Glenn Beck Admits He LIED at DC Rally!

Glenn Beck admitted Thursday that he LIED because he "thought it would be a little easier."

During his "Take Back the Civil Rights Movement Rally" Beck LIED claiming he held George Washington's handwritten first Inaugural Address in his hands at the National Archives, but a spokeswoman at the institution said he did NO such thing. Keith Olbermann, Ed Schultz and others called him out for the fabrication.

Beck admitted his LIE: "I thought it would be a little easier in the speech," Beck said, than to go into the following elaborate explanation (via Mediaite):

"YES. I LIED. I NEVER TOUCHED THE DOCUMENTS. Yesterday I went to the National Archives, and they opened up the vault, and they put on their gloves and then they put it on a tray. They wheeled it over and it's all in this hard plastic and you're sitting down at a table and you can't, because of Sandy Berger, I had a long conversation with him about this, you can't actually touch any of the documents, these are very very rare. So what they do, they have it in this plastic thing and they hold them right in front of you, you can't touch them but then you can say 'can you turn it over,' and then they turn it over for you and then you look at it. I thought it was a little clumsy to explain it that way."

Though Beck told his 9-12ers to keep their Signs and Guns at Home, they could NOT contain their Hatred!

Though Beck told his 9-12ers to keep their signs and guns at home, they could not contain their hatred, especially of the President, Al Sharpton's group they termed "Black Panthers", and Latinos/Immigrants! Of all, they HATE our President the most! They cannot contain their Hatred or Anger towards him! They also are Birthers and they believe he is a Muslim.

Yet they don't want anyone to think they are "Crackpots!" (LOL)

The weirdest part of the entire video of these Beck 9-12ers is the fact that they are not familiar with the fact that Beck himself said President Obama is a "racist" with a "deep-seated hatred for white people." Odd. They quote Beck verbatim on many things but don't "recall" these statements. Watch the video. It's VERY INTERESTING!

Chris Rock is Right: Tea Party Activists Support Glenn Beck's Segregationist Views

Chris Rock was right when he said, "They've been asking me to join them in their fight against the Mexicans but I ain't gonna do it because I know when they kick out all the Mexicans, we're Next!"

Rock is absolutely right and this is proven in the statements of Tea Party Champion Glenn Beck. Now Tea Party activists are saying they agree with Beck! Beck and his taking back the Civil Rights Movement!

VIDEO PROOF: - An Agenda of Racist Hate: Dr. King's March on Washington vs. Glenn Beck's "Restoring Honor" Rally

The HATE and Venom of those attending Beck's "Take back the civil rights movement from Black Americans" is obvious in this video of Beck's RACIST Event.
They HATE our Black President. They spew their HATE with VENOM!

The Billionaires Bankrolling Charlatan Glenn Beck & the Tea Party

Reference: New Yorker & NY Times
Billionaire brothers David and Charles Koch founded and fund the tea party group "Americans for Prosperity Foundation." The AFP funded Glenn Beck's "Take the Civil Rights Movement Back from Black Americans" rally this weekend. The Koch brothers also fund extremist Republican Dick Armey's Freedom Works Tea Party group. Both AFP and FW organized the well-staged Beck Tea Party event this weekend.

In Washington, the Koch brothers are best known as those that have repeatedly funded stealth attacks on the federal government, and on the Obama Administration in particular. David Koch and his brother Charles own Koch Industries, a conglomerate, headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, whose annual revenues are estimated to be a hundred billion dollars. The Kochs operate oil refineries in Alaska, Texas, and Minnesota, and control some four thousand miles of pipeline. Koch Industries owns Brawny paper towels, Dixie cups, Georgia-Pacific lumber, Stainmaster carpet, and Lycra, among other products. Forbes ranks it as the second-largest private company in the country, after Cargill, and its consistent profitability has made David and Charles Koch— among the richest men in America. Their combined fortune of thirty-five billion dollars is exceeded only by those of Bill Gates and Warren Buffett.

The Kochs believe in drastically lower personal and corporate taxes, minimal social services for the needy, and much less oversight of industry—especially environmental regulation. Their corporation significantly benefits from reduced government regulations. In a study released this spring, the University of Massachusetts at Amherst’s Political Economy Research Institute named Koch Industries one of the top ten air polluters in the United States. And Greenpeace issued a report identifying the company as a “kingpin of climate science denial.” The report showed that, from 2005 to 2008, the Kochs vastly outdid ExxonMobil in giving money to organizations fighting legislation related to climate change, underwriting a huge network of foundations, think tanks, and political front groups. Indeed, the brothers have funded opposition campaigns against so many Obama Administration policies—from health-care reform to the economic-stimulus program—that, in political circles, their ideological network is known as the Kochtopus. Charles Lewis, the founder of the Center for Public Integrity, a nonpartisan watchdog group, said, “The Kochs are on a whole different level. There’s no one else who has spent this much money. The sheer dimension of it is what sets them apart. The Koch brothers have a pattern of lawbreaking, political manipulation, and obfuscation. I’ve been in Washington since Watergate, and I’ve never seen anything like it. They are the Standard Oil of our times.

The Koch brothers are Founders and funders of the Right Wing Extremist Tea Party group "Americans for Prosperity Foundation (AFP)—an organization that David Koch started, in 2004. The other major sponsor of the Tea Party movement is Dick Armey’s FreedomWorks, which, like Americans for Prosperity, is promoting Beck's events in Washington this weekend. Under its original name, Citizens for a Sound Economy, FreedomWorks received $12 million from Koch family foundations. Using tax records, researchers found that Koch-controlled foundations gave out $196 million from 1998 to 2008, much of it to conservative causes and institutions. That figure doesn’t include $50 million in Koch Industries lobbying and $4.8 million in campaign contributions by its political action committee, putting it first among energy company peers like Exxon Mobil and Chevron. Since tax law permits anonymous personal donations to nonprofit political groups, these figures may understate the case. The Kochs surely match the in-kind donations the Tea Party receives in free promotion 24/7 from Murdoch’s Fox News, where both Beck and Palin are on the payroll.

In the 1980s, when David Koch ran to the right of Reagan as vice president on the 1980 Libertarian ticket (it polled 1 percent), his campaign called for the abolition not just of Social Security, federal regulatory agencies and welfare but also of the F.B.I., the C.I.A., and public schoolsin other words, any government enterprise that would either inhibit his business profits or increase his taxes. He hasn’t changed. Koch-supported lobbyists, foundations and political operatives are at the center of climate-science denial — a cause that forestalls threats to Koch Industries’ vast fossil fuel business. While Koch foundations donate to cancer hospitals like Memorial Sloan-Kettering in New York, Koch Industries has been lobbying to stop the Environmental Protection Agency from classifying another product important to its bottom line, formaldehyde, as a “known carcinogen” in humans (which it is).

Tea Partiers may share the Kochs’ detestation of taxes, big government and their hatred of President Obama. But there’s a difference between mainstream conservatism and a fringe agenda that tilts completely toward big business, whether on Wall Street or in the Gulf of Mexico, while dismantling fundamental government safety nets designed to protect the unemployed, public health, workplace safety and the subsistence of the elderly.

Yet inexorably the Koch agenda is morphing into the G.O.P. agenda, as articulated by current Republican members of Congress, including the putative next speaker of the House, John Boehner, and Tea Party Senate candidates like Rand Paul, Sharron Angle, and the new kid on the block, Alaska’s anti-Medicaid, anti-unemployment insurance Palin protégé, Joe Miller. Their program opposes a federal deficit, but has no objection to running up trillions in red ink in tax cuts to corporations and the superrich; apologizes to corporate malefactors like BP and derides money put in escrow for oil spill victims as a “slush fund”; opposes the extension of unemployment benefits; and calls for a freeze on federal regulations in an era when abuses in the oil, financial, mining, pharmaceutical and even egg industries (among others) have been outrageous.

The Koch brothers must be laughing all the way to the bank knowing that working (Tea Party) Americans are aiding and abetting their selfish interests. And surely Murdoch is snickering at those protesting the “ground zero mosque.” Last week on “Fox and Friends,” the Bush administration flacks Dan Senor and Dana Perino attacked a supposedly terrorism-tainted Saudi prince whose foundation might contribute to the Islamic center. But as “The Daily Show” keeps pointing out, these Fox bloviators never acknowledge that the evil prince they’re bashing, Walid bin Talal, is not only the biggest non-Murdoch shareholder in Fox News’s parent company (he owns 7 percent of News Corporation) and the recipient of Murdoch mammoth investments in Saudi Arabia but also the subject of lionization elsewhere on Fox.

No less a Murdoch factotum than Neil Cavuto slobbered over bin Talal in a Fox Business Channel interview as recently as January, with nary a question about his supposed terrorist ties. Instead, bin Talal praised Obama’s stance on terrorism and even endorsed the Democrats’ goal of universal health insurance. Do any of the Fox-watching protesters at the “ground zero mosque” know that Fox’s profits are flowing to a Obama-sympathizing Saudi billionaire in bed with Murdoch? As Jon Stewart summed it up, the protesters who want “to cut off funding to the ‘terror mosque’ ” are aiding that funding by watching Fox and enhancing bin Talal’s News Corp. holdings.

The White House has expressed frustration that the names of Tea Party sponsors -- the Koch Brothers -- have largely eluded public notice. David Axelrod, Obama’s senior adviser, said, “What they don’t say is that, in part, this is a grassroots citizens’ movement brought to you by a bunch of oil billionaires” -- like the Koch Brothers who have an agenda!

Glenn Beck Channels Elmer Gantry at his "Take Back Civil Rights Movement" Rally Today

I saw Glenn Beck's speech today during his "Take Back the Civil Rights Movement" rally in DC. During his speech, he keeps referring to hearing voices... of "him" talking to Beck. I was trying to figure out who "him" was. I have finally figured it out. The "him" is Elmer Gantry. As I watched Beck speak at the rally, I saw him channel Elmer Gantry. He personified him. He preached like him, sang like him, huckstered like him. Beck IS Elmer Gantry, a charlatan extraordinaire.

Who is Elmer Gantry? CLICK
HERE and HERE to watch two clips of this movie. For anyone who has not seen the movie, Elmer Gantry is a 1960 drama film about a con man and a female evangelist selling religion to small town (All White - Tea Party) America.

Guest Voz - The RB Blog: An Attendee of the Rally

Blogger Observations from Glenn Beck's "Take back the Civil Rights Movement" Rally.
. A good many of the people there had on some kind of American flag paraphernalia on or around them. I saw more than a few confederate t-shirts, hats and small flags. Lots of Tea Party gear and other assorted political stuff.
. I did see some non-white people in the crowd supporting the rally, but it was only a handful. All in all, I saw far more people of color working the vending carts then participating in the event.
. I only caught a few bits of Palin, but in her speech, she likened the rally participants to the civil rights activists who came to the Mall in 1963 to hear King's historic I have a Dream speech. She said it would be the same spirit that helped civil rights activists overcome oppression, discrimination and violence would help the participants of this rally as well. She then repeated some lines from King's speech to wild applause. I have to say it was a bit surreal, a bit like being in a Lewis Carroll novel; watching Sarah Palin invoke the spirit of Dr. King, with his words, on this day, in front of a sea of white faces, to roaring chants of USA! USA! USA! It just didn't seem to fit, and it took my brain a minute to grasp the utter historical mind fuck unfolding in front of me.

. It was obvious to me that Palin and Beck were attempting to take on the role of leaders of a the new 'oppressed' people, contrived to fit the theme of Dr. King's 1963 speech. Phrases like 'what was once ours' and ' take back America' and 'the way things were' and 'trampled on our rights' were heard over and over, and not just by the speakers. Beck's message was in part that the problems that the US suffers today are due in large part to the loss of or lack of faith. He was constantly invoking faith as the weapon with which they, the newly oppressed, could rise and overcome. Overcoming what or whom, he did not say. Palin, in the same manner, likened the attendees of the rally as being in the same conundrum as those from the civil rights movement in the 60's.

. In all honesty, I thought it was quite disrespectful to see Palin and Beck use the civil rights movement and King as a comparison to their own political motives and followers. Furthermore, I found the comparisons being drawn between Beck and the conservatives and Lincoln and the Union in 1863 a bit like comparing an arm wrestling match to the Battle of Stalingrad. It was all very much a pep rally, playing on the emotional strings of the attendees. I think I can boil the entire political message of the rally as one big giant ugly non sequitur. There is a saying that Christians like to use that goes, "Hate the sin, not the sinner." If anything, today I understood what that means from a non Christian perspective.

More Pictures from Beck's "Take Back the Civil Rights Movement from Blacks" Rally

The "Let Freedom Rain" Blog had some pretty good pictures of the attendees of Beck's "Let's Take the Civil Rights Movement back from Blacks" Rally today. Though Beck told his White Audience NOT to carry their signs, it looks like many of them carried their signs on their t-shirts!

This blogger also noted that Beck was sharp enough to hire a few Black speakers and invited (paid) a few to sit in the front rows, but, as we all saw, 99.9% of the audience was all white. (go figure) Makes sense when you READ their t-shirts.

Beck's Right Wing Extremist Tea-Party "Take Back the Civil Rights Movement" Rally Is ALL WHITE (As Predicted) With only a Few Thousand Attending!

Right Wing Extremist Glenn Beck's "Take Back the Civil Rights Movement" Rally is not going as well as he predicted. Beck predicted 200,000 people would attend. The Washington Post is reporting that at 10:00 am ET this morning, when the event was scheduled to start, only a few thousand were there.

The Post reported that at 8 a.m., a few thousand people wearing "Restoring Honor" shirts were streaming down 22nd street from the Foggy Bottom Metro stop, running smack into students from George Washington University's move-in day. At the GW Deli, a popular sandwich shop, an employee said that two rally participants threw sandwiches in his face and refused to pay at the register because they didn't want to pay taxes on the food.

(All White) People came to the Beck rally carried lawn chairs and canes, backpacks and lunch sacks. One man planted an American flag on one side of his hat and a "Don't Tread on Me" flag on the other. Messages on the shirts of ralliers included: "I can see November from my house," "Restoring honor starts here," and "RECESSION: When your neighbor loses his job. DEPRESSION: When you lose your job. RECOVERY: When Obama loses his job."

Looking more like the "Glenn Beck Fan Club", many came just to pay homage to their hero of the emboldened "tea party" movement. At 8:50 a.m., as the crowd spotted him near the Lincoln Memorial, people chanted: "We love Glenn! We love Glenn!"
"I watch Glenn Beck," said Kathy Thomas, 70, a dress-maker from Bridgewater, N.J. "I love Glenn Beck. I have a lot of admiration for the man. We feel that he's honest, sincere and really cares about the country and the people who are in it."
Beck said: "This is a moment, quite honestly, that I think we reclaim the civil rights movement."

Looking over the pictures of the event, not one non-white face was seen. There were few signs, but t-shirts blazed their extreme right, anti-obama politics. One of the pictures taken by the Washington Post of the event depicts a man carrying what appears to be a side-arm. Who knows how many others were "carrying."

Message to All My Viewers: Let's Count the Minorities At Beck's Racist Rally!

Viewers: I will be posting all the updates on the web about Beck's Racist KKK Rally attempting to overthrow Martin Luther King's prestigious "I have a Dream" event on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.

I will be capturing pictures of Beck's Racist event.

Let's COUNT the number of Minorities attending Beck's RACIST event.

Let's COUNT the number of RACIST Signs.

Let's COUNT the sidearms/weapons these Racist Extremists are Carrying.

Hopefully the TRUE Supporters of MLKs message will far surpass the zealots from the racist Evil right!

Beck's Racist KKK Tea Party Rally Due to Incite Violence As Racist Beck Continues to Denounce Our Black President!

As Glenn Beck's KKK Tea Party activists and other conservatives began converging on Washington, D.C. vs Al Sharpton's TRUE Civil Rights supporters, the war of words between liberals and conservatives continued to broil.

At the National Mall, plans were under way for the Beck's RACIST KKK Tea Party rally vs Al Sharpton's Truly Patriotic MLK Rally -- both are expected to attract more than 100,000 people. Security was beefed up amid concerns of a clash because Racist Beck's rally coincides with the anniversary of Martin Luther King's speech which Al Sharpton's group is supporting.

The EVIL Beck has shunned righteous criticism from civil rights leaders that holding his rally on this historic day truly tarnishes King's legacy. Beck did not care. Beck has LIED and said the rally will be non-political, but for many attendees, it's all about politics.

Alleged Tea Party Racists including Nancy and Tom Mistele came from Wisconsin to attend Beck's rally and events surrounding it. The two supposedly say they came because they haven't earned a paycheck since 2006 and are afraid that Americans are losing their freedom and their country.

These so called racist zealots supposedly say "I believe slowly, our rights are being taken away little by little," Tom Mistele said. "A lot of it's already been lost, but it's not lost permanently. We can get it back." Such a Racist, Sad Sad State of Affairs!

Al Sharpton's group supporting MLK's Dream Rallying at Lincoln Memorial: What will Glenn Beck's Racist Tea Partiers Do to Fight Them?

Rev. Al Sharpton & National Action Network (NAN), along with civil rights leaders, clergy and progressive activist holding "Reclaim the Dream Rally" Marching on August 28, 2010 Martin Luther King, III, Ed Schultz, Marc Morial (NUL), Ben Jealous from the NAACP to attend.

A group truly in support of the American Dream will be rallying on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial on Saturday. Rev. Al Sharpton, the NAACP and others will be there! They will truly be supporting Martin Luther King's vision on the anniversary of his speech resounding the words of our forefathers that ALL MEN/WOMEN of ALL ethnicities are truly, truly created Equal! Let us Pray that the racist extremists from Glenn Beck's racist rally DO NOT perpetrate ANY VIOLENCE against these Americans of Color! (To Glenn Beck's VIOLENT, EXTREMISTS ZEALOTS: REMEMBER -- NO GUNS ALLOWED!!)

GOD BLESS AMERICA
GOD BLESS OUR PRESIDENT OBAMA

Beck's "Take Back the Civil Rights Movement" Rally provides maps to AVOID Black People while in DC

A tour map of DC is being provided by supporters of Beck's "Take Back the Civil Rights Movement (from MLK and minorities) Rally" this Saturday. This map carefully avoids all African American neighborhoods and suggests attendees only visit primarily "white" locales --- SO THEY ARE SAFE!
Beck Blogger:
If you are on the subway stay on the Red line between Union Station and Shady Grove, Maryland. If you are on the Blue or Orange line do not go past Eastern Market (Capitol Hill) toward the Potomac Avenue stop and beyond; stay in NW DC and points in Virginia (where the White People are). Do not use the Green line or the Yellow line. These rules are even more important at night. There is of course nothing wrong with many other areas; but you don't know where you are, so you should not explore them.

Glenn Beck Rally: "Taking Back the Civil Rights Movement!"

CNN Reports:
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (CNN) -- Glenn Beck, on his nationally syndicated radio program, May 26:"We are on the right side of history! We are on the side of individual freedoms and liberties and, dammit, we will reclaim the civil rights moment (from Martin Luther King & Minorities). We will take that movement -- because we were the people who did it in the first place." It is Glenn Beck's most audacious stunt yet: This Saturday, in the company of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the National Rifle Association and others, the Fox News Channel host will stand in the sacred shadow not just of the Lincoln Memorial but of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. himself, near the spot where King delivered his "I Have a Dream" speech 47 years earlier to the exact day.

Though Beck pledged to keep his rally non-political and non-partisan, his 8-28 rally is steeped in politics. Examples:
. The deeply Conservative "Tea Party Patriots" run by Dick Armey is providing staff, promotion.
. The National Rifle Association sponsoring, promoting the event.
. Beck is telling attendees that, if they want to get involved in politics, they should sign up with the ultra conservative group FreedomWorks.
. Right Wing extremists "Americans for Prosperity" is providing buses to the rally. AFP is owned by David A Koch, Republican oil giant.
. Freedom Works and Dick Armey's Tea Party Patriots are hosting events the day before and after the rally.
. Right Wing extremist and anti Obama zealot Sarah Palin is speaking at the rally.
. GOP Members of Congress Hatch and Cheffetz are backing the event.
. Beck himself is saying he is "Fixing the Capital" and "Reclaiming the Civil Rights Movement." (from MLK, minorities, equal rights and freedom) and is pushing the end to Social Security and other extreme right initiatives.

Every Freedom Loving American should be appalled by what Beck and his right wing zealots are doing -- rallying to END the Civil Rights Movement and Freedom for ALL Americans of all Colors and all Ethnicities and Religions.
