He continuously attacks small Latino neighborhoods like Guadalupe, having his masked volunteers patrol the streets, attacking the children during their Confirmation Mass. Arpayaso, attacking mothers, driving their children, stealing them away, and leaving their children abandoned. Arpayaso, the evil, evil racist attacker of Latino Communities!

Like Arpayaso, Ferguson's Police Chief Thomas Jackson, has condoned and promoted racial profiling. Jackson condoned the MURDER of teenager Mike Brown. Jackson condoned leaving teenager Mike Brown, dead on the street for 5 HOURS! He condoned NEVER CALLING AN AMBULANCE during these 5 HOURS. Imagine your teenage child, murdered, left on the street, for 5 hours! Witnesses said Mike Brown had his Hands Up, yet murderer Martin recklessly and maliciously murdered this young teenager. And Jackson CONDONED this!

The attack against Mike Brown happened in his own neighborhood. Mike Brown's body was left laying in the street, like trash, for 5 hours. Little minority children witnessed this blatant disregard for the Human Life of a young Minority Teenager. Imagine their nightmares since that night.

Now, Chief Jackson condones his officers antagonizing peaceful protestors, shelling them with Tear Gas and bullets. He is even condoning antagonizing reporters. Yet he is using every tactic possible in white-washing Officer Martin's crimes and avoiding any type of charges for his murderous crimes.

What is most telling is how this entire discussion is being played out. by the Far Right Wing. Whose side are you on?

The Far Right Wing is supporting Officer Martin, even though scaredy cat Martin remains in hiding, not saying a word.

I've been reading their websites. The Far Right Wing are all rallying in Martin's support. Fox News, Glenn Beck's "The Blaze", Rush Limbaugh, Hannity, The Daily Caller, Tea Party groups, Alipac, the KKK, Stormfront, etc. are rushing to Martin's defense.

Their latest rallying cry is some anonymous caller (called Glenn Beck's "The Blaze" call in show) who says she is a friend of Martin on Facebook. She said Martin said Brown "bum rushed" him and that's why Racist Martin shot him 6 times, including in the Eye and on the Top of His Head. -- Such lies, given several non biased witnesses stating Teenager Mike Brown had his hands up!

I've been reading the posts by these Far Right Wing sites. They are disgusting and racists, blaming Teenager Brown for his own murder. However those attacking young Mike are the same nutcases that support Arpayaso, the Tea Party, Ted Cruz and all the other crazy racists that HATE LATINOS, Blacks, Gays, Women and all minorities. They are using THE SAME LANGUAGE they use when they attack us.

They are blaming poor Mike Brown, the dead victim who cannot speak for himself.
They are blaming the civil protesters who are utilizing their 1st amendment rights to rally. Yet these right wing racist websites call them "animals" and "let them kill themselves." Chief Jackson is EXACTLY like Joe Arpaio! Jackson’s overt attempts to assassinate the character of deceased teenager Mike Brown with a store video that has no relevance to his murder is deplorable. His poor choice to use military tactics and to assert domination on citizens is unjust. Like Arpayaso, Jackson's actions prove he should be removed from his job! For ALL of our sakes!!

Ramos: "To Latinos, You are the Face of Racism & Discrimination!" Arpaio (Red Faced/Angry) "No! They Love Me!"

Jorge Ramos interviewed Arpaio this week and asked him why he is pursuing his vicious Birther Attack against our President. Arpaio responded he was pursuing the attack because (racist) Tea Party Birthers asked him to investigate. Arpayaso is releasing his "preliminary findings" on March 1st.

Then, Ramos asked him, "To many Latinos..you are the face of racism and discrimination...you know that."
Arpayoso initially tried to pass this off by saying he is a (get ready) "Nice Guy...I've never had a problem with the Latino. They love me." (he was almost begging)
Ramos responded, "No. They don't love you."
Arpayaso interupted, almost pleading, "No they do... How do you know they don't like me.. How do you know... How do you know they don't like me. How do you know...I've got my own polls...Ok. that's what they want to say, I'm going to continue to enforce the laws. (eg: Racial Profile, Abuse of Power, rampant arrests of Latinos in their neighborhoods.)"

Should Latinos Support President Obama in the 2012 Election without passage of CIR and the Dream Act? I say "Seguro Que Si"

As my long time readers know, I am a long time advocate of the passage of Comprehensive Immigration Reform (CIR). I have supported CIR since 2006, prior to the introduction of the CIR Act of 2007, popularly known as the "McCain - Kennedy" Bill. The CIR Act of 2007 was a good bill. It was bi-partisan. However, it did not pass. The rabid ANTI groups, most Republicans, now turned Tea Partiers, rallied against it. They used derogatory language and misleading statements to derail this noble cause.

The Bill was beautiful and prolific in its simplicity. Here are the highlights:
1. Enforce our Borders with trained Border Patrol and technology
2. Employer Sanctions, especially for Exploitive Employers
3. Provide a pathway to citizenship for those here that are felony free.
4. Establish the Dream Act, allowing students to pay in-state tuition or serve in the Military.

While the Bush Administration said they supported the CIR bill, they also catered to the ANTI crowd by conducting massive ICE Raids all across the country, incarcerating whole families, including women and children. They conducted these raids in Poultry and Meatpacking plants, Construction, and manufacturing plants. Then, in 2008, as if to up the ante, they conducted MASSIVE raids in Postville Iowa and Laurel, MS. In Postville, they arrested nearly 600 workers, putting them in cattle barns - treating them like animals - as they shipped them off to unknown detention centers in Texas. They did the same in Laurel, MS, this time nearly 700 workers were shipped - most to the LaSalle Detention Center in Jena, LA. which is part of the GEO Group, one of the largest private prison owners and huge contributors to the RNC and to the Bush Administration.

These actions were over the top, blatant, and so flagrant in Republican's intent to fill the pockets of their political cronies - just in case McCain lost the 2008 Presidential election.

These actions were also obvious to many Human Rights and Latino groups who raised a rallying cry, "STOP THE ABUSE!" This rallying cry motivated Latinos to go to the polls in massive numbers, at the highest rate in history, to vote for Hope and Change - to Vote for Barack Obama in the 2008 elections.

President Obama has kept many promises.
1. Stop Worker ICE Raids: He has stopped the worker ICE Raids. He said "no mas" to the despicable, inhumane raids in Postville, IA and in Lauren, MS.
2. Focus and only deport Felonious Criminals: The INTENT of the "Secure Communities Act" was for ICE to focus on felonious criminals for deportation. These felonious criminals have been deported in massive numbers. No more "very long stays" to feed the pockets of the cronies. Instead these felonious criminals were deported. This caused the numbers of deportees to increase. Additionally, over zealous local police and ICE officers took it upon themselves to detain and deport Mothers and Students. They should not have been included in the deportations. Some in the media and local Humanitarians have been very vocal about these detainees. This resulted in:
3. President Obama, via his Presidential authority, to exclude non-felonious criminals and Dream Students from deportation. This just happened this summer.

President Obama has said he supports CIR and he supports the Dream Act. He also supports Jobs for All of us and an improved economy. However, we can all see the Republican opposition he is facing. All we have to do is Look and Listen to what is happening. Or as my mother would say "Mira Nomas!"

1. 2012 Republican GOP Debates: All we have to do is listen to what is being said in the 2012 Republican Presidential Debates. Hermain Cain wants to ELECTROCUTE US! They ALL have begged for Arpayaso's support! Other Republicanos want to shoot us like Pigs! "Mira Nomas!"

2. Republican Racial Profiling Bills and Latino HATE Crimes: All we have to do is see what the Republicans are advocating with their Latino Racial Profiling and Hate Laws in state after state after state. "Mira Nomas!"

3. Republican Arpayaso - Racial Profiling / Hates the President: Look at Arapio in Arizona - the new Bull Connor. Look how he has abused his power and abused Latinos. Remember the pictures of children in church being scared to death while his masked volunteer goon deputies circled the Confirmation Mass? He also HATES President Obama. 5. Republican/Tea Party Thuggery: Did you also know that there are many "pretend" Latinos who say they are Latinos and blog against our President? You see them ALL THE TIME in newspaper Comment Sections and Blogs URGING Latinos NOT TO VOTE! on Election Day! The President Acknowledges the DOJ Investigation Against Arpaio! How Many Days Before Arpaio is Indicted!

Message to my readers: Yesterday, our President, Barack Obama, hosted a meeting for Latino Voters. I asked a question re: the Arpaio "Abuse of Power" investigation and his Racial Profiling tactics in Maricopa County. I asked when will we hear the results of this DOJ Investigation. It was reported in Huffington Post as follows: "Senior Editor Gabriel Lerner asks a question from a HuffPost LatinoVoices reader concerning Sheriff Arpaio, Obama says he won’t speak to specific cases, but that he is concerned by Arizona’s laws in regards to racial profiling." Now, USA Today News is reporting further on the President's response to my question:
USA Today reports: President Obama and Arizona-based Sheriff Joe Arpaio -- noted for his roundups of illegal immigrants -- are mixing it up. In a roundtable on Hispanic issues Wednesday, Obama said his Justice Department challenged the Arizona immigration law backed by Arpaio because "we thought that there was a great danger that naturalized citizens -- individuals with Latino surnames -- potentially could be vulnerable to questioning." "The laws could be potentially abused in ways that were not fair to Latino citizens in Arizona," Obama said.

Arpaio, interviewed on Arizona television (see link), said he resented the president's suggestion that he engages in racial profiling. "I'm an equal-opportunity guy," Arpaio said. "I enforce all the laws."

During the Hispanic roundtable, Obama was asked to comment on a reported civil rights investigation of Arpaio's office. "Well, I have to be careful about commenting on individual cases," Obama said. "That's handled typically by the Department of Justice or these other agencies. What I will say is this: that the approach that's been taken to immigration in Arizona, I think, has not always been as productive as it's been."

Arpaio said:
"He's a lawyer; he is pretty sharp to avoid direct questions. ... He made some comments talking about people being stopped because of their name. He didn't like the 1070 law, he connects me with 1070. And my answer is: I am just doing my job, and I arrest everyone that violates the law, and I am not going to stop."

The Mayors and Officials of Arizona demanded that the DOJ investigate your abuse. The DOJ has been investigating your abuse. Arpaio and His Posse Allow Felons to Run Free While they are Busy Chasing their own Tails in their Racist Quest to Get the President!

azrepublic reports: To most of us, it was just another idiotic joke . . . at our expense. A recent supermarket tabloid featured a cover photograph of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio with a big, gaudy headline reading: "Cops probe Obama." The story, which is true, said that Arpaio is allowing his volunteer Cold Case Posse to investigate claims brought to him by the Surprise "tea party" that President Barack Obama's birth certificate may not be authentic.

To everyone but the most hard-shelled, slightly cracked conspiracy nut - and our beloved sheriff - the "probe" is a ridiculous exercise, a silly one-liner the rest of the country gets to tell. With Arizona as the punch line. But if the joke gets his picture in the supermarket-checkout lane, Arpaio will laugh all the way to the tabloid cover.

"I'm listening to my constituents," the sheriff is quoted as saying. "They asked me to look at it. When I get complaints on anybody, whether politicians or anyone else, I don't throw it in the wastebasket." Really? That isn't what Arlene Banks would say.

Some time back, Arlene was at a meeting of Parents of Murdered Children that I attended. Her 21-year-old daughter, Brittanee Monique Howard, who was eight months pregnant with a baby girl, was shot and killed on May 1, 2008.

Howard was murdered in the residence she was sharing with her boyfriend in Laveen. According to reports, there was an intruder, a struggle over a gun and shots were fired. Brittanee was hit. No one has ever been arrested or charged in the case.

Brittanee's family members say they had to nag the Sheriff's Office for more than a year to get information on how the investigation was going.

"It's been really, really bad," Arlene said.

Brittanee was her only child, a happy, healthy young woman who was working at a credit union when she died.

"The last meeting we had with the Sheriff's Office was last year, when they finally decided to release a copy of the initial report to us," Arlene said. "Before that, they kept telling me that there was no report. There were things that struck us as odd, and to this day, we hardly ever hear anything."

Arlene Banks is not alone.

There are many other mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers, husbands and wives, sons and daughters who have lost someone to a crime that has never been solved.

To victim families, having a sheriff that allows a volunteer Cold Case Posse to stage a silly investigation of the president's birth certificate is no joke.

It's a tragedy.

It doesn't matter that the posse is made up of unpaid volunteers, as the sheriff's public-relations staff is quick to point out. It doesn't matter that no county resources or money are being wasted.

What matters is that the lives of victim families have been turned upside down and they haven't gotten any answers.

They don't want their loved ones to be forgotten.

"It's been awhile since I've been to a meeting of Parents for Murdered Children," Arlene told me. "It is difficult to sit through. Sometimes, you have to have the energy to listen to everyone's story and not leave there feeling so very down. A lot of people are looking for answers."

To victim families, a sheriff who is interested in the needs of his constituents would tell his volunteer posse that its time would be better spent investigating the many unsolved crimes in this county.

The sheriff said of his posse's investigation into Obama's birth certificate: "I'm not going to spend hours and hours looking at volumes of information. Give it to them, they're not being paid, they're doing it for nothing."

Fine. If posse members prefer to search through documents rather than search for felons, the sheriff would do taxpayers a big favor if he asked them to find out what happened to the $99.5 million in restricted jail funds that county officials say he misspent over the past eight years.

NYTimes reports: Republican Hopefuls Court Sheriff Joe
It is presidential campaign season in Arizona, and that means the phone of Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been ringing a lot lately. Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County says he has not decided whom to endorse in the Republican presidential contest. Arpaio, who conducts raids of immigrant neighborhoods and keeps his suspects in open-air tents (in 100+ weather), may be a symbol of intolerance to his critics, but he remains so influential in conservative circles that his endorsement is considered a prize.
That is why Gov. Rick Perry of Texas called him up last week to chit chat. And why former Gov. Mitt Romney of Massachusetts did the same before an Arizona trip this week. Then there was Representative Michele Bachmann of Minnesota, who stopped by Mr. Arpaio’s office in downtown Phoenix on Wednesday afternoon to heap praise on the man. “It is very important to be here in Arizona to talk about the issue of immigration, and of course, Sheriff Joe is the nation’s sheriff,” Ms. Bachmann said during a brief photo opportunity. “He (Arpayaso) is one of my (Bachmann's) heroes, but he is also a hero all across the nation. I look forward to being with him today. We’re going to be talking a little bit more about the problems on our southern border.”

Arpaio keeps those who are interested about the jockeying for his endorsement up to date on his Twitter account. Although he supported Mr. Romney in the last Republican presidential primary, Arpaio has yet to endorse anybody this time around. His influence, although weighty in Arizona, clearly has its limits in actually propelling candidates to the White House. He supported Bob Dole just before he was defeated by Bill Clinton in 1996. Four years later, he endorsed George W. Bush, who went on to become president. In the lead up to the 2008 election, Mr. Arpaio backed Mr. Romney over Senator John McCain, who was the eventual Republican nominee and with whom Mr. Arpaio appears to have a grudge.

On Wednesday, Mr. Romney, who spoke in Sun Lakes, a retirement community south of Phoenix at the very moment that Mrs. Bachmann was having her photograph taking with the sheriff, surely wished he had Mr. Arpaio at his side. But with Mr. Arpaio still uncommitted, Mr. Romney had to make do with the next best thing — another tough-talking Arizona sheriff, Paul Babeu of Pinal County.

The event took place on the House and Senate lawns at the Arizona Capitol. It featured a meet-and-greet with elected officials, including Joe Arpaio and Russell Pearce. While the event was "billed" as a protest against Taxes, speakers like Arpaio never even mentioned the word "tax." Instead, all Arpayaso talked about was challenging President Obama, "illeegals", his raids of Latino Neighborhoods and his torture of prisoners in Tent City. In fact, none of the speakers talked about the Economy or Taxed Enough Already! All they spoke about was their opposition (HATRED) of President Obama and "Illeegals!" Their key note speaker was Sheriff Arpaio. He bragged about: . his credentials, . spoke about his opposition to the President, . the protesters who have protested against him across the country (using very vile language), . his experience battling illeegals, making fun of the President, making fun of the latino protesters, . and he spoke about his new operation "Desert Sky" and how demonstrators wrote to the President about their opposition to this program. -- (He also spoke about his support of Russell Pearce). During Arpayo's diatribe, he made fun of the protestors protesting against him who were not allowed onto the Capital's lawn (because they were brown). They were Latinos, held at bay by his goon squad. While Arpayaso was speaking, a lone Anglo protestor rode in on his bike onto the Capital lawn. During Arpaio's long rant, the bike rider, utilizing his 1st ammendment rights, voiced his opposition to Arpaio's various abuses. The brave protester's first comment was "100 million," referencing an examination that Arpaio's office mis-spent over $100 Million in Jail Funds. Then the brave protester asked, "How many more (millions) are you going to take?" To which Arpaio responded "One hundred and One Million!" The protester, utilizing his 1st Ammendment rights, and appalled by Arpaio's arrogance said, "Thief! Liar!" Meanwhile, Arpaio's goons surrounded this very brave protester! They pushed their chests against him! Taunted him. Then, as the brave protester held up a pamphlet of the Constitution, he was dragged to the ground and assaulted by Arpaio's goons. Then arrested him, filing false charges saying the goons in plain clothing (no uniforms), arrested him! Perhaps the worst escapade of ALL was Arpaio's threat, AFTER this Brave Protester was hauled away by his goons. The fiend, Arpaio said, Just for that, I'm going down to a Latino neighborhood and "I'm going to arrest 100 more!" (EVIL!) (I ask you to view the video and see for yourselves how the heinous Arpaio vowed to arrest the innocents in Latino neighborhoods as REVENGE for this brave protester protesting Arpaio's vicious abuses!) Arpaio Accused Of Misspending Nearly $100 Million

HP Reports: Joe Arpaio's Office Accused Of Misspending Nearly $100 Million PHOENIX — An examination in Arizona's Maricopa County has found that the sheriff's office, widely known for efforts against illegal immigrants, inappropriately spent $99 million from two jail funds over the last eight years to pay for other law enforcement operations – including immigration patrols. The $99 million figure released Wednesday is an update to an estimate made in September by budget officials who said the sheriff's office was believed to have used $60 million and $80 million over four or five years from a jail tax on other purposes.

Since then, officials said they discovered that the sheriff's office had inappropriately spent money from a second jail account. Maricopa County officials also said that Arpaio's office had spent the money on unsuccessful criminal cases brought against two county officials and a judge.

"This is really a disaster for the county," said County Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox, who along with another colleague faced criminal charges in cases that were investigated by Arpaio's office and eventually dismissed. The findings by county budget officials discussed at a meeting Wednesday were sent to federal prosecutors who were already investigating Arpaio on abuse of power allegations. The sheriff has gained notoriety in part for his special traffic patrols that target (brown) people who are in the country illegally. The sweeps – Arpaio's most visible immigration enforcement tactic – have drawn heavy criticism from civil rights advocates who accused the police agency of racially profiling countless Latinos.

Arpaio has denied the allegations. Arpaio was not at Wednesday's meeting because he was at the scene of an immigration raid at a business. But interim Chief Deputy Sheriff Jerry Sheridan said there was nothing criminal about the mistake, which he blame on an outdated payroll system. He said the system failed to adequately track when jail officers were transferred to regular patrol.

Message to the DOJ: Please move forward quickly and arrest Arpaio and his goons for their crimes and abuses!

Aging has-beens Steven Seagal, who is a sworn deputy in New Orleans, ole guy Lou Ferrigno, of the 1970’s “Incredible Hack”, a reserve deputy with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office, and Mission:Implausible’s Peter Lupus, are among Arpaio’s 56ole boy new Immigration Posse members sworn in this week. Arpaio will work alongside the has-beens and other questionable notables like retired Chicago police officer Dick Tracy, and Wyatt Earp. (Yes, Earp is the nephew of the famous Old West lawman.)

Arpayaso said, “These guys are busy with their acting careers, so I don’t expect them to be here on duty very often, but they can be instrumental in heightening public awareness of the immigration issue…” (I'll keep them as long as they get me media coverage!)
