Rather than posting the investigation documents on his public website FOR FREE, he and his so-called investigators are posting the documents on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble for $10 a download. If even ten thousand blind followers around the country download this bogus data, Arpaio and his Tea Party Republican crew stand to gain a MILLION DOLLARS.
These so-called investigation documents are a re-hash of Corsi's previous books. Now, Arpaio and Zullo have allowed Corsi to take TOP BILLING as AUTHOR of the documents and Arpaio even wrote a FORWARD (as in BOOK FORWARD) for these so-called Investigative Documents.

Arpaio is crying crocodile tears! He wrote an editorial on the AZ Republican's opinion page lamenting the fact that the American Public is laughing at him. He conducted a news conference on Thursday. He said his Tea Party Posse found Birther evidence indicating our President's Birth Certificates is a "forgery." He brought out old evidence created by his posse's lead investigator. The lead investigator is a Retired detective and volunteer Maricopa County Sheriff's Posse member Mike Zullo. Zullo's so called investigative report is BEING SOLD AS A BOOK on Amazon.com. Zullo is listed as the co-author of "A Question of Eligibility," an e-book for SALE through Amazon and Barnes and Noble. The book is a copy of the investigation findings presented to the press Thursday. Zullo's co-author is Jerome Corsi, a well-known political conspiracy writer. Corsi often writes for World Net Daily. Many view this website as an extremist, hate filled Birther website.

Phoenix television station KTVK reports (http://bit.ly/ykO9vU) Corsi denied using Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the self-proclaimed toughest sheriff in the country, as a promotional tool to sell his books and theories. Corsi supplied much of the research for the Sheriff's Office investigation.

Racist Tea Party Group Backs Arpaio's Attacks Against Our President AND Against Latinos!

A very racist Tea Party group has received 100,000 on-line petition signatures supporting Arpaio's investigation of our President Barack Obama's birth certificate. This Tea Party group also denounced the U.S. Department of Justice's civil-rights investigation of Arpaio for his racial profiling against Latinos and Arpaio's abuse of power. Darla Dawald, national coordinator of the Tea Party's Grassfire Nation, said the petitions were meant to show support for Arpaio.
Dawald used racist attacks from the Tea Party Republican playbook against our President when she said, "We have seen a tremendous amount of Chicago-style bully tactics that have been used by the Department of Justice and (Attorney General) Eric Holder's office and we're not happy about what we are seeing," Dawald said. "We are not happy that someone such as Sheriff Joe, who does his best to protect this great state and nation, is being subjected to these types of tactics."
Dawald claims the Department of Justice's investigation into Arpaio's office for their systemic violations of Latinos' rights, is "politically motivated" and compared it to a "witch hunt." Dawald racistly brags the group plans to bring the signatures from supporters around the country to the Department of Justice and to members of Congress next week.
The investigated Arpaio said the petition signatures were "unexpected" and that he "appreciated the support" of these racist Teaparty Birthers. Arpayaso continued: "This enhances or makes me feel a little better that your (birther teaparty) group, your dedicated (birther teaparty) people around the nation, supports this sheriff and my office just doing what I took an oath of office to do," Arpaio said.
Arpaio boasts he "plans to release his preliminary findings on Obama's citizenship on March 1" even though the investigation has received considerable criticism and is baseless. As Arpaio's obvious tactics are meant to draw attention away from the crimes he committed and is being investigated for, he said: "I don't know if everyone is happy with me doing this (bogus investigation into the President), I'm sure there are a lot of critics out there. But what can I do? I'm just doing my "job"."

KTAR.com Reports: Arpaio posse to examine Obama's birth documents
A volunteer posse who aids the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is investigating the authenticity of President Barack Obama's birth certificate. Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio turned over the documents to his "Cold Case Posse", a group of five volunteers who have prior law enforcement experience. Some were police officers and some were lawyers, Arpaio said, adding that their investigation will not cost the taxpayers a cent.

An MCSO spokesperson confirmed that the Sheriff's Office is not conducting the investigation. Arpaio said the move is not political (LOL) and he is only doing it because it is his duty to investigate the allegations of Maricopa County citizens. "I don't have anything personal or official about it (LOL). They came to me," Arpaio said. "I report to the people. They come to me and ask for something to be done, the lease I can do is look into it." Arpaio said no decision will be made on the next step until the investigation is complete.

PHOENIX -- Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer says the so-called "birther" issue is a potentially destructive issue for the country. Brewer was interviewed on CNN on Monday about her decision a week ago to veto an Arizona bill that would have required President Barack Obama and other presidential candidates to prove their natural-born citizenship.
Brewer reiterated her veto explanation that the bill was poorly drafted. She also said she believes there's no question that it was directed at Obama though it's clear he was born in Hawaii. She told CNN interviewer John King that the birther issue is leading the nation "down a path of destruction."

On a radio show on Tuesday, David Brown of Yahoo's Big League Stew asked Scott, "You don't think that Obama wasn't born in the United States, do you?" "He was not born here," Scott replied. Brown then audibly sighed, and Scott went on a rant.

"I was born here. If someone accuses me of not being born here, I can go -- within 10 minutes -- to my filing cabinet and I can pick up my real birth certificate and I can go, 'See? Look! Here it is. Here it is.'" He went on for a couple of more minutes. "The man has dodged everything," Scott said of Obama. "He dodges questions, he doesn't answer anything. And why? Because he's hiding something."

The racist birther movement has been largely discredited ever since Obama produced a copy of his birth certificate during the 2008 campaign to prove he was indeed born in Hawaii. However, as much proof as the President and the Governor of Hawaii provide, none will be enough for back woodsers like Luke and other demented and racists Birthers.

2. AZ Birther Bill: Ole Boy Pearce also pushed through a Birther Bill. The Arizona House on Monday voted for a provision that would require President Barack Obama to show his birth certificate if he hopes to be on the state's ballot when he runs for reelection. The House voted 31-22 to add the provision to a separate bill. The measure still faces a formal vote. Even if they pass this bill, it violates the Constitution. They cannot keep a seating President OFF OF THEIR 2012 Presidential Ballots. I thought these Birther, Tea Party types supported the Constitution. Shades of goony Orly Taitz! Brutal ruling quashes birthers' suit
A federal judge in California has issued a brutal ruling dismissing a closely-watched "birthers'" lawsuit challenging President's Barack Obama's qualifications to be president. In a 30-page ruling issued Thursday morning, Judge David Carter used unusually withering language to throw out the suit prominent birthers' attorney Orly Taitz brought on behalf of a variety of military personnel and some third-party presidential and vice presidential candidates, such as Alan Keyes.

Carter, a Clinton appointee who sits in Orange County, attacked the motives of the military plaintiffs, suggesting they were simple trying to avoid duty in war zones like Iraq and Afghanistan. "This Court will not interfere in internal military affairs nor be used as a tool by military officers to avoid deployment. The Court has a word for such a refusal to follow the orders of the President of the United States, but it will leave the issue to the military to resolve," the judge wrote. Keyes and the other candidates also got the back of the hand from Carter as he discussed whether any of the plaintiffs could show the individualized harm needed to pursue the suit. "Plaintiffs received only four-hundredth of one percent of the vote. The Court may have already met this entire group of voters at the hearings on this matter," the judge scoffed.

Ultimately, Carter found that while he might have had power to consider the suit before Obama's inauguration, the court could not do so now. "There is a textually demonstrable constitutional commitment of the issue of the removal of a sitting president to a coordinate political department–the Legislative branch," the judge wrote. "There may very well be a legitimate role for the judiciary to interpret whether the natural born citizen requirement has been satisfied in the case of a presidential candidate who has not already won the election and taken office. However, on the day that President Obama took the presidential oath and was sworn in, he became President of the United States. Any removal of him from the presidency must be accomplished through the Constitution’s mechanisms for the removal of a President....The process for removal of a sitting president–removal for any reason–is within the province of Congress, not the courts."

Carter says at another point that "the hearings have been interesting to say the least."
"Plaintiffs’ counsel has favored rhetoric seeking to arouse the emotions and prejudices of her followers rather than the language of a lawyer seeking to present arguments through cogent legal reasoning," he writes. "While the Court has no desire to chill Plaintiffs’ enthusiastic presentation, Taitz’s argument often hampered the efforts of her cocounsel Gary Kreep (“Kreep”), counsel for Plaintiffs Drake and Robinson, to bring serious issues before the Court." "[T]he Court has received several sworn affidavits that Taitz asked potential witnesses that she planned to call before this Court to perjure themselves," writes Carter. "This Court is deeply concerned that Taitz may have suborned perjury through witnesses she intended to bring before this Court."

Elsewhere in the document, Carter says that "[p]laintiffs appear to assume that should the Court receive a document from Kenya, the Court would give credence to this document over the American birth records of the President and the case would be resolved." "Even should the Court permit the issuance of a letter rogatory to Kenya, the Court would still engage in a comparative exercise in which the records of America, which has historically maintained some of the most credible recordkeeping practices in the world, would be contrasted with the credibility of the records obtained from Kenya," he writes.

Judge Slaps Birther Queen Orly Taitz with $20K Fine!

Thanks to her "frivolous arguments and disrespectful personal attacks" in court, Orly Taitz, the part-time lawyer who leads the so-called "birther" movement has been slapped with a hefty fine today for abusing her privileges as a lawyer.

In levying sanctions and a $20,000 fine against attorney Orly Taitz, Judge Clay Land wrote that Taitz's most recent court filing, meant to defend herself against sanctions, "is breathtaking in its arrogance and borders on delusional."

Taitz had brought suit on behalf of two members of the military who did not want to be deployed under a supposedly illegitimate president. The purpose of the cases, as she made clear in several press conferences, was to compel the White House to produce President Obama's "real" birth certificate.

In the course of her second military case -- which the plaintiff, an Army doctor, quickly abandoned -- Taitz even alleged that Judge Land had met secretly with Attorney General Eric Holder in Columbus, Ga. Holder was thousands of miles away in Los Angeles on the day of the alleged ex parte meeting.

Judge Land wrote that court precedent dictates abstention from matters related to the running of the armed forces except in very special cases. He also offered an acid reply to Taitz's demands for further proof of President Obama's birthplace:

[P]erhaps the Court should issue a nationwide injunction that prevents the U.S. Army from sending any soldier to Iraq or Afghanistan or anywhere else until Ms. Taitz is permitted to depose the President in the Oval Office.

Under the court's order, Taitz has 30 days to pay the $20,000 fine. In addition to poisoning the public airwaves with the worst television interview of all time, Taitz and her kookery can also be blamed for ruining the careers of two soldiers whose naivete got the better of them.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, (R-S.C), in an interview with "The Atlantic" has come forward to speak the truth that the rest of us already know. The "Birthers" AND Glenn Beck are CRAZY! Graham offered his unusually blunt assessment of these fringe elements of his party and conservative media on Thursday, calling Glenn Beck, the popular and bombastic Fox News host, a "cynic" whose show was "antithetical to American values."

"Only in America can you make that much money crying," Graham said of Beck. "Glenn Beck is not aligned with any party. He is aligned with cynicism and there has always been a market for cynics. But we became a great nation not because we are a nation of cynics. We became a great nation because we are a nation of believers."

Senator Graham called the BIRTHERs who question the president's U.S. citizenship "CRAZY" and implored them to "KNOCK OFF THIS CRAP!" so the country could get on to more important matters. Similar to what his friend Senator McCain said during the Town Hall Meetings: "So I'm here to tell you that those who think the president was born somewhere other than Hawaii are CRAZY. He's not a Muslim. He's a good man," Graham said.
I applaud Senator Graham for coming forward with the truth. I also applaud him for making this statement:"I'm going to do everything I can to give him the political support he needs to win these two wars that we're in."
I am only curious as to how long it will take his fellow Republicans to chastise him for his truth telling and side with the Crazy Fringe. My guess is, he will be lucky if he makes the weekend without being assaulted by the extremists of his party.

Orly Taitz's Clients are Ditching Her!

Birther lawyer Orly Taitz has gotten herself in some hot water recently. Last week, federal judge in Georgia who was presiding over a suit Taitz brought on behalf of Army Capt. Connie Rhodes got fed up with the Birther-in-Chief's antics and threatened her with $10,000 in sanctions. Now, it seems that the motion Taitz filed that provoked the judge wasn't even authorized by her client. In a letter to Judge Clay Land, her client Capt. Rhodes wrote:

I became aware on last night's local news that a Motion to Stay my deployment had been entered on my behalf. I did not authorize this motion to be filed. I thank you for hearing my case and respect [the ruling dismissing it.] It is evident that the original filing ... was full of political conjecture which was not my interest ....
With that I said (sic), please withdraw the Motion to Stay that Ms. Taitz filed this past Thursday. I did not authorize it and do not wish to proceed. Ms. Taitz never requested my permission nor did I give it ....
Furthermore, I do not wish for Ms. Taitz to file any future motions or represent me in any way in this court. It is my plan to file a complaint with the California State Bar due to her reprehensible and unprofessional actions.

This isn't the first time Taitz has done this sort of thing, despite the fact that it is -- to use the standard, complicated legal jargon -- a big no-no. Lawyers are supposed to represent their clients' wishes, not use their clients to advance their own interests, especially not without their permission. Despite Rhodes' letter and Land's threat to fine her, Taitz appears ready to press on. In posts on her blog, she's talking about filing additional motions in the case, and she writes:

This is very similar to what I have seen in the communist dictatorship in the Soviet Union .... What is next? They will throw me in FEMA GULAG? I hope each and every citizen of this country rises against this tyranny. I will be seeking all means of redress available to me by law. I will be seeking Rule 11 discovery to prove that Obama is indeed illegitimate, my case was not frivolous and not only I don’t owe $10,000 in sanctions, but the defendants owe costs and my reasonable attorneys fees. These fees just went up significantly.

He said our President was a Nazi. He said the Healthcare bill would kill/murder the elderly. He said our President was attempting to be the Messiah, just like Hitler in Nazi Germany. Why Lou Dobbs is Unpatriotic:

The term Patriotism suggests we have a love for our country. Patriotism, during times of war, means not only support for our country and for our military , it also means we as citizens are supportive of our President, our government and our way of life. Patriotic Americans do not support overthrow, demonization or demoralization of our citizenry. Dobbs has supported the zealots from the Birther movement to continue their attempted overthrow of our administration. Have you listened to the Leader of the Birther Movement, Orly Taitz? She is their leader. See her youtube.

This is the person Dobbs is supporting. Listen to what she says. She is calling for the President to be removed from office. She supports her claim with a fake Kenyan birth certificate. She is calling Obama a Nazi and his supporters Brown Shirts. What a nutcase. SHE IS LEADER OF THE BIRTHERS. This is who Dobbs is supporting.

It is extremely unpatriotic to support someone who is calling for the overthrow of our American Government by removing our President over false claims. These are grounds for Treason! These are times of war. The terrorists are ROFLOL over this mess.

Lou Dobbs' ratings are falling because the American Public does not want to watch his anger filled diatribes any more. If CNN allows him to continue to support his freedom of speech, then CNN should run the media matters ad to support their freedom of speech. Allow the ratings to provide the reason for Dobbs dismissal.

Loser Limbaugh Jealous of the President's and Congress's Successes!

Poor Loser Limbaugh. Poor Loser Dobbs. Though they dreamed of Failure for our President and for our Country, their dreams are shattering. The economy is improving. The nation's gross domestic product declined 1% in the second quarter, less than expected and better than the first quarter's drop. The S&P 500 Index has risen 12 percent during earnings season. Many aspects of our President's Stimulus package are extremely popular.

Of course the republican faux news sites are either changing the subject or attempting to spin the good news negatively. They do not fool the every day American public.

I saw an interesting poll today. Our President Obama's popularity numbers are rising in the North, in the East and in the West. Over 90% believe he is a citizen and think the Birther's are nutcases. His numbers are rising among young people and educated people.

There is only one group where the numbers are declining and the Birthers range between 40 and 50%:

1. Republican Base

2. Southern Red States

How embarrassing for the Republican Party. They are becoming totally irrelevant!

Ethnocentric Republicans and ANTIs becoming Totally Irrelevant

If Anyone is ethnocentric, it is the ANTI Immigration Reformers. Consider their spokesmen, Limbaugh, Dobbs and Beck. They are ugly old Northern European white males (good ole boys) and they prefer their own kind. Look at all the people they admire and who they have chosen to lead their own groups. All ugly old good ole boys. How ethnocentric! They have no people of color, no minorities in Leadership positions. You cannot say Michael Steele is a leader. He is a mere token, often ridiculed by his own party. The women in any type of Republican/ANTI leadership positions are barbie dolls.

Look at all of the ANTI Immigration Reform leaders: Chris Simcox, Jim Gilchrist, Willie Gheen, Glenn Spencer, Roy Beck, John Tanton -- all good ole boys. All of these folks are set on the Bleaching of America. Limbaugh wants our President Obama to FAIL. Glenn Beck said today our President is a Racist. Lou Dobbs wants to see our President's birth certificate, supporting the Birther movement even though factcheck.org, the Republican Governor of Hawaii and countless others have provided and verified the birth certificate.

At a time when we should be united, the Republicans and ANTIs are desperate to cause dissention and grief not only for our President but for our country. They are becoming a living joke, constantly making illogical and unpatriotic rants against our President and against all minorities. The American Public is catching on to their antics. Soon, Republicans and ANTIs will become totally irrelevant.
