Congratulations for your Good Work and Wonderful Heart of a Latina Grandmother.

Racists and Antediluvian monsters that were elected in Arizona : John McCain and Jan Brewer : They are OLD, SENILE, BALD, WRINKLED and to a certain extent, they are demented - Time will take care of them

First let me congratulate all people with a good heart and not a heart of stone :

Why ??

Because of the defeat of some Racists, Bigots and Extremists : Harry Reid defeats Sharron Angle in Nevada, Tom Tancredo loses the Governorship of Colorado to John Hickenlooper, Meg Whitman and Carly Fiorina are defeated by Jerry Brown and Barbara Boxer

And now, let's consider Arizona :

It is true that Jan Brewer and John McCain were elected.

But they are OLD, SENILE, BALD, WRINKLED and to a certain extent, they are demented.

Time will take care of these antediluvian monsters of American Politics. They won't survive the new generations and demography.

And with a do nothing congress lost in beautiful and useless speeches Americans will be bored and angry again.

Gridlock : yes, this will be the ultimate in congress talking and doing nothing.

The pendulum will swing to the other side.

Maybe because you called me a racial slur? I didn't appreciate the "coconut" label, much like Obama wouldn't appreciate being called an "uncle Tom"......

Harry Reid and Barbara Boxer aren't old and wrinkled? How about Jerry Brown? What the hell has looks to do with anything anyway?

Ted Kennedy was old and wrinkled also and a drunk. Boy, the desperations to smear and the hypocricies of the left are simply amazing.

10,000 to 14,000 viewers and so few comments. Why do you think that is?

Thank you for your kind words Vicente. I've missed your posts.

It was a metapor my friend.

Go back to the original post, therefore the reason for the response.

AZ, my friend, you told me who you are. I still like you very much.

Bad Anon,

Aaahhhh, so negative.
So little time.

My readers don't know that you post at least 10 negative comments a day, sometimes at 3 in the morning. I am amazed that you still post here given I delete 99.6% of your comments because they are profane, abusive and illogical. I'm surprised anyone has so much hate and spends all of their free time posting their rants on a website that won't post your comments. I feel sorry for you!

Don't worry. I will keep deleting 99.6% of your comments so my readers don't have to deal with them.

You must have several Anons posting in here. I am asleep at 3am.

Well, I assumed you didn't mean I was a real coconut, but that doesn't change intent.

I never understood why people think that because I, in their eyes, fit into some box based on my skin color or ancestral heritage that I must have a particular viewpoint. So, when I don't have this viewpoint, I'm labeled a coconut, uncle tom, self-hating whatever, or a race traitor.

I didn't get to choose skin color or my ancestors, and I don't care. What defines me is my upbringing, education, and my actions, not those of my forefathers.
And I apply the same logic to those people I meet, on their actions and behavior, not that of their father.

AZ, my Friend,

You are missing the point.
You are missing the point of "there but for the Grace of God go I."

My father taught me, as a small child, that we live in a wonderful country. We ARE a land of Immigrants. The challenge for each of us is to pass on what we have learned to the next generation..to lift up and pass on. We should NEVER be ashamed of our race. We should ALWAYS be willing to serve as role models and mentors and pass on what we have learned to the next generation.

That is why I say to my children, nieces/nephews and all who will listen:
1. NEVER do drugs
2. ALWAYS continue your Education
3. ALWAYS give a hand up to those that Follow
4. NEVER be ashamed of who you are

Since I have been in business (vs military like my other family members) I have always made it my mission to Mentor and Role Model others. Give a hand up. HELP. Never do Harm. Never Demonize those that follow. Listen First. Seek 1st to Understand, then to be understood. Work Harder than you ask of others. (This is what my Dad taught me)

I have been tough on my children and grandchildren. The number ONE rule: Never do Drugs.
Then: Obtain your Education.
Get a Job. Be a Role Model.
Help others. Give them a leg up.

Anyone who knows me knows this.
My children know this.
My family knows this.
My friends know this.
Anyone that knows me knows this.
Never welfare.
Never ask for a handout.

This has nothing to do with skin color. It has Everything to do with NEVER being ashamed of WHO You Are!
