Are the President and Chuck Schumer saying they Support a Piece Meal Approach to Immigration Reform? THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

Articles I am reading are saying that the President AND Chuck Schumer from the Gang of 8 are saying they are supporting the GOP House of Reps in passing a Piece Meal Approach to Comprehensive Immigration Reform.

According to GOPUSA Articles: Sen. Chuck Schumer said he'd support the Republican-led House's piecemeal approach to U.S. immigration reform, provided it offered a path to citizenship. "We would much prefer a big comprehensive bill, but any way that the House can get there is OK by us," the New York Democrat told CNN. "I actually am optimistic that we will get this done." Schumer, a leader of the bipartisan "Gang of Eight" senators whose comprehensive immigration-reform legislation passed the Senate in June, said he'd "had a lot of discussions with various members of both parties in the House. Things are moving in the right direction. "The initial reaction was the House isn't going to take up any bill," Schumer added. "That would have been very bad -- no bill. Now, they're doing it in pieces. A couple of their pieces are very similar to our bill."

If Schumer bothered to read the PRESS of the House GOP's Piece Meal Version of Immigration Reform, he'd know that Piece Meal means passing ONE Step at a Time.
Step One: Enforcing Current Law = Mass Deportation, ICE Raids and Racial Profiling Enforcement Sweeps
Step Two: 2,000 Mile Electronic Fence,
Step Three: Changing the 14th BirthRight Citizenship Laws
Step Four: English Only

Around Step 18 or 20, they begin to think about the possibility of Legalization, but that, from their perspective, is years and years down the road, IF EVER.

IF the President and Schumer are Truly Considering this, THEY NEED TO GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD. THIS IS NOT, NOT, NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

The Dream 9 Team will be Allowed to seek Political Asylum!

A group of Mexican-born nationals known as DREAM 9 will be allowed to seek political asylum in the United States.

DREAM 9, is a group of nine who were born in Mexico but brought to the United States illegally when they were children and have cited fear of persecution if they are forced to return to Mexico.

Christopher Bentley, a spokesman for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, said DHS ruled that the immigrants have a "credible fear" of being persecuted if they are sent back to Mexico. "The legal threshold for credible fear is broad and low, in order to ensure that individuals who may face a 'significant possibility' of persecution if removed have the opportunity to have their case heard before an immigration judge," Bentley said.

The group of activists attempted to reenter the U.S. at the Nogales, Arizona trying to protest the thousands of people who have been deported under the Obama administration but they were arrested and have been in federal custody ever since.

An immigration judge will decide whether or not “DREAM 9” will be allowed to stay in U.S. In order for a person to seek political asylum they need to prove “that he or she belongs to a race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion,” according to Citizenship and Immigration Services guidelines.

Until an immigration judge is able to hear their case, it is most likely they will be released from detention in Arizona and could be eligible to apply for work permits in the future.

Back in the day, a friend of mine told me to never play the blame game. When you are blaming someone, it is like you are pointing at them. But while your index finger is pointing at them, your other fingers are pointing back to you. Quite often, there are many more reasons why something turned out the way it did. So to blame minorities for the problems of Detroit, you CAN make a list just like George Will did. But, on the other hand, there are many other reasons that he did not mention.
For example, for the past 39 years, the State of Michigan has been granting property tax abatements to all industrial manufacturers who promised to create some jobs and make some token equipment purchase or build additional buildings. In most cases, only a small percentage of the jobs were created, much of the equipment was rendered obsolete, and the companies often moved out after the abatement period expired, and in many cases, the company would have made the improvements anyway without the tax abatement. Meanwhile, cities such as Detroit bore the brunt of the loss in property tax revenue.
From 1993 to 2002, Michigan was under the control of Governor John Engler. And just to show you where his true allegiance laid, Engler was president and CEO of the National Association of Manufacturers from 2004 to 2011. When Engler left the governor’s office, he raided the rainy day fund of ALL of its money, just so that it appeared that Michigan was solvent when he left. This left a hole so big in the Michigan economy, that Michigan is still reeling from its effects today.
Beyond this, there are many macroeconomics effects of not diversifying Michigan’s economy. With all of its eggs in one basket, that is, with Michigan relying heavily on the auto industry, when that industry collapsed, all of the Detroit region suffered. And when the nation was going through a Great Recession because of the housing bubble, Detroit was going through a Great Depression, which meant that Detroit’s property tax revenues plummeted.
I could go on, and I wish that someone with a handle on the statistics would bring them up to the national discussion to tell George Will to stop blaming minorities.

Republican George Will Says Detroit Go Bankrupt! It's Your Fault! & Begins the Republican War on Minorities!

Let Detroit Go Bankrupt, but only the Black inner city, not the rich, white suburbs. The lines were drawn by Republican Governor Rick Snyder’s appointed Emergency City Financial Manager. The lines were carefully drawn, creating an island, similar to the island drawn by the broken levies around New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina.

The people of inner-city Detroit are crying, reaching out for help. Retirees who were the Brave Firefighters, Police and Teachers -- are having their pensions ripped away with Hurricane-like forces, and we see these retirees pleading with their Republican Governor, begging him NOT to steal their promised pensions.

Yet, Republicans across America are patting Governor Snyder on the back and urging him to say NO. Don’t help Detroit. NO. Rip away their Pensions. Let them Suffer. Let them starve! It’s their own DAMN fault. They are greedy. They were in Unions. They voted for the wrong city leaders. Cut them off. That’s what they get. That’s what they deserve.

George Will, the Republican voice, said this loud and clear on Sunday Morning with George Stephanopoulos. Why is George Will saying this? Because this is part of the Republican Strategy for 2014 and 2016. Their plan is to say “To Hell with Minorities and their Vote. WE Don’t Need Their Stinkin' Votes!” Instead, the Republican Plan is to stir up their White Voter base. I’ve heard this over and over on HATE Talk Radio. “We need the 3% of White Voters that voted for George Bush and didn’t vote for Romney to vote in 2014 and 2016."

Here is what George Will said on Sunday Morning with George Stephanopoulos:

"You can't solve the problems because the problems are cultural.  You have a city that's 139 square miles.  You can graze cattle in vast portions of it. Dangerous herds of feral dogs roaming there.  You have 3% of 4th graders reading at the national math standards. 47% of Detroit residents are functionally illiterate. 79% of Detroit children are born to unmarried mothers. They don't have a fiscal problem.  They have a cultural (black) collapse."

Katrina vanden Heuvel: I find that really insulting to the people of Detroit. I think there is a serious discussion to be had in this country about the  future of cities in the time of de-industrialization. But in many ways, Detroit has been a victim of Market Forces... Retirees and Workers should not bear this. And this story should not be hijacked to be about greedy, fiscal public unions and fiscal irresponsibility.

George Will: (Heaves big sigh) ... What did (the people of Detroit) vote for? For 60 years they voted for incompetence, malcontents.

Steve Rattner: So what do you want to do? Leave them in the circumstance you just described, or, in the spirit of America try to help people who are less fortunate, whether victims of natural disaster or reach out to help them, for not a lot of money in the scope of things. (A couple billion vs trillions to Banks/Wall St.) Or your scenario, leave them all sit with feral dogs.?

Juror B29: Zimmerman "Got Away with Murder!"

Juror B29 "Maddy" said today, "George Zimmerman got away with murder. But you can't get away from God. And at the end of the day, he's going to have a lot of questions and answers he has to deal with. But the law couldn't prove it."

Maddy is a 36-year-old Puerto Rican nursing assistant and was the only minority on the six-person jury. She admitted she was the juror who originally wanted to convict Zimmerman of second-degree murder, but eventually relented to the other jurors and said she was convinced the evidence didn't support a guilty verdict with respect to his claim of self-defense.

"I was the juror that was going to give them the hung jury. I fought to the end," she said. "That's where I felt confused, where if a person kills someone, then you get charged for it. But as the law was read to me, if you have no proof that he killed him intentionally, you can't say he's guilty."
She continued, "as much as we were trying to find this man guilty…they give you a booklet that basically tells you the truth, and the truth is that there was nothing that we could do about it. I feel the verdict was already told."

However, as a mother of eight children, Maddy said she wonders if she made the right decision and says she owes Martin's parents an apology. "It's hard for me to sleep, it's hard for me to eat because I feel I was forcefully included in Trayvon Martin's death. And as I carry him on my back, I'm hurting as much as Trayvon's Martin's mother because there's no way that any mother should feel that pain," she said.

Tea Party Republican Steve King Says Dreamers Are Drug Dealers!

Tea Party Republican Steve King makes no secret about his hatred towards "Illeeegals." He also HATES Dreamers.

Last week, King claimed that the majority of Dreamers -- are actively engaged in the drug trade.
"For everyone who's a valedictorian," King claimed, "there's another 100 out there that weigh 130 pounds and they’ve got calves the size of cantaloupes because they're hauling 75 pounds of marijuana across the desert. Those people would be legalized with the same act."

A Latina Falls to her Death at 6 Flags Due to a Careless Attendant; Websites Blame HER for her Own Death!

I am heart broken.

A Loving Mother, Rosy Esparza, took her children for an outing at 6 Flags on Friday and, due to a careless attendant, she fell to her death.

Early reports indicate the attendant did NOT secure her harness and at the First Huge, Dropping Turn, the harness unclicked and she fell to her death. Her loving children tried to race to her, but they were stopped by attendants. When ambulance attendants arrived, they found she was dead.

Witnesses are saying when Rosy first sat in her seat, the attendant did not "triple click" the safety harness as they did for all other riders. Instead, only 1 click was heard. Witnesses say Rosy asked about the clicks and asked if she would be safe. The careless attendant responded that Rosy would be just fine.

A person waiting in line for the ride who witnessed Rosy falling said she thought Rosy had a problem with her safety belt. “She goes up like this, then when it drops to come down, that’s when it [Rosy's restraint] released and she just tumbled,” Carmen Brown told WFAA-TV.

Another witness 2 seats behind Rosy tweeted: "Literally just witnessed someone fly off the Texas Giant two seats in front of me," Joshua Paul Fleak tweeted. "Restraint came undone, coaster turned and she was gone."

Rosy is dead. When the ride was over, her loving children attempted to rush to Rosy, but they were held back until the ambulance arrived nearly 30 minutes later.

News sites are flooding across America and across the World, reporting about Rosy's death and the careless disregard by the ride attendant.

However, with each news reports, vicious commenters are Attacking Rosy and blaming her for her own Death. They are viciously attacking her for her weight. These commenters are FILLED with HATE and ATTACKS toward Rosy. They ATTACK Rosy for being over-weight,. They DO NOT attack the attendant for not doing their job. They DO NOT attack the attendant for NOT ensuring her safety harness was Triple Clicked. Instead they attack Rosy, a Latina Victim, for Being FAT.

My family and I have frequented this park on a regular basis. I've seen people who ride the rides. There are numerous men who are much taller and heavier than Rosy. The attendants ensured THESE MEN were secure and safely harnessed. However, the attendant who serviced Rosy apparently disregarded Rosy's safety. Obviously they DID NOT CARE what happened to this Latino Mom who carried a few extra pounds.

I know we need to wait the results of the police investigation about this incident, however, since Friday, the internet is FILLED with hate filled comments by HATERS who are attacking Rosy for her size. Let me provide you a few of the hate-filled comments from NY Daily News. It's not just the NY Daily News. Countless websites across the web are attacking Rosy, the victim. Since when is being fat considered normal and OK. The reason we see fat people as disgusting is because genetically we are programmed to look for the best traits to pass on to our progeny. A fat parent usually passes down their lazy behaviors and or (not scientifically proven) genes, and eating habits. We still cant blame genes for fat people because if that were true, you would have seen a larger proportion of fat people going back thousands of years, this is not the case. Fat people are a creation of a lazy, super calorie culture that supports and enables people to essentially be a plant. Everything comes to you, rather than you working towards other ends. I walk over 3 miles a day on top of an exercise regiment and healthy eating. I guarantee if half of the fat people in America took these 3 simple steps, they could cut their obesity in half if not more.

Tonight, we ALL Cry for Rosy and Pray for Peace for her Children! She is NOT at fault for her own death. And she is NOT At Fault for all of these Hate Filled Attacks against her.
