Edward Snowden REVEALED and the CORE QUESTIONS the Media is NOT Asking! SEE THE QUESTIONS HERE!!

The media is in a frenzy over the Edward Snowden - NSA story. Snowden revealed Confidential NSA Security information that he swore an oath he would never divulge. Those that agree with Snowden call him a Whistleblower and Hero. Those that disagree with him call him a Traitor who deserted our Country and a Domestic Terrorist who is endangering the lives of Americans.

The information on this story is varied, depending on the media outlet. What is amazing is, this is a bi-partisan story. Republicans and Democrats are for and against Snowden's actions. Michael Moore is siding with Glenn Beck. Mike Rodgers (Republican Chairman of House Intelligence Committee) is siding with President Obama.

I decided to do some research so I could decide for myself how I felt about this issue. I created this timeline to allow you, my readers to see, in a nutshell, the Life of Edward Snowden. In compiling this information, I found Questions the Media is NOT asking. I am very curious WHY they are not asking these questions. (see end of this article for questions)

Edward Snowden was born in 1983 in North Carolina. At age 9, his family moved to Maryland, a community comprised of Federal and CIA employees. Snowden was a non-achiever. He dropped out of High School in 10th grade. His parents had a difficult marriage and divorced when Snowden was 18. His Dad moved to Pennsylvania. His mom stayed in Maryland. Snowden moved to his own apartment near his mom. His mom paid the rent. Snowden loved video games and took some Community College courses. He also practiced karate. At 19, he was hired as the on-line tech for Ryuhana Press which specialized in on-line anime art. He joined several IT forums. In May 2004, when he was 21, he decided to join the Army. He wanted to be in the Green Beret and go to Iraq. He failed training and the Army discharged him in September 2004. He claimed he broke both of his legs, but the Army said there's no record of it.

He moved back to his Maryland community and was hired as a Security Guard at the University of Maryland -- which has affiliations with the CIA. And, because of his computer skills, was hired as a tech for CIA Network Security. From 2007 - 2009, the CIA sent him to Geneva, again as a tech in Network Security. Snowden said he became disillusioned about the government invading people's privacy and quit. It was around this time that he bragged on-line about how his computer skills enabled him to get high paying jobs even with his limited education. Later in 2009, he worked as an NSA Military Contractor with Dell in Japan. He also commented on line that he loved travel and he loved Japan. In on-line forums he continued to complain about government invading privacy, yet at the same time, bragging about his travel, salary and lack of education/no Student Loans.

In January, 2013, he contacted Laura Poitras who was well known for her documentary about the famous government whistle-blower "Daniel Ellsberg." Low achiever Snowden fancied himself another Daniel Ellsberg. News reports also indicate that in February, 2013 Snowden met with Glenn Greenwald from the Guardian.

After these meetings, Snowden left his contractor job at Dell and in April, 2013, he joined Booz, Allen, Hamilton. In early May, Snowden copied 3 laptops full and several thumb drives full of Top Secret Confidential files. Then, on May 20, he flew to Hong Kong to meet with Glenn Greenwald who was the first reporter to cover the story.

Now here's an interesting side note: Back in 2010, Greenwald wrote an article titled: "Mike McConnell, the WashPost & the dangers of sleazy corporatism." In this article, he wrote about Booz, Allen and "a political culture drowning in hidden conflicts of interests, exploitation of political office for profit, and a rapidly eroding wall separating the public and private spheres."

Another interesting side note: In December, 2012, just one month before Snowden went to Poitras and Greenwald, a group of high-profile journalists and free-speech activists launched the "Freedom of the Press Foundation." Here is where this story gets really interesting: Both Poitras and Greenwald are FOUNDING MEMBERS. Daniel Ellsberg is ALSO a Founding Member.

Now here is where my Questions come in:
"Why Did Edward Snowden Leave NSA Contractor Dell and start working for Booz, Allen?"
"Were there better Confidential/Security Secrets at Booz, Allen than he had at Dell?"
"Was there a better story created by secrets revealed at Booz, Allen?"
"How did Snowden get hired so quickly into Booz, Allen?"
"Did someone provide him contacts? References?"
"Did someone coach him to do this?"
"Who influenced him to do this and why?"
"Is Edward Snowden being used?" "Is he a pawn?"
"Why isn't the media asking these questions?"

I don't have an agenda and I don't have the answers to these questions.
Right now, I'm just CURIOUS why these obvious questions are not being asked by anyone.

Racists Attack Talented American Latino Child Singing American Anthem at Spurs Game!

I am so upset. So many Latino Americans just like me are SO Upset! Latinos across America are Angry. We are blogging and tweeting across America!
This issue makes me very angry!
Last night, a very talented American child of Latino descent sang the National Anthem at a Spurs game in San Antonio. Afterwards, hundreds of racists tweeted or facebooked that this innocent child was "Illeegal," a "Wetback," a "Mexican," and many other RACISTS tweets.

What kind of country is this? When an innocent child cannot sing the National Anthem? How many racists are there in America? Those tweeting were Black and White. Those tweeting spewed Hate and vicious attacks against this talented  young boy.

You can't help but ask why?
Their responses are from the same people that also attack Comprehensive Immigration Reform, support Racial Profiling Laws, and viciously attack ALL Latinos.
What kind of America is this?
This is EXACTLY WHY we Latinos will NEVER Vote for a those who support this type of rhetoric or Racial Profiling bills.
These people must be stopped.
WE THE PEOPLE can stop them with a VOTE for Comprehensive Immigration Reform!!

Anti-Latino Republicans in the House Voted to END the Dream Policy! Demand Mass Deportation!

Anti-Latino Republicans in the House unanimously voted to END the Dream Policy -- the policy which allows Dreamers -- young, undocumented immigrants and other people deemed low-priority -- to stay in the U.S.

Far Right Wing, Tea Party extremist, Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa), was responsible for drafting this amendment and adding it to the Department of Homeland Security spending bill. Democrats on the House floor reacted with boos when this amendment was added to the bill.

Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, said in a statement that the vote prohibits the administration “from implementing executive amnesty” without congressional action. "My amendment blocks many of the provisions that are mirrored in the Senate’s ‘Gang of Eight’ bill. If this position holds, no amnesty will reach the President’s desk,” he said.

Regardless of these heinous Republican efforts, Senate Democrats will NOT allow their "Deport Dreamers" amendment to pass. Additionally, our President's spokesman has already said he would NEVER sign it if it reaches his desk.

United We Dream, an advocacy group of young undocumented immigrants, said in a statement that the amendment is "an outrage and the exact opposite of what our country needs from its political leaders." "Does Speaker [John] Boehner want to follow Rep. Steve King’s lead and seal his party’s fate as an out-of-touch, extremist party that has forever marginalized the immigrant and Latino community?" the group continued. "Or will the House take a new direction and pass immigration reform that not only stops the deportations of DREAMers and our families but also creates a clear path to citizenship? It’s up to them. DREAMers will not let politicians get away with this."

Nativist Republicans are Blocking Immigration Reform in Congress! Demand No Healthcare and Border Enforcement First!

ABC News is reporting House Republicans are Blocking the passage of the Gang of Eight's Comprehensive Immigration Reform (CIR) bill. These Republicans are demanding that newly legalized workers now working in the shadows should have no access to government-sponsored health care programs during their 15-year pathway to citizenship. Democrats say that since these newly legalized immigrants would be paying taxes they should be eligible for benefits.

The Republican's BLOCKAGE of the Bill is not expected to be solved. Additionally, Republicans are insisting that any Immigration Reform bills will move forward in a piecemeal fashion starting with increased Border Enforcement. Read this to mean the passage of a National Immigration Bill similar to Arizona's infamous Racial Profile bill "sb1070."

This latest development represents a huge blow to immigration reform advocates because the House is likely to pass several smaller bills that address Secure Borders, but would not include a pathway to citizenship. It creates a much longer and arduous legislative road to a bill President Obama would be willing to sign.

IRS Hearings: Tea Party Demands American People Pay for their Tax Exempt Status!

The IRS Hearings are underway and the Far Right Wing Extremist Tea Party members, testifying before Congress, are DEMANDING that ALL Americans PAY for their Tax Exempt Status!

I am glad these hearings are underway.
Now, the American People listening to the hearings will understand that the IRS was investigating Tea Party groups that demanded Tax EXEMPT status.
In order to be Tax Exempt, a requirement is, that each group must NOT be Partisan.
We ALL know that Tea Party groups are Partisan.
They HATE our President.
Their very own Mission Statements, produced by them, are Full of Contempt for OUR President, "Obamacare" and viciously attack the Administration and Democrats.
They HATE Minorities.
They are AGAINST Immigration Reform.
They are AGAINST a multi cultural society.

The FACTS are, as WE ALL KNOW, the Tea Party IS Partisan. They are far right wing extremist Republicans. They applied for Tax Exempt Status. That want WE THE PEOPLE to pay for their TV Ads attacking our President and his Administration.

From 2010 to 2013, the vast majority of groups applying for Tax Exempt status were these Far Right Wing extremist groups. No Wonder the non-partisan IRS asked them additional questions. Who Wouldn't?? I know if I were in charge, I would ask ANY extremist group additional questions IF they were seeking Tax Exempt status.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FAR RIGHT WING MEDIA.
They are LYING. No one is AUDITING Tax Returns of Republicans or the Tea Party.

ALL THAT IS HAPPENING IS THAT THE IRS, RIGHTFULLY SO, ASKED ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS TO VERY PARTISAN GROUPS SEEKING TAX FREE STATUS!

Good Riddance Cable News: Media Fails to Report on Improved Economy and spends their time on Bogus Right Wing Conspiracy Theories

I've stopped watching Cable News for now. They've gone completely over the brink. They've decided to spend their time on Bogus Right Wing conspiracy theories, made up by the Tea Party.
Look at what they are reporting on:
1. Benghazi: It has been proven there was no wrong doing by the President, his Administration, Hillary Clinton or anyone in our government. A small Syrian militia group attacked a small mission, a thousand miles away from the Embassy in Tripoli. The attack lasted an hour and a half. They attacked a CIA Annex that was 5 miles away about 4 hours later. The attack on the Annex lasted about an hour and a half. America could NOT send in fighter planes to kill the local townspeople. The attack was over. There was no cover up. It just took time for the FBI, CIA, etc to find out what happened. All these groups put together the talking points which were read on the morning shows 5 days later. Everything the Right Wing / Tea Party says about this are bogus, right wing conspiracy theories.
2. IRS - Tea Party: This whole story is so convoluted. The IRS wasn't attacking the Tea Party. The Tea Party was ASKING for Tax Free status. For all of the millions and millions they have collected, the DID NOT want to pay taxes. To qualify for this type of "Tax Exempt" status, you CANNOT be partisan. Of course the IRS scrutinized their status and asked them many questions. Of course they are politically biased right wing extremists frequently attacking our President.  This entire issue is ridiculous.
3. Freedom of the Press - "Leaks" in the Government: This one is silly. Everyone in the press is mad about this one. According to a  Federal Contract worker, the only reason he divulged CIA Security information about North Korea -- which could have endangered American Lives, was because a Fox News reporter coerced and wooed him to divulge these secrets.
Since when is it a "Whistle-blower" or a qualified "Leak" when a government worker reveals confidential Military Secrets which could jeopardize American lives? Of course the FBI/CIA investigated the saboteur and the coercer (reporter). Besides, last year, Republicans ATTACKED the President, blaming him for the leaks. Now they are defending the coercer?
Now, many members of the media are throwing silly Hissy Fits and are angry at the President and the government for rightly investigating the coercer (reporter).
These media members obviously do NOT understand the intent of Freedom of the Press. The intent is to protect actual "whistle blowers" -- those that risk their lives to expose government wrong doings that jeopardize American lives and American freedoms. Whistle blowers should NOT be confused with those that endanger American lives by revealing Military/Confidential information.

Now, all three of these stories are being played over and over and over again in the media, as if on an endless, recorded loop. What these cable news folks don't realize is, WE THE PEOPLE don't care about their hurt feelings or the bogus, far right conspiracy theories.
Personally, all their belly aching is giving me a headache.
They are also  potentially endangering important issues by not reporting on them. They are not reporting on the improved economy, increased jobs, home sales, the stock market at an all time high, states who have successfully implemented the exchanges (Obamacare) whose participants have seen significant reduction in Healthcare costs. They are not reporting on many of the successes of the Obama Administration. WE THE PEOPLE are seeing and experiencing these successes.

So to all you in the MEDIA -- WE DON'T CARE about your Hissy Fits.
To the Tea Partiers laughing and gloating about the "media finally reporting what they want to hear," WE DON'T CARE about your conspiracy theories because we know they are lies.
Personally, I am GLAD all of your ratings are going down. I've switched to watching anything OTHER than Cable News! Good Riddance!

Prominent Republican Grover Norquist Supports Immigration Reform. Mocks Tea Party.

Anti-tax leader Grover Norquist said Immigration Reform has developed a very broad coalition of supporters which ensures passage of the bill, even with anti-amnesty groups vehemently opposing it. Support from the Chamber of Commerce, the Religious Right, the Catholic Church and high-tech groups has dramatically cut the number of voters who are anti-immigrant.

Norquist voiced his support for Comprehensive Immigration Reform by asking, "Where is the power of the anti-amnesty groups? It is not in the pews, not in the churches, not in the business community. Every free market group in this town is against them except for Heritage."

Norquist said every frontrunner mulling a 2016 presidential bid has come out in support of Comprehensive Immigration Reform, giving even more political credibility to GOP efforts to overhaul the current system.

Then, as if to MOCK the Tea Party, he added: "The core conservative wing of the party thinks this is important. The future of the Republican Party is all here."
