A Health Care Bill will be passed in Congress because congress democrats are not idiots. They need to show results.
Mr Obama is a community organizer and he knows how to reach a consensus, if necessary only with his Democrats and without Republicans ( because Republicans don't want any Health Care Reform )
It is not necessary to panic because Mr Obama is Cerebral, Intellectual, Rational, Professorial and a Thinker. Things fall because they have weight and there is a force of gravity.

The concept "..general welfare" used in the constitution is and was totally different from the use of that term today. The focus of the federal government should be national defense, self-reliance, and only family and reproductive activity and immigration to stabiiize our population. Its focus has been diverted to life long welfare, socialized medicine, day care, government required paternity leave, etc.

The big difference is major newscasters like Beck, Limbaugh, Hannity, Malkin and Savage are calling our President Hitler, or a Socialist, or a Marxist, and encouraging all of their viewers to disrespect the President.
