Hillary A Beacon of Light!

Hillary Clinton, our next President, was a beacon of light on the stage last evening. In the midst of the political debate, through the onslought of slings and arrows, the "gotcha" question was asked.
Tim Russert, frothing at the mouth to be the pundit that finally "got her" disobeyed the "Lightning Round" format repeated by his partner Brian Williams, several times throughout the evening.
Even though Hillary answered the question intelligently, even though Dodd, the weakest and lowest scoring candidate lied about her answer to the question and began his attack on her, Russert, still frothing, continued his attack.
Hillary is tough and swiftly took on all of her naysayers. She is a strong and able future President. Of course now, all of the nutcases like Limbaugh, Dobbs and Tancredo are continuing the attack. What do you expect.
Russert´s Question: "You said Gov Spitzer´s plan make a lot of sense..."

Hillary´s Answer: "What Gov Spitzer is trying to do is fill the vacuum of the failure by this Administration to pass Comprehensive Immigration Reform. I believe we need to get back to Comprehensive Immigration Reform." (She said it made sense given the circumstances, not that she supported it nor was it the ideal solution.)

Had I been Hillary, when Dodd attacked, I would have added, "Are you advocating Mass Deportation of the 12M? If not, then you are just like the current Administration. They continue to partner with Business to bring in and employ these workers. You are content to live in a Political Hypocrisy, let the 12M live in the shadows, drive on our roads, invisible and without identity. That is the true double speak that continues to thrive in our current administration and which you apparently are supporting. Our economy cannot withstand the Mass Deportation of 12M people. I ask anyone, anyone in Congress or any legitimate economist to prove otherwise. If you do not advocate Mass Deportation, then you need to say so, forthrightly. It is time we bring the 12M out of the shadows. We need Comprehensive Immigration Reform."
Hillary will survive and continue to be strong through to election time. She can expect continued attacks. She is a strong person. The next time someone asks her the question, she should ask the question, "Are you advocating Mass Deportation of the 12M?" Asked and Answered.
PS: Go Claire McCaskill!!! She is a Hero on the Senate Floor!!

I thought when John Edwards called out Hillary for saying 2 things-the 1st you quoted and then in the next sentence said "No govenor should do that" What does she really mean?

Here is Hillary´s response to Russerts gleeful gotcha attack:

Clinton answered: "Tim, this is where everybody plays 'gotcha.' It makes a lot of sense. What is the governor supposed to do? He is dealing with a serious problems. We have failed. And George Bush has failed. Do I think this is the best thing for any governor to do? No. Do I think this is the best thing for any governor to do? No."

Except for it taking 4 years to complete the process, too long IMO, the SAVE ACT which forces employers to verify their old and new employees legality in this country is a step in the right direction. Illegals will self-deport without jobs. I hope this bill passes at least in some form or another. It is immigration reform that most Americans can stomach. It is not amnesty and is not mass deportations. Then we can decide where we need foreign LEGAL workers to fill jobs where there are no Americans to do them for a fair wage while taking into account our population growth and the availabiltiy of natural resources and social infrastructures to sustain a reasonable population number. The economy always adjusts.

Pat, You and most ANTIs advocate Mass Deportation of Hispanic illegal immigrants. You could care less about Canadian or European illegal immigrants.

Most ANTIs target their venom against Hispanics, citizens included. (hence their terms like Mexifornia or calling Miami a 3rd World Country)

Anonymous said...

You don't tell me how I think, dee! When I suggest that we dry up the jobs for illegal aliens that is not mass deportation that is self-deportation. I want to see ALL ilegals self-deport no matter what their nationality or skin color is.

The anti's are 80% of the ENTIRE population of this country. There is no vemon targeted towards legal Hispanic citizens, unless they support their illegal ethnic kind in this country as you do, and rightly so!

Why do you repeat yourself so much when the terms of "Mexifornia and Third World Country" have been explained to you over and over in here. Do you have aldheimers?

Dee said...

Hello, hello, is anybody there Pat?

When you say you want them ALL to leave the country that is called MASS Deportation!

The ANTIs are primarily Anglos, no matter how much you pay your WANTIs to push them out front.

I see I have to enroll you in a spelling class again. LOL

Anonymous said...

You don't know the difference betwen voluntary and involuntary deportations? Why shouldn't they leave one way or the other anyway. THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY!!!!

You bet most anti's are anglo. I have never denied that. Just like most illegals are Mexicans.

No valid arguments so you attack someone's spelling or typo errors. Who the hell cares? It is only a blog, crybaby.

Dee said...

Here you go Pat. You need this

You have been the one crying in here all day. Just look at all the hateful and demoralizing topics you have started in here today.

I will not stand for you to attack loyal Americans that way. So you had better grab that crying towel cause you are the that is going to need it.

Dee said...

Oh big woop Pat. What are you going to do, stomp your little foot!

I am the Loyal American here. You are the angry ANTI.

Jose Angel Gutierrez, 'Chicano Studies' professor and founder of 'The United Race' political party, has said:
"We have an aging white America. . . . They are dying. . . . They are ******** in their pants with fear! I love it!" "We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him." And since 1970, he has professed, "Our devil has pale skin and blue eyes."

Dee said...

Pat, As you are well aware, the ANTI group, the American Patrol, took this 1969 quote out of context. It is an ISOLATED possible misquote. Nothing to do with your ANTI pipedream of Reconquista. Here is what the neutral wikipedia says on the subject:

The anti-illegal immigration group American Patrol quotes him as saying, "We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him."[1]

There still remains some debate about the actual words Gutierrez used in his famous "kill the Gringo" speech of April 10 or 11, 1969 in San Antonio when he was head of the Mexican American Youth Organization (MAYO). In his speech which was mainly about Mexican American civil rights (these are U.S. citizens of Mexican ancestry) he said:

"We realize that the effects of cultural genocide takes many forms—some Mexicanos will become psychologically castrated, others will become demagogues and gringos as well and others will come together, resist and eliminate the gringo. We will be the latter.”

Questions followed the press statement, particularly from Kemper Diehl, a reporter with the San Antonio Express News. Diehl wrote an article on the press conference and printed his version of an exchange:

Q: What do you mean by ‘eliminate the gringo?’

A: “You can eliminate an individual in various ways. You can certainly kill him but that is not our intent at this moment. You can remove the base of support that he operates from be it economic, political, social. That is what we intend to do.”

Kemper Diehl wrote more: “Gutierrez was again pressed as to intentions of killing gringos ‘if worst comes to worst.’ He replied ‘If worst comes to worst and we have to resort to that means, it would be self-defense.’ ” Gutierrez went on to be quoted as detailing attempts on his life and property just a few years before in Crystal City, Texas.

In "A Challenge to Build a New Society," New York Times, April 20, 1969, Gutierrez was quoted as saying "we intend to eliminate the Gringo." Gutierrez is described as a veteran, and "scholarly" and is quoted as advocating violence only in "self-defense."

This "kill the Gringo" quote may have been mis-quoted in a San Antonio Express newspaper editorial on April 12, 1969 which described MAYO as a "handful of apparently frustrated young men" and Gutierrez as a "violent" young man.

It is worth mentioning that after his 1969 comments the San Antonio newspapers carried criticisms by Anglos and Mexican Americans alike. He was called a "boy," a "baby face" and a "young juvenile with a tamale on his shoulder" in letters running in the Dallas Morning News April 12, 1969, and San Antonio Express letters from April 12, 16, and 20, 1969.

In a Wall Street Journal article titled "The Angry Chicano" June 11, 1970 Gutierrez, then heading La Raza Unida Party in Crystal City, Texas, is quoted as saying: "It's too late for the Gringo to make amends. Violence has got to come." The article detailed the extreme poverty, poor working conditions, and frustration felt by young Mexican American citizens at the start of the 1970s as they sought to build their own civil rights movement as citizens in the United States.

There are several reconquista groups in operation right now and more remarks like the Professor made that are a matter of record and readily available on the internet. I will find them and post them.

Dee said...

There is no such thing as Reconquista. It was made up by the ANTIs and the hateful Malkin.

The truth is, the ANTI hate groups like the SD MMs, KKK, Aryan Nation, Stormfront, NSM and other groups number in the millions!

Anonymous said...

I don't deny the existance of those groups you mentioned. Why do you deny the existance of reconquista groups when there is so much evidence available on the web about them? They even have their own websites. How can you deny that?

Dee said...

As I said, when comparing the KKK, anti hate groups (eg SDMMs), Aryan Nation, Stormfront, NSM all ANTIs, millions of people, with the so-called Reconquistas, I have never met or heard of 1 person that is a Reconquista. That is such a bogus, made up argument. There may be a nut case here or there, but if you were to compare the millions of ANTI racists vs the 1 or 2 nutcases, there is no comparison.

Yet those like Malkins and many ANTIs misrepresent the 1 or 2 into a large number. This is FALSE and a LIE!!!

Most of the sites you think are Reconquista are actually ANTI sites.

Anonymous said...

It isn't about who has the highest number of members whether it be the KKK or a reconquista groups. You are denying that there are any reconquista groups at all out there and you know there are.

Reconquista websites can't possibly be anti sites. Antis don't beleive in a land called Atzlan within the U.S. that they want to reconquer. Are you nuts?

Just because you haven't actually met a reconquista doesn't mean they don't exist. I have actually met them a rallies. Their websites are all over such as the Mexica movement, Mecha, Aztlantisas, etc. Are you saying these groups or websites don't exist? I don't know how many reconquistas there are out there but the number is significant, not just one or two as you are claiming. You are in serious denial here.

Dee said...

Show me Ten viable current group of Reconquistas, advocating the USA become Mexico. Show me Ten group that is NOT from an ANTI website.

I can show you THOUSANDS, MILLIONS of ANTI Hate Groups, KKK, SDMM, MM, Aryan Nation, Militia, etc etc etc. I can show you MILLIONs of ANTI HATE sites.

As the Lord said, show me Ten.

Look up Mexica Movement, The Brown Berets, The Azlantistas. There are more too. These are their own websites, not any anti site talking about them. Here is a reconquista for you.

Proud_NicanTlaca13 writes:

Honestly I have no words for you people. All this ignorance sickens me! I am a proud Mexican American born and raised in this country and luckily I don’t belive everything they tell me in school for I am only 16 years old and yet I can’t belive I know so much more then all these “Educated American” people.

Lets start with the facts. How dare you call my people illegal immigrants when this is our land! In 1492 a lost murderer (also known as Coloumbus) landed in what is now “America”, vaguily thinking he had landed in India, The Native Americans (which in you’re case you would ignorantly call them ‘Indians’)were pushed out of our land and 95% of our people were murdered by Smallpox, biological warfare, and many more atrocities in which Columbus contributed to! In other words and to shorten this up, since I have no time to teach you folks a history lesson, You’re ancesters commited genocide with my people, you STOLE my land, and on top of that you dare to intent to eject us? Anahuac (original name for this country) is what it is today, you’re making a profit out of what you stole and so hipocriticaly you go out on the streets and yell things like “Get out you illegals!” When the only illegal people here are you pilgrims! This is our land, and you know this, and this contributes to why they dont teach us this in school, if more of my people had an idea of who we really are there’s no way in hell we would let this happen to us today.

That was 500 years ago, so lets state more recent facts, The United States themselves are the reason why there are so much people crossing the border more everyday, You see, most of Latinos are here because of the great inflation that was caused by American companies in Latin America. Aside from that, many are seeking a life away from the puppet democracies that were funded by the United States; places like El Salvador, Guatemala, Peru, Columbia, Nicaragua, Mexico, Ecuador and Republica Dominicana, and not just Spanish-speaking countries either, but Haiti and Jamaica as well. Besides that all these countries aren’t “dirty and poor” most of theses countries are abundant in resources yet we have coward presidents in the face of economic imperialism and plutocracies, in other words a government run by the rich such as this one and traditionally oppressive European states, force the third world into buying overpriced, unnecessary goods while exporting huge portions of their natural resources. So even then it’s America’s own goverment’s fault. So all you ‘Pilgrims’ do you’re self a favor and educate you’re self! Read! Stop beliving eveything the media says, for they only talk about what they’re told! Remember next time you go on you’re minuteman campaigns to ask you’re self, “Who is the immigrant” Hopefully by then you would have visited a library and realised the fools you have been making out of you’re selves. By the way, Why do you impose so much steriotypes over us? We are not dirty, lazy or uneducated, we are hard working people and be glad we’re NOT the same as you because then we would view all the “white” people as trailor trash, but I have a higher education then that, I wasn’t raised to have a closed mind or be ignorant, I know that no group of people should be judged by one individual’s actions.

Remeber, this dosen’t come out of hatred for others, but for love for my people, knowledge is a beautiful thing, ignorance is the ugliest for of slavery!

Educate you’re selves Chicanos!

Que Viva La Revolucion!

Here are some more reconquista quotes for you and they are prominant Hispanics in this country. Yep, no reconquista threats here, lol.

Jose Angel Guiterrez has also said "Our devil has pale skin and blue
eyes."
He also spoke at the May Day demonstrations in LA in 2007.

El Plan Espiritual de Aztlan" (The Spiritual Plan for Aztlan):

"In the spirit of a new people that is conscious not only of its proud
historical heritage but also of the brutal gringo invasion of our
territories, we, the Chicano inhabitants and civilizers of the northern land
of Aztlan from whence came our forefathers, reclaiming the land of their
birth and consecrating the determination of our people of the sun, declare
that the call of our blood is our power, our responsibility, and our
inevitable destiny. ... Aztlan belongs to those who plant the seeds, water
the fields, and gather the crops and not to the foreign Europeans. ... We
are a bronze people with a bronze culture. Before the world, before all of
North America, before all our brothers in the bronze continent, we are a
nation, we are a union of free pueblos, we are Aztlan. For La Raza todo.
Fuera de La Raza nada." These last words translated mean: For the race
everything, outside of the race nothing.

Miguel Perez of Cal State-Northridge's MEChA chapter has been quoted as
saying: "The ultimate ideology is the liberation of Aztlan. Communism would
be closest [to it]. Once Aztlan is established, ethnic cleansing would
commence: Non-Chicanos would have to be expelled -- opposition groups would
be quashed because you have to keep power."

"We call things racism just to get attention. We reduce complicated
problems to racism, not because it is racism, but because it works."

--- Alfredo Gutierrez, political consultant, as quoted by Richard de
Uriarte, The Phoenix Gazette, March 14, 1992 (quoted in The ProEnglish
Advocate, 1st quarter, 2002).

Mario Obledo, founding member/former national director of
Mexican-American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), former CA
Secretary Health/Welfare on Tom Leikus radio talk show

"California is going to be a Hispanic state, anyone who doesn't
like it should leave."

"We're going to take over all the political institutions in California. In
five years the Hispanics are going to be the majority population of this
state." Caller: "You also made the statement that California is going to
become a Hispanic state and if anyone doesn't like it they should leave -
did you say that?" Obledo: "I did. They ought to go back to Europe."

--Joe Baca, former California Assemblyman, now congressman and chair of the
hispanic caucus

Janet Murguía at an award ceremony for U.S. Attorney General Alberto
Gonzales: "We are going to put our [Latino] people first".

too much air. We are the majority in L.A. There's over seven million
Mexicans in L.A. County alone. We are the majority. And you're going to see
every day more and more of it, as we manifest as our young people grow up,
graduate from high school, go on to college and start taking over this
society. The vast majority of our people are under the age of 15 years old.
Right now we're already controlling those elections, whether it's by
violence or nonviolence. Through love of having children we're going to take

Self-defense from what?

I could go on, but this thread really amused me. You blatantly ignore the fact that there are illegal immigrants and Hispanic organizations such as La Raza that want to take back "their" country and send the gringos back to Europe where they belong.

Is this picture just an illusion?
http://www.saynotoillegalimmigration.com/images/la-raza-illegal-aliens-racism.jpg

You come on www.saynotoillegalimmigration.com and tell me to be accurate, and then I visit your website to find people complaining about your unethical posts and also posts with no facts to back them up and/or links to the facts. And you blatantly dismiss all of patriot's quotes, they all must be complete lies.

This is the downfall of being as subjective as you are, you lose all perspective of the real world.

Very funny stuff.

I think both of you have the same problem. You do not understand the term Reconquista.

Additionally Say No, I came to your website and refuted the LIES you had posted. I posted the truth, which you, of course, cannot refute.

Anonymous said...

What's wrong with a sign that says "HONKIES, why don't you take your white a$$es back to Europe"????? If you can just ignore that sign, you have a serious problem.

That picture wasn't even from the KC protest, but it was a shining example of La Raza. There are many other signs that peak loudly of the fact to take illegal immigrants taking back their country.

Again, you ignore facts and dismiss anything that doesn't help your argument. Furthermore, you did not point out blatant "lies" on my website, and you won't answer my questions or address the main point of my post. You are crazy and I will ban you from my website if you keep up your nonsense. I could care less if I'm banned from here, because trying to argue with you is pointless. You're subjective mind can't hear anything except for what you want to hear.

Dee said...

Say No,
The problem is your ANTI sites continue to misrepresent and photoshop those signs to stir up anger.

Example: the reason I thought the sign was from KC was because you had it with your Blog on the KC MM Semler protests. Why on earth would you put that picture there if it wasn´t from that protest? (I think I know why.. to get people angry.)

Its like the whole deal with the 1969 forming of the Chican Movement speech by Angel Guitterez. American Patrol has viciously overlaid some of the verbiage, out of context, and overlaid it on the May 2006 marches. They were trying to incite red faced anger and violence. Many people believe those speeches really happened at that time. All lies.

It is you ANTIs that continue to distort, distort and distort.

Anonymous said...

I put the picture of sign next to the KC post because the KC protest was 100% related to La Raza, and the sign was from a La Raza get together. That is relevant and not distortion, but nice try spinster.

And to your previous post, members of La Raza do want to "claim the US to Mexico" as you said, so you're wrong again.

Lastly, you still won’t acknowledge that the stealing of donated goods by illegal immigrants so they could sell them to desperate legal families in need, the cutting of the border fence and crossing the border, the use of hospitals by unfortunate illegals who were hurt in the fire, were all a burden on resources during a national disaster. You won't even comment on that!

(And the guy who has an ICE detainer who started a fire in a San Diego suburb, but I don’t want to mention that as that’s all you’ll talk about)

You only argue points you THINK you can argue, and ignore all other points from comments left on your site. It is a joke. When you comment on my site, I respond to all of your points. You went to my site to find any post with a tiny hole in it so you could call me a liar, but you can’t defend the other 30 plus posts regarding the dangers of illegal immigration to our country, so of course you don't comment on them. It is pathetic, and I did find it amusing, but now I am just sick to my stomach that you call yourself an American.

Dee said...

Say No,
You are so uninformed.
First of all, the NCLR is an American humanitarian organization established to help Americans, similar to the NAACP. Just check out their website.

Second, calling the NCLR by the term "laraza" is similar to calling the NAACP by the term "colored people." Very disrespectful.

Next, the largest group of people who say there is such a thing as Reconquista are you ANTIs.

No one, no one is trying to claim USA to Mexico. That is just plain silly. Most people who come here are trying to work to achieve the American Dream.

Dee said...

As far as your site, as anyone who comes to my site knows, I conduct research and study various blogs every day.
