Racist Senator Imhofe Refuses to Meet with Sotomayor

Senator Imhofe refused to meet with the honorable Justice Sotomayor. To date, he is the only Senator that has refused to meet with President Obama's nominee for Supreme Court Justice. Regardless of any or all of his biases, you would think he would want to sit down and talk with her. After all, wouldn't any logical person want to sit down and talk to people they have concerns about?

I guess logic is not an issue, especially when you study the background of Sen. James Imhofe of Oklahoma. First of all, we must recall, Oklahoma is ground zero for militia terrorist attacks against America. We all remember the Oklahoma City bombings. Then we need to remember some of the most stringent Immigration laws in the country are in Oklahoma, supported and funded by the Minutemen extremists. Then we need to look at Imhofe himself. In May, it was Sen. Imhofe who proposed the racist "English Only" law. Who funds and supports the majority of ProEnglish legislation? It is none other than the godfather of the ANTIS and perhaps the most racist man in America, John Tanton. Imhofe has close ties to Tanton and they have been commiserating for years!!

It is probably a good thing Imhofe refused to meet with the honorable Judge Sotomayor. We do not want her to dwell in the land of darkness with the likes of Imhofe. For people who recall recent history, Imhofe voted against her eleven years ago when she was nominated for her current position. We can hardly expect for this racist to change his stripes.

Early this year, I posted a comment on the Everett Herald's article about her (shooting herself in the arm and staging her rape). Chuck Stonex then attacked me like a rabid dog, defending his precious Shawna Forde. It went back and forth and the editor threated to ban me from the site, so I left my email, thinking Chucky boy would carry on the debate outside of the Herald comment forum. Chuck Stonex then emailed the "info" address...which is EVERYONE in my company... accusing me of being involved in shooting Shawna Forde.

He did the same to another Denise Lugo in my area, a surgeon, and hacked into her bio to change it.

Then he sent another message-this time only to me-blaming his behavior on me... I ruined Dr. Lugo's career and caused her problems... he tried to get me to understand but I wouldn't listen... carried on to call me a "bottom feeding Mexican parasite."

I know he is involved in the murders. Why would he treat the shooters gunshot wound and not advise them to go to a hospital? Wouldn't he have thought it suspicious that they didn't report the incident to police if they had been shot at by a smuggler?

Now he is making himself out to be this innocent naive victim. Come on! He must think we are all as stupid as they are.Shoot, reload, shoot, call 911 is Chuck Stonex's SOP.

Shoot, reload, shoot is exactly what they did in the Flores home, and the mother called 911.

Ramirez Hate Crime Murder: Piekarsky and Donchak are Sentenced to Jail Time! Although only 6 months -- for Murder!

It is with mixed emotions I am writing this blog. Today, the murderers of Luis Ramirez, murdered for being Latino, were sentenced for their crimes by Judge William E. Baldwin. The judge said, “It doesn’t matter if Mr. Ramirez was Latino, white, black or purple. This kind of violence in the streets of Schuylkill County is not going to be tolerated.” He sentenced them for only 6 to xx months. For Murder!

Is six months enough time for murder? No! But I will say this. Piekarsky and Walsh WILL be serving time behind bars for their murderous actions.

I'm sure they expected "no jail time" for their crimes. Look at how pompous they look in these pictures. They were walking into court believing they would get off scott free. They had their little racist neighbors and teachers vouching for them in court saying "they are such good boys." They will ALWAYS be BOYS to me, these cowardly little murderers. Drunken Cowards who were six against one against someone they called out. Six against one as he lay unconscious on the ground as the biggest coward of all, Piekarky, delivered that fatal kick to the head. His crimes will lay on his soul until he meets his maker. However, the man in red hot tenny shoes will gladly welcome him into his fire filled realm. Donchak will also meet this same end, especially since he so proudly wore his Border Patrol t-shirt on the Halloween AFTER they murdered Luis. They even posted their Halloween pictures on their myspace.

What I feel good about today is that Judge Baldwin SENTENCED them to JAIL TIME. These "boys" are GOING TO JAIL!! And there is NOTHING they can do to stop it!!! They are going to serve JAIL TIME and I hope EACH DAY seems like 100 Days! I hope their DREAMS are consumed with thoughts of Luis Ramirez looking down on them to see that at least a small bit of Justice is being served for their crimes, for his murder!

I hope this will teach a lesson to ALL perpetrators of HATE CRIMES. I hope all ye who commit a Hate Crime will know, YOU WILL NO LONGER GET OFF SCOTT FREE!!! YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL! YOU ARE GOING TO SERVE TIME!!! YOUR FUTURE WILL BE DESTROYED FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIVES BECAUSE NO ONE WILL HIRE A MURDERER!!!

I HOPE ALL PERPETRATORS OF HATE CRIMES WILL KNOW AND UNDERSTAND YOU WILL BE PUNISHED! So next time.. NEXT TIME... when you even get a glimpse of a thought to commit a crime such as this, you will know.. YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE ! YOU WILL GO TO JAIL!!!! YOUR FUTURE WILL BE OVER!!! So think about it!! Don't Do It!! Don't commit the Crime OR you will Serve the Time!!

And, Piekarsky and Donchak. As you do go into your Jail Cell to serve your time for the MURDER you committed, think about this. Today, in a statement, the Justice Department reinforced what it said earlier, that its Civil Rights Division "IS conducting an independent review of all the facts and circumstances surrounding the July 12, 2008, beating of Mr. Ramirez that resulted in his death." The department and the FBI is conducting "a thorough and independent review of all of the evidence and take appropriate action if the evidence indicates a prosecutable violation of federal criminal civil rights statutes." SO ODDS ARE, AFTER YOU FINISH YOUR SIX MONTHS, YOU WILL BE FACING MORE TIME IN COURT AND IN PRISON!!!

CONFIRMED: Shawna Forde has Direct Ties to National Minuteman Groups! Ties to Both Simcox and Gilchrist!

Despite all the National Minutemen backpeddling, MM representatives have now confirmed Forde's ties to their groups. They TRAINED and BADGED her for her dirty work on the Border!

East County Magazine (San Diego) reports:

Shawna Forde has attended training at Camp Vigilante, a high-desert training camp operated by Minuteman Civil Defense near Boulevard in San Diego’s East County in 2008, East County Magazine has learned. A second suspect arrested also has ties to Minutemen Civil Defense Corps (MCDC), which operates a Minutemen training facility in East County.

Local Minutemen group have long claimed to oppose violence, while supporting vigilante citizen patrols of the Border.
“It is, of course shocking and horrible, especially with the little child being involved. It takes someone truly monstrous to harm a child,” Campo Minutemen spokesperson Deborah Craig informed ECM in an e-mail. “We have not heard the men involved, however, we have met Shawna Forde,” she revealed in an e-mail interview. “The various media reports seem to be inaccurate with regard to her involvement with other groups.”
Minutemen Civil Defense Corps is based in Arizona and was founded by Chris Simcox, who left when he began his run for United States Senate.“Minutemen Civil Defense Corps (MCDC) maintains a facility in California near Boulevard known as Camp Vigilance," Craig said. "In August of 2008, Shawna Forde came [to] the border at Campo, CA and contacted Campo Minuteman Britt Craig. She did not make any comments to indicate she was unstable or violent,” Forde recalled. “She had a Minutemen Civil Defense Corps badge so she presumably had been vetted by the group. Minutemen Civil Defense Corps charges a fee and does a background check.” According to Deborah Craig, Forde and Campo Minutemen leader Britt Craig went to Camp Vigilance in separate vehicles “where she was given full access by the caretaker. She purchased a bullet proof vest from the caretaker and indicated she planned to spend the night,” Deborah Craig added. “She indicated that she primarily did her border watching in AZ , that she had her own group, Minutemen American Defense, and we did not hear [from] her directly again.”
Bush, who goes by the nickname “Gunny”, serves as operations director of MAD according to the group’s website, however the Associated Press reports, he has “recently been living in Arizona and was once associated with the better known and larger Minutemen Civil Defense Corps” which operates Camp Vigilante in East County.

“These Minutemen are violent vigilante groups as I’ve always said, including groups of people in East County,” Enrique Morones, founder of Border Angels in San Diego and a leader in the immigrant rights movement, told East County Magazine. ”Their motivation is hate,” he said, warning that hate speech and vigilantism can lead to violence and in this case, the tragic death of an innocent child. “They have been in the Campo area and at meetings these are part of the racist vigilante minutemen there are also some neo-Nazis in East County now,” he added., “The authorities have been advised.”

Minuteman Gunny Bush, Forde's Murder Partner, Arrested for Murdering Another Innocent Latino in 1997!

So much for Minuteman Director Shawna Forde's murder spree partner being a veteran. It turns out Gunny Bush has a long criminal history, years in prison, and has now, on top of being charged for murdering Brisenia and her father, he has been arrested for the 1997 murder of an innocent Latino man, Hector Partida. Since the murder, Bush has bragged to his friends saying "I killed me a Mexkin!"

Wash. murder charge for man accused in AZ killings

WENATCHEE, Wash. (AP) — One of the three people arrested in an Arizona home invasion that left a little girl and her father dead has been charged with the 1997 slaying of a Hispanic man in Washington state.
A second-degree murder charge was filed Friday in Chelan County Superior Court against 34-year-old Jason Eugene Bush in the stabbing death of Hector Lopez Partida, a homeless man.
An informant told Wenatchee police that Bush bragged about killing "a Mexican" behind a store and that Bush had ties to white supremacist groups, according to court documents. Prosecutors say he was linked to the death through DNA evidence.

In the Wenatchee case, police describe Partida as a homeless man sleeping under a blanket behind a store in the early morning hours of July 24, 1997. After being stabbed seven times, he managed to walk to a nearby parking lot, then collapsed, court documents said. Arriving officers asked Partida who had hurt him. He muttered the words: "Gavachos (white guys)." He died minutes later.
A bloodstained shirt was found nearby. In 2005, DNA extracted from the shirt matched Bush's. He had a lengthy criminal record in Washington and had served time in prison in the state.

Minutemen Leaders Cannot Back Peddle Away from their Long Association with Shawna Forde!

Shawna Forde and her minuteman partner Gunny Bush have been charged with the May 30 murder of Raul Flores and his nine year old daughter Brisenia.

The Minutemen are scurrying away from Forde now. As I have previously reported, Jim Gilchrist, the leader of the Minuteman Project, has had a long association with Forde. Heraldnet.com has reported that Gilchrist made it clear Saturday that his earlier support of Forde should in no way be construed as approving the actions now attributed to her. "Am I going to come to her support at this time? Of course not. How can I?" Gilchrist said.
Chuck Stonex, another MM leader and member of Forde's group Minutemen American Defense, told the Associated Press: "This is not what Minutemen do. Minutemen observe, document and report. This is nothing more than a cold-hearted criminal act, and that is all we want to say."

However, how can the Minutemen back away so quickly when they have coached and prodded Forde in her activities for years?

Take for example the Allied Recon of October, 2008. Forde and dozens of other MMs patrolled the border, taking credit for an arrest made by the border patrol. Pictures were taken of this event and posted on the M.A.D. website. Jim Gilchrist's MMPC website boasts of partnering with Forde on this event. Look at the pictures. These border watches show the minutemen with an arsenal of weapons.

All the MM Leaders from Simcox to Schwilk to Gilchrist to Alipac were boasting on their websites of these border watches, the weapons, the camaraderie of using their night vision goggles, rifles at their side, loaded guns on their hips, looking for illeeeeegals!

Countless dead bodies have been found in that area of southern Arizona over the last several years. The city of Arivaca, the site of the May 30 murders, is close to this location.

Now they are calling Forde a loner? Come on!! They CANNOT backpedal away from this! They created her! They were all in this together.

This vigilantism MUST BE STOPPED!!!

UPDATE: the minutemenamericandefense.org website has been taken down. The MM from this site are disassociating themselves from Shawna Forde and posted the following information. They have also taken down the pictures of their Border Watch (with weapons) from the fall of 2008. It is a good thing I made copies of them. Here is their announcement:
