The Honorable Dianne Feinstein SMACKS DOWN the awful Teapartier, Canadian Ted Cruz for his Attack against the Constitution and the Safety of Americans!

The honorable Senator Dianne Feinstein SMACKS DOWN the awful Teaparty Republican (and Canadian) Ted Cruz for his attack against the Constitution and Safety for Americans!

MSNBC.com: MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell scoffed at Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) for asking Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) on Thursday about the constitutionality of gun control proposals currently being advanced in Congress. Mitchell brandished a copy of the U.S. Constitution and slammed the junior senator from Texas for questioning Feinstein’s understanding of America’s founding document.
“This was not a fair fight,” Mitchell opined. "(condescending, arrogant and overbearing)
Ted Cruz somehow thought he was going to take on Dianne Feinstein who began her career in politics facing the bloodshed in San Francisco when she was elevated to become the mayor after the assassinations there?" Instead, Sen. Feinstein schooled Cruz like a troubled schoolboy of the importance of protecting schoolchildren and every day Americans against assault weapons and those opposed to rational background checks.

Why Does ANYONE Need to Stockpille Assault Weapons and Stockpile AMMO for these Assault Weapons?

Adam Lanza's mom was a substitute teacher. She loved her son very much. Yes, there were struggles. Her husband did not stand by her. Instead divorced her. She did not always believe in the school system for her son. Instead she often home schooled him.

Where I question her was her belief in the "end of the world" theories, her stock piling of guns and her taking her son (with issues) out for target practices. That is the part I don't understand. I do not like guns. I don't believe anyone should stock pile guns, especially assault weapons and 100 rounds of assault weapons ammo. Why would anyone do that? That is the question.

Why Does ANYONE Need to Stockpille Assault Weapons and Stockpile AMMO for these Assault Weapons?

Stop the Violence! Stop Guns! LET THERE BE PEACE ON EARTH, and Let It Begin With Me!

I have so many topics I've planned to blog about this weekend, but after yesterday's shooting, I am stopped short. Like our President, I am so sad. Crying. Thinking of those young, innocent babies. This terrorist attack upon our children makes no sense. But then, no terrorist attack, Domestic or otherwise, makes any sense.

I hope and pray that ALL OF US LOYAL AMERICANS take a moment to reflect and PRAY for PEACE. Pray for an END to Violence. Pray for an END to Assault Weapons and Assault Ammunitions.

Let us ALL Pray for PEACE On Earth! And "Let It Begin With Me!"

Racist Alabama State Senator Vows to "Empty the Clip" on Latino Immigrants! (These Insane Comments after the shooting of Congresswoman Giffords!)

HP Reports: Alabama state Sen. Scott Beason, a Republican, reportedly made eyebrow-raising remarks over the weekend, calling on members of his party to "empty the clip and do what has to be done" in order to address (primarily Latino) illegal immigration, which he regarded as a problem. According to the Cullman Times, Beason concluded a fiery speech on the issue with the extreme language at a Republican party breakfast. His comments come in the wake of the tragic shooting in Tucson, Arizona. Beason accused Democrats in his home state of intentionally neglecting to tackle the immigration issue. He alleged his colleagues on the other side of the aisle were motivated by a belief that "when more illegal immigrants move into an area, when their children grow up and get the chance to vote, they vote for Democrats."

Later in his speech, the Alabama Republican warned that failing to confront illegal immigration could "destroy" local communities in the state. In a phone interview with the Gadsden Times on Monday, Beason said that his "empty the clip" reference was taken out of context. The Alabama-based outlet reports: He said he had told his audience an Internet-circulated joke about how you can tell the political beliefs of a liberal, a conservative, and an armed Southerner who are confronted by a mugger in New York City. According to Beason, what he said "makes perfect sense" if it's "all taken in context." He reportedly added, "Anyone sitting in the meeting completely understood it and I'm a little bit surprised that it left it hanging out there."

BREAKING NEWS: Phoenix Kops Arrest Tucson Safeway Victim for Opposing the Outburst of Tea Pary Zealots!

A man shot during the Tucson Safeway shootings has been arrested by Phoenix Kops for defending himself against Tea Party zealots! The victim in the mass shooting north of Tucson attending a special town hall today was arrested after he responded to an outrageous Tea Party zealot who spoke out supporting the shooter in support of gun ownership.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department said they arrested Loughner's VICTIM, Eric Fuller, 63, who was wounded in the knee a week ago by Loughner in the shooting rampage that killed six and wounded 13. The victim, Fuller, is being held tonight for alleged threats of intimidation and disorderly conduct. The Kops said Fuller will undergo a mental-health evaluation. The incident took place near the end of a taping of ABC's weekly "Town Hall" with news anchor Christiane Amanpour.

The program, which airs Sunday and is called "Tragedy in Tucson: An American Conversation Continued," reunited many victims, initial responders to the shooting scene and witnesses. Open to the public, the forum at a Catholic church was designed to promote conversation and healing a week after the grocery-store shooting.

Most of the taping was calm and at times emotional as witnesses recounted the events in which a gunman opened fire at a local Safeway, killing six and wounding 13, including U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.

Toward the end of the taping, Amanpour brought up the issues of GUN safety and mental health. As a Tea Party Zealot, Trent Humphries, stood up and brazenly expressed his support for gun ownership -- even though he was surrounded by those assaulted by the insane shooter sporting a 9MM glock which murdered 9 year old Christina Green and others, Eric Fuller, still hurt and outraged by the insane shooting, seated near the front in an area reserved for victims and special guests, understandably appeared increasingly frustrated and agitated.

Victim Eric Fuller then swiveled in his chair, raised his camera and took a photo of the pro-gun speaker, appalled, metaphorically said, "You're dead," according to Tea Party zealot Joel Tranter, who was sitting behind him.

The Teaparty Zealot screamed, "I told him, 'You need to be respectful. You need to calm down,'" and Fuller responded "What'd you do, vote for this guy?'" (Teapartier Humphries ran against Gabby in the last election and lost; Humphries also led many of the Hate filled rallies in front of Gabby's office!)

As police officers approached to escort Fuller outside, Fuller, understandably upset by the Tea Party zealots who were supporting the heinous shooter turned and said to those in the audience supporting the zealots: "You whores!"

The rest of the taping continued without incident and wrapped up about five minutes later.

Outside, Victim Fuller was arrested by the Tea Party supporting Kops for making threats, said Capt. Byron Gwaltney of the Pima County Sheriff's Department. The heinous Kops said: "He (victim Fuller) is currently in our custody and we're in the process of dealing with that investigation to see what charges will be made," Gwaltney said.

Understandably, Eric Fuller's actions could be a response to the outrageous comments by the zealot Tea Partiers could be the result of the trauma he suffered a week ago, said Dr. Laura Nelson, deputy director for the behavioral health sciences division at the Arizona Department of Health.

"Grief after what happened here in Tucson last week is a completely normal reaction, and ... anger is a very common symptom of grief (especially after being shot by a crazed gunman)," said Dr. Nelson, who had been invited to speak at the forum. "I hope that he'll get the help that he needs to get through this very difficult time."

Eric Fuller, who works as a signature collector for political initiatives, was about 10 to 15 feet away from Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, talking to her volunteers, when the insane shooter's shots erupted on Jan. 8. Eric Fuller was shot by the insane gunman carrying a 9MM Glock. About 100 people attended the taping, which took place at St. Odilia Church less than a mile from the Safeway where the shooting occurred.

Among the guests were Patricia Maisch, Bill Badger and Daniel Hernandez, who were attending Giffords' event when the shooting occurred; Bill Hileman, husband of Susan Hileman, who was wounded in the rampage; U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Floirda, a friend of Giffords', and Rick Kastigar of the Pima County Sheriff's Department.

Note: Hate Monger Trent Humphries is the head of the Tucson Tea Party movement. It is
well known that this week, Humprhies outrageously said of Victim Gabby Gifford, "It’s political gamesmanship. The real case is that she [Giffords] had no security whatsoever at this event. So if she lived under a constant fear of being targeted, if she lived under this constant fear of this rhetoric and hatred that was seething, why would she attend an event in full view of the public with no security whatsoever?"
Humphries is an AGITATOR! And Tonight, he blatantly supported Loughner's right to openly carry a 9MM Glock! It is NO SURPRISE that one of the shooting vitim's should become upset by this extremist's blatant statement!

Reverse Border Security: Napolitano Does It Right!

Janet Napolitano, President Obama's head of Homeland Security, has made a shift in Immigration policy. While Border Patrol Agents are still assigned to stopping drugs and illegal immigrants from entering the United States, hundreds of additional agents are being redeployed to stop the weapons and cash that flow into Mexico.

In a speech before the newest agents arriving in Laredo, TX, Napolitano said, “You know, early this week I met with President Obama, and this morning I met with President Calderón of Mexico, and you guys are at the cutting edge of something new we’re trying to do to make the border safer.”

Ms. Napolitano’s initiative to send an additional 360 agents to the 2,000-mile border with Mexico, announced two weeks ago, is intended not only to respond to growing concerns about national security, she said, but also to change the way Americans view the threat.
“We understand that this port needs to move, that time is money, especially when it comes to trade,” said Ms. Napolitano, standing in the shadow of a line of tractor-trailers that extended as far as the eye could see. “But from now on, when trucks come into this port, they are going to see something they haven’t seen before, and that’s southbound inspections.”

Ms. Napolitano rarely uses the word terrorism, and she has said she does not intend to practice the “politics of fear.” She has said her agency will devote as much attention to preparing for natural disasters as for “man-caused disasters,” her euphemistic term for terrorism. She made public her disapproval of an immigration raid of a mechanics shop in Washington State, freed the immigrants who had been detained, and gave them work permits. Her actions sent a signal that future enforcement would focus on employers who rely on illegal immigrants, rather than on the workers.
While on the border, Ms. Napolitano has essentially turned previous policies upside-down, warning Americans that what leaves the country is as much a risk to their security as what comes in.
Ms. Napolitano has begun making changes at Homeland Security and revealed how some of her own views have shifted since she took her new job. Ms. Napolitano was once a leading opponent of the Bush administration’s decision to build some 600 miles of fencing along the border. In an interview, she said she had come to see that the fence has “helped us get operational control of some areas.” As governor, she was among the first to call for the deployment of the National Guard to help stop smuggling. Now, she said, “minds were open” to a request for troops from Gov. Rick Perry of Texas, a Republican. But she said she wanted Mr. Perry to explain how the troops would be used.

During her visit in Laredo, Ms. Napolitano learned that the heightened border security southbound into Mexico might already be yielding results. A few hours before her arrival, the authorities conducting southbound inspections stopped an American couple and a 5-year-old child in a car carrying 10 grenades, nearly $122,000 in cash, a barrel for a sniper rifle and a cache of high-caliber ammunition, officials said.
The man told the authorities that he was a former Marine and that he had obtained the weapons from a military friend linked to drug smugglers in Michigan, officials said. Climbing aboard her airplane to return to Washington, Ms. Napolitano boasted, “We said we were going to do this, and we’re doing it.”

Cop Killer - Stormfront Member and Alex Jones' Conspiracies Follower

As you may have heard, three Pittsburgh police officers were shot dead and two wounded after a lone gunman opened fire from his home Saturday. The Cop Killer, Richard Andrew Poplawski, was a Stormfront member and Alex Jones follower. As typical of these type of folks, he believed in conspiracy theories. He hated President Obama. He was convinced the nation was secretly controlled by a cabal that would eradicate freedom of speech, take away his guns and use the military to enslave the citizenry.

It all began when 911 operators dispatched two Pittsburgh police Officers Sciullo and Harper to 1016 Fairfield St. in Stanton Heights at 7:05 a.m. The call, described as a domestic argument between a mother and son with no weapons involved. A third officer, Officer Kelly, heard the call and decided to back up his fellow officers. Within minutes, all three officers were fatally shot by Poplawski.

Police said Poplawski knew his mother had called 911 and knew officers would come to his house. He apparently lay in wait, armed with an AK-47 assault-style rifle, a .22-caliber rifle and a revolver and wearing a bulletproof vest. He shot the first two officers in the head when they reached his doorway. Officer Kelly was shot just after pulling up to the scene. Gravely wounded and lying in the street, he used his radio to report that officers were down. Other officers risked their lives to get Officer Kelly out of danger. They succeeded, but he later died.

The shootings started a four-hour siege in which Officer Timothy McManaway was wounded in the hand while trying to help Officer Kelly. Officer Brian Jones broke his leg when a fence collapsed as he was trying to secure the back of the scene.
Mr. Poplawski also was wounded multiple times in the leg. He was in fair condition in UPMC Presbyterian.
Before surrendering, he exchanged hundreds of rounds of gunfire with SWAT officers from his bedroom window, while calling friends and telling them he was going to die, that he had been hit in his bulletproof vest and in his leg, and that he loved them.

Poplawski's friends said he was "preparing for the end of the world," and he had stockpiled bottled water and bags of rice. When asked why he had so many weapons, he replied, "for protection."
Poplawski's like minded friend Edward Perkovic said:
. Poplawski was opposed to the "Zionist propaganda."
. "He always said that if someone tried to take his weapons away he would do what his forefathers told him to do and defend himself. He never threatened violence. He preached self-defense."
Another friend, Aaron Vire, 23, said Mr. Poplawski strongly opposed Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama's candidacy. He'd had "very spirited debates" with Mr. Vire, who is black and an Obama supporter.
"He wasn't a racist. He was a cool person. He thought he was losing some of his rights," said Mr. Vire. He said he knew Mr. Poplawski owned an AK-47 assault-type rifle, a .357 Magnum revolver, a .380-caliber handgun and a .45-caliber handgun. "He said he'd be ready if there's ever an invasion of the United States and that he had stockpiled foods and guns," Mr. Vire said.

Comments from local articles are more focused on support of the NRA and stopping any sort of ban on assault weapons vs chastising the murderer or mourning the victims.
