Beck, Limbaugh, Malkin Think DHS Report Is About Them!

Beck, Limbaugh and Malkin think a DHS Report written about rightwing extremism Is About Them! These whack jobs are whining, crying and bloviating on their blogs, radio and cable shows trying to scare their audience to death saying this report is about them. Well..........maybe they have a point. Richard Poplawski, the maniacal, paranoid cop-killer's favorite cable news network was Fox. Beck was his favorite show. This makes you go "hmmmm. Now we know where Poplawski learned his insane views!"
Reaction to HDS report says a lot
The reaction last week from conservatives to a report from the Department of Homeland Security probably says more about those doing the squealing than it does about their perceived grievance. The report came from The Extremism and Radicalization Branch, Homeland Environment Threat Analysis Division of the DHS and was called “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment.” Conservatives, led by the usual suspects, which is to say Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and even Newt Gingrich, were quick to denounce everything about the report except what it really said, which is that rough times and the election of President Barack Obama, our first black president could cause an uptick in violence from neo-Nazi, skinhead, secessionist and racist groups.
Many conservative claimed that the report was aimed at them, even though the word “conservatives” was never mentioned. So does the outcry from Limbaugh, et. al. mean they identify with such violent and repugnant groups as mentioned in the report? Do they identify with Richard Andrew Poplawski, the Pittsburgh man who recently murdered three policemen in cold blood after they answered a domestic dispute call?
After all, Poplawski was described by his best friends as being anti-Semitic, anti-government, anti-police. They said he was convinced that there was an Obama plot afoot to take away all the guns he had stockpiled.
No, no, no, insist many of those who took offense at the report, which was aimed in part to keep policemen like the ones killed by Poplawski alive by spelling out the threats they need to look out for — the report was just another example of how the new regime is taking a turn to the left.
The report also came out the same week as the anti-government Tea Bag Parties across the nation, an obvious attempt to take the steam out of that movement, the conservative conspiracy theorists said. But as it turns out, the report had originally been commissioned under the previous administration of George W. Bush and had to come out some time.
Ok, came some retorts, what about “Leftwing Extremism” — you never hear about that, now do you? Well, as it just so happens there was a “Leftwing Extremists Likely to Increase Use of Cyber Attacks” report issued on Jan. 26. The report alerted law enforcement officials to “anarchist extremists” and said “Many leftwing extremists use the tactic of direct action to inflict economic damage on businesses and other targets to force the targeted organization to abandon what the extremists deem objectionable.” In other words, incite riots.
But you don’t hear any liberals or Democrats crying that they have been attacked, now do you? As the Bard said, we believe the conservatives do protest too much.

Maybe because they are entertainers and their jobs depend on ratings?

Just a thought.....

I saw Bill Maher this weekend. Keith Olbermann was a guest. He said Shawn Hannity came up to him, poked him in the ribs and guffawed, "the audience thinks we are enemies."

Keith says the Fox folks are just salesmen.

Olberfurher is just as bad....

Take the whole "Still Bushed" segment for example.

Let it go Keith......

Latinos and Minorities are not alone in their fight for Kindness, Decency, Humanity, Humane Behaviour, and Love instead of Hatred and Racism

TV Journalist Edward R Murrow fought against that monster of intolerance Joseph McCarthy in 1954, even if his employers of CBS were scared of that rabies dog, the founder of McCarthysm, a guy that has many followers till our days.

Great Stars of the Noble Media :

Keith Olbermann
Rachel Maddow

They do not need to be "Merchants of Hate" as the guys of Fox News and others.

In the Academia and Think Tanks :

John B. Judis and Ruy Teixeira.

John B. Judis is the famous author of a book with Ruy Teixeira "The Emerging Democratic Majority"

I have the videos in Which John B. Judis declares that the Republican Campaign and McCain were practicing Racism. That was a few days before the election but I missed his declarations until now.

"Millennial Makeover" Co-authors Morley Winograd and Mike Hais - and their friend Simon Rosenberg of NDN, a progressive and Latino friendly Think Tank. They speak up for Decency and Progress.

Paul Krugman, Noble Prize Winner, also accuses the Republican Party of being Racist Friendly and a "White Party"

Janeane Garofalo, my beloved actress of "The Truth About Cats & Dogs" calls teebaggers "racist rednecks" ...

Latinos are not alone in this fight for kindness, Humanity and Humane Behaviour, a fight for decency and love and against the Evil Forces of Hatred and Outright Racism.

Even Obama spoke in very harsh terms of Rush Limbaugh and his aggressivity against Latinos. That was in the campaign.

Michael Steele, chairman of the Republican Nationa Committee said that Rush Limbaugh was incendiary.

Ted Turner, the owner of CNN, said that he did not like the aggressivity and bias of Lou Dobbs against Latinos.

Fox News Owner Rupert Murdoch despises Bill O’Reilly, the prejudiced right wing biased bigot of the Network

So Latinos are not alone. There are many decent people that are not Haters and Racists.

You can help me to make a list of Noble and Decent People, those devoid of Hate and Resentment against Life. I am sure that I am missing many Honorable and Outstanding People.

Interestingly enough, a report was issued in April of 2001:

http://www.osti.gov/bridge/servlets/purl/780410-SHVVvq/native/780410.PDFPDF Form

Just one excerpt:
"Left-wing extremism often has developed from working-class movements seeking in
theory to eliminate, not preserve, class distinctions. Communism evolved from left-wing
extremism. The threat from left-wing extremists did not die with the collapse of the
Soviet Union, however. Domestic groups and state-sponsored cells and individuals have
continued their espionage activities and the planning of terrorist actions against the U.S.
government. Leftist extremists were responsible for three-fourths of the officially
designated acts of terrorism in America in the 1980s. From an international perspective,
of the 13,858 people who died between 1988 and 1998 in attacks committed by the 10
most active terrorist groups in the world, 74 percent were killed by leftist organizations.

Although the current domestic terrorist threat within the United States is focused on
right-wing extremists and white supremacists, left-wing extremists are alive and well and
have several objectives. Some of these groups want to replace the government with a
Marxist-Leninist system. Others want to carve out a new nation in the southeastern
United States where the “national territory of Kush” would be established. Some of the
leaders of these movements are currently political exiles living in Cuba, but new leaders
are emerging within the United States as well."
Sound familiar?

Why "Immigration Reform" could be a Pandora's Box that paralyzes Government and Congress

There is too much Racism and Hate in the Streets of America. Caution and Prudence are excellent now - Politics is the Art of the Possible. And Politics is the Art of Waiting for an Opportunity.

Of course, I think that "Immigration Reform" is a good thing because it is Humane and Kind, I would love to see Humane Immigration Reform, I would love to see people legalized and working with permits. I would want to see the end of NeoGulags and Brutality.

And people that are "Illegal Aliens" and also delinquents, criminals or that can not get jobs would and should be deported.

But it may be politically impossible, with so many Racists and Haters out there in the streets of America.

Immigration Reform has the potential to paralyze Government Initiatives and to drag Congress into a Quagmire and a Filthy Swamp of Useless discussions.

So you want to unify the Republican Party about a single powerful issue. Then try Immigration Reform in Congress. The Republican Party is in shambles, in disarray. The Republicans have absolutely no intelligent Ideas, give them Racism and Hate and they will be the happiest party, with thousands of people in rallies.

With so many problems that America has, like a Recession that could become a Depression, and two wars that are eternal, stupid, idiotic, that lead nowhere, with everybody making Hydrogen Bombs like Popcorn in any "third world country", then the last thing that you may want is another BIG HEADACHE.

Ross Baker, a Political scientist, at Rutgers University said :
"Introducing immigration reform this year would be equivalent to Clinton's proposal in 1993 to have gays serve openly in the military"

Those initiatives that are too controversial paralyze Legislation and the Governability of an Administration.

America had the Great Courage and Valor of electing a "Black" President ( He is White too ), and even if America is Brave and sent a Family to the White House that has African Ancestors, then the time for Caution and Prudence has arrived.

Politics is the "Art of the Possible", Too much Courage, Valor and Bravery, too much boldness is not good for the Democratic Party and for Mr Obama in the present situation.

Bismarck the "Iron Chancellor" of Prussia and Germany that fought wars against Austria and France said that the Intelligent statesman has to wait and wait and wait for the Opportunity, because Political things have a life of their own and they develop very slowly.

Politics is also the Art of Waiting.
