Enrique was referring to mountain minutemen. SPLC is blasting lil mutt’s “shoot a Mexican to death” everywhere. Some people are just plain dumb. Lil mutt just set the mm movement back to square one. Some have already bailed on him. More to follow.

It is illegal for Jim Gilchrist to continue to claim he is a CPA by using the designation after his name, since his license lapsed in 1993.

It sure is illegal. Claiming to be a CPA when you are not is a confidence scam crime. Trying to convince the public that he is accounting properly by using the CPA designation, when he is not and has not since he went bankrupt and claimed a mental disability to retire early in 1993. Gilchrist and his side kick Stephen Joel Eichler are both CON-MEN. Interestingly enough to report that Stephen Eichler fired James W. Gilchrist Jr. from his position as President of Wake Up America USA, Inc. It is ironic, that Gilchrist and Eichler got into so much trouble following each others advice, that The Board of Directors of the Minuteman Project fired both of them and now Gilchrist and Eichler have fired each other. Gilchrist in turn has fired Eichler from his position as Executive Director of what ever Corporation Sole non-profit scam Gilchrist claims to be the sole dictator of. Both Gilchrist and Eichler, have no one else willing to sit on a Board of Directors with them. Both continue to violate IRS Code and Dept of Treasury Laws by claiming to be Corporation Sole Directors, of Non-Profit Corps. Money laundering, tax evasion, etc. Both Gilchrist and Eichler continue to violate the disclosure and reporting requirements by the States and Feds. Apparently they both think that they are above the law, and now are beginning to advocate for IRS Reform. Guess why they are now interested in Tax Reform? Maybe they think they can use the publicity to scare away the gun carrying US Treasury Agents.
