Day 3 & 3 1/2 - Shawna Forde Murder Trial
Day Three – Shawna Forde Murder Trial – Laine Lawless defies judges order, tries to sneak into courtroom!
The circus is in town apparently today as Roberta Dills aka Laine Lawless blatantly defied Judge John Leonardo’s order banishing all potential witnesses from the trial until after they had testified. That wasn’t enough to stop the border loon from donning a black wig, black trenchcoat and marching into the courtroom as if she owned the place.
Lawless, always one fry shy of a Happy Meal, and who has also blatantly violated Judge Leonardo’s gag order by posting as “Shawna Forde” on the Facebook page she established. She sat behind two detective who immediately recognized her and notified prosecutor Deputy County Attorney Rick Unklesbay who asked the court to stop proceedings. He informed the Judge that “Ms. Lawless is standing here in some sort of disguise.”
According to Dave Ricker, who is covering the trial daily.
Leonardo questioned Lawless as to why she was in apparent violation of his earlier order regarding witnesses. “I am a citizen reporter and have First Amendment rights to be here as any other reporter here,” Lawless said….
Johnson informed Leonardo that she had received an email from Lawless asserting her right to be present in the courtroom during trial. “Despite what she may believe we have not made any decisions as to whether she would be called as a witness,” she said.
Unklesbay told the court that the previous witness had mentioned to him that Lawless had been discussing the case in the hallway outside the courtroom with another individual prior to her summons to the courtroom to testify. He asked Leonardo to order Lawless to not come to the courthouse unless she was summoned to testify in the case. Larsen added that she be ordered from blogging about the case or doing radio interviews as well. “She has had conversations with my client at the jail about daily court events,” he said.
We’ll watch and see what stunt she pulls next and if Judge Leonardo will sanction her as he should.
Other witnesses called included Melanie Aranda, Forde’s younger sister who briefly testified talking with Forde in April 2009. Forde talked to her about robbing people to fund her little Minuteman group.
But, Aranda said, “I didn’t take it seriously, mainly because she has a habit of exaggerating. She likes to talk big”
Chuck Stonex, Shawna Forde New Mexico “director” and the person called to bandage Bush’s bullet wound testified about the event and concluded with telling the prosecutor that he believed Forde was in charge of whatever mission they were on the night Bush got shot.
As usual, we’ll be updating as things happen.
Day 3 1/2 – Shawna Forde Murder Trial – Witness ties Forde to shooter Jason Bush
Minuteman Shawna Forde’s “New Mexico Director of M.A.D.”, Chuck Stonex, took the stand yesterday and under oath, ties accused Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde to her number two in the gang, Jason “Gunny” Bush, the suspected triggerman.
‘You should have seen how scary he looked last night with his face all blacked out,” Stonex, told the jurors referring to comments Shawna Forde made directly to him the night he and Laine Lawless were called to a home in Arivaca Arizona to tend to a bullet wound Bush had received.
More on this witnesses testimony can be read here.

Day Two – Shawna Forde Murder Trial – Prosecution has a “surprise” witness – Jason Bush’s girlfriend

Day Two – Shawna Forde Murder Trial – Prosecution has a “surprise” witness – Jason Bush’s girlfriend
Testimony continued to move along today with the defense cross examining the widow of Raul Flores and mother of 9 year old Brisenia Flores in Minuteman Shawna Forde’s capital murder trial. Perhaps the highlight of the day was when prosecutors announced to the Court that their investigators had found Jason Bush’s girlfriend, Melinda Shelton and were going to have her testify. The stunned defense attorney Eric Larsen immediately objected saying they needed time to interview her and investigate her story. (another defense ploy to delay the trial) Prosecutor Rick Unklesbay replied Larsen shouldn’t be surprised because Shelton has always been listed on the witness list and had in fact, been scheduled to testify today.
Judge John Leonardo declined to allow prosecutors to present her as a witness until tomorrow, giving Larsen and Jill Thorpe the opportunity to interview her this evening. It is being reported that Shelton will testify that Shawna Forde at her house in Meadview Arizona in late May (the murders occurred on May 30) and the next time she saw Bush, he was suffering from the gunshot wound to the leg.
Larsen continued his cross examination of Gina Gonzalez by trying to get her to admit she couldn’t identify Forde as the “mean” woman who was barking orders to Bush and the other home invaders. Vut Gonzalez, a brave woman to say the least, threw it right back at him. Larsen asked her, “As you sit here today you still can’t say Shawna Forde was in your home, right?” Gonzalez answered, “No, because I don’t know Shawna Forde.”
Further along in the testimony, Gonzalez stuck to her guns insisting, “She looks like the person in my house.”
Larsen asked, “You also indicated that she was initially in brown camouflage, correct?” Gonzalez answered, “Yes.” “And the second time she was now in green sort of border patrol,” Larsen asked. Gonzalez said, “Yes, like she had taken her jacket off.”
Gonzalez testimony also put the teal mini van found on Albert Gaxiolas property which had Bush’s blood and DNA in it and that had been seen cruising the Flores neighborhood earlier in the day.
Albert Gaxiola’s next door neighbor was also called to testify and she placed Shawna Fordes orange Honda Element at Gaxiolas house 4 hours after the murders. Earlier she testified, about 01:15 Gaxiola was out in his yard trying to start a flooded car. This was half an hour after Gonzalez 911 call. The witness also put Forde and another man at a gathering in Gaxiolas back yard about a week before the murders.
Testimony continues tomorrow as David Winston a medical examiner continues his testimony the autopsy and jurors get a first look at the victims.

Day One – Shawna Forde Murder Trial – Gina Gonzalez Testimony
Opening statements were the first order of business. For the Prosecution, prosecutor Kellie L. Johnson told the jury ”Not only will the state prove to you that Shawna Forde was in that house that night, barking orders and telling people what to do, the state will prove that Shawna Forde organized and planned this offense.” With apparent difficulty, Johnson went on to describe the crime and Brisenias last moments.
Up next, defense attorney Eric Larsen told the jurors the state’s case is essentially a donut, with circumstantial evidence all around, but nothing to put Shawna Forde in the middle. He went on to say his client, Shawna Forde is a “big mouth” and an ”exaggerator extraordinaire” for boasting of her plans to rob drug smugglers. Nothing more than a woman who wants to be more than she is, but she wasn’t in the house that morning.
Gina Marie Gonzalez, widow and mother of the murder victims disputes that.
The highlight of the day was the testimony of Gina Gonzalez and we got a glimpse of what transpired on the morning of May 30, 2009.
Gonzalez testified that as she lay on the floor pretending to be dead, in hopes that the shooter would ignore her and leave, listening to her husband dying, the shooter, who evidence will identify as Jason “Gunny” Bush, interrogated 9 year old Brisenia Flores about the whereabouts of her sister. Brisenia told Bush her sister was with her grandmother and Bush demanded to know where she lived. Earlier, Bush had said to Raul, ”Don’t take this personal, but this bullet has your name on it,”
“She was really scared. Her voice was shaking. I know she’s crying and really scared,” Gonzalez cried.
Bush, out of bullet after shooting Raul and Gina, stood there calmly reloading his weapon as Brisenia demanded to know why he had shot her father and why he had shot her mother.Ignoring Brisenias pleas, Bush put the gun to the childs face and pulled the trigger. Gonzalez testified she heard the shot and saw her daughters body go flying across the room. That was followed by a second shot which blew out the back of the child’s head.
Gonzalez testified that the woman in the house looked like Forde, but she said she couldn’t definitively say it was her “because I don’t know her personally.” She failed to identify Forde in a police lineup after the shooting. Some have considered that Forde might have been wearing a brown wig when she entered the house the first time, which would explain Gonzalez confusion in the identifying Forde completely.
More tomorrow as things develop.

Guest Voz IC: Opening Statements Tuesday in Minuteman Shawna Forde Murder Trial

Opening statements in the capital murder trial of accused Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, will begin Tuesday, January 25, after attorneys on both sides concluded their voir dire of the pool of 98 potential jurors this afternoon and jury instructions were given .
It began on the morning of May 30, 2009, Raul Flores heard a knock at the door of his Arivaca, Arizona, home. When he opened it, he found a man and a woman claiming to be law-enforcement officers in search of fugitives. Minutes later, the man shot Flores six times, in the head, chest and arm. He died at the scene Then he pumped three bullets into Flores’ wife, Gina Gonzalez, hitting her in the arm, leg and chest. She survived but played dead.
“Why did you shoot my mom?” Gonzalez’s 9-year-old daughter, Brisenia Flores, asked the gunman. Those were her last words. The man put a gun to her head, fired off two rounds, one through the cheek and the other other that blew out the back of her head.
Senseless murder conceived and acted on by Shawna Forde, a notorious nativist who was so zealous in her quest to control the border she came up with a plan to fund her organization; stealing from people she thought were connected with drug cartels.
More than 60 witnesses are expected to take the stand during the trial. According to Kim Smith of the Arizona Daily Star:
•Gonzalez – She will testify that although she was unable to identify Forde as the woman home invader in the days after the slayings, she now believes Forde looks “exactly like her.”
•Oin Oakstar – The ex-con will testify he and Gaxiola wanted to get rid of Flores, a competitor in the drug trade. Oakstar claims the plan was for Bush to shoot Flores outside his home, and nothing was said about a home invasion or harming Flores’ family. Oakstar said he got too drunk to go the night of the slayings. He will also testify he had damaging conversations with the suspects after the shooting.
•Robert “Anglo” Copley and Ronald “Raven” Wedow – The two Colorado men say Forde recruited them to take part in a home invasion in which a second team would gather up drugs, money and weapons, which would be sold to help the Minutemen American Defense.
Copley and Wedow are the two Colorado Minutemen whom Forde approached with her home invasions plans and who later reported the encounter to the FBI.
The state will also present physical evidence that ties Forde to the murders.
According to court documents, prosecutors have damning texts sent between cell phones registered to Forde and Gaxiola, texts that were sent the morning of the slayings. In addition, detectives found jewelry belonging to Gonzalez in Forde’s purse and women’s camouflage clothing in Gaxiola’s house.
If convicted, Prosecutors Rick Unklesbay and Kellie Johnson will go for the death penalty.

9 year old Christina Taylor Green, like 9 year old Brisenia Flores, a Victim of this Wretched Political Discourse!

Then the monster began his rampage on the innocents.
After the shooting, Christina and many of the other shooting victims were rushed to the hospital, but by the time her mom arrived at the hospital, it was too late. “They tried to save her but she just couldn’t make it…I saw her right after that. I spent a lot of time with her, and I said goodbye to her,” Christina's mom said.
Christina Taylor Green, the youngest victim of Saturday’s shootings, was born on Sept. 11, 2001 - a date of bloodshed that shaped her tragically brief life, the girl’s heartbroken mother said Sunday morning. “It [9/11] was very, very special to her,” weeping mom Roxanna Green told media outlets, less than 24 hours after her 9-year-old daughter was slain by alleged shooter Jared Lee Loughner.
“She (Christina) would tell people when she was younger that, ‘I was born on a holiday,’ and then we would have to correct her.” But she would “always try to see the positive in it,” her mom added, because a holiday is “a day of hope, and everyone getting together, and finding the good, and the hope.”
Her father, John Green said, “She came in on a tragedy and she left on a tragedy.” Christina's mom grew emotional as she discussed “my angel,” who was fatally shot in the chest. “I just can’t even put it into words,” she said of her loss. “I can’t express the devastation and hurt and how we were so robbed of our beautiful, beautiful princess. … Her light shines on all of us today and forever. I’m just trying to be positive and strong, because that’s what Christina would want,” she said.
Asked what she would want to see happen to Loughner, who stands accused of cutting six lives short and injuring 13 others, including Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, she paused for a moment and said, “I don’t really want to say on air.” But she did say she hopes that from the tragedy, change will come and people will recognize “warning signs” of a potential killer. “I just want awareness,” she said. “Sick people are out there and it has to stop right now. And I’m really sorry and devastated about my little girl and all the people that were killed and hurt in this terrible tragedy…(and that people) gain awareness so it never happens again.”

The little girl with the cherubic face was the granddaughter of former MLB pitcher and manager Dallas Green, and she played Little League herself - the only girl on an all-boys team, according to her mom - wanted to be a veterinarian, and liked to dance and sing. Roxanna Green said that her daughter was “very interested in government, she was interested in her community, how she could help her community.”
Nine year old Christina Taylor Green was very much like nine year old Brisenia Flores, another child victim of this wretched political discourse we see today!

Guest Voz - Immigration Clearinghouse: Brisenia Flores' Murderer Goes to Trial!

The circus that will be the trial for accused Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde began this morning, barely noticed by the media, as 225 prospective jurors showed up at the Pima County Courthouse in Tucson Arizona.
The prospective jurors were given an 18 page questionnaire to fill out for the attorneys. Those who aren’t immediately dismissed, based on their answers, will return to court on January 11 to answer further questions face to face.
According to Kim Smith of the Arizona Daily Star:
Among other things, the jurors were asked if they know the facts of the case, would they be able to ignore media reports when making a decision and how they would describe their political views. They were also asked if they have any opinions regarding private organizations monitoring or defending the border, if they’ve heard of Forde’s group Minutemen American De

MOTIONS DENIED OR DELAYED
On Tuesday, presiding Judge John Leonardo denied a defense motion for a postponement in the case. The attorneys on both sides of the case also argued motions based on the assumption that Forde will be convicted.
When someone is convicted of murder in a capital case, attorneys present what are called aggravating and mitigating factors. The aggravating factors, as one might guess, are those things that might make someone more inclined to vote for the death penalty. Mitigating factors are those that might cast the defendant in a more favorable light — dysfunctional childhood, low IQ, substance abuse issues, etc.
Late last month, defense attorneys told prosecutors they want jurors to hear that Forde was sexually abused as a child, raped in December 2008 and shot in January 2009 and all of these things led her to suffer from PTSD. Prosecutors responded by saying they want jurors to know there is no evidence of any of that. Forde is the main source for the childhood abuse and police closed the rape and shooting cases, saying there was insufficient evidence.
The basis for the motion for the continuance by the defense was to give them more time to investigate Forde's involvement in the shooting of her ex-husband in Everett and the subsequent false rape and shooting charges she made to get police to back away from her as a “person of interest” in her husbands shooting. It is alleged that Forde was also involved in a couple of crimes in California after the home invasion murders in Arivaca. Our sources tell us a detective from northern California who investigated these crimes may be called to testify.
Also on Tuesday, Gina Gonzalez, who miraculously survived the ordeal and was involved in a shootout with gunman Jason Bush, briefly testified in court for the first time. Gonzalez testified Tuesday she recognized Forde for several reasons. It was the first time she’d seen her in person since the incident, she wasn’t wearing makeup (the women in the photo lineup were wearing makeup), she had the same smile and her hair was styled the same way.
As for the smile, Gonzalez said that after the shootings, the home invaders ransacked her house and then left. However, when she was on the phone with 911, she looked up and saw the woman standing on the threshold, smiling. “She saw me standing there and her face dropped and she said ‘Oh, SHIT!,” Gonzalez said.
The woman went back outside and a few seconds later Gonzalez said she and the tall man exchanged shots. (Prosecutors think the tall guy was Jason Bush.) Gonzalez never came out and said “Shawna Forde was the woman home invader.” She did say: “I can say she looked exactly like the person who was in the house that day” and “I can’t say Shawna Forde was there because I don’t know Shawna Forde.”
Judge Leonardo will rule on what can and cannot be admitted into evidence in the coming weeks. It appears the defense strategy is to try and get all incriminating evidence against Forde thrown out and show her to be a “patriotic” but “misunderstood” individual who was dealt a raw deal in life, although no evidence exists of that other than Fordes own words.

Brisenia Flores' Murderer, Minuteman Leader Shawna Forde, Attempts to Exclude Key Evidence

One of the state's key witnesses is Oin Oakstar, who is expected to testify the trio wanted to steal Flores' drugs, money and guns and Gaxiola wanted to eliminate him as a competitor in the drug trade. All three defendants have entered pleas of "not guilty" and Forde and Gaxiola's attorneys say they weren't even at the scene that night.
One of Forde's defense attorneys, Jill Thorpe, filed a motion recently asking Judge John Leonardo to prevent prosecutors from telling jurors:
1) Bush told him that the plan "went to (expletive)"
2) Gina Flores had shot him.
3) Gaxiola and Forde both asked him to bring painkillers for Bush because of the gunshot wound.
Thorpe argues all of the comments are inadmissable hearsay.
Forde's other attorney, Eric Larsen, filed a separate motion asking Judge Leonardo to keep out a bunch of stuff Forde's family members have told investigators. For example, Larsen doesn't want jurors to know Forde's mom has described Forde as a "sociopath" or that Forde's mom and brother think she's behind the December 2008 shooting of her former husband. In addition, Larsen doesn't think jurors should be privvy to the fact Forde's brother claims he saw her taking his painkillers once.
Lastly, Larsen doesn't want Forde's brother, mother or sister to be allowed to discuss Forde's views on minorities. According to Larsen, mom doesn't think Forde is a racist, her brother thinks she is and her sister "says Forde is racist in her comments but would socialize with minorities."
All of this stuff would unfairly prejudice the jury against Forde, Larsen wrote. Prosecutors haven't responded to either motion yet. Forde and Gaxiola are currently scheduled to go to trial in January, although the defense attorneys hope to convince Judge Leonardo to split the cases into two separate trials. Bush is scheduled to go to trial in March. If convicted, the trio could get the death penalty.

Update: Minutemen Shawna Forde & Gunny Bush Murder Trial Update (for murders of 9 year old Brisenia Flores & her Dad)

Possible defense strategies revealed for Minuteman Shawna Forde’s Trial
Before Forde defense attorney Eric Larsen left on vacation, he filed some documents in Pima County Superior Court outlining his defense strategy in the upcoming trial of Minuteman Shawna Forde, accused mastermind in the murder of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father Raul. This move was required under the Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure.
The prosecutions theory is that Forde needed money for her little border vigilante group, MINUTEMAN AMERICAN DEFENSE, so she enlisted the aid of Jason Bush and Albert Gaxiola to rip off Raul “Jr.” Flores, a purported drug dealer. Forde discussed this with others who are expected to testify for the prosecution, including two Colorado Minutemen and the star of the show, Oin Oakstar, who was supposed to be the fourth person but got too drunk and forgot to show up for the party.
•Gaxiola was romantically involved with Flores’ widow
•Forde wasn’t present at the crime scene.
•Forde was misidentified as a suspect.
•Gaxiola and Oakstar conspired to eliminate Flores as their drug trade competitor.
•Flores’ widow named Gaxiola as a perpetrator.
•Gaxiola had been feuding with Flores.
Larsen said he also plans to impeach the expected testimony of Forde’s mother, brother and Oakstar.
In addition, he says the jewelry found in Forde’s possession isn’t Flores’ widow’s, as alleged by prosecutors.
Larsen also filed a document listing the mitigating factors he intends to tell jurors about during the penalty phase of the trial. Some of them include;
•Neuropsychological deficits/damage/frontal lobe deficits.
•Multiple abandonments as child.
•Sexually abusive childhood.
•Dysfunctional childhood.
•Manipulated/gullible
•Volunteer work, public service, lack of felony record, productively employed
•History of non-violence
•Polysubstance abuse
•Medical records, including records from a stroke
So in a nutshell, the defense will be that Gaxiola was screwing Flores wife in order for Gaxiola and Oakstar to ripoff the cuckolded husband of drugs and cash they may or may not have had. And in the course of things, Forde wasn’t present at the crime scene yet she was misidentified as a suspect at the crime scene.
With that kind of logic, we can expect the trial to last less than a week. And where does the shooter Jason Bush fit into all of this? After all, his blood was found in the teal van parked at the Gaxiola residence and seen cruising the hood around the Flores property the morning of the murders with a “blonde woman” in the passenger seat. And let us not forget one of Forde’s staunchest defenders, Laine Lawless, who accompanied Chuck Stonex to the Gaxiola house to patch up Bush’s bullet wound.
And once the jury comes back with a guilty verdict, to keep Forde out of death row, the “mitigating factors” to Fordes actions has me falling off of my seat laughing my axx off.
So to wrap up the defenses that will be used to keep her off the gurney, the defense will accurately portray Forde as a crazy bxtch who wasn’t born with the proverbial silver spoon in her mouth, who had challenges in her childhood that others have. A crack head who couldn’t decide on any one drug of choice so she tried many as she plowed her way through life conning people and being conned herself. Selling her axx to undercover officers on the streets of Tacoma at age 14 might be considered a sexually abused childhood by some, but not by others. And she was productively employed hunting Mexicans on the border so her life should be spared for the heinous and calculated crime which took the life of an innocent 9 year old child because she has a history of non-violence. Did I get all that right?
I rest my case. Thank you Kim

Shawna Forde and Her Associations with the Minutemen and Other Dangerous Border Watchers!

1. Bob and Kathy Dameron, minutemen from Washington, participated in border watch events with Shawna. They befriended her, helped her build her website. Participated in Arizona border watches with them. Shawna acted as the MCDC's spokesman. The Damerons were witness to Forde's many lies, exaggerated boasts, her craving for glory and attention. Shawna destroyed their relationship when she was caught stealing from them.
2. Chris Simcox promoted Shawna to statewide leader of the Minutemen in Washington. However the members revolted and voted her out of the group.
3. Doug Parris, director of conservative group The Reagan Wing.
4. Jim Gilchrist, leader of the Minuteman Corp. and their long time relationship.
5. Joe Adams, border watcher. He is a former private investigator from St. Louis whose tough-guy credentials include combat tours with the Marines and federal prosecution for his activities linked to the CIA during the Iran-Contra scandal of the 1980s.
6. Scott Shogren, Minuteman leader from Florida.
7. Mike Carlucci, Seattle are private investigator. Has dozens of emails showing contact between Forde and numerous Minutemen leaders from around the country.
8. Andre Ong, photographer who joined her on a Border Watch. Ong shared the following disturbing event: "One night, tagging along with a few of Shawna Forde's team, the young photojournalist witnessed something that still troubles him. The patrol stopped to check a brushy area for smugglers. In the dark, Forde picked up a couple of rocks and tossed them over the heads of her Minutemen. One rock hit something hard. It sounded like a ricocheting bullet. Convinced they were being shot at, the Minutemen scrambled for cover. Forde quietly laughed behind their backs.
Ong was appalled. "'Have some fun, Andrew,'" he said she told him. "'Have some fun.'"
Later, Forde had her group report to the U.S. Border Patrol that they had been shot at. She also posted a video of the incident on YouTube as evidence of the risks Minutemen were taking to protect the nation's borders

Minuteman Leader Shawna Forde Linked to Former CIA Covert Operatives - Now Minutemen!
We've all known a "Big Talker" with delusions of grandeur who talks about the famous people they know and how important they are. In the above video taped last February by Scott North from heraldnet daily, Shawna Forde talks about the "covert operations" into drug cartels she and other minutemen are involved with and her contacts with CIA Operatives.
Well maybe be wasn't such a big blowhard afterall. AZStarnet is reporting Shawna Forde's involvement with a former CIA Operative and Minuteman Member Joe Adams. In March of 2008, she camped out with other minutemen at a campsite north of Sasabe, Arizona known as Caballo Loco. There she met the notorious CIA covert operative Joseph Adams of "Nicaraguan Contra/Crack Cocaine Scandal" fame. Joseph Adams also presently operates a domestic as well as an "international private security company" and has travelled extensively throughout the world on covert missions. Also present at the camp was Wes Fleming, an employee of the infamous anti-Mexican bigot Glenn Spencer, according to journalist Art Ricker of the Galena Gazette in a report he published on April of 2008.
Listen to what Shawna Forde is saying on the above video, especially towards the end. She is talking about Joe Adams when she said her contact "worked for the government and has contacts in homeland, epa and has his own crew."
Check the Azstarnet interviews with Joe Adams. Adams attempts to distance himself from Forde. However, he does acknowledge the relationship. Additionally, if you go to the comment section, comment #8, Christie C (Jeff Schwilk's ex-girlfriend), Christie appears to confirm a sexual relationship between Forde and Adams.
In the past few months, Arizona has had numerous hijackings of suspected drugs smugglers along its major highways involving well armed vigilantes. There have also been numerous home invasions of the type that took place in Arivaca, Arizona by the Minutemen American Defense vigilantes. These raids have been carried out with paramilitary precision utilizing assaults rifles and military style gear. Are these simply CIA covert operations led by the likes of Joe Adams which are utilizing the Minutemen in order to raise funds for unauthorized projects in the same manner as they were raising funds to fund the Contras in Nicaragua? The American Public has a right to konw. A 9-year-old innocent Mexican-American child has been murdered. These types of activities cannot happen again here in America.

Shawna Forde Update: Accomplice after the Fact Reveals Identity of Another Accomplice

Heraldnet.com reports:
Stonex said it’s time for Lawless to publicly acknowledge that she met with Forde, 41, and co-defendant Jason Eugene Bush, 35, within hours of the killings. The meeting occurred at an Arivaca house that Stonex said he now believes was the home of Albert Gaxiola, the third defendant in the murder case.“She was there, too. She saw everything that I saw,” Stonex said of Lawless....
Stonex said he was in Arizona on May 30 for a quick vacation when Forde called him about 8 a.m. and reported that one of her “scouts” had been hit in the leg by a ricochet bullet. She said she was in Arivaca, but made no mention of the killings there just hours earlier, Stonex said. Stonex said Bush got on the phone and asked him to pick up medical supplies, including sutures to close the wound to his leg. Stonex agreed to do so, but not until later in the day, after he attended a picnic at the Sierra Vista headquarters of American Border Patrol, a group run by Glenn Spencer.
Stonex said Forde called him at the picnic and asked to meet about 9 p.m. in Arivaca. He was talking with Lawless, who he said he’d met for the first time that day, and she asked to accompany him. They drove to the meeting place with Forde at a strip mall just off the highway. Forde showed up in a teal minivan, a vehicle that matches police reports of a similar one used hours before in killings. Stonex said that Forde led them to a small house in Arivaca where he provided some first aid to Bush. He said he was unable to find sutures to close the wound, but it wouldn’t have been possible in any case, because it was more of a large, superficial gouge.
“The bullet took a hunk of hide is what it did,” Stonex said. Forde and Lawless spoke together while he patched up Bush, Stonex said. Earlier, he said Lawless had stopped to buy note pads. Lawless later told him she hopes to find a way to sell Forde’s story, he said. Stonex said he left and returned to his hotel. He didn’t see Bush and Forde the next day, but hooked up with them in Tucson the day after. They ate dinner at a restaurant that specializes in Mexican-style seafood, Stonex said.
Stonex said he has taken a lot of heat for acknowledging his contact with Forde after the Arivaca killings, but he said that coming forward was the right thing.

Minuteman Murderer Gunny Bush Feigns Innocence AFTER his Confession!

1. Gunny Bush's signed and video-taped confession.
2. The bullet in his leg from Brisenia Flores' mother's gun.
3. DNA evidence from the crime scene, including Gunny Bush's blood from his wounds.
4. The gun and other weapons used the night of the murder of Brisenia and her dad.
5. Testimony from his partners in crime.
6. Testimony from Chuck Stonex who tended his bullet wounds the night of the shootings.
7. Plus much, much more.
Given all of this evidence and his own signed, video-taped confession, you would think that Bush would be shying away from the media, hiding in his prison cell, laying quiet, hoping against hope that this bad publicity would go away.
Not so!!
Bush, with all of his bravura, and against his lawyer's advice, has contacted the media and has now attempted to take back his confession. During this taped interview, he told the reporter from the Arizona Daily Star a story worthy of Paul Bunyan and his Blue Ox. What did he tell the reporter in this taped interview:
1. He is taking back his confession. He said he is innocent and did not commit the murders.
2. He was actually working as an undercover operative for some unknown group. Not the Police. Not the FBI. Not the SPLC, but some unknown group he will not name at this time.
3. He is not a minuteman. He is not ANTI Immigrant or ANTI Latino. In fact he is FOR Open Borders.
4. He said the real terrorists are within the Minuteman ranks, however he is not free to name them at this time.
5. He said there were six actual culprits. He knows who they are but will not name them at this time.
6. He said there is currently a conspiracy, "out to get him". He is merely a stooge and needs a high priced lawyer to help him, not just some court appointed flunky. He is hoping, with this interview, to have some high priced lawyer see his cause and come in and build a case for him. Otherwise he is doomed because of an incompetent defense.

Neo Nazi launches new JusticeforShawna Forde website!

Lawless is a long-time White Nationalist and member of the NSM Neo Nazis. It is not a wonder, with all of her like-mindedness to Forde, that she supports her. On the website, Lawless argues that Forde is being singled out because of her race, gender and political views. In proclaiming Forde's innocence, Lawless compares Forde to Sara Palin and Michele Bachmann, blaming Forde's perdicament on the "left-wing media, Janet Napolitano and the Obama administration." She also pleads for Donations for Shawna.
Lawless proclaims Forde's innocence even though Forde's partner, Gunny Bush confessed to the police implicating Forde as the mastermind of the murder of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father.
Lawless also blames the Men in the Minutemen organization. "I'm tired of women getting screwed over by men in this movement," Lawless said. "Nobody in the Minuteman movement except for me is willing to talk to her."
Website Criticized:
The whole concept of the new "JusticeforShawna" website disturbed two of Forde's biggest critics: her mother, Rena Caudle; and half brother, Merrill Metzger. Both live in Redding, Calif., and say Forde discussed plans to rob drug traffickers in the months before the Arivaca incident occurred.
"Seems to me they spoke before really looking at her record," Caudle said in an e-mail. She and Metzger suspect Forde, Bush and others of committing a burglary at Metzger's house and a home invasion at the home of friends who live nearby in the 12 days between the murders in Arivaca and Forde's arrest.
Even one of Forde's former comrades in Minutemen American Defense disliked the content of Lawless' new Web site. Chuck Stonex, a New Mexico man who was a member of Minutemen American Defense, was dismayed to see that the Web site makes Forde look "pretty innocent." "I don't know," Stonex said. "I think Shawna made her bed."

Head of Minutemen, Carmen Mercer, Scamming American Property Owners in multi-state Tax Reduction Scam!

The solicitation, which requests a $189 processing fee, is not affiliated with any government entity, Goddard said. The document attempts to appear official and contains a “notice number” and deadline for prompt processing. Assessed valuations for 2009 cannot be changed since the appeals process for 2009 has ended, Goddard said. "In addition, there is no fee required to file a property valuation appeal with county treasurers’ or assessors’ offices in Arizona," he added. The letter was sent by a company called the Property Tax Review Board.
The lawsuit said the solicitations distributed by McConville and Property Tax Review Board are completely fraudulent and deceptive because the deadline for appealing 2009 property valuations has lapsed, Goddard said. The lawsuit also says the defendants led consumers to believe they were conducting a legitimate business when, in fact, they were accepting monies for services that they cannot perform, Goddard said.
On Friday, Minuteman President and CEO Carmen Mercer, who is a well-known activist for the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps., turned over to U.S. Postal Inspectors the Post Office box and the more than 1,000 responses she has received.
Chris Simcox, head of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corp, stepped down in July to challenge John McCain for his AZ Senate Seat. When he stepped down last month, Simcox said Carmen Mercer, a German immigrant and naturalized U.S. citizen who has been involved with MCDC since its inception, would succeed him as the group’s president and CEO.
Minutemen have been in the news recently for their schemes and scams to raise money for their causes. Most recently, Minutemen Leaders Shawna Forde and Gunny Bush, who were trained at MCDCs border camp, were arrested for murdering 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her Dad. Forde had grandiose schemes of stealing from border residents in order to build funds for her own Minuteman Border Patrol Camp.
Previously, both Simcox and Mercer were under scrutiny and accused of misappropriation of funds by their own members when hundreds of thousands of dollars of donations were unaccounted for. These funds were meant to build their unbuilt MM Border fence.

azstarnet.com reports:
Arivaca suspect denies links to killings, Aryans
Minuteman Jason Bush is accused of killing a homeless man, a white supremacist, a suspected drug dealer and a 9-year-old girl. He has longtime ties to the Aryan Nations, faked a military career and joined forces with the leader of a radical militia movement who wanted to take on illegal immigrants and drug cartels.
According to Bush, however, he has never been a member of the Minutemen American Defense or the military. Bush said he is in favor of opening the border and has only received some "unconventional" military training, the details of which he declined to disclose. Anything about him on the Minutemen American Defense Web site was Forde's doing, Bush said. "I think she was trying to lend some sort of legitimacy to her so-called movement," he said.
Asked if he was at the Flores home the night of the murder or if he had an alibi, Bush said, "I can't talk about anything that night. I'm going to have to leave that to a defense attorney. That's really touchy stuff." As for the gunshot wound to his leg, which authorities said he got during the home invasion, Bush replied, "I can't really talk about that; that's part of my defense."
When asked if he truly believes drug traffickers and illegal immigrants are "terrorists," Bush initially laughed and then began to choke up. "No. I believe terrorists are people who invade people's homes in the middle of the night and shoot families," Bush said. "I believe terrorists are people that have the ability and the knowledge to stand up and take responsibility for their own actions and choose not to and let someone else sit and rot in prison for their inaction."
Officials in two Washington state counties say Bush's racist views led him to kill two men in that state in 1997.
Bush is charged in the July 1997 stabbing death of Hector Lopez-Partida, a homeless man who died in Wenatchee, and the September 1997 death of Jon Bumstead, an 18-year-old white supremacist from East Wenatchee. Bush was tied to Lopez-Partida's death after his arrest in the Flores deaths; his DNA was found in the armpit of a shirt found at the murder scene. According to Douglas County court records obtained by the Star this week, an informant told detectives he, Bush, Bumstead and another friend were camping together when Bush shot Bumstead in the back and the head.
He hadn't come forward until now because Bush had threatened to kill him and his family, the man told police. He was 17 at the time of the slaying.
Death penalty possible
The Pima County Attorney's Office has until the end of the month to decide if prosecutors intend to seek the death penalty. It's a possibility Bush says weighs heavy on his mind. "I have a very defendable position, but even a very defendable position requires more resources than what we have available," Bush said.
"The prosecuting attorney has limitless resources, thousands of police officers to investigate for them and forensics, labs and technicians. ... I have a county-funded attorney and a private investigator. Those are my resources. Facing what I'm facing, it's kind of scary. I'm praying for a miracle. You've got to understand, I'm fighting for my life."
But in a teary jailhouse interview, Bush cries, "I didn't do it. I'm not guilty of what they've charged me with."

Police Say Minuteman Murderer Gunny Bush, Partner to Shawna Forde, is Chief Suspect in 4th Murder

Minuteman Suspected of 4th Slaying
The accusations continue to pile up against Jason Bush (left), the Wenatchee white supremacist accused of accompanying Everett Minutemen leader Shawna Forde in the Arizona desert robbery and shootout that left a Mexican man and his 9-year-old daughter dead last month. Authorities now count four people as Bush homicide victims over a 12-year period. Beside the two June murders, Bush is suspected in the 1997 slaying of Hector Manuel Lopez Partida, 29, a homeless Wenatchee man stabbed seven times while sleeping. This week, at a press conference, Chelan County authorities said they now suspect Bush, a onetime Aryan Nations soldier, of another 1997 murder, that of Jonathan Bumstead, 18, of East Wenatchee, who was shot in the back and head. The Wenatchee World, quoting a detective, reports that an informant (who said he was at both of the Chelan murders) recalled Bush saying Bumstead was killed "because he was a traitor to the race." While the three other victims were Mexican, Bumstead was white. The indication was that he and Bush, who were acquaintances, had a falling out before the shooting. Charges are pending while, in Arizona, prosecutors are still considering seeking the death penalty against Bush, Forde and a third accomplice.

Minuteman Gunny Bush, Shawna Forde's Murder Partner, CONFESSED to Murdering 9 year old Brisenia Flores when he was Arrested!

Arivaca murder suspect confessed, officials say
A man indicted in an Arivaca double murder case confessed the day he was arrested, but he will not be offered a plea deal, a Pima County Sheriff’s investigator said Tuesday. Jason Eugene “Gunny” Bush, 34, admitted to the May 30 murders of a man and his 9-year-old daughter shortly after he was arrested in Kingman on June 11, Lt. Michael O’Connor said. “He did say that the day we arrested him in Kingman,” he said. “He admitted to both murders.”
But O’Connor said Bush wasn’t offered a plea deal in exchange for his full confession. “He murdered a little girl,” O’Connor said. “I think that was hard on him.”
Raul Flores Jr., 29, and his daughter Brisenia were shot in the head after several people dressed in camoflauge and military gear invaded their Arivaca home. Flores’ wife was shot three times, but managed to fend off the intruders by firing back at them and wounding one, now identified as Bush.
Also in custody are Shawna Forde, the alleged ringleader, and Albert Robert Gaxiola, an Arivaca resident. Forde, the leader of Minutemen American Defense, a border protection group of which Bush was a high-ranking member, hatched the plot to rob and kill drug dealers and steal their money to fund their border operations, officials said.
Update:
Lt. Michael O'connor from the Pima County Sheriff's Dept. said Bush named OTHER PEOPLE other than his co-defendants Shawna Ford and Albert Gaxiola. He said, "Their culpability is being investigated right now. There may be other arrests."
