Guest Voz - Felix Jaure: Arpaio Running for Senator - Running from the District Attorney!
In a recent interview with a local news station, Maricopa County's Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced the possibility of running for the future vacant Senatorial seat of Sen. Kyl of Arizona. Arpio appeared quite confident of a victory, as he flirted with the possibility of bestowing upon his constituents, the honor, of accepting their proposal for him to run in the 2012 general election.

Arpaio seemed to be in full control of his destiny, untouched by the allegation's of 6,300 reported cases of Civil Rights violations against his Department, of which 1,828 have resulted in lawsuits against Maricopa county, costing the taxpayer approximately $50,000,000 in legal defence spending. The federal grand jury also is investigating Arpaio over abuse-of-power and his departments inappropriately use of 99 million dollars from two jail funds over the last eight years. Arpaio, much like the Titanic, seems unsinkable at the present time in his home state of Arizona. Has his reputation, placed him in a position, that's beyond the reach of the long arm of the law? Fearful of the possibility of an uprising in the State, the Justice Department appears to be reluctant, from aggressively pursuing an indictment against the Sheriff.

Is the term illegal, is illegal in reference to everyone that violates the law, or is there some type of amnesty for the chosen few. It appears that the blindfold on lady justice has temporarily been removed for the sake of Arpaio, by his nation wide group of supporters, and the scales which were formally used for judgement, are found to be inadequate for use in the balance of justice any longer. SLAUGHTERED WEINER!

This will be my last post about Rep Weiner. Weiner's done! Let the feeding frenzy continue. The extreme right is frothing at the mouth. Nary a Democrat is standing behind Weiner.

The one thing I can say positive about the right wing is: they have balls. (pardon my french). They always have! They stood behind Sen. David Vitter. He has SEX with Prostitutes for years. He's still in office. They stood behind Larry Craig, the elderly married man who was arrested for soliciting MEN in mens' rooms. He didn't resign and finished the remainder of his term.

You gotta love Republicans. They stand by their MEN (of course, they only support women as window dressing.) They stand tall, hang tuff, no apologies, even for Good ole boys like Rep. Mark Foley who sexted young boy pages.

Weiner is SLAUGHTERED. This is partially due to his outspoken, aggressive support of the Democratic Agenda. He was so good at it too! I'll miss him for that!

I almost feel sorry for Weiner, but then again, I think about what he did for Breitbart. Weiner apologized to that extremist. I remember the old saying: "It's NOT the CRIME, IT'S the Cover-Up!" Weiner fell victim to this! All I can say is, Hasta La Vista Baby! (2 points for anyone who remembers this is Ahnold's line in Terminator and Ahnold just had a scandal of his own!)

Toasted Weiner's Biggest Crime: Condoning Slezoid Tactics of Breitbart and his Minions!

Everyone agrees. Anthony Weiner "did his wife wrong!" He committed cybersext using his private email - before and after he was married. Shame on him! and ALL 80% of men (and women) in America who do so! He should be fried and toasted for his crimes as should all of the others. That said, this was not his worst crime. His worst crime was his news conference yesterday. During this so called news conference, he apologized to Breitbart and his minions. With those few words, he condoned their sleazy tactics and set the stage for their continued sleazy tactics through the next election year.

As I previously reported, @patriotusa76 (Dan Wolfe) and @goatsred (Mike Stack) targetted Rep. Wiener's Twitter and Facebook accounts. They stalked several young female followers of Rep. Weiner, sending them vicious tweets and messages. They hacked Weiner's YFrog and sent Breitbart the pictures. Just because it's easy to hack yfrog does not make this excusable. The cyberstalking is not excusable. Excusing these tactics is like condoning the Watergate break-ins. Weiner should be toasted and fried for condoning these tactics and raising Breitbart's level of legitimacy.

The rumor mill is saying Pelosi is asking for his resignation. Who knows if this is true. Weiner has been a heroic champion of the left. He has been brave and outspoken for many Democratic causes. It is too bad he allowed his own human failings to misguide him. This has happened to so many politicians in the past, on both sides of the aisle. Edwards' trial is upcoming. David Vitter is still in office and he actually did the deed with several prostitutes. All these sad, sad stories of too human politicians.

CAUGHT RED HANDED! Republican Extreme Right Wing TARGETTED Rep. Weiner with THE BIG LIE!

The republican extreme right wing has been CAUGHT RED-HANDED! They have HACKED Rep. Weiner's account and the main CULPRIT is in Hiding! Extremist/Bully Andrew Breitbart is "dancing as fast as he can" in trying to distance himself from the instigator(s).

This entire demonization of Weiner started months ago. A group calling themselves the "Christian Infowar Militia" was formed by a group of conservative right wing bloggers. Their aim is to attack and discredit Democratic Leaders and Liberals in general. Their tactics include hacking, cyberattacks, lies, hacking and much more. They have targetted certain leading democratic leaders' Facebook and Twitter accounts. They start out by negatively commenting on their blogs and cyber stalking followers and fans.

Two of this group's leading cyber stalkers are: @patriotusa76 (Dan Wolfe) and @goatsred (Mike Stack). These two stalkers (along with others) targetted Rep. Wiener's Twitter and Facebook accounts. They decided to stalk several young female followers of Rep. Weiner, sending them vicious, lying tweets about Rep. Weiner. (see here) They also hacked Rep. Weiner's Yfrog account. They obtained a questionable picture from his private account and sent it out to a female follower who has never had contact with the Representative other than to join his followers. Afterwards, they immediately contacted Andrew Breitbart who took these pictures and posted them across his websites and went on every cable news channel who would have him on.

Rep. Weiner did not send out these pictures. He has said so. The female in question has said so. Additionally, several investigative websites, including Smoking Gun.com and several investigative bloggers have found PROOF of this and posted the proof on the web. (So why does Fox and the MSM continue to screw up the message? Hopefully they will catch up soon. The FBI Investigation will help. But don't hold your breath waiting for Fox to make any updates!)

Now, LIAR Dan Wolfe is crying like a baby saying he has so many personal problems (with his ex-wife and other females) that he is AFRAID of being exposed for the LIAR he is. Additionally, CRIMINAL Mike Stack is attempting to put ALL THE BLAME on LIAR Dan Wolfe. In the meantime, Blowhard Breitbart is attempting to distance himself from Wolfe and Stack saying they are LIARS and Criminals and all he did was post what was sent to him. They are ALL DESPICABLE LIARS! The good news is, all of these materials have been sent to the FBI and they have begun their investigation. Results should be coming out soon!

However, we ALL need to take this as a warning for the 2012 Election Year tactics these EXTREME RIGHT WING groups will take. Their tactics are to use the well known propaganda technique: "The Big Lie." The expression was coined by Adolf Hitler, when he dictated his 1925 book Mein Kampf, for a LIE so "colossal" that no one would believe that someone "could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously." We'll have to keep remembering this because the BIG LIE is ALL THEY HAVE!

. He hates President Obama and Democrats in general
. He uses the name "patriot" meaning he is a Teapartier and most likely a former Minuteman type.
. He uses the year "76." This indicates this year is very important to him. He was either born that year or graduated from college that year. So he is either 35 or 59. My guess is he is 59.
. Smoking Gun details his "serious personal issues" which illustrate his previous abuse of women and possible mental issues?
. He has a history of cyber-stalking women and Liberals he doesn't like.

OUTRAGEOUS! OPEN HUNTING SEASON ON LATINOS IN WISCONSIN!

In Wisconsin, Anti-Latino Domestic Terrorists are targetting Latinos! Last week, a Racine County Citgo station began selling bumper stickers saying "Illegal Immigrant Hunting Permit." Along the side were the dates "2001 - 2050" which are the dates the Census Bureau indicates a large Latino growth in the U.S. Across the bottom it says, "No Bag Limit - Tagging Not Required."

Humanitarian Maria Morales said, "It's clearly hate. So people will see this and they'll say, 'Hey, we have the right to kill them (Latinos),'" Morales said. Mrs. Morales is a coordinator for the immigrant rights group Voces de la Frontera in Racine and vowed to stop the sale of the stickers. Morales said the controversy started when she planned a protest at a Racine County Citgo station, but the protest fizzled out once the owner pulled the stickers from his rack.

Then, early Sunday, Morales' home was attacked by a Hate Mongering arsonist. Mrs. Morales' grandson was sitting on the porch and saw a flash of the arsonist starting the fire in the relection in the window across from his grandmother's home. After the arsonist started the fire, "he(arsonist)ran down the street, and by that time, I had to decide whether to chase him or put out the fire, and obviously I'm going to try to put out the fire to save my grandmother. I didn't have much luck. (I) tried to stop it 20 times," said Morales' grandson, Alex Avila.

Alex Avila said the fire was burning directly below his grandmother's window. He ran inside for water, and by the time he returned, a police officer had put out the fire. The arsonist attack woke Mrs. Morales. "I thought right away, 'It's about that darn sticker that I'm fighting against,'" Mrs. Morales said.

A few days earlier, Mrs. Morales received an anonymous HATE MAIL letter in the mail. The letter accused her of violating the First Amendment rights of the bumper sticker creators and viciously attacked her efforts to ban the bumper sticker. It was signed, "Uncle Freaking Sammy."

Mrs. Morales said, "The First Amendment doesn't give us license to put out hate items like that, and that's all it is. It's creating hate, creating violence. Violence is already up, like, 35 percent against Hispanics."

Mrs. Morales said she refuses to be indimited by either the anonymous senders of the HATE MAIL nor the Arsonist. She will continue to fight for Justice and Equality for all. She will not stop her battle to ban the bumper stickers. She said she's going to continue to protest any store that is selling those Racist, Hate-Filled Bumper Stickers.

Racine police are investigating the case and will soon arrest the arsonist and those sending the Hate Mail.

Independent Republican Leaders Vainly Attempt to WOO Latino Voters WITHOUT their Party Members' Consent!

Like a secret liaison, some Republican leaders, including John Boehner, are attempting to woo Latino voters. Republican lawmakers on Thursday signaled a willingness to tackle immigration reform measures, specifically those relating to skilled worker visas. Led by (Republican) Virginia's Bob Goodlatte, the House Republican Technology Working Group released its list of top technology concerns relating to economic growth in the U.S. Under the banner of "Ensuring American Access to the Best Workers," the group said it would "examine current visa and immigration laws to make sure we attract and retain the best and brightest minds from around the world."

In addition to skilled workers, the group announced that it would also focus on access to network spectrum, cyber security issues, intellectual property protections, fair trade agreements, tax code and regulation reform. While the GOP has historically championed free trade, tax reform and decreased regulation, the group's embrace of immigration -- however limited -- was hailed by reform groups as a step forward.

Rebecca Peters, the director and counsel for legislative affairs at the American Council on International Personnel, told Huff Post that the GOP agenda was "very encouraging." Her business advocacy group sees the recent bipartisan political movement -- including the president's immigration speech in El Paso, Texas, last month and the 2010 Republican plan for job creation -- as evidence that reform might be on the horizon.

Compete America Executive Director Scott Corley, whose advocacy group focuses on immigration concerns for skilled workers, said in a statement, "We applaud the House Republican Technology Working Group for emphasizing the link between access to top talent and U.S. job creation. We encourage the growing list of supporters on both sides of the aisle to turn their talk into action.” (see the rest of the article here.)

One can only speculate: Some republicans are looking to woo Latino Voters. However, most logical American Latinos will NOT buy their behind the scenes attempts!

City Council Overturns Racist "English Only" Law in Small New York Town

Last year, Councilman Roger Meyer of Jackson, New York, pushed through a very restrictive "English Only" law. The town's focus on making English the official language struck many outside of it as intriguing – foreign languages have not been an issue there. Its foreign-born population is 2.4 percent of the total community of about 1,800 people, far below that of the state, which is 20.4 percent.

Meyer concedes that the measure was more of a pre-emptive strike against what he sees as the "very likely presence sometime in the future of foreign-language speakers who would demand that government services be provided in their language."

“There might be a need in the future,” Meyer said, adding that language use in public services could become an issue “40 years from now.” ”I think it’s heading that way, people seem to be getting more separated,” he said.

You can once again conduct Jackson town business in Spanish, Italian, or any other native tongue. The Town Board voted Wednesday evening to repeal its restrictive English language-only law by a 4-1 vote. It ends a year of notoriety for the community that drew criticism from across the country and resulted in a threatening letter from state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, who warned the town that the law was illegal because it was too discriminatory.

About two dozen local residents and a representative from the New York Civil Liberties Union attended the meeting, held in this Washington County community's town hall, a former one room schoolhouse. A number of town residents have been fighting the law since it was first proposed by board member Roger Meyer about a year ago.

"It sends an unwelcoming message about who we are, both to our community and to the greater community beyond Jackson," resident Peg Winship said before the board vote. "It also puts our town at financial risk because it is unlawfully discriminatory and unconstitutionally infringes on free speech and the right to access information about town government."
