Two VIDEOs, pettiness bitterness of Russell Pearce : removing the benches in the shadow of trees and close to a memorial to victims of violence in Phoenix, because Latinos, the Old, "Transplants" and Handicapped used to gather there to analyze politics

Is this against freedom of speech or just the harassing of a great fool and moron ?? - The benches were the gathering point of Latinos in Phoenix to protest the Racism, also the Old, the crippled and those that have been denied transplants.

Russell Pearce has a blacklist of people that have been eternally banned and ousted from the Capitol Building in Phoenix, even if they have not committed acts of violence or disrespect. Is this a violation of Free Speech ??

Russell Pearce is undergoing big defeats :

Now, the Arizona Senate rejected his new Racist Bills, after Arizona Business closed ranks against Pearce and his Bigotry, Racial Profiling and persecution of non-Whites - Those businessmen sent a letter to Russell Pearce denouncing his policies of Blatant Racism.

After protesting Russell Pearce for 10 days, after watching the Walk of life with transplant patients protesting at the Arizona State Capitol, I was shocked to find the benches I and the handicapped sat on gone!

Russell Pearce or "someone", had the benches removed. How far is Pearce willing to go??

Did Russell Pearce Deny Seating To The Handicapped?

Arizona : Robert Delgado, president and CEO of Hensley Beverage Company, owned largely by Cindy McCain, the wife of Sen. John McCain - Surprise !! ... Robert is against AZ Racism. Latinos boycotted Budweiser Beer distributed by Hensley, after McCain became anti-Latino - Surprise, Budweiser is now a Brazilian beer

If you drink Budweiser you help a "Multilatina", if you refuse Budweiser you punish John McCain.

Either way you risk the salvation of your soul and eternal condemnation in Hell ( drinking the Devil's Piss for all eternity ! )

The Defeat of Budweiser Beer by Latinos that disliked the Maverick John McCain and his anti Latino stand on the Immigration Issue. Also the Saint Patrick's Day Coup d'etat against Russell Pearce and his Gang of Republican Racists in the Arizona Senate by Arizona's Who is Who of Business. Robert Delgado manages the Business of Cindy McCain and is a Business Superstar against Racism.

John McCain is just an opportunist - A Chameleon changing colors in every election.

Budweiser is now effectively a Brazilian beer.

Anheuser-Busch Inbev (BUD) has been a Brazilian company since 2008 and dominates Latin markets like Argentina, with about 75% of the total sales, and of course Brazil.

Brazilian Carlos Brito is the current chief executive officer of InBev ( owner of Anheuser Busch and Budweiser ). Brito replaced John Brock at the end of 2005. InBev's current Board of Directors include Allan Chapin, Carlos Alberto da Veiga Sicupira, Arnoud de Pret Roose de Calesberg, Jean-Luc Dehaene, Philippe de Spoelberch, Jorge Paulo Lemann, Roberto Moses Thompson Motta, Kees J. Storm, and Peter Harf (chairman of the Board).

On July 13, 2008, InBev agreed to buy Anheuser-Busch for a total value of $52 billion, which would create a new company to be named Anheuser-Busch InBev. It was reported that Anheuser will get two seats on the combined board. To obtain antitrust approval in the United States, InBev agreed to divest itself of the company that imports Labatt's beer, another InBev brand, into the United States; this transaction was completed on March 13, 2009.

The all-cash agreement, for $70 per share, or almost $52 billion, would create the world's largest brewer, uniting the maker of Budweiser and Michelob with the producer of Stella Artois, Bass and Brahma. The two companies would have yearly sales of more than $36.4 billion, surpassing the current number one brewer, London based SABMiller.

Arizona's newest anti-immigration measure: SB 1405 is a law that would force hospital personal to inquire as to a persons legal status in the country.

Under the provisions of the new law, hospitals would face legal action by the state, if they fail to comply, and report undocumented aliens to federal authorities.

Is this the solution for solving Arizona's illegal immigration problem? Will this legislation prove profitable to the states economy? Not according to the experts, and rational thinking.

The price of a bottle of antibiotics would be considered a deal, in comparison to a week stay in the I.C.U. ward at a local hospital.

Logic would indicate that most illegal aliens, will not seek prompt, medical attention, until the condition worsens, and becomes a life-threatening scenario.

This latest attempt to rid Arizona of illegal aliens, could very well be "the straw that broke the camels back."

State Senator Russell Pearce: " We’re going to enforce our laws without apology." Senator Pearce's obsession against illegal immigrants has proven to be a costly one to the state's already ill economy.

SB 1070 can be classified as a category one in backlash, costing Arizona nearly $1 billion in Mexican tourism in Pima County alone.

A study released by Elliot D. Pollack & Company consulting firm claims millions of dollars of lost revenue in state held conventions.
"The general consensus was that $15 million was an under-representation of the lost business and that $45 million is still considered a conservative estimate of lost business in the hotel industry."

The state of Arizona should expect a category 5 backlash from SB 1405. Republican Senator Steve Smith, author of the bill, and supporters of this inhumane legislation, may consider setting aside their passions for a season, and take into consideration the devastating effects, their irresponsible actions, will have upon the State of Arizona.

"Illegal is illegal" This quote has earned great popularity in the lips of state legislators.
Their remedy in conquering the illegal problem in the state, has resulted in the possibility of creating a police state environment. "A nation whose rulers maintain order and obedience by the threat of police or military force; one with a brutal, government".

Arizona Senator Russell Pearce, (R) along with state legislatures, are in the process of sponsoring Bill SB 1433, which would allow the state to neglect federal law at the states discretion. "Under the proposal a 12 person legislative committee that could recommend, propose and call for a vote by simple majority to nullify in its entirety a specific federal law or regulation that is outside the scope of the powers delegated by the People to the federal government in the United States Constitution."

The committee would be made up of six members of the State House and six members of the State Senate, with no more than four from each chamber coming from a single party. After the committee made a recommendation, the state legislature would then have 60 days to vote on whether to nullify the federal law."

Is Arizona on the path to creating an arbitrary government? "Subject to individual will or judgment without restriction; contingent solely upon one's discretion: an arbitrary."

This Constitution states, "The laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary not withstanding."
