AZ Gov Brewer Ousts AG Terry Goddard Replacing him with Racist FAIR's Attorneys to support ethnic cleansing sb1070!
AZ Governor Brewer is at it again. She is so desperate to be elected Governor for the 1st time that she is ousting AZ Attorney General Terry Goddard and said she will rely on her own legal team to defend sb1070 in court. However, she can't do it. As AG Goddard says, Brewer can't kick him off the case because she CAN'T invoke the provision because it HASN'T TAKEN EFFECT YET and there are constitutional questions.
Now let's think about this a second.
1. Who wrote the bill? Kris Kobach, a constitutional lawyer.
2. What group does he belong to? White Nationalist John Tanton's group F.A.I.R. The ADL says FAIR is a Racist HATE Group.
3. Who is on Brewer's legal team? Kris Kobach and members from FAIR.
4. Why would FAIR's Kobach put verbiage in the bill that allows the governor to invoke a provision in the bill to remove the AG and put in her own team, which includes Koback and FAIR members? Because FAIR wants this bill to stand so they can implement this same racial profiling bill in states across the country so they can continue their "Attrition through Enforcement" Mass Deportation policy. That's Mass Deportation of 12M people over the next 4 - 5 years.
Also remember: This bill criminalizes friends and neighbors of the 12M. That means many Latino citizens will have their cars seized, $1,000 fines, class 3 misdemeanors.
5. What is next in FAIRs planning? Once this bill is passed in all states in the Union, then they will include additional bills (as they are doing in AZ) to:
a. ban undocumented children from schools
b. change the 14th ammendment to end Birthright citizenship
c. citizen children deported along with their parents (per Duncan Hunter Jr)
d. Mandatory English Only; stopping the printing of all government documents in any other language except English, especially voting forms; no interpreters allowed.
e. Reducing the rate of new (legal) Immigrants from Latin Countries.
These are all part of white nationalist John Tanton's "ethnic cleansing" plans for America. His protege, Roy Beck from Tanton's other group Numbers USA talks about the need of reducing Latinos in our country in his Immigration Gumballs video. The above "Ethnic Cleansing" video was created in 2002 by a white nationalist group. That is John Tanton's ultimate aim.

1. As long as the children of illegals are here, they must be educated under the assumption that at least some of them will live their entire lives here. Moreover, the most pressing problem in the United States is that about a third of all kids never finish school. These kids represent the future of the U.S. and right now that looks pretty grim if we don't solve that educational problem. Some will argue that the children of illegals shouldn't be here and we shouldn't be spending the taxpayers' money on them. I believe that is shortsighted. Also illegals indirectly pay property taxes that go to support the schools.
FAIR's 5b. I agree with this one. It is common practice in many countries and, in particular, I have read in Mexico. Regardless of what the courts have decided to date,In the U.S., one of the strongest incentives for border violations is the 14th amendment which grants citizenship to anyone who is born in this country. “It is difficult to imagine a more irrational and self-defeating legal system than one which makes unauthorized entry into this country a criminal offense and simultaneously provides perhaps the greatest possible inducement to illegal entry.” Originally, the amendment was designed to give full citizenship status to former slaves and their offspring. The authors of the 14th Amendment never would have imagined their words bestowing citizenship to the offspring of illegal aliens, tourists, foreign students, or temporary farm workers. The interpretation of the amendment as not kept up with the times. It just doesn't make sense to allow a foreign woman to fly in here after arranging everything in advance so she could have her baby in private, get that precious birth certificate, and then fly back home as if nothing had happened only to return later and attempt a chain immigration based on her child's birth in the U.S. Something wrong with that picture.
5c. I have always maintained that parents under a removal order must take their minor children with them,regardless of their citizenship. The children can return when they are of age but they need to be with their parents until that time. Adult children can make up their own minds if they are citizens. If not, they may be subject to the same removal order as their parents.
5d. I agree
English should be established as the Official Language of the United States to be used for all government publications, documents, and proceedings at all levels of government. However, Public Interpreters should be provided for those who cannot afford one or who do not have a relative who can serve in this capacity. This will be a billable service for those who can afford it. The term "English Only" is a misnomer or distortion and should not be used in this context. People are free to use or study any language they are interested in or believe will be of greater use to them than other courses they might take. There is no prohibition on the use of any language. True fluency in English should be required for citizenship not just a few memorized words or
phrases. No one who has achieved permanent residency or other legal status will ever be deported on the basis that they do not speak English.
e. Reducing the rate of new (legal) Immigrants from Latin Countries.
I heard very little if anything about reducing the number of legal immigrants from Latin America in the gumball presentation. His main argument was that we need to reduce the total from all countries back to the level of 1965in order to stabilize our population. Now it is true that the number of immigrants from Mexico and their descendents are equal to the total number from the next ten highest donor nations combined. That statistic would be even more stark if you added in all the others from Latin America. Therefore, logically to reduce the overall number of annual immigrants would require major reductions in the number admitted from those countries responsible for the largest number. It's strictly a numbers issue not a Latin America vs all the other countries of the world. So at the bottom line the gumball presentation is about stabilizing our population. This can only be accomplished by reducing the total intake to about 250,000 per year because that is about the number that leave each year leaving us with what would be a stable population.
He makes some good points about crowding in national parks, and congestion on streets and highways. We already have more of that than is comfortable. I can foresee the day when it will take you ten years to get a pass to visit a national park. Some critics want to blame the need for more highways and streets on the number of automobiles. Yet, it is clear that autos don't exist in a vacuum; they are owned by people. The more people there are, the more autos there will be and the greater the demand will be to relieve highway and street congestion with more construction -- in effect covering more arable land with concrete or asphalt.
There may be some shortcomings in the gumball presentation but in general it is correct and anyone who values his life style, quality of life, and standard of living should take that message to heart rather than taking Alfred E. Newman's appproach of
"What me worry?" Shortsightedness is a grave affliction of the left wing nuts. Too bad we don't have a shot or an antibiotic for that.

You don't have to be a racist to subscribe to the views I have posted. They seem eminently reasonable to me and could form the basis for a more generally acceptable immigration reform bill.
