Far Right Wing Using Pointless Murders to Attack ALL Blacks and ALL Minorities!!

The right wing websites and some of my Bad Anons are going crazy over two recent crimes on White Males. My Bad Anons are clamoring for me to write about these cases and "give it the same coverage you gave the Trayvon Martin case."

The crimes were atrocious. The victims innocent. However the crimes were different.

Unlike the Trayvon Martin case, with both killings, the killers were arrested within days of the crime. There is plenty of coverage in the news about these crimes. Both right wing and left are covering them. George Zimmerman, Trayvon's Killer, was NOT charged for Trayon's death for many months and there was no media coverage for the case for months.

The first crime:
Last Friday, Christopher Lane, 22, a white, Australian baseball athlete, was shot and killed as he was jogging down a quiet street in the rural town of Duncan, Oklahoma. The shooter was a half black, half white 16 year old and has been charged with 1st degree murder. A second teen, a 15 year black teenager, was also charged with 1st degree murder even though he was not the shooter. I find this a bit odd, but given the media attention to some months old "facebook gun selfies", it's not surprising he was charged with 1st degree murder just due to the negative media coverage.
Both were charged as adults. The 17 year old white driver was charged as an accessory, but charged as a juvenile, probably because he confessed that the other two were the perps. All three are in jail and will stay in jail until the trial.

The 2nd Crime:
Last Thursday at 2:00am in Spokane, Washington, Delbert Belton, 88, a World War II veteran was brutally murdered in the parking lot of an American Legion hall. The killers were two 16 year olds. They were black. They were looking to rob him and they beat him over the head with a flashlight. The killers have been arrested and are charged with 1st degree murder and 1st degree robbery.  Both are jailed and will stay in jail until the trial.

Zimmerman's Brother:
This weekend, Robert Zimmerman, the brother of the set free killer of Trayvon Martin, attacked our President, charging that his spokesperson should have known about the Christopher Lane killing, saying our President has a hatred for White People.

My View:
I feel sadness for the Victims and their Families. I feel sorrow for the deaths of Christopher Lane, Delbert Belton and for Trayvon Martin. All three of them were needlessly killed. Their Killers should have been:
. Immediately Arrested
. Charged to the Fullest Degree of the Law
This WAS the case for Victims Lane and Belton. NOT the case for Trayvon Martin.

AND our courts should NEVER:
. Put the Victim on Trial
. Never go back into their phone records & accuse them of being responsible for their own deaths.

THIS WILL NOT BE THE CASE for Victims Lane and Belton. Unfortunately, this is what happened to Trayvon Martin.

The good news:
1. the killers of Lane and Belton were immediately arrested and charged for their crimes; no bail and will be in jail until their trials.
2. the victims are being treated as victims. They will not be put on trial.
3. The police will NOT:
a. check into their cell phone records for the last 2 years to see if they took pictures of themselves with guns.
b. they will not search their facebook posts to see if there are any comments that could allude to any "partying" behavior.
c. even though one victim was coming out of a bar at 2:00am, their drinking history will NOT be put on trial.

THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE. The police and the courts will treat Victims Lane and Belton as VICTIMS and NOT put them on Trial. Unfortunately this was NOT the case for Trayvon Martin.

Additionally, and I find this the most atrocious.
READ THE COMMENTS on the articles about Victims Lane and Belton. The far right wing commenters not only chastise the perpetrators, they blast ALL Blacks and Minorities. They call them Animals. They shout out "they don't belong in our country."
They blame our President, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton for these crimes.

2. Wonder how Rev. Al will cover it ?... or... NOT cover it !

4. It is way too late. It is so over. The complexion of our country is nothing like it was even 20 years ago. The liberals have flooded our population with muslims, African Africans and Mexicans just to jerrymander with the vote. They are some sick puppies.

All in all, one of my biggest peeves is, the Far Right Wing's methodology in attacking and blaming ALL MINORITIES when a crime involving a minority perpetrator occurs -- or blaming the Victim if the Victim is a Minority, AND at the same time, IF a there is a crime committed by a White Perpetrator, then it is AN ISOLATED Incident committed by a Crazed Gunman.

Examples 1:
Right Wingers View Crimes by Whites = Isolated Incident by Crazed Gunman:
1. Columbine School Shootings (Any School Shootings)
2. Aurora Movie Shootings
3. Gabby Giffords Shootings
4. Serial Killers: BTK, Bundy, Gacy, etc. etc. etc.


Example 2:
Right Wingers View Crimes by Minorities = All Minorities should Leave the USA; they're ALL Animals
1. Any drunk driving charge by minority/illeegal
2. Any killing near border where an unknown minority/illeegal MIGHT have done the killing
3. Any killing by a minority or 1 person in the group was a minority

Juror B29: Zimmerman "Got Away with Murder!"

Juror B29 "Maddy" said today, "George Zimmerman got away with murder. But you can't get away from God. And at the end of the day, he's going to have a lot of questions and answers he has to deal with. But the law couldn't prove it."

Maddy is a 36-year-old Puerto Rican nursing assistant and was the only minority on the six-person jury. She admitted she was the juror who originally wanted to convict Zimmerman of second-degree murder, but eventually relented to the other jurors and said she was convinced the evidence didn't support a guilty verdict with respect to his claim of self-defense.

"I was the juror that was going to give them the hung jury. I fought to the end," she said. "That's where I felt confused, where if a person kills someone, then you get charged for it. But as the law was read to me, if you have no proof that he killed him intentionally, you can't say he's guilty."
She continued, "as much as we were trying to find this man guilty…they give you a booklet that basically tells you the truth, and the truth is that there was nothing that we could do about it. I feel the verdict was already told."

However, as a mother of eight children, Maddy said she wonders if she made the right decision and says she owes Martin's parents an apology. "It's hard for me to sleep, it's hard for me to eat because I feel I was forcefully included in Trayvon Martin's death. And as I carry him on my back, I'm hurting as much as Trayvon's Martin's mother because there's no way that any mother should feel that pain," she said.

Boycott Florida! Boycott ANY State that Passes the Stand Your Ground Law!

As  grandmother, I am so saddened by what I am seeing following the Trayvon Martin Murder Case. Now the Jurors are beginning to provide us the behind the scenes happenings as to why they made their "Not Guilty" decision. What they are revealing is Mind Boggling. It is proving my greatest fear. Children, especially children of color, are NOT Safe in our society.

All Humanitarians in our Country should BOYCOTT Florida! We should Stand Strong and ensure that Florida LISTENS to our Message. The only method they understand is through their Pocket Books. That means we must BOYCOTT FLORIDA! Don't Vacation There. Don't shop on line there. Stop Funding Florida and their Racial Profiling Ways!

White Juror B37 (part of an All White jury) was on CNN last night and told us what all the White Jurors thought as they made their decision about the Trayvon Murder case. Her interview makes it abundantly clear that the jury was NOT properly selected. They were ALL biased against minorities.

White Juror B37 sympathized with "George." They believed "George" when he claimed Trayvon Martin attacked him. ALL of the White Jurors disregarded the testimony of Trayvon's friend Rachel Jeantel. Juror B37 said she NEVER BELIEVED Jenteal. She said she thought she was NOT credible.  She said (in a very patronizing way) that she "felt sorry" for Jeantel. She was "inarticulate." She didn't understand Jeantel. (Of course Juror B37 is very rich and has a rich lawyer husband.)

Juror B37 related to "George" as she continued, "I think George is a man whose heart was in the right place, but just got displaced by the vandalism in the neighborhoods, and wanted to "Catch Them!"

Juror B37 added, "But I think his heart was in the right place. It just went terribly wrong." If anything, George was guilty of not using "good judgment," she said.

"When he was in the car, and he had called 911, he shouldn't have gotten out of that car," she said.

She also said she believes Martin threw the first punch in the confrontation that followed.

"I think George got in a little bit too deep, which he shouldn't have been there. But Trayvon decided that he wasn't going to let him scare him ... and I think Trayvon got mad and attacked him," she said.

White Juror B37 said "George" felt his life was in danger before shooting Martin, and she felt it was "George's voice" that was heard screaming for help in 911 calls, the juror said she believes. "He (George) had a right to defend himself," she said. "If he felt threatened that his life was going to be taken away from him, or he was going to have bodily harm, he had a right."

 

It is very clear. Juror B37, one of the Jurors who supposedly was one of the 3 who initially wanted to convict Zimmerman, is a White Elitist who DOES NOT and CAN NOT relate to minorities. She admittedly TOTALLY DISREGARDED the testimony of Rachel Jeantel. She couldn't even understand her. Instead, she and ALL OTHER WHITE JURORS Immediately Related to George Zimmerman.

 

I blame Juror B37 and ALL OTHER racist jurors being on the jury -- for the Verdict.

It is very clear. The Defense CONNECTED with the Lilly White Racist Jurors.

It is also very clear that the Prosecution wanted this Trial OFF of Their List.

They treated this trial as a checklist.

They wanted this case OFF of their trial list. They wanted this OVER.

The Prosecution did get this trial "over!"

Unfortunabely, a child is DEAD and the Killer is walking the street. "George" also received his gun back.

 

As A Grandmother, I DO NOT Support the "Not Guilty" Verdict. It is Time for Zimmerman to be Charged and Found Guilty for his HATE Crimes!

I am saying this as a Grandmother.
I  am so saddened by the results of the Trayvon Martin case.
A young boy was killed. He died. He just went to the store. He bought skittles and an iced tea. He was just doors away from his Dad's condo.
Then a neighborhood watch vigilante racial profiled him.
I listened to the 911 call.
Zimmerman: Suspicious Guy. Looks like he's up to no good. On drugs.. Looks Black. Wearing Dark Hoodie and tennis shoes. He's near the clubhouse. He's ... AND he's a Black Male. Button on his shirt. Somethings WRONG with him. He's got something in his hands. This asshole. They always get away. When you come to the clubhouse....Shit .. he's running. Entrance of neighborhood. Back entrance.
... 911 Operator: Are you following him? We don't need you to do that.

It is clear, by the 911 call alone, that Zimmerman racially profiled Trayvon. I truly believe this was a Hate Crime.

The Prosecution did a poor job. Very Poor. They didn't argue the evidence. They never explored the racial aspect at all. It is clear Zimmerman racially profiled 17 year old Trayvon. That's why he followed him. That's why he disobeyed the 911 operator's direction NOT to follow.

Zimmerman's lawyers successfully argued that Zimmerman was afraid and responded with a gunshot. But tell me, how can a grown adult with a gun be afraid of a 17 year old child? How on earth is that possible?

George Zimmerman said TWICE on the 911 call: "Black Male" "Black Male." He added on "Up to No Good." "On Drugs." How could Zimmerman know this? How? And WHY is it justification for shooting a 17 year old.

The 911 tape tells us Zimmerman followed Trayvon. The 911 operator told him NOT to follow. Zimmerman refused to listen and continued to follow.

We don't know what happened next. All we have are Zimmerman's words. He lied several times to the police, changing his story several times. And now, WE THE PEOPLE are told to believe him. I don't.

I suspect that Zimmerman ran up on Trayvon. Trayvon turned around. They scuffled. And Zimmerman shot him dead, in the chest.

What is interesting now is that Zimmerman now has his gun back.
The Far Right Wing is CHEERING the verdict. Ann Coulter said, "Hallelujah."
The Tea Party Republicans, Fox News, Talk Radio, all those that HATE President Obama -- are cheering and applauding the verdict.

All those that support this verdict, I ask you:
-- If it was your 14 or 17 or 20 year old son or grandson who was walking home from the store, who just bought skittles and an iced tea-- that was visiting you for the weekend. If a George Zimmerman shot your son/grandson because Zimmerman thought he looked suspicious, would YOU Support the VERDICT?

I think NOT!!!

Murder of Trayvon Martin similar to Murder of Luis Ramirez. DOJ should File same Federal Charges against Zimmerman!

If the NAACP is successful with their petition to have the Department of Justice file Federal Civil Rights Murder Charges against Zimmerman, the DOJ may use the same approach used in the Federal Trial against Brandon Piekarsky and Donchak when they killed Luis Ramirez in Shenandoah, PA on July 12, 2008. (I wrote about the trial extensively from 2008 - 2011 -- see here).

Though Piekarsky and Donchak were found Not Guilty of murder charges by their local court, the DOJ filed Federal Charges and they were found Guilty of their crimes. Here are the charges by the Federal Court:

"Brandon Piekarsky and Derrick Donchak were convicted in federal court for the brutal beating and eventual death of Luis Ramirez, a resident of the Defendants’ town.  The Defendants were charged with criminal violation of the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3631, which penalizes actions taken against an individual on account of his race, color or national origin, and with the specific intent to intimidate the victim or others like him from exercising their right to housing free of discrimination."

Ramirez was walking through a Park, walking his friend home when he was attacked. Like Ramirez, Trayvon was walking in his Father's subdivision on his way home from the store. The 911 tape shows Zimmerman calling Trayvon names.  According to the 911 tape:

This is so similar to the Luis Ramirez Murder case. The local court found Piekarsky and Donchak Not Guilty of Murder Charges. The DOJ found them Guilty of "Criminal Violation of the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3631."

NAACP Petitions DOJ to Charge Killer Zimmerman with Federal Charges!

The NAACP, the National Action Network and several other Civil Rights organizations are petitioning the DOJ to file Civil Rights Murder Charges against Trayvon Martin's Killer, George Zimmerman. Reverend Sharpton has also said Federal Hate Crime charges are being considered. Additionally, the Martin Family is considering filing a Civil Law Suit.
Buzzfeed.com reports: The NAACP, the nation’s oldest civil rights organization, saw a massive, instant response to a petition Saturday night urging the Department of Justice to open a civil rights case against George Zimmerman, who was cleared of all criminal charges in the shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
The petition gained more than 115,000 signatures in about three hours, NAACP spokesman Eric Wingerter told BuzzFeed.
The appeal asks Attorney General Eric Holder to “address the travesties of the tragic death of Trayvon Martin by acting today” and press civil rights charges against Zimmerman, who shot an unarmed Martin last February in what he said was an act of self-defense.
“The Department of Justice has closely monitored the State of Florida’s prosecution of the case against George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin murder since it began,” the petition reads.
“The most fundamental of civil rights — the right to life — was violated the night George Zimmerman stalked and then took the life of Trayvon Martin,” the appeal goes on. “We ask that the Department of Justice file civil rights charges against Mr. Zimmerman for this egregious violation.”
The NAACP, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, posted the petition around 10:30 p.m., just a half an hour after the Florida jury reached its not-guilty verdict in the Zimmerman trial. Within the first hour of its publication online, the petition garnered 57,600 signatures, according to Wingerter.
In his own statement earlier Saturday evening, NAACP President Benjamin Jealous said the group was “outraged and heartbroken over today’s verdict.”
“We will pursue civil rights charges with the Department of Justice, we will continue to fight for the removal of Stand Your Ground laws in every state, and we will not rest until racial profiling in all its forms is outlawed,” Jealous said.

For those that are defending George Zimmerman, the man who Killed a young teenager, Trayvon Martin, please look at the picture of the young, dead teenager. The prosecutor showed them to the jury on Friday. The media hasn't shown them until now.

While the right wing media is attempting to portray young Trayvon as a black thug who attacked Zimmerman, the pictures tell what actually happened.

Young Trayvon was coming home from the store going to his Dad's apartment a few doors down.
He wore skinny jeans and a gray hoodie.

So young. So innocent.
Shot dead. He lay on the grass.
No blood on him.
No scratched up fists.
No sweat pouring down.
Not scary looking. Just an innocent young boy, walking home. Shot dead on his way home.

Now that the jury is deliberating, I'm sharing "An Old Man's View" of the Trayvon Martin Murder Case:

Armed Neo-Nazis Now Patrolling Sanford, Say They Are "Prepared" For Post-Trayvon Martin Violence

MiamiNewTimes reports: Neo-Nazis are currently conducting heavily armed patrols in and around Sanford, Florida and are "prepared" for violence in the case of a race riot. The patrols are to protect "white citizens in the area who are concerned for their safety" in the wake of the Trayvon Martin shooting last month, says Commander Jeff Schoep of the National Socialist Movement. "We are not advocating any type of violence or attacks on anybody, but we are prepared for it," he says. "We are not the type of white people who are going to be walked all over."

Because nothing diffuses racial tension like gun-toting racial separatists patrolling an already on-edge community.

Schoep, whose neo-Nazi group is based in Detroit, tells Riptide the patrols are a response to white residents' fears of a race riot.

A small group called the New Black Panther Party recently offered $10,000 for a citizens' arrest of George Zimmerman, Martin's shooter. Schoep said the bounty is a sign that "the possibility of further racial violence... is brimming over like a powder keg ready to explode into the streets."

The patrols are comprised of between 10 and 20 locals and "volunteers" from across the state, including some from Miami, he added. He couldn't go into specifics on what kind of firepower, exactly, the patrols had with them.
"In Arizona the guys can walk around with assault weapons and that's totally legal," Schoep said, referring to the group's patrols of the US-Mexico border. "What I can tell you is that any patrols that we are doing now in Florida are totally within the law."

Asked if the patrols wouldn't just make things worse -- spark a race riot, for instance -- Schoep insisted they were simply a "show of solidarity with the white community down there" and "wouldn't intimidate anybody."

"Whenever there is one of these racially charged events, Al Sharpton goes wherever blacks need him," Schoep said. "We do similar things. We are a white civil rights organization."

Police Video Proves Trayvon's Murderer George Zimmerman LIED! He said he suffered a Broken Nose, and had blood & grass stains on Shirt & Clothes!

George Zimmerman LIED! (SEE VIDEO) He said he was the victim the night of the murder. He said Trayvon was beating him up, sitting on top of him. He said Trayvon broke his nose and he was covered in Blood and Grass Stains. Look at the Police Video the night of the murder. No Bloody Nose. Nothing Broken. No blood at all. No grass stains at all. The latest news results indicate the Lead Investigator wanted Zimmerman charged with manslaughter, but for some reason, the Prosecuting Attorney in Sanford didn't want to charge him.

Also, now we find out that Zimmerman's father, Robert Zimmerman is a retired US Magistrate judge and his mother was a court clerk.

Also, Zimmerman is not a Latino. His father is White and his mother, who is also White, was originally from Peru. Look at shooter Zimmerman's picture. He was previously charged with felony assault on a Police Officer. Somehow those charges were dropped. Did his father influence then too? He cannot be allowed to escape responsibility for his crimes.

Hopefully now, Zimmerman will finally be brought to justice. Hopefully now, the right wing media (Fox, Drudge, etc.) will stop attacking the murdered victim, Trayvon.
