TWINS: Arpaio and Ferguson's Chief Thomas Jackson -- Why Latinos Should PAY ATTENTION to what's Happening in Ferguson Missouri

Latinos Be Aware. We MUST pay attention to what is happening in Ferguson, Missouri. What is happening in Ferguson has happened in ALL Minority Communities across America.
The police chief of Ferguson, Chief Thomas Jackson, is the MIRROR IMAGE of Maricopa County's Joe Arpaio. That's right "Arpayaso!"

Think about Arpayaso's RACIAL PROFILING crimes! He continuously attacks small Latino neighborhoods like Guadalupe, having his masked volunteers patrol the streets, attacking the children during their Confirmation Mass. Arpayaso, attacking mothers, driving their children, stealing them away, and leaving their children abandoned. Arpayaso, the evil, evil racist attacker of Latino Communities!

Like Arpayaso, Ferguson's Police Chief Thomas Jackson, has condoned and promoted racial profiling. Jackson condoned the MURDER of teenager Mike Brown. Jackson condoned leaving teenager Mike Brown, dead on the street for 5 HOURS! He condoned NEVER CALLING AN AMBULANCE during these 5 HOURS. Imagine your teenage child, murdered, left on the street, for 5 hours! Witnesses said Mike Brown had his Hands Up, yet murderer Martin recklessly and maliciously murdered this young teenager. And Jackson CONDONED this!

EVERY MINORITY SHOULD BEWARE! THESE "WALKING WHILE BLACK, BROWN, GAY, MINORITY" ARRESTS BY THE POLICE MUST STOP ALL ACROSS THE COUNTRY!!!! WE HAVE TO STAND UP. OUR LIVES MATTER IN THIS COUNTRY!

The attack against Mike Brown happened in his own neighborhood. Mike Brown's body was left laying in the street, like trash, for 5 hours. Little minority children witnessed this blatant disregard for the Human Life of a young Minority Teenager. Imagine their nightmares since that night.

Now, Chief Jackson condones his officers antagonizing peaceful protestors, shelling them with Tear Gas and bullets. He is even condoning antagonizing reporters. Yet he is using every tactic possible in white-washing Officer Martin's crimes and avoiding any type of charges for his murderous crimes.

What is most telling is how this entire discussion is being played out. by the Far Right Wing. Whose side are you on?

The Far Right Wing is supporting Officer Martin, even though scaredy cat Martin remains in hiding, not saying a word.

I've been reading their websites. The Far Right Wing are all rallying in Martin's support. Fox News, Glenn Beck's "The Blaze", Rush Limbaugh, Hannity, The Daily Caller, Tea Party groups, Alipac, the KKK, Stormfront, etc. are rushing to Martin's defense.

Their latest rallying cry is some anonymous caller (called Glenn Beck's "The Blaze" call in show) who says she is a friend of Martin on Facebook. She said Martin said Brown "bum rushed" him and that's why Racist Martin shot him 6 times, including in the Eye and on the Top of His Head. -- Such lies, given several non biased witnesses stating Teenager Mike Brown had his hands up!

I've been reading the posts by these Far Right Wing sites. They are disgusting and racists, blaming Teenager Brown for his own murder. However those attacking young Mike are the same nutcases that support Arpayaso, the Tea Party, Ted Cruz and all the other crazy racists that HATE LATINOS, Blacks, Gays, Women and all minorities. They are using THE SAME LANGUAGE they use when they attack us.

They are blaming poor Mike Brown, the dead victim who cannot speak for himself.
They are blaming the civil protesters who are utilizing their 1st amendment rights to rally. Yet these right wing racist websites call them "animals" and "let them kill themselves." You should read their despicable spew. (However, you don't have to read their vile spew. I'll report it so you don't have to read their garbage!)

These are the same WORDS they use against LATINOS in Maricopa County / in Guadalupe!

These folks don't believe in EQUALITY!
Their EQUALITY only encompasses WHITE MEN, not ALL PEOPLE - not ALL MINORITIES!

WE LATINOS NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT's Happening in Ferguson, Missouri.

Chief Jackson is EXACTLY like Joe Arpaio! Jackson’s overt attempts to assassinate the character of deceased teenager Mike Brown with a store video that has no relevance to his murder is deplorable. His poor choice to use military tactics and to assert domination on citizens is unjust. Like Arpayaso, Jackson's actions prove he should be removed from his job! For ALL of our sakes!!

Latinos, I recommend we STAND ON THE SIDE OF JUSTICE! STAND FOR EQUALITY! STAND with the Protesters in Ferguson Missouri!!

ROMNEY REGRETS DISRESPECTING LATINOS

Romney campaign chief Matt Rhoades said the Romney Campaign regrets the campaign’s hard stance on immigration and all of their negative rhetoric against Latinos, saying it was done mainly to counter the perceived ‘threat’ of primary challenger Governor Rick Perry of Texas.

Latinos the Hardest Working Group in the World!

As I've long reported, the top characteristics of Latinos are:

1. Hard Work Ethic

2. Family and Christian Values

Now, a study conducted by an International Organization confirms the "Hard Work Ethic" and "Family Values" characteristics. The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) 's study indicates that on the question of which member country works the hardest, Mexico (Latinos) comes out on top! While many may assume that countries like Japan or China may come in number one, this study includes hours worked at home and the time spend working and caring for family.

Justice for Marcelo Lucero: Another Defendant Plea Bargains!

Jose Pacheco, one of six remaining defendants awaiting trial in the fatal stabbing of Marcelo Lucero, a legal Ecuadorean immigrant in New York has pleaded guilty to gang assault as a hate crime. Jose Pacheco agreed Wednesday to testify against other defendants accused in the death of dry-cleaning worker Marcelo Lucero. Lucero was stabbed in the chest Nov. 8, 2008, in Patchogue, N.Y. Authorities say seven teens went "Beaner Jumping" looking for a Latino victim. Last month, another defendant pleaded guilty to conspiracy and hate crime charges and agreed to testify. The year since the Lucero slaying has put national spotlight on the area's race relations. The U.S. Justice Department launched a probe of hate crimes and police response to them.

With two of the seven defendants pleading guilty to charges in connection with the hate killing of Ecuadorean immigrant Marcelo Lucero, legal experts say more pleas can be expected as the case moves toward trial.
"It usually ends up being a little bit like bowling pins," said Bruce Barket, a Garden City defense attorney not affiliated with the case. "Once one falls, it tends to cause others to obtain a plea." With Pacheco testifying against the group, it may be possible for the remaining defendants to be punished to the fullest extent of the law. Hopefully this will deter future potential Hate Crime attackers from hurting anyone else.

Guest Voz: Sen. Robert Menendez - Growing American Roots: Why Our Nation Will Thrive As Our Largest Minority Flourishes

Guest Voz: Sen. Robert Menendez
Growing American Roots: Why Our Nation Will Thrive As Our Largest Minority Flourishes
Across America, the Latino population is growing, and it is now the largest minority group in the country. Latino voices are being heard, and their economic impact is being felt in the marketplace, which is good for the whole of the nation. Contrary to what may be a popular belief, most Latinos in America today are U.S. citizens. Many barely live above the poverty line, but many others have entered the ranks of the middle class and are contributing mightily to the culture as well as the economy.

Latinos are no longer on the outside looking in. They are at the table, making a difference. On every major issue before Congress and every major issue before the courts, Latinos, in larger and larger numbers, are engaged in the debate. Our nation will thrive as our largest minority flourishes. It's important to remember that, particularly in tough times such as these. Latinos have many role models, and now we have one more: Justice Sonia Sotomayor on the United States Supreme Court.

Sotomayor and I grew up at the same time in similar circumstances. She was raised in public housing in the Bronx. I was raised poor, in a tenement building in Union City, New Jersey, the son of Cuban immigrants. My mother was a seamstress; my father an itinerant carpenter. I was the first in my family to go to college. I never dreamed that one day, I would be elected as one of 100 United States senators in a country of 300 million people, and be able to cast my vote in favor of the confirmation of an eminently qualified Hispanic judge who lived across the river from that old tenement in Union City. It was a proud moment for me, one I will always remember as a highlight of my time in the Senate.

Being at the heart of the debate, part of the greater American community, is nothing new for Latinos in this nation. In my new book, I write that it is incumbent on us, as Latinos, to remind ourselves and the rest of America about our long presence here and the contribution we have made -- and about how the success of the Latino community is important for the success of the entire country. Latino patriots have served and fought in every war. They are artists, dancers, singers, poets and journalists, teachers and scientists. More and more Latinos are becoming entrepreneurs and businesspeople, contributing to the wealth and economic well-being of the nation. But they have also been characteristically humble, and have not spoken enough about their accomplishments and the contributions they have already made to the fabric of this nation.

From the earliest days of the republic -- indeed well before the Revolution -- Latinos have been an integral part of the establishment of this country. All Americans should have access to that history. In politics alone, Latinos have played a larger role than most realize. Technically, the first Latino in Congress was Jose Marion Hernandez, who served briefly from 1822 to 1823 as a delegate from Florida before it became a state in 1845. Romualdo Pacheco of California won by one vote in 1876 to become the first Hispanic member of the United States Congress.

The first Hispanic senator was Octaviano Larrazolo of New Mexico, who served for a short time in 1928 before resigning because of ill health. There have been three Latino Nobel Prize winners from the United States and 11 Latino astronauts, and the list goes on. We need to enhance the teaching of the story of Hispanic life in America which will, in the end, shed more light than heat on the immigration debate taking place across this nation. Latinos themselves need to fully understand and appreciate their accomplishments, but also to understand, as a community, where we have fallen short. Millions of Latinos are graduating into the middle class. More Latino children are going to colleges and universities than ever before. Latinos are increasingly serving in public office and in key areas of the economy.

But, at the same time, despite this progress in education, too many Latino children are dropping out of school. Too many families are struggling to make ends meet. And too many Latinos suffer from a lack of adequate health care. These are the realities, some we can justifiably be proud of. Others we must honestly confront and address if we are to succeed together as a nation, achieve our full potential and bring the next generation along. Growing roots in America means recognizing our past, acting now and preparing the road for those new generations who will follow. It means engaging in sweeping efforts to improve education for Latinos and all American children, including specific programs to bring along those who have fallen behind in school through no fault of their own. It means comprehensive health care, elder care and economic opportunity -- the same rights that all Americans want and deserve.

We must engage and encourage young Hispanics to enter public service, to be part of the debate, to be at the table and be part of the solution. We must instill in them a sense of history and a belief that it is our duty and obligation to give something back to the community to build a better, stronger nation.

Sexual Predator Cop Targeted Undocumented Males to Sexually Abuse

Miami Herald.com Reports:
Broward sheriff's deputy arrested on sex-abuse charges
In a series of events that Broward Sheriff Al Lamberti called ``an abuse of power'' and ``a tarnish to the badge,'' law enforcement agents arrested one of their own Monday and accused him of sexually assaulting victims -- while in his uniform, in marked vehicles and on the job.

Jonathan Bleiweiss, 29, of Fort Lauderdale, who in March was honored as employee of the year for the Broward Sheriff's Office's Oakland Park District, was booked at 11 a.m. on 14 charges, including sexual battery, false imprisonment and stalking in connection with abusing one of the victims, a 30-year-old male. Bleiweiss was held without bail Monday.Investigators said Monday they were preparing to file charges involving seven more male victims, and said there might be even more. The alleged victims range in age from 17 to 30, but all have something in common: They are undocumented immigrants, mostly from El Salvador and Mexico, who speak little English.

``I can't think of a worse betrayal of public trust,'' Lamberti told reporters Monday evening, adding: ``The fact is, he preyed on one of our most vulnerable communities.''
The investigation began in April, when an attorney contacted the Fort Lauderdale Police Department to say two of his clients claimed to have been assaulted by Bleiweiss. BSO's sex crimes unit took over the investigation.Lamberti said they gave Bleiweiss ``the benefit of the doubt'' until they fully substantiated the allegations in July, which is when he was placed on restricted administrative duty. He is now suspended without pay.

Detectives said Bleiweiss used his authority to manipulate recent immigrants who feared the police. About 6 a.m. April 23, investigators said, Bleiweiss approached a 30-year-old man who was waiting for a ride to work outside the man's apartment complex. The man told BSO that he was then frisked and fondled, with Bleiweiss sticking his hand inside his underwear. He said Bleiweiss demanded his cellphone number, then continuously called and sent him text messages.

According to the arrest warrant, Bleiweiss is accused of performing oral sex on the man on at least four occasions between that day and June 7. He ordered the man to comply or risk deportation, said BSO Detective Graciela Benito. She said that when BSO investigators interviewed residents at the apartment complex, they discovered a similar pattern: On multiple occasions, she said, Bleiweiss stopped a victim, demanded an ID, then sexually abused them when he determined they were undocumented.

Minuteman X Denies Connection to Shawna Forde, Admits "She DID IT!" and Implicates other Minutemen and Glenn Spencer of American Border Patrol!!

The Leader of the Colorado Minutemen has gone to Scott North of the Daily Herald to claim he tried to turn Forde in a few weeks ago. Remember, the murders were committed a few weeks ago, on May 30. When you read his story, it is obvious he was very involved and is now just trying to protect himself. He also is clearly implicating members of his Minuteman group, Glenn Spencer and Minutemen Leaders. The police are not confirming what he said and, of course, have no comment.
The Colorado Minutemen (Minuteman X) went to the reporter on the condition of anonymity. What is interesting about his story is about how close-knit all of these ANTI groups are, the Minutemen, American Border Patrol, and all Border Watchers-Vigilantes!
Here is Minuteman X's story:
Minuteman X supplied e-mails that appear to have been sent to him by Forde, 41, in the days after the May 30 robbery and double killing in Arivaca.
. Forde: (June 3 email) "I'm in deep and now have targets on my head including big brother. I don't know who will take me out or set me up."
. In a June 5 e-mail, Forde apparently writes about getting a tip that sheriff's detectives in Tucson were looking for her."So just for your eyes now the po po (police department) is inquiring," the message reads. "Let them."
. Minuteman X said he and others were told by Forde that she was planning a home-invasion robbery in Arizona. Minuteman X said he was contacted early this spring by Forde, who knew of him from his Minutemen activities. Although they had not met, he claims she asked if he would be interested in helping her rob people suspected of involvement in smuggling near the border. The man said he didn't turn Forde down, but in April Minuteman X CLAIMED he told law enforcement officials about her request. Minuteman X said the police showed little interest, he said, declining to identify the officials or their agency.
. Minuteman X claimed he offered to assist in helping an undercover investigator infiltrate Forde's group to make arrests before a crime was committed. Minuteman X said his offer was declined.
. Meanwhile, Minuteman X claimed Forde pressed to set up a meeting to discuss staging robberies. After consulting with others in his group, four of the team decided to attend. They claimed they planned to later secretly share what they learned with law officers, he said."She had no idea," he said of Forde.
. Recounting a May 15 meeting with Forde near Denver, Minuteman X said the conversation initially was hypothetical, and there was an agreement that there would be no action for months. But then, he said, "She starts bringing up Arivaca." Forde allegedly told the group she "had a guy" in Arivaca who could not only identify drug traffickers for home invasions but also help sell any drugs seized, the man said.
. Forde, who was open about needing cash, allegedly pressed for immediate action.
. Forde began contacting members of his Minutemen group directly, trying to recruit them, he said. Minuteman X claimed Forde got no takers.

. Within hours of the Arivaca killings, Forde contacted an Arizona-based associate of the Minuteman X and asked him to bring sutures to patch up one of her crew who had been wounded. Minuteman X claimed his contact did not go. Instead, Chuck Stonex, a New Mexico minuteman who is now saying he is a former member of Forde's minuteman group, has acknowledged binding a wound on the leg of Jason Eugene Bush, 34. . Bush has since been charged along with Forde.
. Minuteman X claimed he learned of the Arivaca killings when an associate sent him a newspaper article a few hours after the shootings. He said the article was sent by another Colorado Minuteman who said of Forde "she did it."

. Minuteman X claimed he called the law enforcement officials who earlier had passed on focusing on Forde."They became very interested when I made a phone call and said 'Well, it happened,' '' he said.
. In the days that followed, the man said he was interviewed by Pima County detectives and worked with investigators to try to get Forde on the phone or to send e-mail messages. Detectives were seeking Forde's whereabouts in part by tracking her cell phone use, he said.
. "Minutemen are the people who put the kink in her tail," he claimed.

Forde was arrested near Sierra Vista, Ariz., by an FBI team that tracked her to the home of Glenn Spencer, president of American Border Patrol, a group that monitors border security using airplane surveillance, Minuteman X said.
Forde was arrested a short distance from Spencer's home. Barkman from Pima County confirmed that FBI agents were involved in Forde's case because she was a fugitive. Spencer on Monday said Forde had no affiliation with his group, although last year he had allowed Forde and her teenage daughter to live in an unused recreational vehicle on his property. Spencer broke ties with Forde over concerns about her behavior and judgment, he said.
"She was actually going to leave her daughter here," he said. "I ... was not happy with this person, and I did not want to affiliate with her any more."
On June 12, almost two weeks after the Arivaca killings, Spencer said Forde simply showed up at his house and was admitted by the woman who runs his office. "I was on my computer working on our report and she showed up right behind me," he said. Forde asked to use one of Spencer's rooms to send an e-mail from her laptop computer. He let her, and then she left. "That's where I want to leave it," Spencer said. Forde was arrested about a mile from Spencer's home when she drove up to an FBI road block. She remained jailed in Tucson on Monday, held in lieu of $1 million bail.

Witness Intimidation: Ramirez Murder Witness Terrorized/ Forced to Testify for the Defense! Sues District Attorney & Prison Staff for over $1 Million!

Diego Tovar, a DEFENSE witness at the Ramirez murder trial, is suing the District Attorney, the Defense lawyers, Prison officials, his public defender lawyer and Piekarksy's mother for their role in forcing him to testify for the defense in the Ramirez case and for forcing him to plead guilty in an unrelated court case. He is suing them for violating his Civil Rights and for mistreatment in the prison system. He is suing them for over a million dollars.

On the surface, his accusations appear outrageous. However, reading the live blog from the Ramirez Murder trial makes his accusations extremely believable.

The Defense put on a very weak case. The trial began Monday, April 27. The Prosecution called witnesses for their case from Monday through Wednesday afternoon. The Defense called only 4 witnesses and they were only on the stand for 2 hours on Thursday morning. The witnesses called were:

1. Officer Robert Senape (9:09 - 9:28) said Arielle said Scully was the kicker. (She denied this; she said she KNEW Scully but did NOT identify him as the kicker)
2. Officer Michele Ashman (9:28 - 9:47) said she saw officer Hayes (Piekarsky's mom's boyfriend) interview Arielle and said she identified Scully as the kicker. Ashman said she found a broken BB gun.
3. Diego Tovar (9:47 - 10:23 ) -- Said he arrived after the fight. Had the broken BB gun under his shirt but never brought it out. Sheriff's deputies made a BIG SHOW of hustling Tovar out of the courtroom. News reports were quick to say Tovar had a warrant for his arrest.
4. Detective Anthony Carroll (10:59 - 11:21) Said he did not recall Arielle saying Scully was the kicker. Said he thought BB gun was broken.

After the defense put on their case, the courtroom and all readers of the Live Blog were SHOCKED! The defense put on only 4 witnesses!! And none of their testimony added value to the case. The Prosecution brought out the eyewitness testimony of Walsh, Piekarsky, other jocks, Arielle and her boyfriend who witnessed the murder. The defense did NOT dispell ANY of their testimony. And, it was obvious, the only reason Tovar was brought to the court and hustled off police style by the "friends of Piekarsky's mom's boyfriend, Officer Hayes" was to caste a negative light on the victim -- Guilt by Association. (Why would a Judge allow the Defense's obvious courtroom antics and even if the Judge was surprised by the antics, why didn't he at least instruct the jury to disregard them?) ALL of the testimony provided indicated Tovar did not even show up until after Piekarsky's fatal kick to the unconscious victim Ramirez' head.

Now we find out Tovar was terrorized and forced to testify for the defense.

These are truly despicable antics by the protectors of murderers Piekarsky and Donchak! The DOJ and the FBI should take this information into consideration as they move forward with the Federal case against these murderers and those who assisted in the cover-up and witness tampering!

Mother, Brother and Detailed Police Reports Provide Inside Look into Minuteman Shawna Forde's Whereabouts!

Rena Caudle, Shawna Forde's mother, spoke to the press this week. She said Forde has always had a strong drive to be famous. "Maybe," Caudle said, "that helps explain how Forde went from a person who expressed no particular interest in border issues to founding a group called Minutemen American Defense and talking about taking armed action against drug traffickers. It brought her the attention of others in a movement dominated by middle-aged and older men, and it got her coverage in the news media."

Some of the problems associated with Forde may have begun when she was a toddler, her mother said. Caudle put her daughter Shawna Forde up for adoption at about 18 months old, and Forde alleged she was abused by her adoptive family. When Forde tracked down her birth mother at about age 20, Caudle met a daughter who could be kind, but often to serve her own needs. "She would play people, and she would have no conscience about it," Caudle said by phone from Redding, Calif. "I thought maybe she had sociopathic tendencies." But Caudle said: "I always said having Shawna around was like having a whirlwind coming through the house."

Gunny Smith had his own problems. He bragged to minutemen insiders that he was a decorated Special Forces veteran who survived combat in Somalia, Bosnia, Afghanistan and Iraq. The truth is, however, Smith was NEVER in the military. Court papers show that Bush has been in trouble with the law since age 15, when he was prosecuted for felony property crimes in northern Idaho. He was convicted in Kansas in 1994 for burglary as well as assault on a female corrections officer and attempted escape. Bush also is charged with second-degree murder for the 1997 stabbing death of a Wenatchee man. After the murder, he bragged to friends saying he killed a Mexican. Shawna Forde LIED when she introduced Bush on her Minuteman website as someone who had served six overseas tours and had received the Purple Heart and the Silver Star.

Early this year, Forde told her brother, Merrill Metzger, and her mother that she planned to start attacking drug traffickers on the Arizona-Mexico border and robbing them to fund her group's activities, family members said.

Forde and Bush are accused of having passed themselves off as law enforcement officers to force their way into the Perez home on May 30. When they entered the home, they shot and murdered 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father. They also shot Brisenia's mother and went back to kill her and Brisenia's sister. However her mother called 911, returned fire and shot Gunny Bush causing Bush and Forde and their accomplices to run.

Minuteman Chuck Stonex said Forde called him May 30, the day of the attack, while he was in Arizona. Stonex said Forde told him Bush had been shot in the leg and needed him to help dress the wound. Stonex told police that Forde told him Bush had been shot by a smuggler while on border patrol in the desert.

Police used cell phone records to check Forde's and Bush's next step. They moved from Arivaca, AZ to Redding, CA where her mother and brother live and to Shasta Lake, California. Peter Meyers of Shasta Lake, told police he recognized Bush as one of the two men who posed as federal agents to get inside his home June 8 and then robbed him at gunpoint of nearly $12,000. Police still are looking for the second robber, who was described as white, in his mid-20s, clean shaven and with short brown hair.

Forde's half-brother, Merrill Metzger of Redding, Calif., said police detectives told him that Forde and Bush have been connected to that robbery as well as a burglary the next day at Metzger's home. Metzger said detectives told him that cell-phone records show that six days after the Arivaca killings, Forde and Bush went to California, where they checked into a motel outside Redding. At one point, the pair asked the motel manager for a pry bar, he said, because they wanted to open a safe. Metzger said detectives told him "the safe they were trying to open was mine."

Like his mother, Metzger said Forde had previously talked about creating an "underground" group to rob suspected drug traffickers and also businesses that she believed may be friendly to illegal immigrants. He said Forde bragged of connections to white supremacists and said some in her organization were willing to kill. One of the potential targets, Metzger said, was a store in Phoenix where the owner was said to cash checks for people working illegally in the U.S. "She just sat here and told me, just outright blatantly told me, what she was going to do," Metzger said.

Exclusive: Inside the Minds of Shawna Forde's Minutemen (Part 2)

I've been debating with myself for the last couple of days about blogging about some private emails I have been receiving from an anonymous Minuteman insider. He has shared some insider insights with me about the inner workings of the Minutemen. He is doing so because he is so concerned about all of the corruptness at the top of the National Minutemen organization and the crimes committed by the evil Shawna Forde, Gunny Bush as well as some of the current leaders of the MM national organization.
While some in the Minuteman ranks may believe in their cause, many would say the Leaders of the Minuteman organization are extremely corrupt. As I have said for some time, it is Chris Simcox, Jim Gilchrist, Jeff Schwilk, and other ANTI Leaders (including Tanton, Tancredo, Willie Gheen, etc.) that appear to be corrupt and appear to be leading their organizations into violence, racism and corruptness. Many would say they have created the likes of Shawna Forde and Gunny Bush. Many would say they have created an atmosphere of Hate and Violence. Many would say it is time for these so-called Leaders to step DOWN and OUT of the National Spotlight and go back to the mental homes they came from and seek treatment!
I want to protect IMM's bravery for coming out and taking a stand. For now, I will just call him IMM for Insider Minuteman. Here are some of IMM's thoughts:
IMM: Seems Jeff Schwilk is raging against the truth coming out.

Gilchrist has supported Shawna throughout this year including donations to help fund her border operations. He and he alone gave aid and comfort to her and her plans back at the border.

Deb Craig's tactic of spreading known lies to the mass media is working pretty good for them. Hopefully the new AP article coming out soon will focus on Gilly on not on MCDC who fired Shawna back in 2006. Deb Craig is a NOBODY in this movement, yet she is quoted by multiple media now. That seems very strange to me. Many people suspect Craig to be an agitator to our movement.

IMM Continued: More Spin. Jeff Schwilk has developed this odd fixation on Jim Gilchrist and getting him to resign. He is an angry man and he sends out these hysterical emails. There is NO evidence that the ID was fake. No one ever said at the time that she was not allowed to be there. No one said she had a fake ID. There are so many groups it is hard to keep them straight. There is a group, "Border Auxiliary" that works out of Camp Vigilance that seems to be somehow connected with MCDC (Chris Simcox). MCDC has stated that they lease the land there. Anyone with a valid MCDC ID card can supposedly access the property. With regard to the second email, below, I am not sure who "they" are supposed to be. A nine year old girl was murdered and people are trying to politicize it, not to mention harassing, and intimidating someone who is trying to provide accurate information. It is pretty disturbing, reallyOther Activists Upset with the way this is being handled.

What in the world are they thinking?

I will give you the DETAILS, Shawna Forde & others came to Camp Vigilance in August 2008 and presented false MCDC membership identification to our NEW caretaker of one week. They convinced him to open the comm center and proceeded to take photos of camp Vigilance. We were called then about them being on the property and we instructed our caretaker to immediately remove them from the facility. They never performed any operations with ANY MCDC or BPAUX formal or informal operations in CA.
Once we found that the photos were on the Web site I asked to have them removed and explained why and how they were taken under false pretences. That request was honored, but various emails were supposedly sent out to people using the photos where these people requested donations. Ken Dreger
Camp Vigilance leadership
I asked IMM about Ken Dreger and the BP Aux:
how is Dreger connected to the Border Patrol. Did he just start the BP auxilary on his own or was he a former Border Patrol in some capacity?
IMM Responded:
He started the BP auxilary on his own, with a guy named Carl Braun. They have never been Border Patrol agents and are not connected with the Border Patrol in any way. They are more like "dress up and play border patrol."

Exclusive: Inside the Minds of Shawna Forde's Minutemen (Part 1)

Guest Voz: Denise Lugo - Everett (Washington) Herald Commenter

"Shoot, reload, shoot, call 911 is my SOP." -Minuteman Chuck Stonex, January 16, 2009

Early this year, I posted a comment on the Everett Herald's article about her (shooting herself in the arm and staging her rape). Chuck Stonex then attacked me like a rabid dog, defending his precious Shawna Forde. It went back and forth and the editor threated to ban me from the site, so I left my email, thinking Chucky boy would carry on the debate outside of the Herald comment forum. Chuck Stonex then emailed the "info" address...which is EVERYONE in my company... accusing me of being involved in shooting Shawna Forde.

He did the same to another Denise Lugo in my area, a surgeon, and hacked into her bio to change it.

Then he sent another message-this time only to me-blaming his behavior on me... I ruined Dr. Lugo's career and caused her problems... he tried to get me to understand but I wouldn't listen... carried on to call me a "bottom feeding Mexican parasite."

I know he is involved in the murders. Why would he treat the shooters gunshot wound and not advise them to go to a hospital? Wouldn't he have thought it suspicious that they didn't report the incident to police if they had been shot at by a smuggler?

Now he is making himself out to be this innocent naive victim. Come on! He must think we are all as stupid as they are.Shoot, reload, shoot, call 911 is Chuck Stonex's SOP.

Shoot, reload, shoot is exactly what they did in the Flores home, and the mother called 911.

Minuteman Gunny Bush, Forde's Murder Partner, Arrested for Murdering Another Innocent Latino in 1997!

So much for Minuteman Director Shawna Forde's murder spree partner being a veteran. It turns out Gunny Bush has a long criminal history, years in prison, and has now, on top of being charged for murdering Brisenia and her father, he has been arrested for the 1997 murder of an innocent Latino man, Hector Partida. Since the murder, Bush has bragged to his friends saying "I killed me a Mexkin!"
Wash. murder charge for man accused in AZ killings
WENATCHEE, Wash. (AP) — One of the three people arrested in an Arizona home invasion that left a little girl and her father dead has been charged with the 1997 slaying of a Hispanic man in Washington state.
A second-degree murder charge was filed Friday in Chelan County Superior Court against 34-year-old Jason Eugene Bush in the stabbing death of Hector Lopez Partida, a homeless man.
An informant told Wenatchee police that Bush bragged about killing "a Mexican" behind a store and that Bush had ties to white supremacist groups, according to court documents. Prosecutors say he was linked to the death through DNA evidence.
In the Wenatchee case, police describe Partida as a homeless man sleeping under a blanket behind a store in the early morning hours of July 24, 1997. After being stabbed seven times, he managed to walk to a nearby parking lot, then collapsed, court documents said. Arriving officers asked Partida who had hurt him. He muttered the words: "Gavachos (white guys)." He died minutes later.
A bloodstained shirt was found nearby. In 2005, DNA extracted from the shirt matched Bush's. He had a lengthy criminal record in Washington and had served time in prison in the state.

Minuteman Leader Charged in Vicious Hate Crime Murder of Latino Father and his 9 yr old Daughter!

BREAKING NEWS - MORE HATE CRIMES AGAINST LATINOS!! This time by the Minutemen during their patrols in Arizona along the Mexican border!!
Minuteman Leader Shawna Forde and two of her fellow minutemen viciously attacked an entire Latino family, including their 9 year old daughter. They killed the father and 9 year old girl. They intended to kill their other young daughter too but she was not home. Reports indicate this attack was part of this Minuteman Group's intent to gather funds for their group through the murder of Latino families. Police say there are more MM suspects in this case on the loose.
This type of violence, this vigilantism against Latinos, particularly along the border states, MUST BE STOPPED!! This crime should be investigated by the FBI!!!
From AZStarnet.com:
Three people, including the leader of a border watch group and an officer within that group, were arrested in connection with a May 30 home invasion that left a father and his daughter dead and the mother wounded, authorities said. One of those arrested, Shawna Forde, is the leader of Minutemen American Defense, a group out of Washington state that conducts operations along the U.S.-Mexican border in Arizona.
Authorities also arrested Jason Eugene "Gunny" Bush, 34, who serves as operations director for the Washington Minuteman group, and Albert Robert Gaxiola, 42, in connection with the shooting deaths of Raul Flores, 29, and his 9-year-old daughter, Brisenia Flores, said Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik. The three are charged with two counts of first-degree murder, one count of first degree burglary, and one count of aggravated assault.
Several men and a woman claiming to be police officers forced their way into the home in the middle of the night May 30 and killed the pair. The girl's mother was wounded, and investigators believe she returned fire, injuring Bush, Dupnik said.
Dupnik painted a grim picture of the tragedy during a press conference Friday at the Sheriff's Department headquarters. Raul Flores was a suspected drug dealer, and the three suspects targeted the house with the intention of stealing money and drugs, he said. Bush was the suspected shooter, Dupnik said.
They did not plan to leave any survivors, he said. "The plan was to kill everyone. To kill a 9-year-old because she might be a potential witness is one of the most despicable acts I've heard of." Dupnik said. Forde and her cohorts even searched for the couple's other daughter, who had spent the night at her grandmother's, with the intention of killing her.
Detectives arrested Bush Thursday in Kingman on a probation violation warrant for auto theft in Washington state, he said. Bush is currently in a Kingman hospital recovering from a bullet wound after he was shot in the left calf by the mother, Dupnik said. He will face extradition for the murders when he is released from the hospital, Dupnik said...Bush, whose nickname is Gunny, is the operations director for the group. According to the Web site, he is a military veteran who has served numerous tours overseas and is in charge of all operations for the organization along the southern border. "I take a very hard line with drugs and illegal immigration. Make no bones about it, I have a zero tolerance for terrorists, and that is what they are," he wrote on the Web site.
Forde was arrested Friday near Sierra Vista, and Gaxiola was taken into custody near South Park Avenue and Benson Highway, he said. Forde was the suspected ringleader of the operation. Investigators believe the three planned to sell the drugs after the home invasion, he said.
From Heraldnet.com
The May 30 killings were believed to be premeditated and part of a plan to steal money and drugs to finance the Minuteman group she leads. Forde's own family said that the woman weeks ago had discussed using robberies to raise money for her cause.
Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik told the Green Valley News and Sun that Forde was trying right up until her arrest Friday "to get together a large amount of money to further sophisticate the type of operation she's interested in."
Pima County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman deputy Dawn Barkman told The Herald that Forde "was the ringleader of this group and of this attack. She made the order for Bush to go in and shoot these individuals."She's just truly an evil person to do something like this," Barkman said.Detectives believe there are additional suspects and are aggressively continuing their investigation, Barkman said.
Before she headed to Arizona earlier this year to start another season of prowling the desert with her group, she made it clear that she was preparing for violence."I will stay the course and lead in this fight with every once (sic) of strength and conviction I have," she wrote in an e-mail message to supporters. "I will not waist (sic) it on matters that do not pertain to this very mission. It is time for Americans to lock and load."
Forde's mother, who lives in California, said she was not surprised to hear of her daughter's arrest.Rena Caudle said Forde visited her before heading to the border this year. She talked of staging home invasions, Caudle said."She sat here and said that she was going to start a group where they went down and start taking things away from the Mexican mafia," Caudle said. "She was going to kick in their doors and take away the money and the drugs."Caudle said she wasn't sure what to make of that at the time, in part because Forde has a history of exaggeration and lying. Then, early on May 30 -- a few hours after the shootings -- Caudle said, Forde called her and reported she was taking refuge in a "safe house" in Arivaca.Forde "was very frightened," Caudle said. "She says, 'I'm in hiding.' I said, 'What is going on?' She said. 'You won't believe was is going down here … The mafia, they are kicking down doors and they are shooting people and they are looking for me.'"
Word from the MMs who previously supported Ford's tactics:
People in the Minuteman movement reacted to news of the arrests with sadness -- and some contempt for Forde. Jim Gilchrist, president of the California-based Minuteman Project and a longtime Forde ally, said his group is separate and "we disassociate any affiliation between her, her organization and ours." On Friday he posted a message of condolence to the victims' families.
Jeff Schwilk, founder of the San Diego Minutemen and an outspoken critic of Gilchrist, said he and others long ago recognized that Forde was unstable and dangerous. He said Gilchrist should have done the same."The warning had been out in Arizona to stay away from this woman," he said. "Unfortunately, this conclusion was very tragic."

Is Patchogue Medford High School A Breeding Ground of Hate Against Latinos?

During my usual research, I came across a Discussion Board discussing the Lucero Hate Crime Murder. I was appalled by what I read. Rockshow, a Patchogue student and acquaintance of Jeff Conroy and the “Caucasian Crew”, posted a number of comments about the situation at Patchogue-Medford Senior High School. Rockshow describes the hate filled atmosphere against ALL Latino students. He discusses the student supporters of the murdering “Caucausian Crew” and the disregard for the innocent Latino victim.
As much as I would like to believe this Hate Crime was about a few kids “gone wrong”, I am now realizing the problem is much worse than I earlier suspected. Based on Rockshow´s comments and on Jeff Conroy´s myspace, it appears the problem is much more severe. Apparently the problem is as many suspected. It is all encompassing across Long Island and perhaps, across the Northeast, and even across America. Has this hate been promoted, as many suspect, on the growing number of racist HATE Groups in America? if not, who else is breeding the hate? How do we Stop this Hate?? Can it be stopped?

Rockshows Comments (1st post the day after the murder):
“I'm F´n disgusted and outraged. These dumb ass kids who thought they were so gangster, took the life today of a man based only on the fact that he was a Mexican. I can't fucking believe this. All seven of these tools are your typical "wigger" aka white kid trying to act all gangster (lets totally forget that we all live in a suburb). I'm so infuriated. Not to mention all these stupid teen bxtches leaving them messages on there myspace like "I still love you!" and "FREE (insert name)" I can't even keep this rant going I'm just so upset over this. Tomorrow i have to go into a school filled with peers who are on their side. The side of F´n seven hateful teenage murderers. Half of these axxholes live less than a block from me. The only solace I can take from this is that these 7 F´rs will be paying for it in a jail cell. And it's still not good enough for me. This gangster kid mentality needs to F´n stop. I'm tired of the arrogance, I'm tired of the ignorance, the hate, the homophobia, the insecurity. I feel like if all these kids died in a fiery F´n plane crash tomorrow. They would not be missed.”

Rockshow posts the next day:
“In class today everyone was talking about these kids. (As one would expect) And I was surprised how many people are not as mad as I am. Nobody seems to care for that F´n 35 year old man who got killed. They all are just concerned with whether or not their friends will do time. Also I have an update to the story, just to further prove how stupid these F´n kids are. When the cop finally caught them an hour after the stabbing and he asked what they were up to, they confessed to "searching for a Mexican to attack". By saying it was at a specific race, they got themselves all adult charges. I hope this shxt doesn't get nationally huge, because I don't want these axxholes to make our town look like shxt.”
The discussion board goes off into a side conversation of the term “Wiggers.”
“No, it's short for "white nxgger." It's a white person "acting" "black." It's current manifestation is whites taking urban rap lingo and style as their own. But it's based on the stereotype that there's some proper way for white and black people to be. And mixing the two, or swapping one for the other, is somehow wrong.”
Rockshow later says,
“It just bothers me that a guy had to pay with his life because these 7 tools had something to prove. I don't want to say i blame the rap music for all these problems, but i think it desensitizes these F´n idiots to the point where they can brush off killing an innocent man. it's F´n insanity.”
“I'm not saying the musical taste of a person is 100% mind altering, but if you give a kid this music about constant killing and money, and they listen to it for years to the point where they dress as if they grew up in a ghetto, you don't think that has had an effect on a person? These are privileged white kids, acting like they grew up in a broke ass poor neighborhood, having to fight for what they've got. Meanwhile all their gangster ass clothes and items are paid for by their parents. So yeah, I think the music has effected these kids. They all have the same mentality, they all speak like these rappers, and they all worship frivolous things like money. They're conditioned. And i think its soured our F´n gene pool.”
“Turns out he was Ecuadorian by the way. But if you're wondering what it's like to be a mexican HERE, prepare to be hated just because you don't speak english, and if you do speak english, we wont know. Because we still wont be talking to you because you LOOK mexican. ““Obviously thats not how I feel personally, just a representation of my peers”
“Ugh. Patchogue Medford looks like shxt right now. I don't know about Medford, but Patchogue is full of so many residents in the 4th and 5th generations that try so hard to make it a better place. And I'm not surprised about the vandalism either. ““Once a public speaker on the issue of race said statistically ( and i don't know if he can back it up, but i believe it ) the slurs Nxgger and Jxw are thrown around more on long island than in anywhere in the country. Possibly Fag as well. Fxck this Island. I want to move to new england.”

President Obama names Latina NCLR Alumni as Director of Intergovernmental Affairs!

The Washington Post reports:
Obama Appoints White House Speechwriting and Intergovernmental Affairs Heads
President-elect Barack Obama continued rounding out his White House staff today, naming Jonathan Favreau director of speechwriting and Cecilia Munoz director of intergovernmental affairs. Favreau has worked for Obama since 2005, when he joined the president-elect's Senate office as a speechwriter. He later served as director of speechwriting during the presidential campaign, building on his role as deputy director of speechwritng for the 2004 campaign of Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.). At the White House, Favreau will oversee a team of writers who carefully craft words for the president's many public appearances.
Munoz, meanwhile, will oversee the White House office responsible for relations between the administration and state and local governments. The 2000 MacArthur Foundation "genius grant" winner is a senior vice president at the National Council of La Raza, a leading Hispanic civil rights group. There, she has spearheaded many of the organization's immigration initiatives. Currently, she is in charge of the group's entire advocacy and legislative agenda.
"We're continuing to build a White House team that can rise to the challenges facing this country -- and I couldn't be more excited to announce Jon and Cecilia," Obama said. "I'm confident that at a critical time in our history, this White House will restore openness and accountability to our executive branch and help to put government back in the hands of the people it serves."

Why Republicans Did Not Carry the Latino Vote! They Treated Latinos Like Their Ugly Dates!

I have been listening to pundits, particularly on Fox News, all asking, “Why didn´t Republicans carry the Latino Vote as they did in 2004?”
The answer is simple. Republicans did not ask us to the party. We were their ugly dates. They thought putting up a few ads in Spanish on Univision, whispering a few lies they thought we wanted to hear, would swing our votes to them. They thought putting a few bucks into the pockets of old school Latino politicians would get them our votes. Maybe that worked in 2000 and 2004, but it did not work in 2008 and it will not work in the future.
Why? Technology. We have caught up with the rest of America. More and more Latinos, young and old, are on the internet. More and more Latinos are hosting blogs and commenting in newspapers. We have found our voice and we have made connections with each other. Two of our largest concerns are Immigration issues and the resulting Racial Profiling.

The Immigration debate has impacted every brown person in America. Rampant racial profiling is occurring across the nation. Our cars are being followed. Our children are being harassed. Every brown worker in public view is being scrutinized with the unasked questions floating in many eyes, “Are you an illegal immigrant?” “Are you Mexican?” The eyes are not kind. They are angry and accusatory.
Racial Profiling is wrong, but what is worse is the poor treatment being received by the 12M undocumented workers in our country. In 2007 and 2008, we have witnessed some of the most inhumane treatment of workers in history as they were sent off to cattle barns and families sent to crony owned private prison Detention Centers.
We are also viewing what the ANTI Immigration Reform supporters are saying and videos they are posting on the internet. Much of it is not a pretty picture. On the anonymous internet, many ANTIs are not only outspoken with hate towards illegal immigrants but they frequently bash anyone who advocates Comprehensive Immigration Reform. While there are some in their ranks that have valid concerns, there are also many members from extremist hate groups like the KKK and White Nationalists. Overall, there is no doubt this group is skilled at using the internet and technology towards their advantage. They know how to mass email and fax Congress. They know how to stir up their media and shock jock advocates like Dobbs, Hannity, Beck and Limbaugh. They know how to “yank Congress´s chain” to heed their call. However, what is clear is, they are not the large numbers some of their members try to represent.

The PRO Immigration Reform supporters are different than many of the ANTI groups. They are not angry exclusionists. They seek resolution to the Immigration issues via Comprehensive Immigration Reform and the end to Racial Profiling. They are comprised of many Latinos and other groups interested in CIR. I often say the PRO CIR supporters are similar to the members of the 60´s Civil Rights Movement, advocating change and improvement of bad laws. This group is growing and wants both Republicans and Democrats to hear and respect their views. Like all Americans, PROs want an improved America and Immigration is but one issue they support. PROs also ask for Change in the Economy, Healthcare, War, and Education.
Why Latinos DID NOT vote for Republicans in 2008:
The Republican Party candidates were overrun with ANTI Immigration Reformers. Angry candidates like Tom Tancredo peppered their language with obviously racist outbursts. His comments, “Miami is a 3rd world country!” and telling El Paso citizens against the Border Fence to move across the border put him over the top as the worst candidate.
Watching the Republican candidates´ debates cast this negative light on the entire Republican party as candidate after candidate followed Tancredo´s lead. The only Republican that had any small hope of obtaining any Latino support was John McCain. In 2006, he did support CIR along with Ted Kennedy and initially was a maverick on this issue, until his view came under Republican scrutiny during the election campaign. Then, McCain flip-flopped to the restrictionist perspective. This hurt him with Latinos. What made it worse was his “ugly date” strategy of winning us over. His backdoor meeting with old time Latino politicos topped with his Spanish only ads on Latino stations like Univision created another failure! Latino Bloggers LAUGHED at these obvious ploys!
McCain was certainly not helped by the fact his own state hosts the vilest of all ANTI Immigration Reform zealots, Sheriff Joe Arpaio. This suppression raider, armed with masked, volunteer storm troopers, has rampaged across Maricopa country throwing his girth around, blathering about his successes. He boasts of his racial profiling suppression sweeps. His worst example was storm-trooping a children´s Confirmation Mass.
Many blogs, including mine, called on McCain to disavow Arpaio. He did not. I invited McCain to speak on my blog. He did not.
Why Latinos DID vote for Democrats in 2008:
Democrats respected Latino voters and listened to Latino concerns openly and publicly. Many Democrats have advocated CIR for some time, especially via the Kennedy-McCain bill. The Latino Caucus hosted the Congressional Review of the ICE raids in Postville. It became clear the Democrats were listening and acting on some issues.
Of the Democratic candidates, all supported some version of CIR. Additionally, Barack Obama and Hillary visited Latino communities and sat down and listened to them. Additionally both Barack Obama and Hillary were invited to write on many Latino blogs. Barack Obama wrote on my blog in February, 2008.
Dolores Huerta and many national Latino celebrities actively participated in the Democratic campaigns. Dolores, one of our long time civil rights heroes spoke at the Democratic convention.

How to Gain and Keep the Latino Vote:
Respect Latinos and Listen to their issues. Proudly Invite Latinos to the Party. Respond to Latino views as equally as to other constituents. Talk to them on their blogs, on the internet.
We are citizens. We love America. We are family focused, hard working, military supporting, Christian people. We do want to see change in Immigration, the Economy, Healthcare, the War, and Education, just like most other Americans.
The Republicans made a big mistake, not only with Latinos, but with all other minorities. Look at John McCain´s audiences. They EXCLUDED. They were not inclusive. This was epitomized by Sarah Palin´s “Real America” comments. The election results PROVED she was wrong. The Republicans made that mistake and if they continue it, it will no longer be the GOP, but the Grand, Long-Gone Party!

We, of all ethnicities, of every color, all of us, all inclusive, this RAINBOW, are the HEART and the Real America!
God Bless America!
