.S. swine flu patients have recently traveled to Mexico. Pundits like Glenn Beck, Michael Savage, Dobbs, Boortz and other right wing nut jobs are going on the air accusing and blaming American Latinos or any they term as "illeeegals" in the U.S. for the Swine Flu crisis.

ARE THEY NUTZ? ARE THEY NOT READING THE CDC Reports?? The origin of this disease comes from a pig farm -- a farm about 20 miles south of Mexico City. I am told this is an American owned pig farm that is blatant for NOT following hygenic policies they are required to follow. Regardless, this disease DID NOT ORIGINATE in the Latino neighborhoods of the U.S. No Latino from the U.S. should be chastized or demonized.

HOWEVER...............

On the HATE site Alipac.us, one commenter responded she had a Garage Sale and a Latino American came by to shop. The Latino-American sneezed. The Alipacer had a canipshon fit! She said, "See! The Latinos are ALL carrying the Swine Flu virus!" Now, on their site, they are looking forward to the May Immigration Reform Marches. They believe that any time a Latino American sneezes, people will believe they are infecting the population and this will cause Americans to join their hateful cause. These zealots are SO FULL OF HATE that they are imaging a new "The Stand." They feel the marches and any Latino that goes out in public will ultimately support their cause because their hateful side will blame them for the flu virus and rally their troops to line up enforce against ALL Latinos.

These zealots are insane! I feel like facing them off and saying, "Are you mad? Are YOU American?! Get a Grip, you Racist!!" These zealots blame a virus on one nationality! One Group!

In reality, this is a disease that could have started anywhere! Consider any Flu Season. Last year, we in the USA had 35,000 deaths attributed to good old American Flu! So far, NO American deaths can be attributed to the 2009 Swine Flu originating from Mexico. There have been a number of deaths in Mexico, but none in our USA! I say to Dobbs, whose tongue is drooling over reporting the status of this disease, STOP getting a tingling up your leg when you report about the Swine Flu! Get Real!

Across the world, we ALL need to partner together to combat disease!!

The bottom line is, Janet Napolitano/DHS and the Obama Administration are doing a GOOD JOB at combatting the disease and informing the American Public as to the status of the disease. What we DON'T NEED is for the right wing zealots to demonize one entire ethnic group and blame them for this disease. All Americans and all people should know, a disease can start anywhere and we ALL should partner together to combat it!

FBI Arrests Tea Party Participant who made Death Threats on Twitter! (Glenn Beck fan!)

As I previously reported, it appears extremists, hate groups and Obama haters are loading the ranks of the Teabaggers. The April 15th event scared off many Independents and Progressives. I wonder how quickly the Republicans will also flee from this group, particularly with the FBI's most recent arrest of a Twitter-using accused Domestic Terrorist.

Oklahoma Man Arrested for Twittering Tea Party Death Threats

An Oklahoma City man who announced on Twitter that he would turn an April 15 tax protest into a bloodbath was hit with a federal charge of making interstate threats last week, in what appears to be first criminal prosecution to stem from posts on the microblogging site.
Daniel Knight Hayden, 52, was arrested by FBI agents who identified him as the Twitter user CitizenQuasar. In a series of tweets beginning April 11, CitizenQuasar vowed to start a “war” against the government on the steps of the Oklahoma City Capitol building, the site of that city’s version of the national “Tea Party” protests promoted by the conservative-leaning Fox News.
“START THE KILLING NOW! I am willing to be the FIRST DEATH!,” read a tweet at 8:01 PM that day. “After I am killed on the Capitol Steps, like a REAL man, the rest of you will REMEMBER ME!!!,” he added five minutes later. Then: “Send the cops around. I will cut their heads off the heads and throw the[m] on the State Capitol steps.”
Hayden’s MySpace page is a breathtaking gallery of right wing memes about the “New World Order,” gun control as Nazi fascism, and Barack Obama’s covert use of television hypnosis, among many others.
In addition to the threats, many of Hayden’s tweets fixated on another Oklahoma City man whom he erroneously believed was in charge of the city’s tea party demonstration.
“He seemed to know stuff about me, but I don’t know how or why,” says Earl Shaffer. “He called me a few days before that tea party and let me know somehow he got my name as one of the organizers. I don’t have the energy.”
Shaffer told Hayden that he wasn’t a tea party organizer, but Hayden continued to tweet baffling messages about the 58-year-old retiree, posting his phone number in one. Hayden’s penultimate tweet at 12:49 AM on April 15 returned to the subject of his martyrdom. “Locked AND loaded for the Oklahoma State Capitol. Let’s see what happens.”
The FBI arrested (.pdf) him at his home later that day, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Oklahoma City, which otherwise declined to comment on the case. Despite the odd phone call from Hayden, Shaffer planned on joining the tea party himself. He was headed there when he spotted what turned out to be FBI agents watching him from their car around the corner. Like a real Oklahoman, he confronted the feds, who advised him that he could be arrested if he went to the demonstration.
“They asked if I knew [Hayden], and I told them no,” he says. ” They asked me questions about how I heard about the tea party, and I told them I heard about it through that talk show host Glenn Beck.”
Hayden was arraigned on the 16th, and ordered released to a halfway house pending trial — a move that suggests the magistrate judge does not consider him a genuine threat. Hayden’s attorney declined to comment. California-based Twitter did not respond to an inquiry by Threat Level.

As I previously reported, Republicans are absolutely desperate. Extreme Right Wing groups have formed a new group called "New American Tea Party." Extremist Conservative, Right-Wing Republicans from across the country will be speaking at a number of these events, although they will not allow Michael Steele (an African American) to speak at the Chicago event.

Now, Fox News has jumped on the bandwagon. The deplorable Glenn Beck will host the San Antonio Tea Party, wacko Sean Hannity - Atlanta, Neil Cavuto - Sacramento and Greta Van Sustren - Wash D.C. (see a wacko rant at Glenn Beck's lily white Tea Party on this video)

In addition, HATE groups including the White Nationalist STORMFRONT and Alipac.us are sending their members to these events to recruit new members. In fact ALIPAC will display their hate filled signs/flyers that read: “No Taxation For Illegal Immigration”, “Illegal Aliens Steal Our Tax Resources!”, “Secure Our Border Secure Our Taxes!”, “No Tax Benefits For Illegal Aliens!” and “Amnesty Equals Higher Taxes!”

As I previously reported, the "New American Tea Party" was initially sponsored by the extreme right wing groups: the American Spectator, the Heartland Institute, Americans for Tax Reform, the National Taxpayers Union, Americans for Prosperity, FreedomWorks, the Institute for Liberty, the Coalition for a Conservative Majority and the Young Conservatives Coalition. The evil Michelle Malkin is a strong supporter. J.P. Freire, the editor of the extreme right wing "American Spectator" hosts their website and provides their updates.

In addition, Fox News- Glenn Beck, Michelle Malkin, Alipac and other websites are now saying "Liberals" will infiltrate their Tea Parties. My suggestion for any Liberal or Minority who is planning on attending one of these Tea Parties, particularly the ones hosted by Fox News, BE SAFE! Take your Video Camera and plenty of tapes. Make sure you have recorded evidence of the activities at these events, for your own protection.

Insane ANTI Groups Form "Americans United to Halt Tourism in Mexico"

A group of absolutely INSANE "ANTI" organizations are attempting to start a War with Mexico, our ally. As we have seen in recent weeks, these Hate Based groups have a following that is demented and violent.
These groups include: The San Diego Minutemen - led by Jeff Schwilk, a number of Minutemen groups led by Jim Gilchrist and some by Chris Simcox, the California Coalition for Immigration Reform (CCIR) led by Barabara Coe, Professor Stuart Hurlbert, and others who have formed "Americans United to Halt Tourism in Mexico."

This insane, racist group has distributed fliers along the San Ysidro border and bought ads in various local and university newspapers that accuse Mexico of being aggressive and hostile to the United States and disrespectful of its laws. The ad recommends Americans not go to Mexico for any tourism activity until the Mexican government meets certain conditions such as reimbursing “the U.S. federal and state governments, 50 percent of the costs of incarceration of Mexican illegal aliens” and ceasing to try to influence U.S. immigration legislation. (Can you imagine asking Mexico to pay for the disease/vermin infested private prisons owned by the RNC cronies and filled by ICE via the deplorable ICE Raids to meet their private prison quotas?!?!)

This Hate group is urging Americans bound for sun and fun south of the border to instead visit the U.S. Southwest. "With Americans going down … it would be contributing to the economy of a country that is hostile to the United States of America," said Barbara Coe, a Huntington Beach resident and leader of California Coalition for Immigration Reform. "Mexico has constantly tried to interfere with immigration policy." (BTW, this is the same Barbara Coe that has compared our President Obama to Hitler.)

Mexican Consul Carlos Rodríguez y Quezada said, "We've always been good friends and good neighbors with the United States." Some say the campaign could backfire. "I think it's really counterproductive if the idea is to have a dialogue between two countries," said Raul Hinojosa-Ojeda, a professor of Global Studies at UCLA. "I think it's extremely important we set up a renewed tone for dialogue, rather than single finger-pointing."

He spews Lies, Racism and Hate to incite his frothing audience to a frenzy. The truth does not matter to him. All he cares about is building his audience's hate and anger to a raging crescendo and build his ego and his ratings along the way.

4. ANTI Obama rhetoric:

a. Hannity raved and ranted and compared President Barack Obama to Kim Jong Il of North Korea and Che Guevara, complained that a Barnes & Noble with a video display of Obama in its window was like something you'd see in Cuba or North Korea.

The most dangerous part about the Liar Hannity is his impact on his audiences. Inciting such anger and hate creates the environment for the violent members of his audience to act out their rage and anger.

Was Dannie Roy Baker a fan? The Caucasian Crew? Based on their mutual agendas, it is quite likely!

Hannity is not PRO American! He is ANTI American!

Hate Groups Organizing to Defeat the Federal Hate Crimes Bill!

The FBI and the SPLC have reported a significant increase in HATE Crimes in 2008/2007 vs previous years. Among the highest include Hate Crimes against Latinos, Gays and Blacks. For that reason, Representative Sheila Jackson-Lee sponsored HR 256, a Federal Bill to enhance Federal Enforcement of Hate Crimes.

Several Racist Hate Groups are organizing to defeat this proposed legislation. The ANTI forces are fully aware that our President Obama supports these bills. They are fully aware former President Bush opposed them and, even when passed, vetoed previous bills.

These Hate Groups are rallying, in force, and are asking all of their members to deluge Congress with phone calls, emails and faxes to stop this bill from passing. The ANTI forces are extremely skilled in this exercise. They have been using their core of retirees and on-line hate mongers to support their activities over the last several years.

We Humanitarian Americans KNOW and UNDERSTAND their activities. Unfortunately, many in Congress do not. Many in Congress believe this small group of trained zealots are massive in numbers and could effect their bids for re-election.

How do we educate ALL Americans of what is happening? How do we educate Congress of the ANTI tactics? One way is to publish the ANTI forces' rantings and allow allow all Americans to know of their activities.

New Report: F.A.I.R., NumbersUSA, C.I.S. HATE GROUPS!

The Southern Poverty Law Center has published a new report outing F.A.I.R., NumbersUSA and C.I.S., as being both funded and founded by the racist John Tanton (and his sidekick Ira Mehlmann), affiliated with the KKK, White Nationalist Groups and Holocaust deniers. As my frequent readers know, I have reported this information for some time. It is heartening to know a fine, reputable, long term civil rights organization, SPLC, has produced a report sharing this information.

New Report: Three Leading Anti-Immigration Groups Share Extremist Roots

Three Washington, D.C., organizations most responsible for blocking comprehensive immigration reform in 2007 are part of a network of groups created by a man who has been at the heart of the white nationalist movement for decades, according to a report issued today by the Southern Poverty Law Center.
The Nativist Lobby: Three Faces of Intolerance describes how the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) and NumbersUSA were founded and funded by John Tanton, a retired Michigan ophthalmologist who operates a racist publishing company and has written that to maintain American culture, "a European-American majority" is required.
"These groups have infiltrated the mainstream by presenting themselves as legitimate commentators, when, in reality, they were all conceived by a man who is convinced that non-white immigrants threaten America," said Mark Potok, director of the SPLC's Intelligence Project. "They have never strayed far from their roots."
The report examines how Tanton, who still sits on FAIR's board of directors, founded the racist Social Contract Press and has corresponded with Holocaust deniers, white nationalist intellectuals and Klan lawyers for decades — correspondence documented by his own writings stored at a University of Michigan library.

It also shows that FAIR has been aware of his views and activities for years.
FAIR, whose members have testified frequently before Congress, has hired as key officials men who also joined white supremacist groups. It has promoted racist conspiracy theories. And it has even accepted more than $1 million from the Pioneer Fund, a racist foundation devoted to proving a connection between race and intelligence, the report found.
FAIR has been designated as a hate group by the SPLC.
The report also examines how the Center for Immigration Studies — which bills itself as a scholarly think tank — began its life as a FAIR program and continues to produce dubious studies furthering FAIR's anti-immigration agenda. It's a vision described by Tanton in a 1985 letter in which he wrote that CIS would produce reports "for later passage to FAIR, the activist organization, to remedy."
Similarly, NumbersUSA, a group that has achieved dramatic policy successes, began its life as a Tanton foundation program, the report found. NumbersUSA Executive Director Roy Beck has even been described by Tanton as his "heir apparent." He also edited The Immigration Invasion, a book by Tanton and a colleague that was so raw in its immigrant bashing that Canadian border authorities have banned it as hate literature.

Hate Groups Using Immigration Rhetoric to Recruit and Brainwash High Schoolers!

It is a short 200 miles from Shenandoah, PA to Patchogue, NY., the sites of the two most recent HATE Crime Murders against Latinos. Numerous HATE Groups polka-dot along the route between the two cities. Along that route is Bethlehem, PA, a mere 60 miles away from Shenandoah, PA.

Bethlehem is the home of the Keystone State Skinheads and the National Socialist Movement (neo-Nazi), two of the largest HATE Groups in the country. Keystone State Skinheads recently changed their name to Keystone United to help sanitize their reputation as they solicit and recruit their main target, young people. Their leader, Douglas Myers, is a long time member of Stormfront and frequently posts under a different name there. Stormfront has seen a huge surge in membership and just after the Obama election, had to close down their site because their server could not handle the load of new viewers.

Since 2000, hate groups have increased by 48%. Most recruitment is completed on-line and focuses on Immigration (legal and illegal) and bashing Latinos as well as other minorities. It is no wonder we are seeing so much increased violence, "Beaner Jumping" and other Latino HATE Crimes, especially in these areas.

White supremacists target middle America - 10/21/2008

The white-power movement is changing its marketing strategy to broaden its appeal. The USA's largest neo-Nazi group is ditching its trademark brown Nazi uniform with swastika armband for a more muted look in black fatigues. In Pennsylvania, the Keystone State Skinheads is changing its name to Keystone United to attract members. The nation's largest white-power website, Stormfront, has a new feature that lets members create social-networking pages. The site has had as many as 42,700 unique visitors in a 24-hour period this month, a steady rise since it started in 1995. Supremacist groups are on the rise as they market themselves to middle America, according to leaders of the groups and organizations that monitor them. They are fueled by the debate over illegal immigration and a struggling economy. "Many white supremacist groups are going more mainstream," says Jack Levin, a Northeastern University criminologist who studies hate crime. "They are eliminating the sheets and armbands. … The groups realize if they want to be attractive to middle-class types, they need to look middle-class." Levin estimates fewer than 50,000 people are members of white supremacist groups, but he says their influence is growing with a more sophisticated approach. From 2006 to 2007, the number of such groups rose by 5% to 888, says the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which tracks them through news reports and other sources. The number is up 48% since 2000.
.. "When the economy suffers, people are looking for answers. … We are the answer for white people.
"And now this immigrant thing in the past couple of years has been the biggest boon to us," Schoep says. "The immigration issue is the biggest problem we're facing because it's changing the face of our country. We see stuff in English and Spanish. … They are turning our country into a Third World ghetto."
The National Socialist Movement is the largest neo-Nazi group in the USA, according to the SPLC and the Anti-Defamation League, which works to fight bigotry. The NSM has chapters in 38 states, its website says.
Mark Potok, director of the SPLC's Intelligence Project, says the debate over immigration has led to a rise in hate groups. In Pennsylvania, where the Hispanic population increased by 41% from 2000 through 2007, Keystone United has been busy. Members distribute fliers calling on residents to fight crime they say is committed by illegal immigrants, gangs and drug dealers. In September, members joined a rally against illegal immigration in Shenandoah that was organized after four white teens were arrested in connection with the beating death of a Latino illegal immigrant. "A lot of these small working-class towns are being invaded by different types of people," says Douglas Myers, one of Keystone United's founders. He says the group speaks out for the rights of whites being pushed aside by newcomers.
"It appears they are tapping into and fanning the flames of mainstream America's fear of immigrants," says Ann Van Dyke of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. "They are increasingly using the language of Main Street, things like, 'We want safe communities to raise our children.' "

Douglas Myers (Keystone United Founder) says the group is organizing family-friendly activities, rejecting the violence that made skinheads notorious. For example, they plan gatherings in public libraries. "It's not the footage from the '80s with people burning crosses. It's a very healthy environment," Myers, 26, says.
The renewed activity includes a boom on the Internet, says Don Black, creator of the Stormfront website. The site has 144,000 registered members. "Many people in this country, even if they were upset with the country's immigration policies, never felt that threatened until now," Black, 55, says. "White people were the majority. That's rapidly changing."

Black says the candidacy of Barack Obama has raised his site's profile. In the past year, members have posted 337 entries on Stormfront related to Obama, ranging from whether an Obama victory will start a revolution among whites to whether the candidate will take away gun rights. Black's son, Derek, 19, was elected to the Palm Beach County, Fla., Republican committee in August. Local Republican leaders are trying to unseat him after learning of his white supremacist ties. Don Black, once a Ku Klux Klan leader in Alabama, says he's encouraged by the enthusiasm he sees. "We see a lot of people coming out of the woodwork," he says.

Immigration, Hate Crimes Against Latinos, Hate Groups and Obama´s Steps To Improve Race Relations

"Hate Crimes against Latinos" are increasing at the same rate as "Hate Groups in America" are rising.
The FBI reports that since 2003 - "Hate Crimes against Latinos" increased by 41%. SPLC reports since 2000 - "Hate groups in the US" have increased by 48%. It is clear these hate groups are recruiting on the web. Their audience? Young people. Their target? Illegal Immigrants.
The recent hate crimes in Patchogue, NY and Shenandoah, PA provide specific examples of this. In Patchogue, Jeff Conroy, a swastika tattooed young jock and leader of his teenage gang, ritually conducted frequent “Beaner Jumpings.” Their rallying call, “Let´s go fxxx up some Mexicans!” Members of the group said they went "Beaner Jumping" at least weekly.
They sought their targets by going to Latino neighborhoods. They physically assaulted, robbed, harassed, insulted and abused their victims. The gang had no way of identifying their victims as illegal immigrants or Mexican, so instead, they selected their victims based on their assumptions of what an illegal immigrant looks like. The characteristics they chose: a brown person in a Latino neighborhood. Someone who spoke Spanish or with an accent. In Patchogue, one of the victims these teenagers attacked was Marcello Lucero, an immigrant from Ecuador. Conroy stabbed and murdered him.
Another example is the Shenandoah, PA case. In that case a gang of high school jocks attacked Luis Ramirez. As the drunken teenaged jocks punched and kicked him, witnesses said the teenagers shouted racial epitaths including, “You F´n Spic”, “Go Back to Mexico,” “Tell your Mexican Friends to get out of town.” Mr. Ramirez died in the hospital of fatal trauma to his head.
Patchogue, NY and Shenandoah, PA are less than 200 miles apart. If you study the Hate Group Map between the two cities, you see numerous National Socialist Movement (NSM-Neo Nazi) groups, Skinheads, KKK and White Nationalist groups dotted along the path between both cities. (click for larger view)
Also between the two locations is Hazelton, the home of Mayor Lou Barletta, the city that put, as Barletta said, "Illegal Immigrants on Notice." Barletta said he wanted to make Hazleton "the toughest place on illegal immigrants in America." In 2006 he passed the “Illegal Immigration Relief Act” one of the most restrictive laws in the nation. He declared English to be the citys official language and forbade employees to translate documents without official authorization. In 2007, a judge ruled the Act was unconstitutional.
Activitists from the restrictionist groups “Save our State” and “Voice of the People” conducted numerous demonstrations. Many demonstrators included members from Neo-Nazi, Skinhead and White Nationalist groups. Both SOS and VoP are affiliated with CAPS, the Minutemen, PA Pundits, Diggers Realm and other like-minded restrictionist groups and websites.
Beyond Hate Crimes are the Racial Profiling raids occurring across the country in locations where restrictionist laws were introduced. Examples include Maricopa County in Arizona and Tulsa, Oklahoma. State and Local law enforcement agencies in partnership with ICE through 287 (g) agreements have conducted numerous “Suppression Sweeps” in towns with large Latino populations which have resulted in Racial Profiling, not only for Latinos but anyone who “looks Latino” including Native Americans, Asians, Middle Easterners and Pacific Islanders. In Maricopa County, these suppression raids have caused all Brown people (and people with loved ones that are Brown) to live in fear, constantly carrying their Passport, Social Security Card and Birth Certificates along with their Driver´s License. If they are caught up in a suppression sweep, without these documents, they are likely to be incarcerated into a Detention Center until these documents are produced. This has caused Latino parents across Maricopa County to ensure their young children have these documents on their person at all times, along with a cell phone and numbers to call. Their children live in fear of being stopped by the police.
It is no wonder that Hate Crimes are rising. As the SPLC notes, “The growth of these groups is being helped by conspiracy theories and other racist propaganda about immigrants (legal or illegal) that is being spread by mainstream politicians and pundits.”
So the question becomes, what can every day Americans do to Stop the Hate?
First: We should acknowledge these Hate Crimes are occurring and the number of Hate groups are rising. As with any catastrophic change in our lives, the first reactions are: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, but we finally must come to Acceptance. Once we do this, then we can start putting in place steps to Change.
Second: If we acknowledge these Hate Crimes are occurring, then what logically follows is, when these Hate Crimes occur, the perpetrators should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. If left unpunished, these crimes will continue to occur.
Third: Become informed. Be aware of the Hate Groups in your area. Be aware of Hate Crimes that occur across the nation.
Fourth: Talk to your family. Talk to your children. Let them know all Hate Crimes are wrong. Be aware the number of Hate Groups are increasing. Be aware these groups are targeting young people. Talk as a family so no one in your family is brainwashed into joining one of these groups.
Fifth: Communicate! Join a blog. Join a forum. Talk to your City Council. Share your thoughts and ideas on improving Race Relations in our country.
Finally, remember our President Elect, Barack Obama´s words:“Race is an issue that I believe this nation cannot afford to ignore right now… the complexities of race in this country that we’ve never really worked through – (are) a part of our union that we have yet to perfect.. And if we walk away now, if we simply retreat into our respective corners, we will never be able to come together and solve challenges like health care, or education, or the need to find good jobs for every American.”

Ron Paul´s V for Vendetta = $4Million in 24 hours

A landmark moment in online political fundraising was made on Nov. 5, 2007. Presidential Candidate Ron “Dr. No” Paul from Texas passed $4 million in online fundraising in less than 24 hours.

Monday's drive was coordinated by an independent Web site but received the endorsement of Paul. Ron Paul's devoted believers chanted, in cult-like fashion, "Remember, Remember, the fifth of November" and “Power to the People” in their call to arms and cash. They utilized the “V-For Vendetta” chant recalling the feats of famed anarchist Guy Fawkes.

Guy Fawkes was a 17th century crusader who became famous for his attempt to “blow up the government.” On the eve of the impending coup, Fawkes was caught in the basement of parliament with 36 barrels of gunpowder. He failed his mission to blow the place up. He was caught, gave up the names of his fellow anarchists and was hung for treason.

I saw candidate Paul on MSNBC this morning, congratulating himself for raising so much internet money so quickly. Paul, looked straight into the camera and actually said, "I never saw “V for Vendetta,” not sure what it stands for and Fawkes name was invoked just as a fund-raiser method." (Something that makes you go "hmmmm.")

Candidate Paul, as we know, is running an ANTI Comprehensive Immigration Reform, ANTI War and ANTI George Bush campaign. Sounds a lot like Fawkes to me.

MATTHEWS: Nobody likes ethnic change. It‘s always hard to deal with. You try to be a liberal about it. But when things change in your neighborhood, you have to get used to it and deal with it. Nobody is thrilled by it, because it just happens in our country. People, neighborhoods change. Life changes. But when you hate—when you see the federal government or the state government papering over a problem by giving people documents, driver‘s license, which they can use for all kinds of purposes, especially building a paper trail to establish a fact they should be here legally, it looks like the government has given up. It said, well, we can‘t stop illegal immigration, so we‘ll give everybody a driver‘s license. It strikes me as a death blow, a death knell to government. If you can‘t protect your border, you‘re not really a country, are you?

DONAHUE: Well, you know what is interesting, Chris is I think what you just articulated is where a lot of voters are on the issue. What is ICE doing? Why is this a random process? Why do some people wait two months and others wait ten years to get legal entry into this country? Now, in New Hampshire you have a lot of Canadian people coming in. They don‘t look different. It‘s not a hot button issue up here. It‘s really—they sound and look like Americans. So while we have tons of immigrants, it doesn‘t really show. I think the bigger concern, and the one that, you know, Giuliani and McCain and Clinton would be wise to take this issue on is that there is no national security without an accounting for who‘s in the country. And ICE and the former INS have no idea who is in the country. They have no idea how to get rid of them if they‘re not people who are doing good things. So I think that‘s the bottom line issue. This is a national security issue. And if Hillary Clinton is running in some ways as a national security Democrat, which I believe she is, she should grasp this issue, understand it and own it.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL), which monitors extremist groups and their rhetoric with regard to the immigration debate, has exposed a new development where some of the more mainstream anti-immigrant groups increasingly are adopting the tactics and rhetoric of racist groups and moving it into the mainstream.

"Under the guise of warning about the impact of illegal immigration in the rush to thwart the immigration bill from becoming law, some anti-immigrant groups reached for the playbook of hate groups," said Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director. "They have taken hateful and racist rhetoric and brought it into the mainstream."

ADL's new online report, Immigrants Targeted: Extremist Rhetoric Moves into the Mainstream documents the rhetoric employed by groups that routinely position themselves as legitimate, mainstream advocates against illegal immigration in America.

A closer look at the public record reveals that many ostensibly mainstream anti-illegal immigration organizations – including those who testified before Congress or frequently appeared on news programs – promote virulent anti-Hispanic and anti-immigrant rhetoric. Some groups have fostered links with extremist groups.

The groups highlighted in the ADL report include Mothers Against Illegal Aliens (Phoenix, AZ), the Federation for American Immigration Reform (Washington, DC), Choose Black America, You Don't Speak for Me, Americans for Legal Immigration Political Action Committee (Raleigh, NC), Grass Fire (Maxwell, IA) and The Dustin Inman Society (Marietta, GA).

"The Ku Klux Klan and neo-Nazis were not the only ones who saw an opportunity in the national debate over immigration to sow the seeds of racism as a means to derail immigration reform," said Mr. Foxman. "While reasonable people can disagree about border control and the appropriate parameters for immigration reform, the debate has been tainted by the virulent anti-immigrant message employed by a handful of groups. The real victims in this are Hispanic-Americans and other immigrants who are being unfairly targeted, demeaned and stereotyped."

The report cites several key tactics used by anti-immigrant groups, including:
Describing immigrants as "third world invaders," who come to America to destroy our heritage, "colonize" the country and attack our "way of life." This charge is used against Hispanics, Asians and other people of color.

Using terminology that describes immigrants as part of "hordes" that "swarm" over the border. This dehumanizing language has become common. Portraying immigrants as carriers of diseases like leprosy, tuberculosis, Chagas disease (a potentially fatal parasitic disease), dengue fever, polio, malaria. Depicting immigrants as criminals, murderers, rapists, terrorists, and a danger to children and families. Propagating conspiracy theories about an alleged secret "reconquista" plot by Mexican immigrants to create a "greater Mexico" by seizing seven states in the American Southwest that once belonged to Mexico.
